為保證不銹鋼無縫管整個圓柱范圍內的缺陷檢測,需要不銹鋼管與探頭之間做相對螺旋運動。探頭靜止不動,不銹鋼無縫鋼管螺旋前進是相對較為簡單的檢測方式,該檢測機構在國內出現的歷史較長,優勢與劣勢都非常明顯。主要優點在于設備結構簡單,成本較低,缺點在于檢測速度較慢,通常情況下可靠的檢測直線速度不超過3m/min,對產量不高的單位較為適合。


  不銹鋼無縫(feng)管(guan)螺旋前(qian)進(jin)自動探傷(shang)系統通常情況下(xia)包括上料(liao)機構、鋼管(guan)螺旋前(qian)進(jin)機構、檢(jian)測水槽機構、下(xia)料(liao)與分揀(jian)機構、電氣控制機構、超聲探傷(shang)儀器等。



1. 上料機構


 上(shang)料(liao)(liao)機構的(de)主要功能(neng)是(shi)實現不銹鋼管自(zi)動(dong)進入(ru)鋼管螺旋前(qian)進輥(gun)道。在(zai)工程生產中(zhong),上(shang)料(liao)(liao)機構可(ke)以有(you)多種方式,最常見的(de)結構方式為(wei)開放式斜坡料(liao)(liao)架配(pei)合鋼管下料(liao)(liao)機構,其中(zhong)上(shang)料(liao)(liao)架如圖5.1所示,料(liao)(liao)架長(chang)度(du)與檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)單位鋼管最長(chang)長(chang)度(du)相適(shi)應,寬度(du)可(ke)依據實際檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)空間設計(ji),料(liao)(liao)架一般采(cai)用金屬管焊(han)接(jie)(jie)而成(cheng),表面(mian)(mian)防(fang)銹處理并按(an)照車(che)間設備要求噴涂(tu)合適(shi)色彩,料(liao)(liao)架與鋼管接(jie)(jie)觸部表面(mian)(mian)均包覆有(you)非金屬材(cai)料(liao)(liao),防(fang)止(zhi)鋼管表面(mian)(mian)劃傷。

  探(tan)傷前,操作(zuo)人員將(jiang)(jiang)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)無縫鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)整齊(qi)排放(fang)至上料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)架上,上料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)架前后(hou)兩(liang)側(ce)均布置有鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)擋料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)板(ban),防止鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)從(cong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)架上滾(gun)落,其(qi)中傾斜(xie)面側(ce)擋料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)作(zuo)用(yong)是防止不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在重(zhong)力的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下無序下滑滾(gun)動進入鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)前進輥道(dao)。自動探(tan)傷時,當需要(yao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)進人前進輥道(dao),可(ke)通過鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)下料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)機構(gou)將(jiang)(jiang)一根鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)送人指(zhi)定位(wei)置,比較典型的(de)(de)(de)上料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)機構(gou)可(ke)采用(yong)氣缸(gang)驅動一傾斜(xie)板(ban)將(jiang)(jiang)一根鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)頂(ding)起,鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)利用(yong)自身重(zhong)力滾(gun)人前進輥道(dao)。


  如圖5.2所示,氣(qi)缸(gang)與(yu)非金(jin)屬材料(liao)制成的上(shang)料(liao)塊左(zuo)側為尖凸(tu),當氣(qi)缸(gang)升起時(shi)(shi),可從緊排鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)的間隙內插入(ru),將最(zui)外側鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)與(yu)整(zheng)排鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)分(fen)離,鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)尖凸(tu)側邊的傾斜(xie)邊上(shang)通過(guo)自身重力滾動下滑,進人鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)檢測前進輥(gun)道。在(zai)整(zheng)個料(liao)架長度方向安裝若干套下料(liao)機構(gou),氣(qi)缸(gang)同時(shi)(shi)動作,保證鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)順利分(fen)離。

2. 鋼(gang)管螺旋前進(jin)機構(gou)


