1. 堿(jian)性銅電刷鍍液(ye)的性質


  堿(jian)性銅電刷鍍液呈微堿(jian)性,pH為(wei)(wei)7~8,顯藍紫色(se)。銅離子含(han)量均為(wei)(wei)50g/L,20℃時相對密度為(wei)(wei)1.13,電導率為(wei)(wei)0.142 Ω-1·cm-1。工作通風要(yao)(yao)好,不要(yao)(yao)用(yong)手接觸鍍液。



2. 堿(jian)性銅電(dian)刷鍍新的(de)性質及用途


  堿性銅電刷鍍銅層結晶致密,結合力好(hao)多(duo)用作過渡層或中間層、釬焊層和導電層,防(fang)滲碳和防(fang)氮化層。

4. 堿(jian)性銅電刷(shua)鍍液的配制


  以配方(fang)3為例,在1000mL燒杯中(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)硫(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)銅(tong)(tong)250g,蒸(zheng)餾水250mL,加(jia)(jia)熱(re)攪拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解,冷(leng)卻至20℃,量(liang)(liang)取二(er)乙胺250mL,在攪拌(ban)下緩慢滴入(ru)硫(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)銅(tong)(tong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye),由于是(shi)放熱(re)反應,溫度(du)升(sheng)高(gao)后(hou)要冷(leng)卻后(hou)再加(jia)(jia)。在500mL的燒杯中(zhong)(zhong),加(jia)(jia)入(ru)氨三乙酸(suan)(suan)(suan)150g,加(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水100mL,加(jia)(jia)入(ru)氫氧(yang)化(hua)鈉92g,攪拌(ban)使兩者(zhe)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解,冷(leng)卻后(hou)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)硝酸(suan)(suan)(suan)銨50g,硫(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)鈉20g,攪拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解后(hou)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)硫(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)銅(tong)(tong)乙二(er)胺溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)(zhong),冷(leng)卻后(hou)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)1000mL量(liang)(liang)筒或量(liang)(liang)瓶中(zhong)(zhong),加(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水稀釋至刻度(du),最后(hou)測量(liang)(liang)pH,低(di)(di)了,加(jia)(jia)少許10%氫氧(yang)化(hua)鈉溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)以便升(sheng)高(gao)pH;高(gao)了,加(jia)(jia)少許10%硫(liu)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)以便降(jiang)低(di)(di)pH。



5. 操作方法及工(gong)藝(yi)規范(fan)


 耗電(dian)系數:0.18A·h/(d㎡2·μm),在(zai)循(xun)環使用(yong)過程中耗電(dian)系數不變;


 工作電壓(ya):6~15V;


 接電方式:按正極(ji)性連接,工(gong)件接負極(ji),鍍(du)筆(bi)接正極(ji);


 陰陽極相對運動(dong)速(su)率:10~30m/min;


 使(shi)用溫度:20~50℃;


 在(zai)循環使用過程中,銅(tong)離子濃度在(zai)剩(sheng)余溶液中增加(jia),堿銅(tong)刷鍍液屬富集(ji)鍍液。


 沉(chen)積速率:12.8μm/min;


 鍍(du)層最大厚(hou)度(du):一般(ban)為(wei)0.02~0.03mm.
