薄帶連鑄是把鋼水直接澆鑄成厚度為1~10mm的帶鋼,采用這種新技術生產帶鋼可以省去傳統的生產熱軋帶鋼的熱連軋機(或爐卷軋機),可以大大降能耗,減少污染,降低生產成本,從而實現最佳的經濟效益。


 薄(bo)帶(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)原理是鋼(gang)(gang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)中(zhong)間包進入連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji),該連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)沒(mei)有(you)結晶器,而是有(you)兩(liang)根相(xiang)對旋轉的(de)(de)澆鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥,鋼(gang)(gang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)澆鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥組成(cheng)彎月面(mian)開始凝固,隨著坯(pi)子(zi)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)輥縫間隙向下運動(dong)(dong),坯(pi)殼不(bu)斷長大(da),并使兩(liang)面(mian)坯(pi)殼完全熔合在一起形(xing)成(cheng)連(lian)(lian)(lian)續的(de)(de)薄(bo)帶(dai)鋼(gang)(gang),從連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)下方出來。盡管(guan)薄(bo)帶(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)原理比(bi)較簡單(dan),但要(yao)(yao)將(jiang)其運用于(yu)工業(ye)生產(chan)十(shi)分困難。近年來由于(yu)在一些關鍵領域中(zhong)的(de)(de)技術(shu)突破(po),例(li)如鋼(gang)(gang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)進入連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji)技術(shu)(主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)在水(shui)(shui)(shui)口(kou)上(shang)(shang)作(zuo)文章,減少(shao)鋼(gang)(gang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)擾(rao)動(dong)(dong),并使鋼(gang)(gang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)沿輥身有(you)效分布),初期凝固技術(shu)(解決(jue)表面(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)),澆鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輥側封材料,輥子(zi)變形(xing)和(he)耐火(huo)材料等,使薄(bo)帶(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)技術(shu)逐步從中(zhong)間試驗走向工業(ye)化,目前(qian)世界上(shang)(shang)已有(you)4臺工業(ye)化的(de)(de)薄(bo)帶(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)機(ji),其主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)參數見表4-4,相(xiang)信在不(bu)遠的(de)(de)將(jiang)來用薄(bo)板(ban)帶(dai)連(lian)(lian)(lian)鑄(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)技術(shu)生產(chan)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)將(jiang)成(cheng)為現實。
