不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦楞(leng)形板是不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)寬(kuan)幅型鋼(gang)的一種(zhong),由于其形狀如同(tong)頂(ding)上用瓦片鋪成的行列隆起部分,故(gu)稱為香蕉視頻app連接:不銹鋼瓦楞形板(ban),如圖5-37所示。
人們(men)過去常見的“瓦楞(leng)(形)板”大都是(shi)用普(pu)通低碳(tan)鋼,也(ye)就(jiu)是(shi)非合(he)金(jin)鋼材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)制(zhi)成(cheng)的(見圖5-38),還有用非金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)如石棉、塑料(liao)(liao)、紙板等制(zhi)成(cheng)的瓦楞(leng)形板。這(zhe)些瓦楞(leng)形板主(zhu)要(yao)用于(yu)建筑領域的屋頂材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)、外墻材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)和(he)(he)各(ge)種(zhong)包裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)體的外形材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)和(he)(he)產品包裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)、盒等,之所(suo)以做成(cheng)瓦楞(leng)形狀,主(zhu)要(yao)目(mu)的是(shi)增加結構剛度(du)和(he)(he)穩定性(xing)。因此,其尺寸精度(du)和(he)(he)表(biao)面質量要(yao)求及(ji)材(cai)(cai)質要(yao)求都不是(shi)很高。
此(ci)處介紹的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板與普(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“瓦(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing)(xing))板”有著本質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)同,首先材料是(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang),無(wu)疑要(yao)(yao)比普(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“瓦(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing)(xing))板”具(ju)有更高的(de)(de)(de)(de)強度、良好的(de)(de)(de)(de)耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性能(neng)(neng)和(he)(he)極好的(de)(de)(de)(de)裝飾(shi)效果(guo),另外在(zai)結構(gou)上(shang)也大不(bu)(bu)相同。這(zhe)些都(dou)賦予(yu)了(le)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板不(bu)(bu)僅具(ju)有普(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)“瓦(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板”的(de)(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種(zhong)功(gong)能(neng)(neng)與作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),而且具(ju)有普(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)“瓦(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing)(xing))板”沒有的(de)(de)(de)(de)功(gong)能(neng)(neng),即不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板可以作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)傳(chuan)熱元(yuan)件(jian)使用(yong)。作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)傳(chuan)熱元(yuan)件(jian),對其各(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)就比普(pu)通(tong)(tong)(tong)“瓦(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing)(xing))板”高得多,特(te)別(bie)是(shi)(shi)對瓦(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板表(biao)觀(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。對瓦(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板表(biao)觀(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)體現在(zai)對外形(xing)(xing)(xing)尺寸和(he)(he)表(biao)面質(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)上(shang)。因此(ci),采用(yong)何種(zhong)方式、何種(zhong)工藝加工生產不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板就成為(wei)保證其外形(xing)(xing)(xing)尺寸和(he)(he)質(zhi)量的(de)(de)(de)(de)關(guan)鍵。其他性能(neng)(neng)(機(ji)械性能(neng)(neng)、耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性能(neng)(neng)和(he)(he)焊接性能(neng)(neng))主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)(yao)取決于(yu)所選用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料。
1. 不銹鋼瓦楞形板外(wai)形尺寸
從圖(tu)5-37和(he)圖(tu)5-39可以(yi)看出不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼瓦楞形(xing)板的(de)(de)(de)外表(biao)形(xing)狀(zhuang)是有(you)(you)規律(lv)(lv)、周期性變(bian)化的(de)(de)(de),而且(qie)彎曲深度(du)較小、形(xing)狀(zhuang)單(dan)一(yi),不(bu)(bu)僅有(you)(you)橫向(xiang)波紋,而且(qie)還(huan)有(you)(you)縱(zong)向(xiang)波紋。所以(yi)說,其形(xing)狀(zhuang)既簡單(dan)又(you)復雜(za),簡單(dan)是指形(xing)狀(zhuang)單(dan)一(yi),有(you)(you)規律(lv)(lv);復雜(za)是指不(bu)(bu)僅有(you)(you)橫向(xiang)波紋,而且(qie)還(huan)有(you)(you)縱(zong)向(xiang)波紋。這就給不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼瓦楞形(xing)板的(de)(de)(de)成型帶來不(bu)(bu)小的(de)(de)(de)難度(du),在成型工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)上必須采取相應的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)措施和(he)手段,方能保證獲得要求的(de)(de)(de)外形(xing)尺(chi)寸和(he)成型質(zhi)量。
圖5-39是(shi)不(bu)銹鋼瓦楞(leng)形板的實物照片,從(cong)圖片可以看出,不(bu)銹鋼瓦楞(leng)形板的外表和形狀是(shi)非常(chang)美觀、漂亮的,具有較高(gao)的觀賞性(xing),如同(tong)工藝品、裝飾品。

不銹鋼瓦(wa)楞形板成品實物斷面(mian)圖(tu)片,見圖(tu)5-40(b)和圖(tu)5-41(b)。
從圖5-40和圖5-41可以看(kan)出,不銹鋼瓦(wa)楞形(xing)板的(de)斷面變化的(de)規律是周期性的(de),斷面形(xing)狀是關于(yu)縱向(xiang)中心線為(wei)對稱的(de)型(xing)鋼,彎(wan)曲(qu)深(shen)(shen)度(du)較淺(qian),深(shen)(shen)度(du)僅有7mm。
不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼瓦楞形(xing)板外形(xing)尺寸精度(du):截(jie)面最大邊長誤差≤0.3mm;圓角最大直徑:≤2.0mm;縱(zong)向、橫向彎曲度(du):每米(mi)≤1mm; 扭轉(zhuan):每米(mi)≤1°。
2. 瓦(wa)楞形(xing)板橫向(xiang)波(bo)紋(wen)的成型
