不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)瓦楞形板(ban)是不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)寬幅型鋼(gang)(gang)的一(yi)種,由于其形狀如同(tong)頂上(shang)用(yong)瓦片鋪成(cheng)的行列隆起(qi)部分,故稱為(wei)香蕉視頻app連接:不銹鋼瓦(wa)楞形板,如圖(tu)5-37所示。
人們過去常見(jian)的(de)“瓦楞(leng)(形(xing))板(ban)”大都是(shi)用普通低碳鋼,也就是(shi)非合(he)金鋼材料制(zhi)成(cheng)的(de)(見(jian)圖5-38),還有(you)用非金屬(shu)材料如(ru)石棉、塑料、紙板(ban)等制(zhi)成(cheng)的(de)瓦楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)。這(zhe)些瓦楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)主(zhu)要(yao)用于建(jian)筑領域的(de)屋頂材料、外(wai)墻材料和各種包裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)材料和產品(pin)包裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)、盒等,之所以做成(cheng)瓦楞(leng)形(xing)狀,主(zhu)要(yao)目的(de)是(shi)增加結構剛度和穩定(ding)性。因此,其尺寸(cun)精度和表(biao)面質量(liang)要(yao)求及材質要(yao)求都不是(shi)很高。
此(ci)處介紹的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)與普通的(de)(de)“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing))板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)”有(you)著本質(zhi)的(de)(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同,首先材料(liao)是(shi)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼,無疑(yi)要(yao)(yao)比(bi)普通的(de)(de)“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing))板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)”具(ju)有(you)更(geng)高的(de)(de)強度、良好的(de)(de)耐腐(fu)蝕性(xing)能(neng)(neng)和極(ji)好的(de)(de)裝飾效果,另外(wai)在結(jie)構上也大不(bu)(bu)(bu)相同。這(zhe)些(xie)都賦予了不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)不(bu)(bu)(bu)僅(jin)具(ju)有(you)普通“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)”的(de)(de)各種(zhong)功能(neng)(neng)與作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),而且具(ju)有(you)普通“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing))板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)”沒有(you)的(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng),即不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)可以(yi)作(zuo)為傳(chuan)熱元(yuan)件(jian)使用(yong)(yong)。作(zuo)為傳(chuan)熱元(yuan)件(jian),對其(qi)各方面的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求就比(bi)普通“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing))板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)”高得多,特別是(shi)對瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)表(biao)觀的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求。對瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)表(biao)觀的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)體現在對外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)和表(biao)面質(zhi)量的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求上。因此(ci),采用(yong)(yong)何(he)種(zhong)方式、何(he)種(zhong)工藝加工生(sheng)產(chan)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)就成為保證其(qi)外(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)和質(zhi)量的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)。其(qi)他性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(機械性(xing)能(neng)(neng)、耐腐(fu)蝕性(xing)能(neng)(neng)和焊接性(xing)能(neng)(neng))主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)取決于所選用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)材料(liao)。
1. 不(bu)銹鋼瓦楞(leng)形(xing)板外形(xing)尺寸
從圖(tu)5-37和(he)圖(tu)5-39可以看出不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦楞形(xing)板的(de)外表形(xing)狀(zhuang)是有規律、周期性變化的(de),而且(qie)彎曲深度較小(xiao)、形(xing)狀(zhuang)單(dan)(dan)一,不(bu)(bu)僅有橫(heng)(heng)向波(bo)紋,而且(qie)還(huan)有縱向波(bo)紋。所以說,其形(xing)狀(zhuang)既簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)又復雜,簡(jian)單(dan)(dan)是指形(xing)狀(zhuang)單(dan)(dan)一,有規律;復雜是指不(bu)(bu)僅有橫(heng)(heng)向波(bo)紋,而且(qie)還(huan)有縱向波(bo)紋。這就(jiu)給不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦楞形(xing)板的(de)成型(xing)帶來不(bu)(bu)小(xiao)的(de)難度,在成型(xing)工藝上必須采取相應(ying)的(de)工藝措施(shi)和(he)手段(duan),方能保(bao)證獲(huo)得要求的(de)外形(xing)尺寸和(he)成型(xing)質量。
圖5-39是不銹鋼(gang)瓦楞形板的(de)實(shi)物(wu)照片,從(cong)圖片可以看出,不銹鋼(gang)瓦楞形板的(de)外表和形狀是非常美觀(guan)、漂亮的(de),具有(you)較高的(de)觀(guan)賞性,如(ru)同(tong)工藝品(pin)、裝飾品(pin)。

從(cong)圖(tu)5-40和圖(tu)5-41可以(yi)看出,不銹鋼瓦楞形板的(de)斷面變化的(de)規律是周期性(xing)的(de),斷面形狀是關于縱向中心線為對稱的(de)型鋼,彎曲深度較淺(qian),深度僅有7mm。
不銹鋼(gang)瓦楞(leng)形板外形尺寸精度(du):截(jie)面最大邊(bian)長誤差≤0.3mm;圓角最大直徑:≤2.0mm;縱向(xiang)、橫向(xiang)彎曲度(du):每米(mi)≤1mm; 扭轉:每米(mi)≤1°。
2. 瓦楞形(xing)板(ban)橫向波紋的成(cheng)型
