不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦(wa)楞形板是不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)寬幅型鋼(gang)的一種,由于其(qi)形狀如同頂上用(yong)瓦(wa)片(pian)鋪成的行列隆起部分,故稱為香蕉視頻app連接:不銹鋼瓦楞形板,如圖5-37所示。

 人(ren)們過去常(chang)見(jian)的(de)“瓦楞(形(xing)(xing)(xing))板(ban)”大都是(shi)(shi)用(yong)普通低(di)碳鋼(gang),也(ye)就是(shi)(shi)非合金鋼(gang)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)制成的(de)(見(jian)圖5-38),還有用(yong)非金屬材(cai)(cai)料(liao)如石棉、塑料(liao)、紙板(ban)等(deng)制成的(de)瓦楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)。這些瓦楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)主要(yao)(yao)用(yong)于(yu)建筑(zhu)領域的(de)屋頂材(cai)(cai)料(liao)、外(wai)墻(qiang)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)和(he)各種(zhong)包(bao)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)體的(de)外(wai)形(xing)(xing)(xing)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)和(he)產品包(bao)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)、盒等(deng),之所(suo)以做成瓦楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀,主要(yao)(yao)目(mu)的(de)是(shi)(shi)增加結構剛度(du)和(he)穩定性(xing)。因此,其(qi)尺(chi)寸(cun)精度(du)和(he)表面質量(liang)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)及材(cai)(cai)質要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)都不是(shi)(shi)很高。

 此處(chu)介(jie)紹(shao)的(de)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)與普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)的(de)“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing))板(ban)”有著本質(zhi)的(de)不(bu)同(tong),首先(xian)材料是(shi)(shi)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang),無(wu)疑要(yao)比(bi)普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)的(de)“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing))板(ban)”具(ju)有更高的(de)強度、良好的(de)耐腐蝕性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和(he)(he)極好的(de)裝飾效果,另(ling)外(wai)(wai)在結構上也大不(bu)相同(tong)。這些都賦予了不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)不(bu)僅(jin)具(ju)有普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)”的(de)各種功能(neng)與作(zuo)用(yong)(yong),而且(qie)具(ju)有普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing))板(ban)”沒有的(de)功能(neng),即(ji)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)可以作(zuo)為(wei)傳熱元(yuan)件使用(yong)(yong)。作(zuo)為(wei)傳熱元(yuan)件,對(dui)其(qi)各方面(mian)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)就比(bi)普(pu)(pu)(pu)通(tong)(tong)“瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞(形(xing)(xing))板(ban)”高得多,特別是(shi)(shi)對(dui)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)表觀的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。對(dui)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)表觀的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)主(zhu)要(yao)體現在對(dui)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)和(he)(he)表面(mian)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)上。因此,采用(yong)(yong)何種方式、何種工藝加工生產不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)楞形(xing)(xing)板(ban)就成為(wei)保證(zheng)其(qi)外(wai)(wai)形(xing)(xing)尺(chi)寸(cun)和(he)(he)質(zhi)量(liang)的(de)關鍵。其(qi)他(ta)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(機械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)、耐腐蝕性(xing)(xing)能(neng)和(he)(he)焊(han)接性(xing)(xing)能(neng))主(zhu)要(yao)取決于所選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)的(de)材料。



1. 不銹鋼瓦楞形板外形尺寸(cun)


 從圖(tu)5-37和圖(tu)5-39可以看出(chu)不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)的外表形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀是(shi)有(you)(you)規律、周(zhou)期性變化的,而(er)且(qie)彎曲深度較小、形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀單一(yi),不(bu)(bu)僅有(you)(you)橫向(xiang)波紋(wen),而(er)且(qie)還(huan)有(you)(you)縱(zong)向(xiang)波紋(wen)。所以說,其形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀既簡單又復雜,簡單是(shi)指形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀單一(yi),有(you)(you)規律;復雜是(shi)指不(bu)(bu)僅有(you)(you)橫向(xiang)波紋(wen),而(er)且(qie)還(huan)有(you)(you)縱(zong)向(xiang)波紋(wen)。這就給不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)瓦(wa)(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)板(ban)(ban)的成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)帶來(lai)不(bu)(bu)小的難(nan)度,在成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)工(gong)藝(yi)上必須(xu)采取相應(ying)的工(gong)藝(yi)措施(shi)和手(shou)段,方(fang)能(neng)保證獲得要求的外形(xing)(xing)(xing)尺寸和成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)質(zhi)量(liang)。

 圖5-39是(shi)不(bu)銹鋼瓦楞(leng)形板的(de)實物照片,從圖片可以看出(chu),不(bu)銹鋼瓦楞(leng)形板的(de)外表(biao)和形狀(zhuang)是(shi)非常美(mei)觀、漂亮的(de),具有較高的(de)觀賞性,如(ru)同工藝品(pin)(pin)、裝飾品(pin)(pin)。

