20世紀50年代以來,由于傳動(dong)(dong)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)和電氣控(kong)制技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的突破,連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)生產(chan)(chan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)得到(dao)了長足的發展。芯(xin)棒(bang)運行(xing)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)從浮動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)芯(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)到(dao)限動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)芯(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)以及半浮動(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)芯(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji),機(ji)(ji)(ji)架數從9~7架減少(shao)(shao)到(dao)6~5架,軋(ya)制工藝(yi)從兩輥(gun)變為(wei)三輥(gun),80年代后(hou)大口徑、少(shao)(shao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)架限動(dong)(dong)芯(xin)棒(bang)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)的出現(xian),使得鋼管(guan)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)更是爐(lu)火純青。生產(chan)(chan)過程的操作方式(shi)(shi)(shi)由手動(dong)(dong)到(dao)區域自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)到(dao)整(zheng)條線由CPU、PLC控(kong)制的全自(zi)動(dong)(dong)化(hua)運行(xing)方式(shi)(shi)(shi),采用了液壓小倉控(kong)制技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),配套了工藝(yi)控(kong)制軟件技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu),連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的整(zheng)體裝備水平有了很大的改變。與(yu)其他機(ji)(ji)(ji)型(xing)相(xiang)比連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)以優(you)質、高產(chan)(chan)、高效率、低消耗等(deng)特點,成為(wei)世界無縫鋼管(guan)主要生產(chan)(chan)企業的首選機(ji)(ji)(ji)型(xing)。
經過(guo)30余(yu)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)消化、吸收、再創(chuang)新,國(guo)(guo)產連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)已(yi)基(ji)本達到國(guo)(guo)際(ji)先進水(shui)平。太(tai)原重工(gong)(gong)繼與(yu)國(guo)(guo)外(wai)聯合(he)設(she)計寶鋼ф140機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)和天津φ250機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)后,又陸(lu)續制(zhi)造(zao)了多套Φ159mm、φ180mm三輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)。太(tai)原通澤重工(gong)(gong)繼2006年(nian)(nian)建(jian)設(she)了φ250mm 五機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架限動芯棒連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)后,又陸(lu)續制(zhi)造(zao)了φ114mm二輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)和ф159mm、Φ273mm、Φ356mm等(deng)多個規(gui)格三輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu);中冶賽迪(di)分別于(yu)2012年(nian)(nian)、2017年(nian)(nian)自主集成(cheng)建(jian)設(she)了φ76mm四機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架、ф89mm六機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架三輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)和正在(zai)建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)φ159mm三輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)。以上機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)控制(zhi)精度逐步提高(gao),代表(biao)了我國(guo)(guo)軋管(guan)(guan)設(she)備(bei)制(zhi)造(zao)和工(gong)(gong)藝水(shui)平。國(guo)(guo)產的(de)(de)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)推動了中國(guo)(guo)鋼管(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)業的(de)(de)高(gao)速(su)發展。截至2018年(nian)(nian),國(guo)(guo)內(nei)共有連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)46套(含在(zai)建(jian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu))。
