1. 基本條件及要求


  ①. 試(shi)件材質:15CrMo.


  ②. 試(shi)件尺寸及坡口角度:如(ru)圖(tu)4-35所示(shi)。


  ③. 焊(han)(han)接材料:E5503-B2(R302)或(huo)E5515-B2(R307),焊(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)直徑Φ2.5mm,焊(han)(han)條(tiao)(tiao)使用前要求烘干。


  ④. 焊機:ZX7-400S.

2. 試件清理及(ji)裝配(pei)


  ①. 清除坡口及其(qi)兩側外表面20mm范圍內的(de)油、銹及其(qi)他污物、直至露出金屬光澤。


  ②. 裝配:采用(yong)兩點(dian)定位焊(han)(han)接(jie)固定,點(dian)固點(dian)在時(shi)鐘2點(dian)與(yu)(yu)10點(dian)位置,所用(yong)材料與(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)接(jie)試件(jian)(jian)時(shi)相(xiang)同,且點(dian)焊(han)(han)處的(de)裝配間隙起焊(han)(han)處為2.0mm(另一(yi)邊間隙為3.0mm).焊(han)(han)點(dian)長度(du)為10~15mm,要(yao)求焊(han)(han)透并不得有焊(han)(han)接(jie)缺陷,焊(han)(han)點(dian)兩端用(yong)砂輪(lun)機打磨(mo)出斜坡,以利于(yu)(yu)接(jie)頭。試件(jian)(jian)的(de)錯邊量應不大于(yu)(yu)0.5mm,保(bao)證管(guan)與(yu)(yu)管(guan)同心。將試件(jian)(jian)垂直(zhi)固定于(yu)(yu)焊(han)(han)接(jie)架上,接(jie)頭與(yu)(yu)操作者視(shi)線(xian)相(xiang)適應為宜。

4. 操作要點及注意(yi)事項(xiang)


  采用(yong)三層四道焊,可(ke)分前后兩個(ge)半(ban)圈(quan)進行施焊,也可(ke)整圈(quan)進行施焊。


 ①. 斷弧焊(han)(han)法打底焊(han)(han)


   引弧在(zai)時(shi)鐘6點(dian)前(qian)10mm的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置坡(po)(po)口面的(de)(de)(de)一側(ce)上邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)緣(yuan)。然(ran)后(hou)(hou)把電弧移至鈍(dun)(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)間隙處(chu),當(dang)鈍(dun)(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)熔(rong)(rong)化后(hou)(hou),焊(han)條向下(xia)(xia)壓一下(xia)(xia),當(dang)聽到“噗噗”聲后(hou)(hou),立即把電弧移至坡(po)(po)口下(xia)(xia)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)緣(yuan),形(xing)(xing)成第一個熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)后(hou)(hou)再采用短弧以兩點(dian)擊穿(chuan)(chuan)法,向坡(po)(po)口上邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)緣(yuan)及下(xia)(xia)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)緣(yuan)根部(bu)分別給送(song)熔(rong)(rong)滴,依次循環。在(zai)施焊(han)過程中,要首先(xian)擊穿(chuan)(chuan)坡(po)(po)口的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)(xia)緣(yuan),再擊穿(chuan)(chuan)坡(po)(po)口的(de)(de)(de)上邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)緣(yuan),并使下(xia)(xia)熔(rong)(rong)孔在(zai)前(qian)、上熔(rong)(rong)孔在(zai)后(hou)(hou),坡(po)(po)口的(de)(de)(de)上、下(xia)(xia)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)緣(yuan)鈍(dun)(dun)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)處(chu)各要熔(rong)(rong)化1.5~2mm.弧柱長度(du)應透過內壁1/3左右。焊(han)接打底層時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)條水平方向角度(du),如圖4-36所示。焊(han)條的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)(xia)傾角為(wei)10°~15°,以控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)熔(rong)(rong)渣(zha)和形(xing)(xing)成熔(rong)(rong)池(chi),并盡可(ke)能將熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)形(xing)(xing)狀控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)成為(wei)斜(xie)橢圓形(xing)(xing),避免出(chu)現(xian)凸圓形(xing)(xing)焊(han)縫(feng),因為(wei)凸圓形(xing)(xing)焊(han)縫(feng)容易形(xing)(xing)成層間夾渣(zha)及熔(rong)(rong)合不良等缺陷。

