值得注意的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi),管(guan)(guan)道內的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不能(neng)與介質重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)考慮(lv),并(bing)(bing)且只(zhi)有當(dang)管(guan)(guan)子需(xu)要(yao)進(jin)(jin)行水(shui)(shui)壓試驗(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)才考慮(lv)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)影響。一般情(qing)況下,對于大(da)(da)直徑管(guan)(guan)道,尤其是(shi)(shi)大(da)(da)直徑氣體管(guan)(guan)道,其充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)比(bi)介質重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)許多(duo),故這類管(guan)(guan)道的(de)(de)支吊架(jia)應考慮(lv)能(neng)承受(shou)水(shui)(shui)壓試驗(yan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。對于并(bing)(bing)行的(de)(de)多(duo)根管(guan)(guan)道,如管(guan)(guan)廊上的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)道,每根管(guan)(guan)道不能(neng)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)計(ji)入充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),實(shi)際的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓試驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)也是(shi)(shi)逐根進(jin)(jin)行的(de)(de),此時(shi)(shi)(shi)在向結構專業提出荷(he)載(zai)條(tiao)件時(shi)(shi)(shi),以其中的(de)(de)最(zui)大(da)(da)一根管(guan)(guan)道充(chong)(chong)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)計(ji)算即可。
冷態下(xia),管(guan)道的(de)基本載荷是(shi)按管(guan)系(xi)的(de)空間幾何(he)形(xing)狀進行分配的(de),即通過管(guan)系(xi)的(de)空間幾何(he)形(xing)狀和支承點(dian)的(de)位(wei)置可以計算(suan)出各承重點(dian)的(de)分配載荷。
