不銹鋼長管經過探傷后進入后續工序,加工成短管,成品管在交付前還需要最終超聲波探傷。通常情況下,成品管的長度不超過1.5m,此時對不(bu)銹鋼(gang)管的表面質量要求很高,大型的探傷設備顯然不適用。最適宜的超聲探傷方法應該采用鋼管旋轉,超聲探頭直線移動。不銹鋼短管超聲半自動探傷設備如圖5.14所示。

 不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼短管(guan)(guan)置于(yu)水(shui)(shui)槽(cao)中(zhong),采用(yong)雙(shuang)輥驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方(fang)式,利用(yong)摩擦(ca)力帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼管(guan)(guan)高速(su)(su)(su)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)。為增加摩擦(ca)系(xi)數,雙(shuang)輥表面包覆橡(xiang)膠(jiao)。雙(shuang)輥轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)分別采用(yong)伺服系(xi)統作(zuo)為原動(dong)(dong)(dong)機,探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)通過滾珠絲(si)杠配合直線導軌實現(xian)。協調好不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼短管(guan)(guan)的(de)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)(su)(su)度(du)及探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)(su)(su)度(du),探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)(shang)螺距(ju)不(bu)(bu)超過探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)有效探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)(shang)面積的(de)80%,滿(man)足短管(guan)(guan)全(quan)長度(du)檢(jian)測(ce),端部不(bu)(bu)存在盲區(qu)。不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼短管(guan)(guan)屬于(yu)成品(pin)管(guan)(guan),鋼管(guan)(guan)表面光潔(jie)無附著物,因(yin)此探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)(shang)設備耦合水(shui)(shui)可以不(bu)(bu)采用(yong)循環(huan)水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)槽(cao)內的(de)水(shui)(shui)每(mei)天更換(huan)一次即可。探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)(shang)時,操(cao)作(zuo)人員手動(dong)(dong)(dong)將短管(guan)(guan)放入(ru)水(shui)(shui)槽(cao)內,雙(shuang)輥驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼管(guan)(guan)高速(su)(su)(su)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan),探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)直線移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong),檢(jian)測(ce)起始與結束位(wei)置交(jiao)替變化,探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)(shang)完成后手動(dong)(dong)(dong)取出。
