埋弧焊時為了調整焊接機頭與不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管焊件的相對位置,使整個焊接過程中待焊處始終處于最適合焊接的位置,還要保證在施焊過程中穩定、可靠安全,一般均需有相應的輔助設備與焊機相配合。輔助設備有焊接夾具、焊件變位設備、焊機機頭變位設備、焊縫成形設備和導電嘴等。


1. 焊接夾具


   其目的在于使(shi)不銹鋼管焊(han)件準(zhun)確(que)定位(wei)并夾(jia)緊(jin),以(yi)便焊(han)接(jie)。這樣可以(yi)減少或免去定位(wei)焊(han)縫(feng)且能(neng)減少焊(han)接(jie)變形。圖4-13為一種常(chang)用(yong)的筒形工件縱焊(han)縫(feng)的琴鍵(jian)夾(jia)具的示意圖,配有成形銅墊板(ban),能(neng)獲(huo)得單面(mian)(mian)焊(han)雙面(mian)(mian)成形的焊(han)縫(feng)。


2. 焊件(jian)變(bian)位(wei)設(she)備(bei)


   主(zhu)要功能是使焊(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)(jian)旋轉(zhuan)、傾斜(xie)、翻轉(zhuan) 以(yi)使待焊(han)(han)處(chu)處(chu)于最適合焊(han)(han)接(jie)的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置,來(lai)達到提高生(sheng)產效率,保證焊(han)(han)縫質量和(he)減(jian)輕工人勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)強度的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。焊(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)(jian)變位(wei)設備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi)、結(jie)構(gou)和(he)尺寸要根(gen)據焊(han)(han)接(jie)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi)、重(zhong)量專門設計(ji)。通(tong)常(chang)有滾(gun)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)架和(he)翻轉(zhuan)機等。用于回轉(zhuan)體的(de)(de)(de)典型滾(gun)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)架如圖4-14所示。長軸(zhou)式(shi)(shi)焊(han)(han)接(jie)滾(gun)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)架的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)動(dong)(dong)滾(gun)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)與從動(dong)(dong)滾(gun)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)數量較多時,要求(qiu)滾(gun)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)始終保持在同(tong)一軸(zhou)線上,焊(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)(jian)在上面不(bu)易變形和(he)打(da)滑。這(zhe)種滾(gun)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)架適用于焊(han)(han)接(jie)中(zhong)、薄(bo)壁、長度大的(de)(de)(de)筒(tong)形焊(han)(han)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。筒(tong)體上如有凸出附件(jian)(jian)(jian),應防(fang)止轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)與長軸(zhou)相互(hu)干涉(she)。


3. 焊機機頭變位設備(bei)


   這種(zhong)(zhong)設備(bei)又稱焊(han)(han)(han)接操(cao)(cao)作機(ji)(ji)(ji)。它能(neng)將焊(han)(han)(han)接機(ji)(ji)(ji)頭對(dui)準(zhun)待焊(han)(han)(han)位(wei)置,使(shi)之在該位(wei)置上操(cao)(cao)作,或者以一定速度沿規(gui)定軌跡移動焊(han)(han)(han)機(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)(ji)(ji)頭進行焊(han)(han)(han)接。它與焊(han)(han)(han)接滾輪架(滾輪架的(de)(de)結(jie)構形式(shi)(shi)(shi)、選(xuan)用(yong),見(jian)JB/T 9187-1999《焊(han)(han)(han)接滾輪架》)等配合(he)使(shi)用(yong),能(neng)完成各種(zhong)(zhong)構件(jian)的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接。其基本形式(shi)(shi)(shi)有平(ping)臺(tai)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、懸臂式(shi)(shi)(shi)、伸縮式(shi)(shi)(shi)、龍門式(shi)(shi)(shi)等幾種(zhong)(zhong)。常用(yong)的(de)(de)平(ping)臺(tai)焊(han)(han)(han)接操(cao)(cao)作機(ji)(ji)(ji)與滾輪架配合(he)使(shi)用(yong)情(qing)況,如圖(tu)4-14、圖(tu)4-15所示。

4. 焊縫成形設備(bei)


   由于埋弧焊(han)(han)的電弧功率較大,在(zai)對接接頭焊(han)(han)接時,為了防止熔化金屬(shu)的流(liu)失和燒穿并促(cu)使焊(han)(han)縫背(bei)面(mian)(mian)成形,往往需要在(zai)焊(han)(han)縫背(bei)面(mian)(mian)加墊(dian)板。最常用(yong)的焊(han)(han)縫成形設備(bei)除前(qian)面(mian)(mian)所(suo)述(shu)的銅墊(dian)板外,還有焊(han)(han)劑(ji)襯墊(dian)。它適用(yong)于縱(zong)焊(han)(han)縫和環焊(han)(han)縫。圖(tu)(tu)4-16為典型的帶式環焊(han)(han)縫焊(han)(han)劑(ji)墊(dian)的示意圖(tu)(tu)。圖(tu)(tu)中舉升氣缸6在(zai)工(gong)(gong)作時將帶支撐(cheng)總成1舉起,使帶兩(liang)邊凸棱與工(gong)(gong)作表(biao)面(mian)(mian)接觸(chu),帶在(zai)摩擦(ca)力的作用(yong)下隨焊(han)(han)件(jian)運(yun)動。位于帶一端的焊(han)(han)劑(ji)斗(dou)3內的焊(han)(han)劑(ji)經(jing)出料口落在(zai)帶上,傳到待焊(han)(han)點的下方,托住高溫的熔池,過后將多余焊(han)(han)劑(ji)傳到另一端,落入回(hui)收箱內,供重(zhong)復使用(yong)(需篩除碎粉(fen)、渣殼等,并重(zhong)新烘干)。


5. 導電嘴


   導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui)按(an)結(jie)構(gou)分為管式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui)(或(huo)稱管狀偏心導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui)、偏心導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui))、滾(gun)(gun)輪式(shi)(shi)(或(huo)稱滾(gun)(gun)動式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui))、夾閘瓦式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui)(或(huo)瓦片式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui))。Φ4.0mm以下(xia)的(de)細(xi)焊(han)絲常用管式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui);Φ4.0mm以上的(de)焊(han)絲宜用滾(gun)(gun)輪式(shi)(shi)或(huo)夾瓦式(shi)(shi)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui)。導(dao)(dao)電(dian)嘴(zui)(zui)(zui)(zui)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)見(jian)圖4-17。
