熔化極氬弧焊是使用熔化電極(焊絲)的氬氣保護電弧焊,簡稱MIG焊,MICMLIt Gas Arc Welding的縮寫。
一、熔化(hua)極氬弧焊的特點(dian)
香蕉視頻app連接:熔化極氬弧焊的焊接原理如圖5-5所示。熔化極氬弧焊焊接時,焊絲本身既是電極起導電、燃弧的作用,又連續熔化起填充焊縫的作用。因為以氬氣作為保護氣體,因此它不但具有氬弧的特性,還具有以下特點:
1. 生產效率高
熔(rong)化(hua)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬弧焊(han)(han)與鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬弧焊(han)(han)相比,它以焊(han)(han)絲(si)代替非熔(rong)化(hua)的(de)鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),所以能夠承受較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu)(liu),電(dian)流(liu)(liu)密度(du)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提(ti)高。例如,Φ1.6mm的(de)鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),在直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)正極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)性(鎢(wu)(wu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬弧焊(han)(han))下最大(da)(da)許(xu)用(yong)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)為150A,而同樣直(zhi)徑(Φ1.6mm)的(de)焊(han)(han)絲(si),熔(rong)化(hua)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬弧焊(han)(han)下的(de)焊(han)(han)接電(dian)流(liu)(liu)常達350A。因此,熔(rong)化(hua)極(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)氬弧焊(han)(han)電(dian)弧功率大(da)(da),能量集中,熔(rong)透能力(li)強,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)提(ti)高了(le)焊(han)(han)接生(sheng)產(chan)效率。
2. 熔滴過渡形式便于控(kong)制
熔化(hua)極氬弧焊可(ke)實現(xian)不同的(de)熔滴過渡形式,如短路過渡、噴射過渡、亞射流(liu)過渡和可(ke)控脈(mo)沖射流(liu)過渡等,所以,可(ke)焊接(jie)的(de)工件厚(hou)度范圍(wei)較(jiao)寬(kuan),能實現(xian)各種空間位(wei)置或全位(wei)置的(de)焊接(jie)。
3. 飛濺少(shao)
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua)極(ji)氬(ya)(ya)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)在噴射過(guo)渡(du)時幾乎無飛(fei)濺(jian),即使(shi)在短(duan)路過(guo)渡(du)時,與(yu)(yu)二氧化(hua)(hua)碳焊(han)(han)(han)相比(bi)(bi)飛(fei)濺(jian)也很少。由(you)于(yu)在氬(ya)(ya)氣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)的電(dian)(dian)場強(qiang)度比(bi)(bi)在二氧化(hua)(hua)碳氣體中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)低,所以(yi)氬(ya)(ya)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)的陽極(ji)斑點容易擴展,并(bing)籠罩著(zhu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)的較(jiao)大面積(ji),使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)受力均勻。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua)極(ji)氬(ya)(ya)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)短(duan)路過(guo)渡(du)時熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)接觸后,在熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)間形(xing)成小橋,電(dian)(dian)磁力和表面張力都促(cu)使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua)金屬過(guo)渡(du)到熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),有利(li)于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)的短(duan)路過(guo)渡(du)。所以(yi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化(hua)(hua)極(ji)氬(ya)(ya)弧(hu)(hu)(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)短(duan)路過(guo)渡(du)焊(han)(han)(han)接時,短(duan)路時間短(duan),并(bing)且過(guo)渡(du)比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)規律,短(duan)路峰(feng)值電(dian)(dian)流比(bi)(bi)較(jiao)小,因而飛(fei)濺(jian)要比(bi)(bi)二氧化(hua)(hua)碳焊(han)(han)(han)少得(de)多。
二(er)、 熔化極氬(ya)弧(hu)焊的應(ying)用
熔化極(ji)氬(ya)弧焊(han)(han)(han)應用初期主要用來焊(han)(han)(han)接鋁(lv)、鎂及(ji)其合(he)金(jin)(jin),其后由(you)于富氬(ya)混合(he)氣體的(de)(de)廣泛應用,熔化極(ji)氬(ya)弧焊(han)(han)(han)應用范圍不斷擴大,幾(ji)乎可以(yi)焊(han)(han)(han)接所有(you)的(de)(de)金(jin)(jin)屬,如鋁(lv)、鎂、銅和鎳及(ji)它們的(de)(de)合(he)金(jin)(jin),不銹鋼、碳鋼、低合(he)金(jin)(jin)結構鋼等(deng)材料,尤其是焊(han)(han)(han)接鋁(lv)、鎂及(ji)其合(he)金(jin)(jin)時,采用直(zhi)流反極(ji)性有(you)良好的(de)(de)陰極(ji)清理作用,提高了焊(han)(han)(han)接接頭的(de)(de)質量。
熔(rong)化(hua)(hua)極(ji)氬(ya)弧(hu)焊使(shi)用(yong)的(de)焊絲(si)(si)(si),根據其直(zhi)徑(jing)的(de)不(bu)同,有(you)細絲(si)(si)(si)和(he)(he)粗絲(si)(si)(si)之(zhi)分。一般認為,焊絲(si)(si)(si)直(zhi)徑(jing)小于ф1.6mm,屬細絲(si)(si)(si)焊;大于Φ1.6mm,屬粗絲(si)(si)(si)焊,粗絲(si)(si)(si)的(de)直(zhi)徑(jing)可達Φ6mm.焊絲(si)(si)(si)直(zhi)徑(jing)不(bu)同,則電弧(hu)形(xing)態和(he)(he)使(shi)用(yong)電流(liu)(liu)范圍也不(bu)同。近(jin)年來,粗絲(si)(si)(si)大電流(liu)(liu)熔(rong)化(hua)(hua)極(ji)氬(ya)弧(hu)焊得到迅速發展(zhan),通常使(shi)用(yong)直(zhi)徑(jing)為Φ3.2mm以(yi)上的(de)粗絲(si)(si)(si)和(he)(he)500A以(yi)上的(de)大電流(liu)(liu),也是一種可實現厚板焊接(jie)的(de)高效焊接(jie)法。
三、 熔(rong)化(hua)極氬弧焊設(she)備
用于香蕉視頻app連接:不銹鋼管焊接的是自動熔化極氬弧焊,其設備包括:焊接電源、送絲機構及焊槍、控制系統、供氣系統和小車行走機構等幾個部分(圖5-6).某型號水冷式鎢氬弧焊和熔化極氬弧焊雙用焊槍見圖5-7。
