按(an)塔(ta)內件(jian)(jian)結(jie)構(gou)可分為:板式塔(ta)和(he)(he)填(tian)料(liao)塔(ta)。塔(ta)設備盡(jin)管(guan)其用(yong)途(tu)各異,操作條件(jian)(jian)也(ye)各不(bu)相同(tong),但就其構(gou)造(zao)而(er)言大同(tong)小異,主要由塔(ta)體(ti)、支(zhi)座、內部(bu)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)及(ji)附件(jian)(jian)組(zu)成。根(gen)據塔(ta)內部(bu)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)可以(yi)將其分為板式塔(ta)和(he)(he)填(tian)料(liao)塔(ta)兩大類。塔(ta)體(ti)是塔(ta)設備的(de)(de)(de)外殼,由圓(yuan)(yuan)筒(tong)和(he)(he)兩封頭組(zu)成;封頭可以(yi)是半球形(xing)(xing)、橢圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)、碟形(xing)(xing)等;支(zhi)座是將塔(ta)體(ti)安裝(zhuang)在基礎上的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)部(bu)分,一般采(cai)用(yong)裙(qun)式支(zhi)座,有圓(yuan)(yuan)筒(tong)形(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)錐形(xing)(xing)兩種,常采(cai)用(yong)圓(yuan)(yuan)筒(tong)形(xing)(xing)。裙(qun)座與塔(ta)體(ti)采(cai)用(yong)對接(jie)焊(han)接(jie)或搭接(jie)焊(han)接(jie)連接(jie),裙(qun)座的(de)(de)(de)高度由工藝要求的(de)(de)(de)附屬(shu)設備(如(ru)再(zai)沸器、泵)及(ji)管(guan)線的(de)(de)(de)布置情況(kuang)而(er)定。
1. 板式塔(plate column)
在板式(shi)塔(ta)中裝(zhuang)有一定(ding)數量的塔(ta)盤(pan),液體借自身的重量自上(shang)而下沉(chen)向塔(ta)底(在塔(ta)盤(pan)板上(shang)沿(yan)塔(ta)徑橫向流動),氣體靠壓(ya)差(cha)自下而上(shang)以鼓(gu)泡的形式(shi)穿過(guo)塔(ta)盤(pan)上(shang)的液層(ceng)升向塔(ta)頂。在每(mei)層(ceng)塔(ta)盤(pan)上(shang)氣、液兩相(xiang)密切(qie)接觸,進行傳質(zhi),使兩相(xiang)的組分(fen)濃度沿(yan)塔(ta)高(gao)呈階梯式(shi)變化,如圖4.1所示。

