20世(shi)(shi)紀50年代(dai)以來(lai),由(you)于傳動(dong)(dong)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)和(he)電(dian)氣控制(zhi)技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)突破,連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管生(sheng)產技術(shu)(shu)(shu)得(de)到(dao)(dao)了長足的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)。芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)運(yun)行方式從(cong)(cong)浮(fu)動(dong)(dong)式芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)到(dao)(dao)限動(dong)(dong)式芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)以及半(ban)浮(fu)動(dong)(dong)式芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji),機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)數從(cong)(cong)9~7架(jia)(jia)(jia)減(jian)少(shao)到(dao)(dao)6~5架(jia)(jia)(jia),軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)工藝(yi)從(cong)(cong)兩(liang)輥變(bian)為(wei)(wei)三輥,80年代(dai)后(hou)大(da)口徑、少(shao)機(ji)架(jia)(jia)(jia)限動(dong)(dong)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管技術(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)出現(xian),使得(de)鋼(gang)管連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)更是爐(lu)火(huo)純青。生(sheng)產過程的(de)操作方式由(you)手動(dong)(dong)到(dao)(dao)區域自動(dong)(dong)化到(dao)(dao)整條(tiao)線由(you)CPU、PLC控制(zhi)的(de)全自動(dong)(dong)化運(yun)行方式,采用了液壓(ya)小倉控制(zhi)技術(shu)(shu)(shu),配套了工藝(yi)控制(zhi)軟(ruan)件技術(shu)(shu)(shu),連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)的(de)整體(ti)裝備(bei)水平有了很(hen)大(da)的(de)改變(bian)。與其他(ta)機(ji)型相比連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)以優質、高產、高效率、低消(xiao)耗等特點,成為(wei)(wei)世(shi)(shi)界無縫鋼(gang)管主(zhu)要生(sheng)產企業的(de)首選機(ji)型。
經過30余年(nian)(nian)的(de)消(xiao)化、吸收、再創新,國產(chan)(chan)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)已基本達到(dao)國際先進水平。太原重工(gong)(gong)繼(ji)與國外(wai)聯(lian)合設(she)(she)計寶鋼ф140機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)和(he)天津φ250機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)后(hou),又陸續(xu)制(zhi)造(zao)了(le)多套(tao)(tao)Φ159mm、φ180mm三輥連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)。太原通澤重工(gong)(gong)繼(ji)2006年(nian)(nian)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)了(le)φ250mm 五機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架限動芯棒連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou),又陸續(xu)制(zhi)造(zao)了(le)φ114mm二輥連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)和(he)ф159mm、Φ273mm、Φ356mm等多個規格三輥連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu);中冶賽迪(di)分別(bie)于2012年(nian)(nian)、2017年(nian)(nian)自主集成建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)了(le)φ76mm四機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架、ф89mm六機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架三輥連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)和(he)正在建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)φ159mm三輥連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)。以上機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)設(she)(she)備的(de)控制(zhi)精度逐(zhu)步(bu)提高,代(dai)表了(le)我國軋(ya)(ya)管設(she)(she)備制(zhi)造(zao)和(he)工(gong)(gong)藝水平。國產(chan)(chan)的(de)連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)推(tui)動了(le)中國鋼管工(gong)(gong)業的(de)高速發展。截至2018年(nian)(nian),國內共有連(lian)(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)46套(tao)(tao)(含在建(jian)(jian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu))。
