近日,寶鋼(gang)股份厚板(ban)產銷研團隊(dui)協同配合,一舉拿下西安咸陽國際機場三期擴建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)GTC及軌道(dao)預留(liu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)總承包鋼(gang)結(jie)構工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)、鋼(gang)箱梁(liang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)橋梁(liang)鋼(gang)板(ban)項目供(gong)貨(huo)合同。


  西(xi)安咸陽國際機場是(shi)(shi)國家“十三(san)五”重大建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目(mu)和民航局(ju)支(zhi)持(chi)建(jian)(jian)設(she)的全國民航標桿示范項(xiang)目(mu),是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國民用(yong)航空局(ju)規劃(hua)建(jian)(jian)設(she)的八(ba)大區域性樞紐(niu)機場之一。此次機場三(san)期擴建(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)將進(jin)一步促(cu)進(jin)區域經濟(ji)社(she)會協調發(fa)展(zhan),加快(kuai)西(xi)安國際航空樞紐(niu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)GTC及軌道預留工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)總承包鋼結(jie)構工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、鋼箱(xiang)梁工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目(mu)是(shi)(shi)該項(xiang)目(mu)重要(yao)(yao)組成部分,連接了T1、T2、T3、T5航站樓的必要(yao)(yao)道路。


  寶(bao)鋼(gang)厚板產銷(xiao)(xiao)研(yan)團(tuan)隊克服(fu)疫情影響、施工工期緊等不利(li)(li)因素,積(ji)極解決(jue)鋼(gang)板加(jia)工制(zhi)作方(fang)(fang)設(she)(she)計(ji)難點,對設(she)(she)計(ji)規格和(he)理化性能(neng)分析(xi)等多個方(fang)(fang)面開(kai)展個性化參數(shu)定制(zhi)并取得了預期效果。營銷(xiao)(xiao)中(zhong)心(寶(bao)鋼(gang)國際)南(nan)方(fang)(fang)公司牽頭(tou)與項(xiang)目建設(she)(she)等相關方(fang)(fang)進行(xing)了多輪商務(wu)(wu)(wu)交流和(he)遠程(cheng)技術溝(gou)通(tong),利(li)(li)用湛江鋼(gang)鐵近地化、可快(kuai)速交付的服(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)優勢,推行(xing)重大(da)工程(cheng)EVI模式。雙(shuang)方(fang)(fang)僅(jin)用三周時間就對訂單所有技術細節和(he)商務(wu)(wu)(wu)條款達成(cheng)一致(zhi),體現了業(ye)主、設(she)(she)計(ji)院、施工單位等對寶(bao)鋼(gang)技術和(he)商務(wu)(wu)(wu)團(tuan)隊的認可。

  在(zai)項目(mu)服務方(fang)面,寶鋼股份(fen)從保供方(fang)案、焊評板(ban)提供、首批(pi)鋼結(jie)構制作(zuo)試驗(yan)訂(ding)單(dan)、技術交(jiao)流(liu)等(deng)方(fang)面一直走(zou)在(zai)前(qian)面,搶占了項目(mu)合(he)作(zuo)先機。該訂(ding)單(dan)的(de)獲取,是對寶鋼股份(fen)“百千十”戰略目(mu)標(biao)的(de)有力推進,截(jie)至(zhi)目(mu)前(qian)該項目(mu)首批(pi)3124噸橋(qiao)梁(liang)鋼合(he)約已經下發生產(chan)。
