管(guan)(guan)(guan)托主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于隔熱管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao),并分別與不同(tong)的生根形式配合使用(yong)(yong)(yong),可(ke)以實現管(guan)(guan)(guan)子的滑(hua)動(dong)(承重(zhong))、固定、導向、止(zhi)推(tui)等(deng)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)。常用(yong)(yong)(yong)的管(guan)(guan)(guan)托形式如圖9-27所示。

  圖9-27中(zhong)共給出了A、B、C三種(zhong)(zhong)管(guan)托形式(shi)(shi)和(he)1、2、3、4四種(zhong)(zhong)生根形式(shi)(shi)。三種(zhong)(zhong)管(guan)托形式(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)單獨使用,也(ye)可(ke)(ke)與四種(zhong)(zhong)生根形式(shi)(shi)組合(he)使用。兩(liang)者組合(he)使用時(shi),可(ke)(ke)以得(de)到12種(zhong)(zhong)限位管(guan)托形式(shi)(shi)。


  A型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和B型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)管(guan)(guan)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)允許現場(chang)(chang)焊(han)(han)接(jie)的(de)(de)(de)情況,其(qi)中(zhong)A型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)一(yi)般適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)管(guan)(guan)子DN≤150mm的(de)(de)(de)情況,B型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)DN=200~400mmm的(de)(de)(de)情況。對于(yu)DN≥450mm的(de)(de)(de)情況,應考(kao)慮按設備支座要求制(zhi)作(zuo)管(guan)(guan)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)。當管(guan)(guan)道(dao)材料對支架材料不(bu)(bu)敏感時,A型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)或B型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)墊(dian)板可以取消(xiao)不(bu)(bu)用(yong)(yong)。C型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)管(guan)(guan)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)不(bu)(bu)允許在現場(chang)(chang)直接(jie)與管(guan)(guan)道(dao)焊(han)(han)接(jie)的(de)(de)(de)場(chang)(chang)合(如(ru)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)保冷時)。A型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、B型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)、C型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)單(dan)獨(du)使用(yong)(yong)時即為(wei)一(yi)般的(de)(de)(de)滑(hua)動管(guan)(guan)托(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)。


  1型(xing)生(sheng)(sheng)根(gen)形式(shi)可(ke)以通過(guo)管托(tuo)實現(xian)(xian)(xian)隔熱管道(dao)(dao)在此(ci)處(chu)的(de)全(quan)固定(ding),使其(qi)(qi)成(cheng)為固定(ding)點。2型(xing)生(sheng)(sheng)根(gen)形式(shi)與管托(tuo)配合可(ke)以實現(xian)(xian)(xian)管道(dao)(dao)的(de)雙向(xiang)(xiang)止推,即限制管道(dao)(dao)在此(ci)處(chu)的(de)軸向(xiang)(xiang)位(wei)移。3型(xing)和4型(xing)與管托(tuo)配合可(ke)以實現(xian)(xian)(xian)管子的(de)導(dao)向(xiang)(xiang),即限制管道(dao)(dao)在此(ci)處(chu)的(de)橫向(xiang)(xiang)位(wei)移。其(qi)(qi)中4型(xing)常與附塔懸臂支架配合用于(yu)豎直管道(dao)(dao)的(de)導(dao)向(xiang)(xiang)。


  對(dui)于(yu)(yu)不(bu)隔熱(re)管(guan)(guan)道,一(yi)般(ban)不(bu)用管(guan)(guan)托,此時(shi)它的(de)(de)(de)止(zhi)推(tui)和導向往往借助(zhu)于(yu)(yu)圖(tu)9-28(a)、(b)所(suo)示的(de)(de)(de)支(zhi)架形(xing)式進行(xing)。而(er)光管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)固定則是借助(zhu)于(yu)(yu)管(guan)(guan)卡(ka)和止(zhi)推(tui)卡(ka)實現(xian)。光管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)滑動則不(bu)需要任何(he)支(zhi)架,將管(guan)(guan)子直(zhi)接(jie)置(zhi)于(yu)(yu)支(zhi)承梁上即可。對(dui)于(yu)(yu)較(jiao)重的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)道,有時(shi)為了防(fang)止(zhi)因熱(re)位(wei)移而(er)劃傷管(guan)(guan)道,則在相(xiang)應的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi)焊一(yi)塊墊板,如圖(tu)9-28(c)所(suo)示。