不銹鋼(gang)(gang)瓦楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)輥(gun)(gun)式冷彎(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)時,首先將不銹鋼(gang)(gang)冷軋平板(ban)預彎(wan)曲鐓(dui)壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)弧(hu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)波(bo)(bo)紋,如圖5-42所示(shi)的(de)(de)(de)第一架成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)孔形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀。輥(gun)(gun)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀為(wei)(wei),向(xiang)(xiang)下(xia)彎(wan)曲的(de)(de)(de)弧(hu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)直徑為(wei)(wei)Φ=265mm,向(xiang)(xiang)上彎(wan)曲的(de)(de)(de)弧(hu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)直徑為(wei)(wei)Φ=164mm,帶(dai)鋼(gang)(gang)進入并通(tong)過如此輥(gun)(gun)型(xing)(xing)(xing)是(shi)(shi)毫不困難的(de)(de)(de),一個(ge)波(bo)(bo)長(周期)為(wei)(wei)83.40mm,弧(hu)深度(du)(垂直位(wei)移(yi)(yi))為(wei)(wei)4.12mm,這個(ge)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀無論是(shi)(shi)在變形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)寬度(du)上,還(huan)是(shi)(shi)變形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)深度(du)上都是(shi)(shi)可(ke)行的(de)(de)(de)和符合(he)要求的(de)(de)(de)。一個(ge)波(bo)(bo)長(周期)橫向(xiang)(xiang)位(wei)移(yi)(yi)(減(jian)(jian)寬量)為(wei)(wei)0.60mm,相對減(jian)(jian)寬率(lv)(橫向(xiang)(xiang)位(wei)移(yi)(yi))為(wei)(wei)0.71%,見圖5-42,如此的(de)(de)(de)位(wei)移(yi)(yi)(減(jian)(jian)寬量)不會對鐓(dui)壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)困難和產生成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)缺陷,這些都為(wei)(wei)第二(er)架成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)再鐓(dui)壓(ya)創造了條件。
第(di)二(er)(er)架(jia)(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥在第(di)一(yi)(yi)架(jia)(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥的鐓壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)基礎上,再(zai)次鐓壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),使(shi)其(qi)達(da)到如圖5-42所示的孔(kong)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀,弧度(du)直徑分別為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)Φ=133mm和(he)p=82mm,一(yi)(yi)個(ge)波(bo)(bo)長(chang)(周(zhou)期(qi))為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)81.70mm、弧深度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)8.18mm,這就是說寬(kuan)度(du)和(he)深度(du)更接近于(yu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀,而相(xiang)對(dui)減(jian)寬(kuan)量(水(shui)平位移)僅(jin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1.42mm,相(xiang)對(dui)減(jian)寬(kuan)率(水(shui)平方向)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1.7%,要比第(di)一(yi)(yi)道次大(da)了許多,這是符(fu)合開始小一(yi)(yi)些、中(zhong)間(jian)大(da)一(yi)(yi)些的成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)規律要求的,見第(di)三架(jia)(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥在第(di)二(er)(er)架(jia)(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥的鐓壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)基礎上,再(zai)鐓壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),使(shi)其(qi)達(da)到如圖5-42所示的孔(kong)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀,這時(shi)將(jiang)已(yi)經成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的弧形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)瓦(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鐓壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)梯形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀瓦(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),而一(yi)(yi)個(ge)波(bo)(bo)長(chang)(周(zhou)期(qi))為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)80mm,相(xiang)對(dui)減(jian)寬(kuan)量(水(shui)平位移)僅(jin)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2.28mm,一(yi)(yi)個(ge)波(bo)(bo)長(chang)(周(zhou)期(qi))相(xiang)對(dui)減(jian)寬(kuan)率(水(shui)平方向)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2.79%.通過(guo)鐓壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)使(shi)弧深由(you)8.18mm減(jian)小為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)7.00mm,這樣可(ke)使(shi)梯形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)更加(jia)精確(que)到位,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)最后(hou)沖壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)達(da)到成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品形(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)狀及尺寸奠(dian)定良好的基礎,此時(shi),橫(heng)向鐓壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)已(yi)全部完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),隨后(hou)將(jiang)采用沖壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥在已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)橫(heng)向波(bo)(bo)紋上完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)最終成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)。
圖5-42是各架次成型輥(gun)輥(gun)形尺寸圖。