 不銹(xiu)鋼管螺旋(xuan)前(qian)進(jin)機構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)主要功(gong)能是實現鋼管沿軸(zhou)線前(qian)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)同時快速旋(xuan)轉,該(gai)部分是螺旋(xuan)前(qian)進(jin)超聲探傷系(xi)統的(de)(de)(de)關鍵機構(gou),對超聲檢測的(de)(de)(de)最終(zhong)結果影響較大,調整不適合的(de)(de)(de)情況下還會對不銹(xiu)鋼無縫(feng)鋼管的(de)(de)(de)直線度產生破壞。該(gai)機構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)局部示(shi)意圖如圖5.3所(suo)示(shi)。

 圖5.3中,鋼(gang)管(guan)螺旋運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)源為異步電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji),該電(dian)機(ji)(ji)通(tong)過(guo)減速(su)機(ji)(ji)與(yu)摩(mo)(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)相連接,摩(mo)(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)旋轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線(xian)與(yu)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管(guan)軸(zhou)線(xian)成(cheng)(cheng)一定夾角(jiao)α,該角(jiao)度(du)固定不(bu)可(ke)調,摩(mo)(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時,通(tong)過(guo)摩(mo)(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)力帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼(gang)管(guan)螺旋運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),摩(mo)(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)材質應(ying)選擇(ze)摩(mo)(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)系數較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)非(fei)金屬(shu)(shu)材料(liao)以(yi)防止(zhi)對鋼(gang)管(guan)表面(mian)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)磨(mo)損,同(tong)(tong)時還要(yao)兼顧耐磨(mo)性(xing)從(cong)而保證(zheng)摩(mo)(mo)(mo)擦(ca)(ca)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)工作壽命。鋼(gang)管(guan)底部有(you)成(cheng)(cheng)對交叉(cha)(cha)布(bu)置的(de)(de)(de)支撐(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)(lun),每個支撐(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)方(fang)向可(ke)調,與(yu)鋼(gang)管(guan)軸(zhou)線(xian)成(cheng)(cheng)一定夾角(jiao)β,通(tong)過(guo)調整(zheng)(zheng)β的(de)(de)(de)大(da)小可(ke)以(yi)改變鋼(gang)管(guan)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)螺距大(da)小;調整(zheng)(zheng)交叉(cha)(cha)支撐(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)間(jian)隙可(ke)實現鋼(gang)管(guan)高度(du)的(de)(de)(de)調整(zheng)(zheng),滿足檢測不(bu)同(tong)(tong)直徑的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)管(guan),支撐(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)的(de)(de)(de)材質應(ying)選擇(ze)非(fei)金屬(shu)(shu)材料(liao),主要(yao)目的(de)(de)(de)還是(shi)要(yao)防止(zhi)對鋼(gang)管(guan)表面(mian)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)磨(mo)損,一般情況(kuang)下(xia)選擇(ze)尼(ni)龍材料(liao)即(ji)可(ke)滿足要(yao)求。在整(zheng)(zheng)個鋼(gang)管(guan)螺旋前進輥道(dao)上均(jun)勻布(bu)置幾套驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置,每套驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置兩(liang)側(ce)均(jun)有(you)成(cheng)(cheng)對交叉(cha)(cha)支撐(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)(lun),交叉(cha)(cha)支撐(cheng)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)間(jian)距越小越有(you)利于(yu)保證(zheng)鋼(gang)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)直線(xian)度(du),這種作用對小徑鋼(gang)管(guan)尤其(qi)明(ming)顯(xian)。


 整個(ge)異步電(dian)機驅動(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)固定在可(ke)(ke)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)上(shang),直動(dong)(dong)氣(qi)缸(gang)升起時頂起可(ke)(ke)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)上(shang)的平板,異步電(dian)機驅動(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)隨支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)一(yi)起動(dong)(dong)作(zuo)脫(tuo)離與(yu)不銹鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)接觸位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),此時可(ke)(ke)完成鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)自(zi)動(dong)(dong)上(shang)料,當鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)進入(ru)輥(gun)道后,氣(qi)缸(gang)退回,可(ke)(ke)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)支(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)在自(zi)身(shen)重力(li)作(zuo)用下跟隨氣(qi)缸(gang)平穩進入(ru)工(gong)作(zuo)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi),保證摩擦輪與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)接觸。



