不銹鋼管道分支(zhi)處補強方式的(de)(de)選擇,一(yi)般是通過(guo)定(ding)(ding)性分析(xi)和(he)定(ding)(ding)量計算(suan)相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)方式來確定(ding)(ding)。定(ding)(ding)量計算(suan)的(de)(de)詳細講述見本書第(di)三(san)章中支(zhi)管連(lian)接形式的(de)(de)選用(yong)與強度計算(suan)工程(cheng)應(ying)用(yong)。
1. 分支(zhi)管(guan)連接(jie)方式的(de)選用,主(zhu)要根據管(guan)道(dao)的(de)設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)溫度、設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)力、腐蝕余量等(deng)設(she)(she)(she)計(ji)條件(jian)確定。分支(zhi)的(de)方法基本為兩種,對于(yu)低壓(ya)大直徑管(guan)則直接(jie)把分支(zhi)管(guan)焊于(yu)主(zhu)管(guan)上(shang);其他多數是(shi)利(li)用分支(zhi)管(guan)件(jian)進(jin)行分支(zhi)。
①. 當從(cong)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)引(yin)出(chu)支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)與(yu)主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)的(de)比值大(da)于(yu)(yu)等(deng)于(yu)(yu)0.5時,采(cai)(cai)用異徑(jing)三(san)通(tong)或等(deng)徑(jing)三(san)通(tong);當主支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)為等(deng)徑(jing)時,應采(cai)(cai)用三(san)通(tong)。GB 50316規定:公稱壓力(li)大(da)于(yu)(yu)或等(deng)于(yu)(yu)10MPa的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),主支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)為異徑(jing)時,不宜采(cai)(cai)用焊(han)(han)接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),宜采(cai)(cai)用三(san)通(tong)或在主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)上開孔并焊(han)(han)接支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai)。當主管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)大(da)于(yu)(yu)DN65而支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)徑(jing)為DN40和以下時,根據設計(ji)壓力(li)的(de)大(da)小,采(cai)(cai)用支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)臺(tai)或半管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)接頭。
有(you)的(de)規(gui)范規(gui)定(ding),一般(ban)主管尺寸(cun)的(de)一半并降低兩個尺寸(cun)系列,就(jiu)沒有(you)三(san)通(tong)可供使用了(le),如主管為12”,標準(zhun)三(san)通(tong)一般(ban)可做到5"(不常用的(de)口徑),再低就(jiu)沒有(you)三(san)通(tong)可供選用了(le)。
②. 普通無腐(fu)蝕性的(de)低(di)(di)溫介質(如LNG),在(zai)中、低(di)(di)壓(ya)條件(jian)下(xia)(一般不大(da)于(yu)9MPa),小尺寸的(de)分支(zhi)(≤2”),選用半管接頭(half coupling),在(zai)高壓(ya)條件(jian)下(xia)(一般大(da)于(yu)9MPa),小尺寸的(de)分支(zhi)(≤2")選用對焊支(zhi)管座(weldolet)。
③. 普通無腐(fu)蝕性的低溫介質(如LNG),在中、低壓條(tiao)件(jian)下(一般<6MPa),大(da)尺寸的分支(zhi)(zhi)(>2”),選用補(bu)強板連接(jie)(reinforcing pad);在高壓條(tiao)件(jian)下(一般大(da)于6MPa),大(da)尺寸的分支(zhi)(zhi)(>2”)選用對焊支(zhi)(zhi)管座(Weldolet)。
④. 等(deng)(deng)級(ji)表(biao)中低溫管道的(de)分支(zhi)形式(shi)主要包括(kuo)標準三(san)通、半管接(jie)頭(tou)、對焊支(zhi)管座、補(bu)強板連接(jie)、直接(jie)開口(較少)等(deng)(deng)形式(shi)。
⑤. 其(qi)他工況支管(guan)連接(jie)方式的(de)選用:
a. 主管(guan)直徑(jing)小于(yu)DN50時,支管(guan)小于(yu)主管(guan),則用異徑(jing)三通或等徑(jing)三通加異徑(jing)短(duan)管(guan)。
b. 設計(ji)壓力(li)等于或(huo)大于2.0MPa、設計(ji)溫度(du)(du)超過250℃以及(ji)支(zhi)管與主管公(gong)稱(cheng)直徑之比大于0.8,或(huo)承受(shou)機械振動、壓力(li)脈動和溫度(du)(du)急劇變化的管道分(fen)支(zhi),應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)等徑異徑三(san)通;公(gong)稱(cheng)直徑小于或(huo)等于40mm的管道,應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)承插焊(或(huo)螺紋(wen))鍛制三(san)通;公(gong)稱(cheng)直徑等于或(huo)大于50mm的管道,應(ying)采(cai)用(yong)對(dui)焊三(san)通、對(dui)焊加強管接(jie)頭(對(dui)焊支(zhi)管臺)或(huo)嵌入式(鞍形)支(zhi)管接(jie)頭。
