1. 堿性銅(tong)電刷(shua)鍍液的性質


  堿性銅(tong)電(dian)(dian)刷鍍(du)液呈微堿性,pH為7~8,顯藍(lan)紫(zi)色。銅(tong)離子含(han)量均(jun)為50g/L,20℃時相(xiang)對密度為1.13,電(dian)(dian)導率為0.142 Ω-1·cm-1。工作通(tong)風要好,不(bu)要用手接(jie)觸鍍(du)液。



2. 堿(jian)性銅電刷鍍新的性質及用(yong)途


  堿性(xing)銅(tong)(tong)電刷鍍(du)銅(tong)(tong)層(ceng)(ceng)結晶(jing)致密,結合力好多用作過渡層(ceng)(ceng)或中間層(ceng)(ceng)、釬焊層(ceng)(ceng)和(he)導電層(ceng)(ceng),防滲(shen)碳和(he)防氮化層(ceng)(ceng)。

4. 堿(jian)性(xing)銅電(dian)刷(shua)鍍(du)液的配制


  以(yi)(yi)配方3為例,在(zai)1000mL燒(shao)杯(bei)中(zhong)加(jia)入(ru)硫酸(suan)銅(tong)250g,蒸(zheng)餾水250mL,加(jia)熱攪(jiao)拌溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie),冷卻至20℃,量(liang)取(qu)二乙(yi)胺(an)250mL,在(zai)攪(jiao)拌下緩(huan)慢滴入(ru)硫酸(suan)銅(tong)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye),由于(yu)是放熱反應,溫度升高(gao)(gao)后(hou)(hou)(hou)要冷卻后(hou)(hou)(hou)再加(jia)。在(zai)500mL的(de)燒(shao)杯(bei)中(zhong),加(jia)入(ru)氨三乙(yi)酸(suan)150g,加(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水100mL,加(jia)入(ru)氫(qing)氧(yang)化(hua)鈉92g,攪(jiao)拌使兩者溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie),冷卻后(hou)(hou)(hou)加(jia)入(ru)硝酸(suan)銨(an)50g,硫酸(suan)鈉20g,攪(jiao)拌溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解(jie)(jie)后(hou)(hou)(hou)加(jia)入(ru)硫酸(suan)銅(tong)乙(yi)二胺(an)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong),冷卻后(hou)(hou)(hou)加(jia)入(ru)1000mL量(liang)筒(tong)或量(liang)瓶中(zhong),加(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水稀釋至刻度,最后(hou)(hou)(hou)測量(liang)pH,低了(le),加(jia)少(shao)(shao)許(xu)10%氫(qing)氧(yang)化(hua)鈉溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)以(yi)(yi)便升高(gao)(gao)pH;高(gao)(gao)了(le),加(jia)少(shao)(shao)許(xu)10%硫酸(suan)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)液(ye)以(yi)(yi)便降(jiang)低pH。



5. 操作(zuo)方法及工藝規范


 耗電系(xi)數:0.18A·h/(d㎡2·μm),在(zai)循環使用過程中耗電系(xi)數不變;


 工作電壓:6~15V;


 接電方式:按正(zheng)極性連(lian)接,工(gong)件(jian)接負極,鍍筆接正(zheng)極;


 陰陽(yang)極相(xiang)對(dui)運動速率:10~30m/min;


 使用溫度:20~50℃;


 在(zai)循環使用(yong)過(guo)程中,銅(tong)離子濃度在(zai)剩余溶液中增加,堿(jian)銅(tong)刷鍍液屬富集鍍液。


 沉積速率:12.8μm/min;


 鍍層最大厚度(du):一般為0.02~0.03mm.
