世界上各(ge)國應(ying)用(yong)(yong)的(de)管(guan)道標(biao)(biao)準體系(xi)有很多,不(bu)同的(de)國家有不(bu)同的(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準和標(biao)(biao)準體系(xi),而(er)在(zai)我國,不(bu)同的(de)行(xing)業又(you)各(ge)采用(yong)(yong)不(bu)同的(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準和標(biao)(biao)準體系(xi)。這(zhe)些(xie)標(biao)(biao)準之(zhi)間千差(cha)(cha)萬別,甚至有些(xie)標(biao)(biao)準和標(biao)(biao)準體系(xi)相(xiang)差(cha)(cha)甚遠,相(xiang)互(hu)之(zhi)間無法(fa)配套使用(yong)(yong)和互(hu)換,從而(er)給使用(yong)(yong)者(zhe)帶(dai)來了(le)不(bu)少麻(ma)煩。為(wei)此(ci),工業管(guan)道設(she)計的(de)第一步就是選擇應(ying)用(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準體系(xi),并作為(wei)裝置內各(ge)個專(zhuan)業設(she)計的(de)統一規(gui)定,以避免(mian)各(ge)相(xiang)關專(zhuan)業因采用(yong)(yong)不(bu)能互(hu)換的(de)其他(ta)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準體系(xi)而(er)導(dao)致錯誤。
工程應用:配管設計的(de)管子標(biao)準系(xi)列(lie)不同(tong)引起的(de)錯誤(wu)
圖(tu)16.2所示的(de)是在某施工(gong)現(xian)場發現(xian)的(de),因設計引起的(de)錯誤。兩(liang)個裝置在界區接(jie)點,因管(guan)(guan)子(zi)標準系列(lie)不同引起管(guan)(guan)子(zi)外徑(jing)(jing)(jing)不同而連接(jie)不上。左(zuo)側為ASME標準管(guan)(guan)子(zi),右(you)側為HG 20553II標準系列(lie)管(guan)(guan)子(zi),都是DN500的(de)公稱(cheng)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing),但是左(zuo)側管(guan)(guan)子(zi)外徑(jing)(jing)(jing)為508mm,右(you)側管(guan)(guan)子(zi)外徑(jing)(jing)(jing)為530mm。
②. 國際化
現在(zai)的(de)工程項(xiang)目越(yue)(yue)來越(yue)(yue)國際化(hua),這就(jiu)要(yao)求工業管道(dao)(dao)器材設(she)(she)計時按(an)照(zhao)工程項(xiang)目的(de)具體要(yao)求,選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)國際化(hua)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)的(de)管道(dao)(dao)器材。管道(dao)(dao)器材選(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)設(she)(she)計標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)規(gui)范也(ye)逐漸(jian)在(zai)統一(yi)向通(tong)用(yong)的(de)國際化(hua)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)看齊。
③. 經濟性
經濟性(xing)是(shi)指(zhi)管道的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)次投(tou)資(zi)(zi)費用(yong)和操作維護(hu)費用(yong)的(de)(de)綜(zong)合指(zhi)數低(di)。一(yi)(yi)般情況下,如果一(yi)(yi)次投(tou)資(zi)(zi)較高(gao)的(de)(de)話,其可靠性(xing)好,操作、維護(hu)費用(yong)低(di)。對于特別重大和復雜的(de)(de)決策(ce),可借助(zhu)計算機分析(xi)取技術和經濟的(de)(de)最(zui)優化組合,如圖16.3所(suo)示。在設計時,要力爭做(zuo)到管系中(zhong)各元(yuan)件具有相同(tong)的(de)(de)強(qiang)度(du)和壽(shou)命選用(yong)。
④. 多(duo)學科性