第三(san)架成型輥(gun)輥(gun)形(xing)圖和(he)孔形(xing)圖,見圖5-43.第三(san)架成型輥(gun)應是由(you)多片(pian)輥(gun)片(pian)疊加組合而(er)成的(de)(de)組合輥(gun),輥(gun)片(pian)的(de)(de)水平段和(he)圓弧段采(cai)取(qu)(qu)與板(ban)材接觸的(de)(de)方(fang)式,而(er)傾斜(xie)段則采(cai)取(qu)(qu)與板(ban)材不(bu)接觸的(de)(de)方(fang)式,為的(de)(de)是減少(shao)成型表面的(de)(de)擦劃傷,此(ci)(ci)外,如此(ci)(ci)結構也將便(bian)于成型輥(gun)的(de)(de)加工和(he)隨(sui)后的(de)(de)使用與維護等。上、下輥(gun)斜(xie)角采(cai)取(qu)(qu)圓弧過渡,一(yi)般情況(kuang)下,圓弧的(de)(de)直徑(jing)應大于板(ban)厚,所以圖5-43所示的(de)(de)第三(san)架上、下輥(gun)斜(xie)角的(de)(de)圓弧過渡直徑(jing)為2.0mm,見圖5-43局部放(fang)大圖。
3. 縱(zong)向波(bo)紋的成型
縱向(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)是在(zai)橫向(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)之后的(de)(de)(de)橫向(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)上成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)。所以在(zai)已成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)上再(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)縱向(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)是有(you)難度的(de)(de)(de)。其難度主要表現為(wei),可(ke)能破壞已成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)橫向(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen),而(er)且(qie)縱向(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)也成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)不好。選用何種(zhong)方式(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)就成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)縱向(xiang)(xiang)波(bo)(bo)紋(wen)(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)關鍵。
沖壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)就是(shi)在(zai)一對成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)上(shang),按工(gong)藝和(he)(he)產品的(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu),在(zai)要(yao)面上(shang)間隙分布著凸(tu)起和(he)(he)凹(ao)(ao)陷(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)部(bu)分,用(yong)于(yu)壓(ya)制(zhi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)板(ban)的(de)(de)縱向波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen),同時又(you)不能損壞已成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)橫向梯形(xing)(xing)波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen),縱向波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)尺(chi)寸(cun)圖(tu)(tu)及實物圖(tu)(tu)片,見圖(tu)(tu)5-40和(he)(he)圖(tu)(tu)5-41。之所以(yi)將(jiang)沖壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)置于(yu)橫向波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)后、平(ping)整(zheng)(zheng)輥(gun)前,是(shi)為了保(bao)證(zheng)瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)板(ban)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過程(cheng)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)和(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質量(liang)。可以(yi)想象,在(zai)沒(mei)(mei)有橫向波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)平(ping)板(ban)帶材上(shang)沖壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)凸(tu)起和(he)(he)凹(ao)(ao)陷(xian)(xian)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)材,由(you)于(yu)自(zi)由(you)度大沒(mei)(mei)有約束力,沖壓(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)會(hui)造成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)坯料(liao)局部(bu)收縮,產生(sheng)皺折及其他(ta)缺陷(xian)(xian),影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質量(liang)和(he)(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品的(de)(de)尺(chi)寸(cun)。另(ling)外,瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)板(ban)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)截面受材料(liao)內部(bu)殘余應力作用(yong),很容易(yi)產生(sheng)扭轉,這也會(hui)影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過程(cheng)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)性。但在(zai)瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)板(ban)橫向波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)后、平(ping)整(zheng)(zheng)輥(gun)前,再(zai)用(yong)沖壓(ya)輥(gun)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)其縱向波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen),此時,已成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)橫向波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)使瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)板(ban)的(de)(de)剛度增大,同時又(you)受到(dao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)和(he)(he)平(ping)整(zheng)(zheng)輥(gun)的(de)(de)約束,其自(zi)由(you)度就減小。以(yi)上(shang)這些都(dou)可以(yi)有效(xiao)地防止局部(bu)收縮和(he)(he)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼(gang)的(de)(de)扭轉,從而對保(bao)證(zheng)瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)板(ban)的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)及質量(liang)起到(dao)有效(xiao)的(de)(de)保(bao)障作用(yong)。瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)(leng)形(xing)(xing)板(ban)橫向波(bo)紋(wen)(wen)(wen)沖壓(ya)輥(gun)的(de)(de)示意圖(tu)(tu),見圖(tu)(tu)5-44。
沖壓成型輥(gun)(gun)也應做(zuo)成組(zu)合式(shi)輥(gun)(gun)子,即由多輥(gun)(gun)片(pian)疊加組(zu)合而成。這種(zhong)形式(shi)的輥(gun)(gun)子便于加工和維護(hu),調整使用方便。
