活(huo)(huo)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)又叫由(you)(you)壬(ren)或由(you)(you)任，是一種能方(fang)便安裝拆卸的(de)(de)常用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)，而(er)有(you)時則用(yong)(yong)于裝配(pei)配(pei)件(jian)，有(you)時也用(yong)(yong)法蘭代替它。主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)(you)螺(luo)(luo)母、云(yun)頭(tou)(tou)、平(ping)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)三部分組成。由(you)(you)圓鋼或鋼錠模鍛(duan)成型(xing)后機(ji)加(jia)工(gong)的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)，它的(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)形式分承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)和(he)螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)。承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)是將(jiang)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)插(cha)(cha)(cha)入(ru)(ru)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)孔內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)焊(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)，因此(ci)(ci)，被稱(cheng)為“承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)活(huo)(huo)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)”；螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)是將(jiang)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)旋入(ru)(ru)螺(luo)(luo)孔內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)，因此(ci)(ci)，被稱(cheng)為“螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)活(huo)(huo)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)”。主(zhu)要(yao)制造(zao)標準為ASME B16.11《承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)焊(han)和(he)螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)鍛(duan)造(zao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)件(jian)》、MSS SP-83《承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)(cha)(cha)和(he)螺(luo)(luo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)配(pei)件(jian)》。典(dian)型(xing)活(huo)(huo)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)見圖4.6.18。

  承(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)活(huo)(huo)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)的品種有等徑(jing)(jing)(jing)和異(yi)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)。承(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)活(huo)(huo)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)由插(cha)口(kou)(kou)(kou)、承(cheng)(cheng)口(kou)(kou)(kou)、承(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)槽等組成，其特征在于在插(cha)口(kou)(kou)(kou)上(shang)有承(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)槽，插(cha)口(kou)(kou)(kou)、承(cheng)(cheng)口(kou)(kou)(kou)分別位于兩(liang)端；與(yu)現(xian)有技術相(xiang)比(bi)，設計合理、操(cao)作(zuo)簡單、實(shi)用(yong)(yong)性強，提高操(cao)作(zuo)質量與(yu)便捷性。承(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)活(huo)(huo)接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)可(ke)廣泛應用(yong)(yong)于不同口(kou)(kou)(kou)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)的管道，也可(ke)用(yong)(yong)于水表(biao)、閥門。由于采用(yong)(yong)承(cheng)(cheng)插(cha)結構(gou)，使(shi)得管道接(jie)(jie)頭(tou)(tou)降低了成本，安(an)裝、使(shi)用(yong)(yong)、維修極為(wei)方便，同時還有極高的防(fang)漏能力。

  螺紋活接頭，是指帶螺紋的管道連接件，是工業和生活中最常見的一種管件，螺紋活接頭使管道的連接變得更簡單，拆卸更換也更容易，大大節省了管道連接的成本。工業上用的螺紋活接頭一般是金屬制造，耐壓較高，材料有碳鋼、不銹鋼(gang)、合金鋼和黃銅等；生活上用的螺紋活接頭材料一般有PC、PVC、PE等。