不(bu)銹鋼(gang)瓦楞(leng)形(xing)(xing)板(ban)輥式冷(leng)彎成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)時,首(shou)先將不(bu)銹鋼(gang)冷(leng)軋(ya)平板(ban)預彎曲鐓壓成(cheng)弧(hu)(hu)形(xing)(xing)波紋,如圖5-42所(suo)示的(de)(de)第一(yi)架(jia)成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥孔形(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)形(xing)(xing)狀。輥形(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)形(xing)(xing)狀為(wei),向(xiang)(xiang)下彎曲的(de)(de)弧(hu)(hu)形(xing)(xing)直(zhi)徑為(wei)Φ=265mm,向(xiang)(xiang)上彎曲的(de)(de)弧(hu)(hu)形(xing)(xing)直(zhi)徑為(wei)Φ=164mm,帶(dai)鋼(gang)進(jin)入并(bing)通過(guo)如此(ci)輥型(xing)(xing)是(shi)毫不(bu)困(kun)(kun)難的(de)(de),一(yi)個(ge)波長(周(zhou)期)為(wei)83.40mm,弧(hu)(hu)深度(垂直(zhi)位移)為(wei)4.12mm,這個(ge)成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)狀無論是(shi)在變(bian)形(xing)(xing)寬(kuan)度上,還是(shi)變(bian)形(xing)(xing)深度上都是(shi)可行的(de)(de)和符合(he)要(yao)求的(de)(de)。一(yi)個(ge)波長(周(zhou)期)橫向(xiang)(xiang)位移(減寬(kuan)量(liang))為(wei)0.60mm,相對(dui)減寬(kuan)率(lv)(橫向(xiang)(xiang)位移)為(wei)0.71%,見圖5-42,如此(ci)的(de)(de)位移(減寬(kuan)量(liang))不(bu)會對(dui)鐓壓成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)造(zao)成(cheng)困(kun)(kun)難和產生成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)缺(que)陷,這些都為(wei)第二架(jia)成(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥再鐓壓創(chuang)造(zao)了條件。
第二架成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)輥(gun)在(zai)(zai)第一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)架成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)輥(gun)的(de)(de)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)基礎(chu)上(shang),再(zai)次(ci)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya),使其(qi)達到(dao)如圖(tu)5-42所示的(de)(de)孔(kong)形(xing)形(xing)狀(zhuang),弧(hu)度直徑分別為(wei)(wei)Φ=133mm和p=82mm,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個波(bo)長(周(zhou)期(qi))為(wei)(wei)81.70mm、弧(hu)深(shen)度為(wei)(wei)8.18mm,這就是(shi)(shi)說寬(kuan)(kuan)度和深(shen)度更(geng)接(jie)近(jin)于成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品形(xing)狀(zhuang),而相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對減(jian)(jian)寬(kuan)(kuan)量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)平(ping)位移(yi)(yi))僅(jin)為(wei)(wei)1.42mm,相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對減(jian)(jian)寬(kuan)(kuan)率(水(shui)(shui)平(ping)方向(xiang))為(wei)(wei)1.7%,要(yao)比第一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)道次(ci)大(da)了(le)許(xu)多,這是(shi)(shi)符(fu)合開始小一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)、中(zhong)間大(da)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)些(xie)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)規律(lv)要(yao)求的(de)(de),見(jian)第三(san)架成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)輥(gun)在(zai)(zai)第二架成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)輥(gun)的(de)(de)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)基礎(chu)上(shang),再(zai)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya),使其(qi)達到(dao)如圖(tu)5-42所示的(de)(de)孔(kong)形(xing)形(xing)狀(zhuang),這時(shi)將已經成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)的(de)(de)弧(hu)形(xing)瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)梯(ti)形(xing)狀(zhuang)瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing),而一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個波(bo)長(周(zhou)期(qi))為(wei)(wei)80mm,相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對減(jian)(jian)寬(kuan)(kuan)量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)平(ping)位移(yi)(yi))僅(jin)為(wei)(wei)2.28mm,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個波(bo)長(周(zhou)期(qi))相(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)對減(jian)(jian)寬(kuan)(kuan)率(水(shui)(shui)平(ping)方向(xiang))為(wei)(wei)2.79%.通過鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)使弧(hu)深(shen)由8.18mm減(jian)(jian)小為(wei)(wei)7.00mm,這樣可使梯(ti)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)更(geng)加(jia)精確到(dao)位,為(wei)(wei)最后沖壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)達到(dao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品形(xing)狀(zhuang)及尺寸奠定良好的(de)(de)基礎(chu),此時(shi),橫向(xiang)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)已全(quan)部(bu)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),隨后將采用沖壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)輥(gun)在(zai)(zai)已成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)橫向(xiang)波(bo)紋上(shang)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)最終(zhong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)。

