工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)(cai)選(xuan)用是(shi)根據(ju)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)設計(ji)的(de)(de)總(zong)(zong)體(ti)(ti)要(yao)求(qiu)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝數據(ju)條件(jian)和采購(gou)特點等因素,對管(guan)子、管(guan)件(jian)、閥(fa)門、法蘭、墊(dian)片、緊固(gu)元件(jian)、特殊管(guan)道(dao)(dao)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)(cai)、隔熱材(cai)(cai)料(liao)、涂漆材(cai)(cai)料(liao)等的(de)(de)選(xuan)用,包(bao)括(kuo)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)標準、材(cai)(cai)質、規(gui)格、結構形(xing)式、連接形(xing)式等內(nei)容的(de)(de)選(xuan)定。在國內(nei)外一些大型工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)公司,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)(cai)選(xuan)用的(de)(de)具體(ti)(ti)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作還包(bao)括(kuo)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)數量匯總(zong)(zong)、向采購(gou)部門提出請(qing)購(gou)單、編制(zhi)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)采購(gou)技(ji)術要(yao)求(qiu)文件(jian)、對管(guan)道(dao)(dao)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)提供商文件(jian)的(de)(de)評閱、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)檢驗和試驗等內(nei)容。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)(cai)選(xuan)用的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作貫穿工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)設計(ji)的(de)(de)整個過程(cheng)。在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項目的(de)(de)詢價(jia)、設計(ji)、采購(gou)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)及后期服務等階段均離不(bu)開工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)選(xuan)用。


①. 標準系列化(hua)


   目前大多數管(guan)(guan)道及其(qi)元件(jian)都進(jin)行(xing)了系(xi)列化(hua),并有(you)相應(ying)(ying)的應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)作支持。因此(ci),管(guan)(guan)道材料設計(ji)時首先要考慮的問題就是管(guan)(guan)道及其(qi)元件(jian)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)系(xi)列的選用(yong)(yong)(yong)。一(yi)個管(guan)(guan)系(xi)中各元件(jian)所用(yong)(yong)(yong)系(xi)列標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的集合(he)稱(cheng)為應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)體系(xi)。這(zhe)些(xie)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)應(ying)(ying)包(bao)括管(guan)(guan)子(zi)系(xi)列標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)、管(guan)(guan)件(jian)系(xi)列標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)、法(fa)蘭及其(qi)連接(jie)件(jian)系(xi)列標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)、閥門標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)等。這(zhe)些(xie)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)通過一(yi)定的規則在一(yi)個管(guan)(guan)系(xi)中得到應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong),它(ta)們之間相互銜接(jie)、相互配合(he),從而確定了管(guan)(guan)道及其(qi)元件(jian)的基(ji)(ji)本(ben)參(can)數。這(zhe)些(xie)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)中尤其(qi)以管(guan)(guan)子(zi)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)和法(fa)蘭標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)最具有(you)代(dai)表性(xing),它(ta)們是其(qi)他應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)(zhun)的基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)。


   世(shi)界上各(ge)(ge)國(guo)(guo)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)管(guan)道標(biao)(biao)準體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)有很多,不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)家有不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準和標(biao)(biao)準體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi),而在我國(guo)(guo),不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)行(xing)業(ye)又各(ge)(ge)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準和標(biao)(biao)準體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)。這些標(biao)(biao)準之(zhi)間千(qian)差萬(wan)別,甚(shen)至有些標(biao)(biao)準和標(biao)(biao)準體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)相(xiang)差甚(shen)遠,相(xiang)互之(zhi)間無法配套使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)和互換,從而給(gei)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)者帶來(lai)了不(bu)(bu)少(shao)麻煩。為此,工業(ye)管(guan)道設計的(de)(de)第一步就是選擇應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi),并作為裝置內各(ge)(ge)個(ge)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)設計的(de)(de)統一規定,以避免各(ge)(ge)相(xiang)關(guan)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)因采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)能互換的(de)(de)其(qi)他應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)標(biao)(biao)準體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)而導致錯(cuo)誤。


工(gong)程應用:配管(guan)設(she)計的(de)管(guan)子(zi)標準系列不(bu)同(tong)引起的(de)錯誤(wu)


   圖16.2所示的(de)是在某施工現場發(fa)現的(de),因設計引起的(de)錯誤。兩個裝(zhuang)置在界(jie)區接點,因管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)標準系(xi)列(lie)不同引起管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)外徑(jing)不同而連接不上(shang)。左側(ce)為(wei)ASME標準管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi),右側(ce)為(wei)HG 20553II標準系(xi)列(lie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi),都是DN500的(de)公稱直徑(jing),但是左側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)外徑(jing)為(wei)508mm,右側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)外徑(jing)為(wei)530mm。