3. 檢測水槽機構(gou)


 檢測(ce)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)(cao)又稱局部(bu)(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)(cao)。不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)探(tan)傷過程中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)需要水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)耦(ou)(ou)合(he),為(wei)(wei)減少鋼(gang)管(guan)超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)探(tan)傷時(shi)(shi)(shi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)雜質(zhi)對檢測(ce)聲(sheng)(sheng)波信號的(de)(de)(de)(de)干擾,需要在水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)(cao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)通循(xun)環水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),及(ji)(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)將鋼(gang)管(guan)表面或外部(bu)(bu)進(jin)入水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)槽(cao)(cao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)雜質(zhi)帶離。該部(bu)(bu)分機構如(ru)圖5.4所(suo)示(shi)。如(ru)圖所(suo)示(shi),整(zheng)個(ge)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)分割為(wei)(wei)三部(bu)(bu)分,中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間部(bu)(bu)分為(wei)(wei)耦(ou)(ou)合(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang),下端(duan)帶有(you)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口和出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口,兩(liang)側為(wei)(wei)泄漏水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang),鋼(gang)管(guan)穿過的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候(hou),耦(ou)(ou)合(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)里的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)會(hui)向(xiang)兩(liang)邊泄漏,泄漏水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)底部(bu)(bu)也開有(you)出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口,保(bao)證(zheng)泄漏水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及(ji)(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)回流(liu)至水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)源箱(xiang)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間耦(ou)(ou)合(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)安裝(zhuang)有(you)超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)探(tan)頭(tou)、鋼(gang)管(guan)交叉布置的(de)(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)套支撐輪(lun)(lun),所(suo)有(you)這(zhe)些部(bu)(bu)件(jian)全部(bu)(bu)安裝(zhuang)在一(yi)(yi)塊浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang),浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)在四個(ge)角上(shang)開有(you)通孔,與(yu)四根(gen)雙頭(tou)螺(luo)桿間隙合(he),螺(luo)桿下部(bu)(bu)與(yu)安裝(zhuang)于水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)底部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)固定(ding)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)固定(ding)在一(yi)(yi)起(qi),螺(luo)桿上(shang)部(bu)(bu)套有(you)壓(ya)縮彈(dan)簧,浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)及(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)安裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)部(bu)(bu)件(jian)重量由(you)四根(gen)壓(ya)縮彈(dan)簧共同(tong)承受,當浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)受驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候(hou),可隨(sui)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)方向(xiang)在一(yi)(yi)定(ding)范圍內運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),如(ru)圖5.4b所(suo)示(shi)。采用浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)安裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主要原(yuan)因是鋼(gang)管(guan)螺(luo)旋前進(jin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)會(hui)產生(sheng)抖(dou)(dou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),安裝(zhuang)在浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)支撐輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)鋼(gang)管(guan)緊密貼合(he)跟(gen)隨(sui)鋼(gang)管(guan)抖(dou)(dou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)并(bing)限制鋼(gang)管(guan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作幅(fu)度,進(jin)而帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)抖(dou)(dou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)探(tan)頭(tou)安裝(zhuang)在浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)一(yi)(yi)起(qi)抖(dou)(dou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),因此超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)探(tan)頭(tou)與(yu)鋼(gang)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)相對位置不會(hui)發生(sheng)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化,從而保(bao)證(zheng)了超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)檢測(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)參(can)數一(yi)(yi)致性。浮(fu)(fu)(fu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)上(shang)開有(you)腰槽(cao)(cao)孔,用來(lai)安裝(zhuang)和調(diao)整(zheng)超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)探(tan)頭(tou),當檢測(ce)鋼(gang)管(guan)直徑(jing)發生(sheng)變(bian)化后,可通過腰槽(cao)(cao)孔調(diao)整(zheng)超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)探(tan)頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)偏移距離,滿足超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)(sheng)橫(heng)波探(tan)傷的(de)(de)(de)(de)檢測(ce)條件(jian)。