第(di)(di)三架成型輥(gun)(gun)(gun)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)形圖(tu)(tu)和孔形圖(tu)(tu),見圖(tu)(tu)5-43.第(di)(di)三架成型輥(gun)(gun)(gun)應是由多(duo)片(pian)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)片(pian)疊加(jia)組(zu)合而(er)成的(de)(de)(de)組(zu)合輥(gun)(gun)(gun),輥(gun)(gun)(gun)片(pian)的(de)(de)(de)水平段(duan)和圓(yuan)弧段(duan)采(cai)取(qu)與板材接觸(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi),而(er)傾(qing)斜段(duan)則采(cai)取(qu)與板材不接觸(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式(shi),為的(de)(de)(de)是減少成型表(biao)面的(de)(de)(de)擦劃傷,此(ci)外,如(ru)此(ci)結構(gou)也將便于成型輥(gun)(gun)(gun)的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工和隨后的(de)(de)(de)使用與維護等。上(shang)、下輥(gun)(gun)(gun)斜角采(cai)取(qu)圓(yuan)弧過渡,一般情況下,圓(yuan)弧的(de)(de)(de)直徑應大(da)于板厚,所以圖(tu)(tu)5-43所示的(de)(de)(de)第(di)(di)三架上(shang)、下輥(gun)(gun)(gun)斜角的(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)弧過渡直徑為2.0mm,見圖(tu)(tu)5-43局部(bu)放(fang)大(da)圖(tu)(tu)。
3. 縱(zong)向波紋(wen)的成型
縱(zong)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)是在橫(heng)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)之后的(de)(de)橫(heng)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋上(shang)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)。所以在已成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)波(bo)(bo)紋上(shang)再成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)縱(zong)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋是有(you)難度的(de)(de)。其難度主要表現為,可(ke)能(neng)破壞已成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)橫(heng)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋,而且(qie)縱(zong)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋也成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)不好。選用何種方(fang)式成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)就成(cheng)(cheng)為縱(zong)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)關鍵。
沖(chong)壓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)就是在一對(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)上,按工藝和產(chan)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)要求,在要面(mian)上間(jian)隙分布著凸(tu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)和凹陷(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分,用于(yu)(yu)壓制成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)瓦楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)縱向(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen),同時(shi)(shi)又不能損壞已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)橫向(xiang)梯形(xing)(xing)(xing)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen),縱向(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)尺(chi)寸圖(tu)及實物圖(tu)片,見(jian)圖(tu)5-40和圖(tu)5-41。之(zhi)所以(yi)(yi)(yi)將沖(chong)壓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)置于(yu)(yu)橫向(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)后(hou)、平(ping)整輥(gun)(gun)前(qian),是為了保證瓦楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)過程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding)和成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)質(zhi)(zhi)量。可以(yi)(yi)(yi)想象,在沒(mei)有橫向(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)板(ban)(ban)帶材上沖(chong)壓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)凸(tu)起(qi)(qi)(qi)和凹陷(xian)型(xing)(xing)材,由于(yu)(yu)自(zi)由度大沒(mei)有約束力,沖(chong)壓成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)會(hui)(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)坯料局部(bu)(bu)(bu)收縮,產(chan)生皺(zhou)折及其他缺陷(xian),影響(xiang)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)質(zhi)(zhi)量和成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)尺(chi)寸。另外,瓦楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)型(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)截面(mian)受材料內部(bu)(bu)(bu)殘余(yu)應(ying)力作用,很容(rong)易(yi)產(chan)生扭轉(zhuan),這(zhe)也會(hui)(hui)影響(xiang)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)過程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定(ding)性。但在瓦楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)橫向(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)后(hou)、平(ping)整輥(gun)(gun)前(qian),再用沖(chong)壓輥(gun)(gun)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)其縱向(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen),此時(shi)(shi),已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)橫向(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)使瓦楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)剛度增大,同時(shi)(shi)又受到(dao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)和平(ping)整輥(gun)(gun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)約束,其自(zi)由度就減小。以(yi)(yi)(yi)上這(zhe)些都可以(yi)(yi)(yi)有效(xiao)地防(fang)止局部(bu)(bu)(bu)收縮和型(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)扭轉(zhuan),從(cong)而(er)對(dui)保證瓦楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)及質(zhi)(zhi)量起(qi)(qi)(qi)到(dao)有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)保障(zhang)作用。瓦楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)橫向(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)沖(chong)壓輥(gun)(gun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)示(shi)意圖(tu),見(jian)圖(tu)5-44。
沖壓成型(xing)輥也應做成組合式(shi)輥子(zi),即由多(duo)輥片疊加組合而成。這種形式(shi)的輥子(zi)便(bian)于加工和(he)維護(hu),調整(zheng)使用方便(bian)。