 不銹鋼瓦楞(leng)形(xing)板成品實物斷(duan)面圖(tu)片,見圖(tu)5-40(b)和圖(tu)5-41(b)。


 從圖5-40和圖5-41可以看出,不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)瓦楞形板(ban)的斷(duan)面變化的規律是周期性的,斷(duan)面形狀是關(guan)于縱向中心線為對稱的型鋼(gang),彎(wan)曲(qu)深(shen)度較淺,深(shen)度僅有7mm。


 不銹(xiu)鋼瓦(wa)楞形(xing)板外形(xing)尺(chi)寸精度:截面最(zui)大(da)邊長誤差≤0.3mm;圓(yuan)角最(zui)大(da)直徑:≤2.0mm;縱向、橫向彎曲度:每(mei)米≤1mm; 扭(niu)轉:每(mei)米≤1°。



2. 瓦楞(leng)形(xing)板橫向(xiang)波紋的成(cheng)型


 不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)瓦楞形(xing)板(ban)輥(gun)(gun)式冷彎(wan)成型(xing)(xing)時,首(shou)先將(jiang)不(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)冷軋平板(ban)預彎(wan)曲(qu)鐓壓(ya)成弧(hu)形(xing)波(bo)(bo)紋,如(ru)圖5-42所示的(de)(de)第(di)一架成型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)孔形(xing)的(de)(de)形(xing)狀(zhuang)。輥(gun)(gun)形(xing)的(de)(de)形(xing)狀(zhuang)為(wei)(wei),向下彎(wan)曲(qu)的(de)(de)弧(hu)形(xing)直(zhi)徑為(wei)(wei)Φ=265mm,向上彎(wan)曲(qu)的(de)(de)弧(hu)形(xing)直(zhi)徑為(wei)(wei)Φ=164mm,帶鋼(gang)進入(ru)并通過(guo)如(ru)此(ci)輥(gun)(gun)型(xing)(xing)是(shi)毫不(bu)(bu)困難的(de)(de),一個波(bo)(bo)長(周期)為(wei)(wei)83.40mm,弧(hu)深(shen)(shen)度(du)(垂直(zhi)位(wei)移)為(wei)(wei)4.12mm,這個成型(xing)(xing)形(xing)狀(zhuang)無論是(shi)在變形(xing)寬度(du)上,還(huan)是(shi)變形(xing)深(shen)(shen)度(du)上都是(shi)可(ke)行(xing)的(de)(de)和符合要(yao)求的(de)(de)。一個波(bo)(bo)長(周期)橫(heng)向位(wei)移(減(jian)寬量)為(wei)(wei)0.60mm,相對(dui)減(jian)寬率(橫(heng)向位(wei)移)為(wei)(wei)0.71%,見(jian)圖5-42,如(ru)此(ci)的(de)(de)位(wei)移(減(jian)寬量)不(bu)(bu)會(hui)對(dui)鐓壓(ya)成型(xing)(xing)造成困難和產生(sheng)成型(xing)(xing)缺陷,這些都為(wei)(wei)第(di)二(er)架成型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)再鐓壓(ya)創造了(le)條件。


 第(di)(di)二架(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥在(zai)第(di)(di)一(yi)架(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥的(de)(de)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)基礎上(shang),再次鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya),使其(qi)(qi)達到如(ru)圖(tu)5-42所示(shi)的(de)(de)孔形(xing)(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang),弧度直徑(jing)分(fen)別為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)Φ=133mm和p=82mm,一(yi)個波(bo)長(周期(qi))為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)81.70mm、弧深度為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)8.18mm,這就是(shi)(shi)說寬(kuan)度和深度更接近于成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang),而(er)相(xiang)對減寬(kuan)量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)平位移(yi))僅為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1.42mm,相(xiang)對減寬(kuan)率(lv)(水(shui)(shui)平方向(xiang))為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)1.7%,要比第(di)(di)一(yi)道次大(da)了許多,這是(shi)(shi)符合開始小(xiao)一(yi)些、中間大(da)一(yi)些的(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)規律(lv)要求的(de)(de),見第(di)(di)三架(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥在(zai)第(di)(di)二架(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥的(de)(de)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)基礎上(shang),再鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya),使其(qi)(qi)達到如(ru)圖(tu)5-42所示(shi)的(de)(de)孔形(xing)(xing)(xing)形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang),這時將已(yi)經(jing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)弧形(xing)(xing)(xing)瓦楞形(xing)(xing)(xing)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)梯(ti)形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)瓦楞形(xing)(xing)(xing),而(er)一(yi)個波(bo)長(周期(qi))為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)80mm,相(xiang)對減寬(kuan)量(liang)(水(shui)(shui)平位移(yi))僅為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2.28mm,一(yi)個波(bo)長(周期(qi))相(xiang)對減寬(kuan)率(lv)(水(shui)(shui)平方向(xiang))為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)2.79%.通過(guo)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)使弧深由8.18mm減小(xiao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)7.00mm,這樣可使梯(ti)形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)更加精確到位,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)最(zui)后(hou)沖壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)達到成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀(zhuang)及尺(chi)寸奠(dian)定良好的(de)(de)基礎,此時,橫向(xiang)鐓(dui)(dui)(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)已(yi)全部完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),隨后(hou)將采用沖壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥在(zai)已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)橫向(xiang)波(bo)紋上(shang)完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)最(zui)終成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)。

