近日,從(cong)寶(bao)武中央研(yan)究院(yuan)傳來好消息(xi),由(you)該院(yuan)自主(zhu)研(yan)發的(de)(de)光(guang)伏(fu)支(zhi)架(jia)用超級耐候拉(la)桿用鋼全球首發,產品(pin)可實現(xian)光(guang)伏(fu)行(xing)業拉(la)桿用鋼的(de)(de)全壽命周(zhou)期免(mian)涂鍍、免(mian)維(wei)護(hu),彰顯寶(bao)武順應時代需求積(ji)極變革創新(xin),不(bu)僅(jin)為“雙碳”戰略(lve)目標賦(fu)能添(tian)彩(cai),也為光(guang)伏(fu)行(xing)業由(you)“制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)綠色(se)”延伸(shen)至“綠色(se)制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)”提供寶(bao)武方案。
我國光伏行業(ye)新增裝機量(liang)(liang)、累計(ji)裝機量(liang)(liang)連續多年位居全球第一,產業(ye)鏈(lian)各環節生產規模全球占比均(jun)超過(guo) 50%。2022年,中國光伏行業(ye)總(zong)產值突破1.4萬(wan)億元。伴隨光伏行業(ye)跨越(yue)式發展,光伏支架用鋼年需(xu)求量(liang)(liang)超過(guo)500萬(wan)噸并(bing)保持快速增長。
光(guang)(guang)伏支架系(xi)統(tong)是確保(bao)(bao)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)板(ban)高(gao)(gao)(gao)效(xiao)、穩定、安全運行(xing)的(de)主體(ti)結構,其中(zhong)光(guang)(guang)伏支架用(yong)(yong)拉(la)(la)桿對(dui)系(xi)統(tong)起到支撐和保(bao)(bao)護作用(yong)(yong),在直(zhi)面自(zi)然環(huan)境侵蝕中(zhong)容易(yi)腐蝕失效(xiao)。為此,光(guang)(guang)伏支架用(yong)(yong)拉(la)(la)桿主要采用(yong)(yong)低級別鋼種經冷(leng)拔后熱鍍鋅而成(cheng),生產工序流程長、污染嚴(yan)重并(bing)且傳(chuan)統(tong)熱鍍鋅層薄(bo)、容易(yi)剝落,無法滿足光(guang)(guang)伏項(xiang)目全壽命周期(qi)要求,后期(qi)還(huan)需定期(qi)維護、翻新。因此,高(gao)(gao)(gao)污染、高(gao)(gao)(gao)能(neng)耗、高(gao)(gao)(gao)成(cheng)本已經成(cheng)為制約光(guang)(guang)伏支架用(yong)(yong)拉(la)(la)桿選材、用(yong)(yong)材的(de)瓶頸。
在“雙碳”背景(jing)下(xia),寶(bao)武中(zhong)央研究院深刻認識到,光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)行(xing)(xing)業已(yi)成(cheng)為綠(lv)色(se)低碳發(fa)展的新賽道(dao),節(jie)能環保材(cai)料的研發(fa)和(he)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)迫在眉睫,耐候鋼在光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)行(xing)(xing)業的應用(yong)(yong)(yong)必將成(cheng)為一種趨勢。針對光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)支架用(yong)(yong)(yong)拉桿用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼綠(lv)色(se)升級的“痛(tong)點”,寶(bao)武中(zhong)央研究院與相關單位密(mi)切協(xie)同(tong),通過自(zi)主創新,打破光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)行(xing)(xing)業用(yong)(yong)(yong)材(cai)傳統,成(cheng)功開發(fa)出擁有完全(quan)(quan)自(zi)主知識產(chan)權(quan)的光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)支架用(yong)(yong)(yong)超級耐候拉桿用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼,滿(man)足光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)項目全(quan)(quan)壽命(ming)周期免(mian)涂鍍、免(mian)維護(hu)的應用(yong)(yong)(yong)要求并實現材(cai)料韌(ren)性(xing)提升150%以(yi)上。
此次寶武光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支(zhi)架(jia)用(yong)超級(ji)耐候拉(la)桿(gan)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)成功開(kai)(kai)發(fa)(fa)(fa),進一步降低光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)項目建設與(yu)運營成本,滿足光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電多應用(yong)場景需求(qiu),推動我國光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)行業可(ke)持續發(fa)(fa)(fa)展,而且開(kai)(kai)辟出(chu)光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)支(zhi)架(jia)用(yong)拉(la)桿(gan)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展新賽道,有力促進鋼(gang)(gang)鐵與(yu)光(guang)伏(fu)(fu)產業鏈的(de)(de)綠色低碳化發(fa)(fa)(fa)展。
