氬(ya)氣(qi)是熔(rong)化極惰性氣(qi)體保護焊(han)最常用(yong)的保護氣(qi)體,熔(rong)化極氬(ya)弧(hu)焊(han)在(zai)不銹鋼焊(han)接中(zhong)應用(yong)非常廣泛,焊(han)接時一般采(cai)用(yong)直流反(fan)極性。焊(han)絲以直徑(jing)1.6mm為(wei)(wei)主要規格,其電流以220~260A,熔(rong)滴形(xing)式為(wei)(wei)噴射過渡,表6-3為(wei)(wei)常見的焊(han)接參數。

在熔(rong)化極(ji)(ji)氬(ya)(ya)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)的(de)基(ji)礎上加入脈(mo)沖(chong)電流,即脈(mo)沖(chong)熔(rong)化極(ji)(ji)氬(ya)(ya)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han),它不僅(jin)保留熔(rong)化極(ji)(ji)氬(ya)(ya)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)的(de)所有(you)(you)特(te)點,而(er)且能有(you)(you)效地(di)控制(zhi)熱(re)輸入,特(te)別(bie)使單面焊(han)(han)(han)雙面成形變得更(geng)容易,在焊(han)(han)(han)接同樣厚(hou)度的(de)不銹(xiu)鋼鋼板(ban)時,熱(re)輸入量較非脈(mo)沖(chong)熔(rong)化極(ji)(ji)氬(ya)(ya)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)小(xiao),使焊(han)(han)(han)接熱(re)影(ying)響區變窄,這(zhe)不僅(jin)減少焊(han)(han)(han)接應力(li)和變形,而(er)且有(you)(you)利于提高接頭的(de)耐蝕性。