 第三(san)架(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)輥(gun)形(xing)(xing)圖(tu)(tu)和(he)孔形(xing)(xing)圖(tu)(tu),見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)5-43.第三(san)架(jia)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)應(ying)是由多片輥(gun)片疊加(jia)組合(he)而成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)組合(he)輥(gun),輥(gun)片的(de)水平(ping)段(duan)和(he)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)段(duan)采取與(yu)板(ban)材(cai)接(jie)觸的(de)方(fang)(fang)式,而傾斜段(duan)則采取與(yu)板(ban)材(cai)不接(jie)觸的(de)方(fang)(fang)式,為的(de)是減(jian)少(shao)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)表面的(de)擦劃(hua)傷,此外,如此結構也將便于成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)輥(gun)的(de)加(jia)工和(he)隨后的(de)使用(yong)與(yu)維護等。上(shang)、下輥(gun)斜角采取圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)過(guo)(guo)渡,一般情況下,圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)的(de)直(zhi)徑(jing)應(ying)大于板(ban)厚,所以圖(tu)(tu)5-43所示的(de)第三(san)架(jia)上(shang)、下輥(gun)斜角的(de)圓(yuan)(yuan)弧(hu)過(guo)(guo)渡直(zhi)徑(jing)為2.0mm,見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)5-43局(ju)部放大圖(tu)(tu)。

3. 縱向(xiang)波紋的成型


 縱向波(bo)紋的成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)是(shi)在橫向波(bo)紋成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)之后的橫向波(bo)紋上成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的。所以在已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的波(bo)紋上再成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)縱向波(bo)紋是(shi)有難(nan)度(du)的。其難(nan)度(du)主要表現為,可能破壞已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的橫向波(bo)紋,而且縱向波(bo)紋也成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)不好。選用何種方式(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)就成(cheng)(cheng)為縱向波(bo)紋成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)的關(guan)鍵(jian)。


 沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)就是(shi)在(zai)一對(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)上(shang),按工藝和(he)產品的(de)(de)(de)要求,在(zai)要面上(shang)間隙分(fen)(fen)布著凸(tu)起(qi)和(he)凹(ao)陷的(de)(de)(de)部分(fen)(fen),用(yong)于壓(ya)(ya)制成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)縱向波紋(wen)(wen),同(tong)時(shi)又不能損(sun)壞已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)橫(heng)(heng)向梯形(xing)波紋(wen)(wen),縱向波紋(wen)(wen)尺寸(cun)圖及(ji)(ji)實物圖片,見圖5-40和(he)圖5-41。之所以(yi)(yi)(yi)將沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)置于橫(heng)(heng)向波紋(wen)(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)后、平(ping)整(zheng)(zheng)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)前,是(shi)為(wei)了保證瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過程的(de)(de)(de)穩定和(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質量(liang)。可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)想象,在(zai)沒(mei)有橫(heng)(heng)向波紋(wen)(wen)的(de)(de)(de)平(ping)板(ban)(ban)帶(dai)材上(shang)沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)凸(tu)起(qi)和(he)凹(ao)陷型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)材,由(you)(you)于自由(you)(you)度大沒(mei)有約(yue)束力,沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)坯料(liao)局部收縮,產生皺(zhou)折及(ji)(ji)其(qi)他缺陷,影響成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質量(liang)和(he)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品的(de)(de)(de)尺寸(cun)。另外,瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)(ban)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼截面受材料(liao)內部殘余應力作用(yong),很容易產生扭(niu)轉,這也會(hui)影響成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過程的(de)(de)(de)穩定性。但在(zai)瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)(ban)橫(heng)(heng)向波紋(wen)(wen)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)后、平(ping)整(zheng)(zheng)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)前,再用(yong)沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)其(qi)縱向波紋(wen)(wen),此(ci)時(shi),已(yi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)橫(heng)(heng)向波紋(wen)(wen)使瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)剛度增(zeng)大,同(tong)時(shi)又受到成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)和(he)平(ping)整(zheng)(zheng)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)的(de)(de)(de)約(yue)束,其(qi)自由(you)(you)度就減(jian)小。以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)這些都可(ke)以(yi)(yi)(yi)有效(xiao)地(di)防止局部收縮和(he)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)鋼的(de)(de)(de)扭(niu)轉,從而(er)對(dui)保證瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)及(ji)(ji)質量(liang)起(qi)到有效(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)保障作用(yong)。瓦(wa)楞(leng)形(xing)板(ban)(ban)橫(heng)(heng)向波紋(wen)(wen)沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)的(de)(de)(de)示意圖,見圖5-44。

 沖壓成(cheng)型輥也應(ying)做成(cheng)組合(he)式輥子,即由多輥片疊加(jia)組合(he)而(er)成(cheng)。這(zhe)種形式的輥子便于加(jia)工和維護,調(diao)整使用方便。
