2. 電凈液的(de)性質(zhi)和用(yong)途


 電凈液(ye)都(dou)是堿(jian)性溶液(ye),pH為(wei)11~13.溶液(ye)呈無色透明,手摸有(you)滑感,-10℃不結冰。


 電凈(jing)液具有(you)較強的去油作(zuo)(zuo)用,同(tong)時具有(you)輕度的除氧(yang)化膜作(zuo)(zuo)用。


3. 使用方法


  用鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)蘸上電(dian)凈液(ye),大型圓柱(zhu)形工(gong)件(jian)夾(jia)在(zai)(zai)(zai)機床車頭上旋(xuan)轉,鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)固定(ding)在(zai)(zai)(zai)刀(dao)架上不(bu)動,將(jiang)鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)和工(gong)件(jian)接觸(chu),并(bing)保持一定(ding)的(de)相(xiang)對運動速(su)率(lv),如果(guo)是平(ping)面工(gong)件(jian),則工(gong)件(jian)固定(ding),鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)件(jian)平(ping)面上接觸(chu),用手工(gong)移動保持相(xiang)對運動速(su)率(lv)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)通電(dian)的(de)情況下在(zai)(zai)(zai)工(gong)件(jian)表面涂抹(mo),達到去(qu)油的(de)目(mu)的(de)。


  工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)與(yu)鍍筆(bi)之間的通(tong)(tong)電(dian)有(you)兩種(zhong)方式:一種(zhong)稱(cheng)為(wei)正(zheng)(zheng)極性(xing)電(dian)凈(jing)(jing),工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)接負極,鍍筆(bi)接正(zheng)(zheng)極,去(qu)油效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)快(kuai)捷(jie)。通(tong)(tong)電(dian)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)表(biao)面產(chan)生大(da)量的氫氣(qi),故工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)有(you)滲(shen)氫現(xian)象(xiang);另一種(zhong)稱(cheng)為(wei)反(fan)極性(xing)電(dian)凈(jing)(jing),工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)接正(zheng)(zheng)極,鍍筆(bi)接負極,通(tong)(tong)電(dian)時工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)表(biao)面產(chan)生氧(yang)氣(qi),其去(qu)油效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)中等,作用溫(wen)和,沒有(you)滲(shen)氫現(xian)象(xiang)。在實際工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中,往往是采(cai)用高檔電(dian)壓(ya)(10~18V),先正(zheng)(zheng)極性(xing)電(dian)凈(jing)(jing)后反(fan)極性(xing)電(dian)凈(jing)(jing)聯合(he)應用,效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)最佳。


4. 電凈工藝條(tiao)件


 電壓10~18V,一般取12V;時(shi)間30~90s;電凈液溫度 15~50℃。


 電凈(jing)后立即(ji)用(yong)水(shui)沖洗干(gan)凈(jing),表面水(shui)膜(mo)分布均勻,金屬表面呈現均勻的(de)潔(jie)凈(jing)狀態,立即(ji)進(jin)行(xing)下道工序(xu),不(bu)可使表面形成干(gan)斑。
