二氧化碳液態低溫容器槽車,是由外容器和內容器組成。內容器材質為1Cr18Ni9Ti 不銹鋼,壁厚16mm。內容器外形尺寸:直徑?1600mm,長為5786mm,容積為11mm3。除進行外觀目視檢查外,還必須對焊縫進行100%的滲透檢測和100%的射線檢測。內容器還要進行2.88MPa干燥無油壓縮空氣試驗和氨質譜真空檢漏,漏氣率不大于2×10-5Pa·L/s。焊接工藝:所有縱焊縫和環焊縫(除一端封頭與筒體環焊縫外)均采用埋弧焊,焊機型號為MZ-1000型,采用直流反極性電源。焊絲牌號為H0Cr20Ni10Ti.直徑為4mm,焊劑為HJ260。
1. 縱(zong)縫埋弧焊
鋼板放在刨邊機上(shang)按圖4-53進行(xing)坡口加工,待焊鋼板放在門式(shi)焊接夾具上(shang)進行(xing)裝配(pei),待焊處清(qing)除油污后(hou)進行(xing)焊接,焊接參數見表4-58。焊好第(di)1、2層(ceng)焊縫(feng)(feng)后(hou)進行(xing)清(qing)根,先用(yong)碳弧(hu)氣刨,然(ran)后(hou)用(yong)風動(dong)砂輪清(qing)理打磨出金(jin)屬光澤,并保(bao)證清(qing)根后(hou)凹槽尺寸(cun)均(jun)勻一致,然(ran)后(hou)焊接第(di)3層(ceng)焊縫(feng)(feng)。

2. 環縫埋弧焊(han)
環(huan)(huan)縫(feng)(feng)埋弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)包括筒(tong)節(jie)與(yu)筒(tong)節(jie)和筒(tong)節(jie)與(yu)一端封頭的環(huan)(huan)縫(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)。將焊(han)(han)(han)(han)好的筒(tong)節(jie)、封頭放在焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)滾輪架(jia)(見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)4-14)上(shang)進(jin)行(xing)裝配,用焊(han)(han)(han)(han)條電弧焊(han)(han)(han)(han)進(jin)行(xing)定位焊(han)(han)(han)(han),在平臺式焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)操作機(見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)4-15)上(shang)進(jin)行(xing)環(huan)(huan)縫(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie),先焊(han)(han)(han)(han)內(nei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng)(第1、2層),然后按縱縫(feng)(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)工藝進(jin)行(xing)清根,再焊(han)(han)(han)(han)第3層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(feng),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)參數可參考表4-63。

上述縱、環焊縫(feng)焊接(jie)完畢,先(xian)進(jin)(jin)行目視檢(jian)查,然后進(jin)(jin)行100%滲(shen)透檢(jian)測(ce),排除焊縫(feng)表(biao)面缺陷(xian)后、再進(jin)(jin)行100%射(she)線檢(jian)測(ce)、焊縫(feng)內部質量,達到JB4730-94I級片合(he)格(ge)后才能進(jin)(jin)行下面的工序。
3. 另一封頭與筒體焊接
容(rong)器沒有人孔裝置,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接設備和人員無法進(jin)入容(rong)器內操作(zuo)。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)坡口形式和焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接順序如圖4-54所示。先(xian)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鎢極(ji)氬弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)進(jin)行(xing)打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),保(bao)證焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)透,第2層(ceng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條電弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),其目(mu)的(de)(de)是(shi)增加焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫金屬厚度(du),防止埋(mai)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時由于熔(rong)深過深而將(jiang)打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)穿。第3層(ceng)環形焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫用(yong)(yong)(yong)埋(mai)弧(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)完成。各層(ceng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接參數見(jian)表(biao)4-64。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)后(hou)將(jiang)環焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫進(jin)行(xing)滲(shen)透檢測和射線檢測,合(he)格(ge)后(hou)再進(jin)行(xing)無油干(gan)燥氣壓(ya)試驗和氦質譜真(zhen)空檢漏。全部滿(man)足圖樣技術(shu)性能要求后(hou)才能與外容(rong)器進(jin)行(xing)組裝。
