1. 制(zhi)定標準的意(yi)義


   GB/T 30584-2014為首次制定,主編單位(wei)為衡陽華菱(ling)鋼管(guan)有限公司(si)。


   液壓(ya)履(lv)(lv)帶(dai)式起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)是一種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、建(jian)筑施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)用自(zi)行(xing)式起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji),是工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)機(ji)械中技術含量(liang)高(gao),制造工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝復(fu)雜,具(ju)有(you)獨特性能的(de)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)作(zuo)業(ye)產品,它具(ju)有(you)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)能力大(da),轉彎半徑(jing)小,可(ke)吊重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)行(xing)走(zou),履(lv)(lv)帶(dai)對(dui)(dui)地面(mian)比壓(ya)小,對(dui)(dui)環境要求低,作(zuo)業(ye)穩定性好(hao),桁架(jia)組(zu)(zu)合(he)可(ke)自(zi)由更換(huan)等特點,廣(guang)泛應用于搭(da)建(jian)橋梁、安裝發(fa)(fa)電設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)、安裝煉油設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)、架(jia)設(she)(she)(she)風力發(fa)(fa)電機(ji)組(zu)(zu)以及建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)海上(shang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)平臺等施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)項目(mu)。近年(nian)來,隨著(zhu)我國(guo)(guo)基礎(chu)設(she)(she)(she)施(shi)(shi)建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)加強,國(guo)(guo)內履(lv)(lv)帶(dai)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)市場得(de)到了(le)持(chi)續(xu)、快速壯大(da)。據資料統計我國(guo)(guo)每年(nian)銷量(liang)國(guo)(guo)內加進口(kou)的(de)液壓(ya)履(lv)(lv)帶(dai)式起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)在500臺以上(shang)。作(zuo)為液壓(ya)履(lv)(lv)帶(dai)式起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)一個重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要部件的(de)組(zu)(zu)合(he)臂(bei)(bei)架(jia),是承(cheng)載關鍵部位(wei),由3~12m的(de)無(wu)縫鋼管焊(han)接組(zu)(zu)合(he)而成(cheng),最大(da)吊重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)能力達350~1200t,吊重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)高(gao)度可(ke)達226m,最大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)半徑(jing)可(ke)達160m以上(shang)。起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)臂(bei)(bei)架(jia)管要求鋼管高(gao)強度、高(gao)韌性,良好(hao)的(de)焊(han)接性能。本標準發(fa)(fa)布后,對(dui)(dui)于鋼管的(de)推廣(guang)應用,規范鋼管的(de)生產和驗收,提升產品質(zhi)量(liang)具(ju)有(you)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要意義。


2. 主要技術內容


   按起(qi)重機起(qi)重噸位(wei)(wei)及使用(yong)部位(wei)(wei),鋼管強(qiang)度可分為(wei)450MPa、770MPa和890MPa。其中(zhong)450MPa級(ji)主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)臂(bei)梁腹桿,770MPa級(ji)則主(zhu)要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)起(qi)重噸位(wei)(wei)為(wei)400t以(yi)下的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)臂(bei)梁,而890MPa級(ji)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)起(qi)重噸位(wei)(wei)為(wei)400t以(yi)上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)臂(bei)梁。鋼的(de)(de)(de)牌號由(you)代表(biao)起(qi)重機臂(bei)架的(de)(de)(de)“臂(bei)”“架”漢(han)語(yu)拼音首位(wei)(wei)大(da)(da)寫字母和規定最(zui)小下屈服強(qiang)度或(huo)塑性(xing)延伸(shen)(shen)強(qiang)度數值兩部分組成(cheng)。熱軋(ya)(擠壓(ya)、擴)鋼管壁厚允許偏(pian)差為(wei)S%s冷拔(軋(ya))鋼管壁厚允許偏(pian)差為(wei)±10%S。每米(mi)彎曲度應不(bu)(bu)(bu)大(da)(da)于(yu)(yu)1.5mm,全長(chang)彎曲度不(bu)(bu)(bu)大(da)(da)于(yu)(yu)鋼管長(chang)度的(de)(de)(de)0.10%,且不(bu)(bu)(bu)超過10mm。鋼的(de)(de)(de)冶煉除(chu)經過爐外(wai)(wai)精煉外(wai)(wai),還應經真空脫氣處(chu)理。BJ450鋼管以(yi)正火狀(zhuang)態或(huo)調質(zhi)狀(zhuang)態交貨,BJ770、BJ890鋼管以(yi)調質(zhi)狀(zhuang)態交貨。力學(xue)性(xing)能(neng)包括拉伸(shen)(shen)和沖(chong)擊(ji),其中(zhong)抗拉強(qiang)度規定了最(zui)小和最(zui)大(da)(da)值,沖(chong)擊(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)溫度為(wei)-20℃。超聲檢測驗(yan)收(shou)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)為(wei)L3,或(huo)漏(lou)磁(ci)(ci)檢測驗(yan)收(shou)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)L3,或(huo)渦流(liu)檢測驗(yan)收(shou)等(deng)(deng)級(ji)B。渦流(liu)或(huo)漏(lou)磁(ci)(ci)探傷時,鋼管每端剩磁(ci)(ci)不(bu)(bu)(bu)大(da)(da)于(yu)(yu)20Gs。


3. 國內外標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)對(dui)比及標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)水平


   和國(guo)外(wai)《機械結構用(yong)合金(jin)(jin)(jin)鋼(gang)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)》(JIS G 3441-2004)、《非(fei)合金(jin)(jin)(jin)結構鋼(gang)、細(xi)晶(jing)粒(li)結構鋼(gang)熱軋鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)第(di)1部分(fen):技(ji)術(shu)交(jiao)貨條件》(EN 10210-1:2006)、《用(yong)于機械和一般工程(cheng)用(yong)途的(de)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)交(jiao)貨技(ji)術(shu)條件第(di)1部分(fen)非(fei)合金(jin)(jin)(jin)和合金(jin)(jin)(jin)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)》(EN 10297-1:2003)等相(xiang)關標(biao)準(zhun)相(xiang)比,本標(biao)準(zhun)熱管(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)徑(jing)偏差(cha)與(yu)國(guo)外(wai)標(biao)準(zhun)一致,壁厚(hou)(hou)偏差(cha)嚴(yan)(yan)于三個國(guo)外(wai)標(biao)準(zhun);長度允(yun)許偏差(cha)與(yu)EN10210-1和EN10297-1相(xiang)當,但嚴(yan)(yan)于JIS G3441;彎(wan)曲度嚴(yan)(yan)于國(guo)外(wai)標(biao)準(zhun);不(bu)(bu)圓(yuan)度、壁厚(hou)(hou)不(bu)(bu)均(jun)嚴(yan)(yan)于國(guo)外(wai)標(biao)準(zhun);化學成分(fen)、交(jiao)貨狀態、力學性能、沖擊吸(xi)收能量(liang)、無損(sun)檢測、端(duan)頭外(wai)形、表面質(zhi)量(liang)等要求嚴(yan)(yan)于國(guo)外(wai)標(biao)準(zhun)。本標(biao)準(zhun)水(shui)平(ping)為國(guo)際先進水(shui)平(ping)。
