三(san)輥穿(chuan)孔的橫斷面變形(xing)(xing)過程(cheng)是由(you)圓(yuan)形(xing)(xing)到圓(yuan)三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)再到圓(yuan)形(xing)(xing)的過程(cheng)。這種三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)的變形(xing)(xing)特征,使毛管(guan)(guan)尾部(bu)易出現三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)。通常,鋼管(guan)(guan)外(wai)徑與壁厚之比D/S大于9時(shi),會(hui)出現尾三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing),D/S值愈大,尾三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)(xing)也(ye)愈大。尾三(san)角(jiao)的形(xing)(xing)成,限制了在三(san)輥穿(chuan)孔機上穿(chuan)制薄(bo)壁管(guan)(guan),這是其缺(que)點之一(yi)。


  三(san)輥(gun)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機軋輥(gun)形成(cheng)了(le)一個近似封(feng)閉(bi)的(de)(de)(de)孔(kong)(kong)型(xing),不需要(yao)像在(zai)二(er)輥(gun)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機上為保持管坯在(zai)中心線上和(he)限制金(jin)(jin)屬的(de)(de)(de)橫向流(liu)動,必須(xu)裝設導(dao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)或(huo)導(dao)盤。因此采用三(san)輥(gun)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)就消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除了(le)現有二(er)輥(gun)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)機存(cun)在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)缺點。不僅(jin)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除了(le)不利導(dao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)或(huo)導(dao)盤所造成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)(jin)屬應(ying)力狀態,也(ye)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除了(le)過大能量消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)耗的(de)(de)(de)導(dao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)和(he)導(dao)盤,消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除了(le)管坯與它們之間的(de)(de)(de)摩擦。降低了(le)設備能量消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)耗,同時也(ye)消(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)除了(le)導(dao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、導(dao)盤的(de)(de)(de)工具成(cheng)本,提(ti)高了(le)經濟(ji)性。