如果(guo)按(an)其塔板上氣、液流向不同(tong)還可分(fen)為(wei)以下幾種(zhong)。
①. 氣(qi)、液(ye)呈錯(cuo)流(liu)(liu)的(de)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)。氣(qi)、液(ye)呈錯(cuo)流(liu)(liu)的(de)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)上裝有降(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)管(guan),液(ye)體自上板(ban)(ban)的(de)降(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)管(guan)落下,進入塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)之后,沿著塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)橫向流(liu)(liu)過(guo),經塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)的(de)降(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)管(guan)流(liu)(liu)入下一塊塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)(受(shou)液(ye)槽)。一般受(shou)液(ye)槽和(he)對(dui)應(ying)降(jiang)(jiang)液(ye)管(guan)寬(kuan)度是一樣的(de)。而氣(qi)體則通過(guo)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)的(de)開孔,與(yu)液(ye)體呈錯(cuo)流(liu)(liu)方(fang)式(shi)傳質和(he)傳熱。氣(qi)、液(ye)呈錯(cuo)流(liu)(liu)方(fang)式(shi)的(de)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)在生產上用(yong)得最多,根(gen)據其氣(qi)、液(ye)接觸元件形式(shi)的(de)不同(tong),又可(ke)分為泡罩型(xing)(xing)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)、篩(shai)孔型(xing)(xing)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)、浮閥型(xing)(xing)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)和(he)噴射型(xing)(xing)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)板(ban)(ban)。
②. 氣、液呈逆流的(de)塔板(ban)(ban)。塔板(ban)(ban)結構簡單,不(bu)設溢(yi)流管,氣、液從塔板(ban)(ban)縫中上(shang)下穿(chuan)流而過,在板(ban)(ban)上(shang)的(de)流體為(wei)上(shang)升(sheng)蒸汽(qi)所攪動而形成泡(pao)沫(mo),進行兩相(xiang)間(jian)的(de)傳(chuan)質,這類塔板(ban)(ban)的(de)塔有柵(zha)板(ban)(ban)塔、穿(chuan)流式波紋篩板(ban)(ban)塔。
③. 氣、液呈(cheng)并流(liu)的塔(ta)板(ban)。氣、液呈(cheng)并流(liu)的塔(ta)板(ban)在每一塊塔(ta)板(ban)上,氣、液呈(cheng)并流(liu)接觸方(fang)式,對整個(ge)塔(ta)氣、液呈(cheng)逆流(liu)操作方(fang)式。
板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)式塔(ta)按(an)有無降液(ye)(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)塔(ta)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)可(ke)分為兩類:有降液(ye)(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)塔(ta)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(錯流(liu)(liu)式),包括篩(shai)(shai)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、浮(fu)閥板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、泡罩(zhao)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、導向(xiang)篩(shai)(shai)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、舌形板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、多降液(ye)(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)塔(ta)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)等;無降液(ye)(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)塔(ta)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)(逆流(liu)(liu)式),包括穿流(liu)(liu)篩(shai)(shai)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、穿流(liu)(liu)柵板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)、波紋(wen)穿流(liu)(liu)塔(ta)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)等。板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)式塔(ta)的結構板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)式塔(ta)的主要部件(jian)是塔(ta)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban),塔(ta)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)有許多形式。圖4.2所示為板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)式塔(ta)塔(ta)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)結構。

2. 填料塔(ta)(packed column)
填(tian)(tian)料(liao)塔中裝填(tian)(tian)一定高(gao)(gao)度(du)的填(tian)(tian)料(liao),液體(ti)自(zi)塔頂沿(yan)填(tian)(tian)料(liao)表(biao)面向下流(liu)動(dong)(dong),作為連續相的氣體(ti)自(zi)塔底向上(shang)流(liu)動(dong)(dong),與液體(ti)進(jin)行逆流(liu),兩相組分的濃度(du)沿(yan)塔高(gao)(gao)呈連續變化。可根據(ju)工藝特點、介(jie)質的特性選用(yong)不同類型的填(tian)(tian)料(liao),如拉(la)西環、鮑爾環等。填(tian)(tian)料(liao)塔結構示意(yi)圖如圖4.3所示。

典型填(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)塔(ta)的(de)(de)(de)工作原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)4.4所示。塔(ta)體為一圓筒(tong),筒(tong)內堆放一定高(gao)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)填(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。操作時,液體自塔(ta)上(shang)部(bu)進入(ru),通過液體分(fen)(fen)布器(qi)(qi)均勻(yun)噴(pen)灑于(yu)塔(ta)截面上(shang),在填(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)表面呈(cheng)膜狀流下。填(tian)充(chong)高(gao)度(du)較高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)填(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)塔(ta)可將(jiang)填(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)分(fen)(fen)層,各(ge)層填(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)之(zhi)間設(she)置液體再分(fen)(fen)布器(qi)(qi),收集上(shang)層流下的(de)(de)(de)液體,并將(jiang)液體重新均布于(yu)塔(ta)截面。氣(qi)(qi)體自塔(ta)下部(bu)進入(ru),通過填(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層中的(de)(de)(de)空隙由塔(ta)頂排出(chu),離開(kai)填(tian)料(liao)(liao)(liao)層的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)體可能挾(xie)帶少量(liang)液沫,必要(yao)時可在塔(ta)頂安裝除沫器(qi)(qi)。