  向耦合(he)水(shui)槽(cao)中供水(shui)時,可采(cai)用小功率水(shui)泵,同(tong)時在(zai)各(ge)個進(jin)水(shui)口(kou)與出水(shui)口(kou)安裝水(shui)流調節閥,控(kong)制進(jin)水(shui)和排水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)速度(du),既保證耦合(he)水(shui)漫過(guo)待檢(jian)測(ce)鋼(gang)(gang)管的(de)(de)(de)超(chao)聲(sheng)人射區域,同(tong)時又保證水(shui)面(mian)高度(du)不發生大的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)。在(zai)工程檢(jian)測(ce)過(guo)程中,經常(chang)采(cai)用不銹鋼(gang)(gang)儲水(shui)箱作為超(chao)聲(sheng)檢(jian)測(ce)耦合(he)水(shui)源,水(shui)泵抽水(shui)口(kou)安裝過(guo)濾網,防(fang)止儲水(shui)箱中的(de)(de)(de)雜質進(jin)入耦合(he)水(shui)槽(cao)。盡管如(ru)此,儲水(shui)箱中的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)源還需要定期更換,以保證檢(jian)測(ce)耦合(he)水(shui)源的(de)(de)(de)品質。



4. 下料與(yu)分揀機構


 下料(liao)機(ji)構(gou)原理上(shang)可(ke)采用上(shang)料(liao)機(ji)構(gou)相同的結構(gou),只是落料(liao)斜板(ban)的尺寸(cun)與(yu)形狀(zhuang)有所差異,因此在該節中將不再對下料機構描述。


 分揀(jian)機構(gou)作為(wei)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管超(chao)聲(sheng)探傷系統的重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)組成(cheng)部(bu)分,主要(yao)(yao)功能(neng)是將檢測不合格(ge)產品與合格(ge)產品分別存(cun)放,避免混料。


 分揀(jian)(jian)機(ji)構(gou)主要(yao)由合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)品(pin)料(liao)(liao)池(chi)、不(bu)合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)料(liao)(liao)池(chi)、分揀(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)橋機(ji)構(gou)組(zu)成,局部如圖5.5所示。整(zheng)個分揀(jian)(jian)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)長(chang)度(du)(du)應與檢測單位鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)長(chang)度(du)(du)相匹配,寬(kuan)度(du)(du)根據生(sheng)產效率(lv)確(que)定。因不(bu)合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)品(pin)數(shu)量較少,故合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)品(pin)料(liao)(liao)池(chi)容量較不(bu)合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)品(pin)料(liao)(liao)池(chi)大,兩(liang)個料(liao)(liao)池(chi)承接鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)主要(yao)部件(jian)是與料(liao)(liao)架焊接在(zai)一起(qi)的(de)U型(xing)扁鋼(gang),與鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)接觸的(de)表面均包覆非金屬材(cai)料(liao)(liao)。鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)分揀(jian)(jian)時(shi)進入合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)品(pin)料(liao)(liao)池(chi)或者不(bu)合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)品(pin)料(liao)(liao)池(chi)主要(yao)依靠(kao)分揀(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)橋板。當鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)存(cun)在(zai)缺(que)陷時(shi),分揀(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)橋板轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸順(shun)時(shi)針轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)分揀(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)橋板前端升起(qi),下料(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)輸送(song)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)掉入不(bu)合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)品(pin)料(liao)(liao)池(chi);如果鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)不(bu)存(cun)在(zai)缺(que)陷,則分揀(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)橋板轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸靜止不(bu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),下料(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)輸送(song)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)分揀(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)橋板落入合(he)(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)(ge)品(pin)料(liao)(liao)池(chi)。分揀(jian)(jian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)橋板轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸兩(liang)端采(cai)用軸承支(zhi)撐(cheng),利用氣缸或電機(ji)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)軸轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。

