日前,由(you)哈(ha)電(dian)鍋爐(lu)參(can)與建(jian)設的世界參(can)數最高、容量最大的5MWe超臨界CO2循環發電(dian)試(shi)驗機組,在華能(neng)西(xi)安熱工(gong)院順利(li)完成72小時試(shi)運行,正(zheng)式投(tou)運。該項目的順利(li)投(tou)運得到(dao)了中央(yang)廣播電(dian)視總臺新聞(wen)頻道早間(jian)新聞(wen)節目《朝聞(wen)天(tian)下》的關注與報道。
超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)是新型(xing)高(gao)效的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)技術,具備多重(zhong)先進性(xing)。同時,超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)結(jie)構簡(jian)單(dan)緊湊、靈活性(xing)更強,可(ke)實(shi)現熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)完全解耦(實(shi)現熱(re)能(neng)(neng)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)相(xiang)對(dui)獨立(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)度與(yu)分配,尤其是在(zai)冬(dong)季(ji)供暖(nuan)期,可(ke)有(you)效降低棄電(dian)(dian)(dian)率,大(da)(da)幅提(ti)升發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調(diao)(diao)(diao)峰性(xing)能(neng)(neng)),能(neng)(neng)夠為太陽能(neng)(neng)、風(feng)能(neng)(neng)等間(jian)歇性(xing)不穩(wen)定可(ke)再生能(neng)(neng)源深度調(diao)(diao)(diao)峰提(ti)供有(you)力(li)支(zhi)撐,符合未來能(neng)(neng)源體系(xi)建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)需求。與(yu)傳(chuan)統(tong)蒸汽朗(lang)肯循環相(xiang)比(bi),哈電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)爐(lu)參建的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)5MWe超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2循環發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)機(ji)組(zu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了布(bu)雷頓循環,在(zai)相(xiang)同參數(shu)下,發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)效率可(ke)提(ti)高(gao)3%-5%。作為試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)平臺(tai)(tai)配套的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)核心設(she)備之(zhi)一,由哈電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)爐(lu)自主研發(fa)(fa)制造的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)輸(shu)入熱(re)功率接近20MW,受熱(re)面內(nei)以超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界態CO2為工質,與(yu)傳(chuan)統(tong)以H2O作為工質的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鍋(guo)爐(lu)傳(chuan)熱(re)特(te)性(xing)相(xiang)比(bi),在(zai)參數(shu)上具有(you)大(da)(da)流量、小焓升等特(te)征。超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)了更方(fang)便進行現場試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)L型(xing)布(bu)置、一次(ci)中(zhong)間(jian)再熱(re)、頂置低NOX燃(ran)燒(shao)器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)總體布(bu)置結(jie)構,深度契合試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)平臺(tai)(tai)主要進行循環和設(she)備測(ce)(ce)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)證的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)目標。
以(yi)華(hua)能西安(an)熱工(gong)(gong)院5MWe超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界(jie)CO2循環(huan)發(fa)電(dian)試驗機(ji)組(zu)項(xiang)目(mu)為(wei)依(yi)托(tuo),哈電(dian)鍋(guo)爐(lu)完全(quan)自主開發(fa)了(le)燃(ran)氣超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界(jie)CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu),涵(han)蓋爐(lu)膛(tang)選(xuan)型、爐(lu)內(nei)燃(ran)燒與工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)傳熱耦合計(ji)(ji)算方(fang)法及工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)循環(huan)動力計(ji)(ji)算等核心(xin)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),在(zai)超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界(jie)CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)研(yan)發(fa)方(fang)面(mian)達到(dao)世界(jie)領先水平,多項(xiang)設計(ji)(ji)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)和制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)均為(wei)國內(nei)首(shou)次采用。以(yi)此為(wei)契機(ji),哈電(dian)鍋(guo)爐(lu)成(cheng)功(gong)牽頭(tou)申報(bao)國家重點研(yan)發(fa)計(ji)(ji)劃項(xiang)目(mu)《超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界(jie)CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)質(zhi)量(liang)評(ping)價(jia)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)體系研(yan)究與示范應用》1項(xiang),獲得黑龍江省優秀青年基(ji)金資助(zhu)項(xiang)目(mu)1項(xiang),簽(qian)訂神華(hua)國華(hua)電(dian)力研(yan)究院《超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界(jie)CO2循環(huan)燃(ran)煤鍋(guo)爐(lu)關鍵技(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)研(yan)究與初(chu)步(bu)(bu)設計(ji)(ji)》合同1項(xiang)。哈電(dian)鍋(guo)爐(lu)內(nei)部初(chu)步(bu)(bu)形成(cheng)了(le)以(yi)材料檢驗、設計(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、質(zhi)量(liang)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、運行(xing)監測為(wei)重點的超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界(jie)CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)研(yan)發(fa)體系,實現(xian)了(le)國內(nei)首(shou)臺超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界(jie)CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)從設計(ji)(ji)、制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)到(dao)應用全(quan)流程覆蓋,填補了(le)國內(nei)超(chao)(chao)臨(lin)界(jie)CO2鍋(guo)爐(lu)設計(ji)(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)領域的空(kong)白。
目前,哈電(dian)鍋(guo)爐正以更大容(rong)量(liang)超臨(lin)界CO2發(fa)(fa)電(dian)鍋(guo)爐技術(shu)研發(fa)(fa)為突破(po)口(kou),逐步將(jiang)超臨(lin)界CO2發(fa)(fa)電(dian)設備大型(xing)化(hua)和商業化(hua),提升我國火力發(fa)(fa)電(dian)廠效率和深度調峰能力,助(zhu)力中(zhong)國能源結構轉型(xing)升級,為實現“碳(tan)達(da)峰、碳(tan)中(zhong)和”目標貢(gong)獻(xian)哈鍋(guo)智慧和力量(liang)。
