某DN 1000熱(re)力管(guan)(guan)道(dao),設(she)計溫度(du)120℃,設(she)計壓力1.6MPa,鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)材(cai)(cai)(cai)質為(wei)(wei)Q235B 碳(tan)素結(jie)構鋼(gang),聚乙烯外保(bao)護殼保(bao)溫管(guan)(guan),閥(fa)門采(cai)用金(jin)屬硬密封(feng)(feng)焊接蝶閥(fa),閥(fa)體、閥(fa)桿(gan)材(cai)(cai)(cai)質為(wei)(wei)碳(tan)鋼(gang),密封(feng)(feng)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料為(wei)(wei)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)。采(cai)用直(zhi)(zhi)埋(mai)敷設(she)。管(guan)(guan)道(dao)是按照(zhao)直(zhi)(zhi)埋(mai)無(wu)補償(chang)(chang)敷設(she)設(she)計的(de),這種無(wu)補償(chang)(chang)設(she)計需(xu)要管(guan)(guan)道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)時采(cai)用預(yu)熱(re),從而(er)降低管(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)應力幅度(du),經(jing)濟、安全與(yu)可靠。管(guan)(guan)道(dao)常見的(de)預(yu)熱(re)方式有(you)三種,即熱(re)水(shui)預(yu)熱(re)、熱(re)風預(yu)熱(re)和電(dian)預(yu)熱(re)。下面(mian)結(jie)合工(gong)程實(shi)際(ji)對直(zhi)(zhi)埋(mai)供(gong)熱(re)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)電(dian)預(yu)熱(re)做簡(jian)單講述。
電(dian)(dian)預熱(re)(re)的目的是將管道(dao)(dao)受熱(re)(re)后產(chan)生(sheng)的熱(re)(re)應力(li)提前(qian)釋放,見圖9.5.1設備(bei)的輸入(ru)口處接低(di)電(dian)(dian)流,高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),在輸出口處接高電(dian)(dian)流、低(di)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),一般(ban)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不高于60V,輸出電(dian)(dian)流在3000~5000A。開機(ji)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)流越(yue)大,時間越(yue)長(chang),產(chan)生(sheng)的熱(re)(re)量(liang)(liang)就越(yue)多,使管道(dao)(dao)不斷伸長(chang),當伸長(chang)量(liang)(liang)達到設計預熱(re)(re)伸長(chang)量(liang)(liang)時即可進(jin)行補償器(qi)焊(han)(han)接固(gu)定和管溝(gou)回(hui)(hui)填(tian)(tian)。如(ru)果(guo)管子較(jiao)長(chang)可以分(fen)段(duan)預熱(re)(re),有的工程(cheng)預熱(re)(re)段(duan)在350~900m左右。施工之(zhi)前(qian)將預熱(re)(re)管段(duan)兩端管道(dao)(dao)口用端帽密封,防止氣體流通(tong)。為了使回(hui)(hui)填(tian)(tian)過程(cheng)中管道(dao)(dao)的伸長(chang)量(liang)(liang)不回(hui)(hui)縮,需繼續預熱(re)(re)保(bao)持恒(heng)溫(wen),直到焊(han)(han)接完(wan)成、回(hui)(hui)填(tian)(tian)結束后方可停止預熱(re)(re)。
預(yu)熱安裝(zhuang)的(de)基本原理是在(zai)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)最低溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)和最高溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)之間(jian)選取(qu)(qu)一(yi)個溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)點(dian)tm,在(zai)該(gai)(gai)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)下,使管(guan)道(dao)(dao)內應力為0.一(yi)般情況(kuang)下,t值(zhi)選取(qu)(qu)中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du),即最低溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)和最高溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)平均值(zhi)。在(zai)實際預(yu)熱安裝(zhuang)中(zhong)(zhong),無論采用(yong)局部(bu)回填還(huan)是敞口預(yu)熱,管(guan)段因加熱發生伸(shen)(shen)長(chang)(chang)時,土壤與管(guan)道(dao)(dao)外壁的(de)摩擦力是不可避免的(de),它將阻礙(ai)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)自由伸(shen)(shen)長(chang)(chang)。因此實際預(yu)熱溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)比中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)t略高5℃.在(zai)該(gai)(gai)工程中(zhong)(zhong)預(yu)熱溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)(du)設定為65℃,預(yu)處理管(guan)段的(de)伸(shen)(shen)長(chang)(chang)量為:
按要(yao)求(qiu)對管道進行回填,回填土(tu)為均(jun)勻的密石土(tu),要(yao)求(qiu)分層碾壓,一般要(yao)求(qiu)回填至管道上端200~300mm。
在(zai)預熱管(guan)(guan)道管(guan)(guan)網兩端(duan)設(she)置(zhi)標尺,以便預熱伸長(chang)(chang)后計算(suan)管(guan)(guan)道伸長(chang)(chang)量。其設(she)計計算(suan)伸長(chang)(chang)量應(ying)該等于管(guan)(guan)道兩端(duan)伸長(chang)(chang)量之和。
在(zai)指定的時(shi)間(jian)內對(dui)管(guan)(guan)溝進(jin)行(xing)回(hui)填(tian)。回(hui)填(tian)時(shi)要嚴格控制管(guan)(guan)道的回(hui)縮量(liang),對(dui)回(hui)填(tian)土每200~300mm就要分(fen)層夯(hang)實與碾壓一次,回(hui)填(tian)時(shi)要按照從(cong)預熱管(guan)(guan)道的兩端向中(zhong)間(jian)的順序進(jin)行(xing)回(hui)填(tian)。目的是要在(zai)管(guan)(guan)網中(zhong)形成(cheng)錨固段(duan),產(chan)生預應(ying)力,從(cong)而使管(guan)(guan)路的軸向應(ying)力降(jiang)低到(dao)冷安裝時(shi)的一半。回(hui)填(tian)土回(hui)填(tian)質量(liang)對(dui)后續施工質量(liang)起到(dao)很大制約作用。
管(guan)道電(dian)預(yu)熱(re)無補償配管(guan)施(shi)(shi)工簡單(dan)方便,施(shi)(shi)工速(su)度快,預(yu)熱(re)均勻(yun),預(yu)熱(re)時間短,熱(re)消耗量較(jiao)小,有效提高管(guan)網的(de)(de)安(an)(an)全性(xing)(xing)和可(ke)靠性(xing)(xing)及使用壽命,電(dian)預(yu)熱(re)設備體(ti)積小、易操作(zuo)、無噪聲,自(zi)動監控。管(guan)道的(de)(de)軸向應力可(ke)以降低到冷安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)時的(de)(de)一(yi)半,取消了一(yi)次(ci)性(xing)(xing)補償器(qi)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)中大量使用的(de)(de)一(yi)次(ci)性(xing)(xing)補償,施(shi)(shi)工費用相(xiang)對(dui)較(jiao)低。
在石油化(hua)工裝置配(pei)管設計(ji)(ji)過程中,筆者也采用了類(lei)似的無補償(chang)配(pei)管設計(ji)(ji),具(ju)有(you)較好的效果。