5. 電氣控制機構


 電氣控(kong)制(zhi)機(ji)構(gou)是超(chao)聲探傷(shang)(shang)設備(bei)的(de)(de)重要組(zu)成部分(fen),關系到整套系統的(de)(de)動(dong)作是否協調,進而(er)影(ying)響不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管的(de)(de)超(chao)聲探傷(shang)(shang)結果及分(fen)揀是否準(zhun)確等。電氣控(kong)制(zhi)機(ji)構(gou)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要功能包括:鋼(gang)管自(zi)動(dong)上(shang)料;摩(mo)擦驅動(dong)電機(ji)運轉,實現不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管的(de)(de)螺旋(xuan)前進;檢測水槽(cao)耦合水的(de)(de)循環;不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管探傷(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)開始與結束;鋼(gang)管分(fen)揀與下料。


 上述功能的(de)(de)實現主要依(yi)靠傳(chuan)感器的(de)(de)感應以及與超聲探傷儀的(de)(de)通訊。整套(tao)檢測(ce)系(xi)統上需要安裝的(de)(de)感應傳(chuan)感器包括:


 a. 鋼(gang)管上料(liao)傳感器


  該(gai)傳感(gan)器安裝在上料架上,用來判斷上料機構是否需要動作(zuo),將鋼管輸送至螺旋前進輥道(dao)。


 b. 摩擦電(dian)機進(jin)入(ru)工作位置傳感器


  該傳感(gan)器(qi)安裝在(zai)螺旋前(qian)進輥(gun)道上,需要(yao)(yao)在(zai)每(mei)套摩擦驅動電機(ji)裝置(zhi)(zhi)對(dui)應的(de)輥(gun)道位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)安裝,當傳感(gan)器(qi)感(gan)應到鋼管(guan),意味著摩擦驅動電機(ji)需要(yao)(yao)進人工作位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)。


 c. 探傷傳(chuan)感器(qi)


  該(gai)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)安裝(zhuang)在鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)進人檢測水槽前(qian)(qian),當該(gai)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)感應到鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan),意(yi)味著(zhu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)即將開始超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)探(tan)(tan)傷,當該(gai)傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)從(cong)感應狀態跳變到無感應狀態,意(yi)味著(zhu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)即將結束超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)探(tan)(tan)傷,鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)開始探(tan)(tan)傷和鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)結束探(tan)(tan)傷的前(qian)(qian)延與后延時(shi)間可(ke)以根據鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)直(zhi)線前(qian)(qian)進速度計算,在超(chao)(chao)聲(sheng)探(tan)(tan)傷儀或(huo)PLC中設定。


d. 鋼管下(xia)料傳感器(qi)


  該傳感器安裝在螺旋前進輥道末(mo)端,當傳感器感應到(dao)鋼(gang)管,意味著下料(liao)機構需要動作,輸送鋼(gang)管進人合格(ge)品(pin)料(liao)池或(huo)不(bu)合格(ge)品(pin)料(liao)池。


e. 鋼管分揀傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)


  該(gai)類型傳感(gan)器共需(xu)2套,分(fen)別安裝(zhuang)在(zai)合格品(pin)料池(chi)與不合格品(pin)料池(chi)適當位置,用來感(gan)應鋼管是否已經進(jin)入料池(chi)。不銹鋼無縫管螺旋(xuan)前(qian)進(jin)自動探傷系統(tong)的超(chao)聲探傷流程圖如圖5.6所示。

 圖5.7是上海某汽車(che)零部件公司(si)使(shi)用的不銹鋼(gang)無縫鋼(gang)管螺旋(xuan)前進式(shi)超聲(sheng)自動(dong)探傷設備(bei)。該設備(bei)檢測(ce)速度3m/min,適應不銹鋼(gang)管外徑$6mm~φ40mm,缺(que)陷(xian)分辨(bian)率遠(yuan)超GB/T 5777-2008要(yao)求(qiu),達到不銹鋼(gang)管內外壁縱向、橫向人工缺(que)陷(xian)5mm×0.15mm×0.1mm(長×寬(kuan)×深),滿足德國博世公司(si)的產品質量控制要(yao)求(qiu),鋼(gang)管段部盲(mang)區≤150mm。