  后半(ban)圈操作方法與前半(ban)圈相同。


 ②. 連弧(hu)焊法打底焊


   在時(shi)鐘6點前10mm的位置,在坡(po)(po)口(kou)一(yi)側下(xia)邊(bian)緣引(yin)弧,向(xiang)上(shang)做(zuo)斜橢圓(yuan)形運(yun)條(tiao)(tiao),向(xiang)后(hou)的動作(zuo)要(yao)小,向(xiang)上(shang)的動作(zuo)要(yao)大,并(bing)(bing)同時(shi)壓住電弧,擊穿坡(po)(po)口(kou)根部(bu)。當(dang)(dang)發出“噗噗”聲(sheng),形成熔孔(kong)后(hou),并(bing)(bing)觀(guan)察當(dang)(dang)坡(po)(po)口(kou)上(shang)鈍(dun)邊(bian)被(bei)熔化1.5~2mm時(shi),再向(xiang)下(xia)方(fang)做(zuo)斜橢圓(yuan)形運(yun)條(tiao)(tiao)。坡(po)(po)口(kou)下(xia)鈍(dun)邊(bian)也要(yao)熔化1.5~2mm,弧柱長度要(yao)透過內(nei)壁1/2,收弧時(shi)應(ying)將電弧帶到坡(po)(po)口(kou)上(shang)邊(bian)緣,向(xiang)后(hou)方(fang)提起再熄弧。接頭時(shi),應(ying)在距焊(han)道(dao)末端10~15mm處(chu)引(yin)弧,并(bing)(bing)做(zuo)斜橢圓(yuan)運(yun)條(tiao)(tiao),當(dang)(dang)運(yun)到原熔池的1/2處(chu)時(shi),將電弧向(xiang)管內(nei)壓、擊穿,然后(hou)再以斜橢圓(yuan)形運(yun)條(tiao)(tiao)法施焊(han)。


 ③. 填充(chong)及蓋面焊(han)


   首先清理(li)打底焊(han)(han)的(de)熔(rong)渣(zha),修平焊(han)(han)縫的(de)凸處,焊(han)(han)接第二層及蓋面焊(han)(han)時(shi),要由下向(xiang)上排列焊(han)(han)接的(de)多道焊(han)(han),采(cai)用直線運條(tiao)法,焊(han)(han)接時(shi)電流應(ying)略(lve)大一(yi)些,熔(rong)池形狀應(ying)盡可(ke)(ke)能控制為斜橢圓形。如果運條(tiao)時(shi)熔(rong)渣(zha)和(he)液態金屬混(hun)合在一(yi)起,可(ke)(ke)將(jiang)電弧(hu)略(lve)為拉長并向(xiang)后(與焊(han)(han)接方向(xiang)相反)帶一(yi)下,熔(rong)渣(zha)就會被吹向(xiang)后方,與液態金屬分離,使熔(rong)池保持清晰,焊(han)(han)縫平整。


   施焊時(shi)焊條的角度(du),填充時(shi),焊條要基本保持(chi)水(shui)平(ping)位置,焊條與水(shui)平(ping)軸線(xian)成90°夾角。蓋面層(ceng)時(shi),焊條應與水(shui)平(ping)軸成15°傾(qing)(qing)(qing)角。下面的焊縫(feng)焊條向下傾(qing)(qing)(qing),上面的焊縫(feng)焊條向上傾(qing)(qing)(qing),如圖4-37所示。這樣可防止產生咬邊,并有利于焊道與母(mu)材金屬的圓滑過(guo)渡。