c. 支管(guan)(guan)通過加強管(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)(支管(guan)(guan)臺(tai)(tai))與主管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)是指(zhi)將(jiang)一個螺紋(wen)、承(cheng)插焊(han)或對焊(han)的管(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)或半管(guan)(guan)接(jie)頭(tou)(tou)(支管(guan)(guan)臺(tai)(tai))直接(jie)焊(han)于(yu)主管(guan)(guan)上(shang)而制成,螺紋(wen)、承(cheng)插焊(han)支管(guan)(guan)臺(tai)(tai)用于(yu)直徑≤DN40(NPS1 1/2)的支管(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)。螺紋(wen)、承(cheng)插焊(han)支管(guan)(guan)臺(tai)(tai)在任(ren)何情況下其額(e)定等(deng)級應(ying)大于(yu)等(deng)于(yu)2000lb。
d. 其他支(zhi)管(guan)連接(jie)(jie)可用(yong)直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)焊(han)接(jie)(jie),但(dan)必(bi)須經校核(he)后(hou)明確是否增加補強(qiang)(qiang)。直(zhi)接(jie)(jie)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)在主(zhu)管(guan)上的(de)支(zhi)管(guan)連接(jie)(jie),不宜用(yong)于有機(ji)械(xie)振動(dong)、壓力脈(mo)動(dong)和溫(wen)度(du)急劇變化(hua)的(de)部位及設計溫(wen)度(du)超過425℃的(de)管(guan)道,當支(zhi)管(guan)連接(jie)(jie)處承(cheng)受由于支(zhi)管(guan)熱(re)變形,外荷載及支(zhi)架位移等(deng)引起的(de)應力時,應對(dui)附加荷載在支(zhi)管(guan)連接(jie)(jie)處產生(sheng)的(de)影響進行分析并采取必(bi)要(yao)的(de)加強(qiang)(qiang)措施(shi)。
⑥. 依據管道等(deng)級(ji)中已(yi)經確(que)定的法蘭壓(ya)力等(deng)級(ji)或(huo)公稱壓(ya)力來選用支管連接件(jian)。
一(yi)般(ban),當(dang)(dang)法蘭的公稱(cheng)壓力(li)公稱(cheng)壓力(li)≤2.5MPa(磅級系列(lie)≤150lb)時(shi),綜合(he)考慮(lv)其他(ta)工(gong)況后,支管可直(zhi)接焊(han)接在主(zhu)管上;當(dang)(dang)公稱(cheng)壓力(li)≥4.0MPa(磅級系列(lie)公稱(cheng)壓力(li)≥300lb)時(shi),則(ze)根據主(zhu)管支管公稱(cheng)直(zhi)徑(jing)的不(bu)同(tong)按(an)對(dui)(dui)焊(han)三通(tong)、對(dui)(dui)焊(han)加強管接頭、承插焊(han)或螺紋(wen)連接三通(tong)、承插焊(han)或螺紋(wen)加強管接頭的順序(xu)選用。
2. 管件(jian)壁厚
在確(que)定支管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)件(jian)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)時(shi)(shi),應(ying)(ying)根據管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)等強度的原則以(yi)及管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)方式(shi)而定。例(li)如(ru),當(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)采用(yong)(yong)對焊連(lian)接(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)應(ying)(ying)一(yi)致;而當(dang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)與管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)采用(yong)(yong)承插(cha)焊或(huo)(huo)螺紋(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)時(shi)(shi),標準(zhun)的承插(cha)焊和(he)螺紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)只有Sch80、Sch60、XXS,最低的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)就是(shi)Sch80,也就是(shi)說只要(yao)當(dang)承插(cha)焊或(huo)(huo)螺紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)所連(lian)接(jie)(jie)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)不大(da)于Sch80時(shi)(shi),承插(cha)焊或(huo)(huo)螺紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)就選Sch80。而當(dang)所連(lian)接(jie)(jie)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)大(da)于Sch80時(shi)(shi),承插(cha)焊或(huo)(huo)螺紋(wen)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)表(biao)(biao)號(hao)就選Sch60或(huo)(huo)XXS。
當對焊三通主管(guan)(guan)(guan)、支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)所連接的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子表(biao)號不同(tong)時,應注意三通主管(guan)(guan)(guan)、支(zhi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)端部的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子表(biao)號應分別與其(qi)所連接的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子表(biao)號相同(tong),這樣就非常方便管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)施工,管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)不必現場再打坡口(kou)。
3. 支管直接(jie)焊于主管的補強(qiang)計算
GB/T 20801、SH/T 3059、GB 50316 等規(gui)范與ASME B31.3關于面(mian)積補強法(fa)的計算(suan)基本相同。