②. 國際化


   現在(zai)的工程項(xiang)目越(yue)來越(yue)國際化,這就(jiu)要求工業管道器(qi)(qi)(qi)材(cai)設計(ji)時按照工程項(xiang)目的具體要求,選用國際化標準(zhun)(zhun)的管道器(qi)(qi)(qi)材(cai)。管道器(qi)(qi)(qi)材(cai)選用設計(ji)標準(zhun)(zhun)規范也逐漸在(zai)統一向(xiang)通用的國際化標準(zhun)(zhun)看齊(qi)。


③. 經濟(ji)性


   經濟性是指(zhi)管道的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)投(tou)資費用和(he)(he)操作(zuo)維護費用的(de)(de)綜合(he)指(zhi)數低。一(yi)(yi)般情況下(xia),如果一(yi)(yi)次(ci)投(tou)資較(jiao)高的(de)(de)話,其(qi)可靠性好,操作(zuo)、維護費用低。對于(yu)特(te)別(bie)重大和(he)(he)復雜(za)的(de)(de)決策,可借助計算(suan)機(ji)分析取(qu)技術(shu)和(he)(he)經濟的(de)(de)最優化組合(he),如圖(tu)16.3所示(shi)。在設(she)計時,要力爭做到管系(xi)中(zhong)各(ge)元件具有相(xiang)同的(de)(de)強度和(he)(he)壽命選用。


④. 多學科性


   工業(ye)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)是配管(guan)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)的(de)基礎技能之(zhi)一,工業(ye)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)器(qi)(qi)材(cai)設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)既要求(qiu)(qiu)從事(shi)這項設(she)(she)計(ji)(ji)的(de)工程技術(shu)人員具(ju)有材(cai)料、力學、機械、技術(shu)經濟等多(duo)學科(ke)知識,還要求(qiu)(qiu)能夠運用(yong)好計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機和(he)外(wai)語兩個最重要的(de)工具(ju),結(jie)合(he)項目實際的(de)采購(gou)情況,根據工藝專業(ye)的(de)工藝管(guan)道(dao)(dao)數據表(biao)要求(qiu)(qiu),根據管(guan)道(dao)(dao)布置、設(she)(she)備布置和(he)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)應力分析(xi)的(de)特(te)殊(shu)要求(qiu)(qiu),根據甲(jia)方提出的(de)要求(qiu)(qiu),并遵循相關法(fa)規和(he)規定,用(yong)計(ji)(ji)算(suan)機文本、表(biao)格或者數據庫(ku)表(biao)示出來(lai),成為一個系(xi)統的(de)、集(ji)體的(de)、創造性的(de)智力勞動。


⑤. 復雜性


   工業管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)工程設計過程中(zhong)實際(ji)應用的(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)器(qi)材(cai)(cai)種類(lei)很多(duo),使用工況(kuang)(kuang)也千差(cha)萬別,影(ying)響因素(su)和(he)(he)環(huan)(huan)節也比較(jiao)多(duo)。工業管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)是一(yi)個系統(tong),各(ge)環(huan)(huan)節相互關(guan)聯、相互影(ying)響,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)組成件和(he)(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)支撐(cheng)件的(de)種類(lei)繁多(duo),各(ge)種材(cai)(cai)料(liao)各(ge)有特點和(he)(he)具體技術要求,材(cai)(cai)料(liao)選用復雜(za)(za)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)長徑比很大,極易失穩,受力情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)比壓力容器(qi)更(geng)復雜(za)(za)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)內流體流動狀(zhuang)態(tai)復雜(za)(za),緩沖余地小,工作條件變化(hua)頻率比壓力容器(qi)高(如高溫(wen)(wen)、高壓、低(di)溫(wen)(wen)、低(di)壓、位移變形、風(feng)、雪、地震等都(dou)(dou)可能(neng)影(ying)響管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)受力情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang))。在做(zuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)器(qi)材(cai)(cai)選用工作時需要全面考慮(lv)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)器(qi)材(cai)(cai)選用和(he)(he)裝置(zhi)布(bu)置(zhi)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)布(bu)置(zhi)、配管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)應力分(fen)析一(yi)樣都(dou)(dou)是完成工程項目(mu)配管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao))設計專(zhuan)業工作的(de)基本(ben)技術技能(neng)。
