美國不銹鋼管廠家成立于1910年,當時共有2套無縫軋管機,由曼氏穿孔機、聯合穿軋機、再加熱爐和精整機組組成。1913年增設張力減徑機,從而在1916~1920年這5年內生產冷拔不銹管坯而獲利甚豐,1920年開始改造,1923年聘用了Foren工程師,1931年接受了Foren建議開始制造并制成21機架軋管機,1932年投人試生產到1933年正式生產運行,1936年又對冷拔車間進行改造,1940年后轉向專業生產無縫不銹鋼管


 福倫(lun)(Foren)軋機(ji)(ji)是連續(xu)軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)發展過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)的一個重要的中(zhong)間(jian)軋機(ji)(ji),是在美(mei)國進行正式生產的第一臺連續(xu)軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji),機(ji)(ji)架(jia)X形,長(chang)芯棒插人穿孔坯(pi)與管(guan)子(zi)一起通過(guo)全部機(ji)(ji)架(jia),即將穿孔延伸成管(guan)子(zi)。福倫(lun)軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)共有(you)21個機(ji)(ji)架(jia),由可變速的電機(ji)(ji)單驅(qu)動,按原設計(ji),延伸率可高達7。


 對連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)的發(fa)展來說,福(fu)倫軋(ya)機(ji)的意義(yi)在(zai)于(yu):采(cai)用直(zhi)流(liu)電機(ji)單(dan)獨傳動(dong)以代替組傳動(dong),為(wei)(wei)連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)的進(jin)一(yi)步發(fa)展奠(dian)定(ding)了新的基礎,由此連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)進(jin)入了一(yi)個(ge)新階(jie)段(duan),人(ren)們把福(fu)倫軋(ya)機(ji)稱為(wei)(wei)第二代連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)。


 從連軋(ya)管(guan)機發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)全(quan)過(guo)程來看,福(fu)倫(lun)軋(ya)機是(shi)美國的(de)(de)第4臺連軋(ya)管(guan)機,世界范(fan)圍內(nei)的(de)(de)第11臺軋(ya)管(guan)機,可參(can)見表(biao)12-1所示。

1. Gary 不銹鋼管廠連軋管機(ji)組(zu)


  第二次世界(jie)大(da)戰后,Gary 不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)的(de)(de)無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產(chan)設備一直閑置(zhi)不用(yong)(yong)。后來(lai)該廠(chang)利用(yong)(yong)停產(chan)這(zhe)一時機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),對1套軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)進行(xing)(xing)了改造,安裝了連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),并配以新(xin)的(de)(de)張(zhang)力減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),這(zhe)一新(xin)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)采用(yong)(yong)了和Lorain鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)進行(xing)(xing)試驗的(de)(de)相(xiang)同(tong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)許多新(xin)工(gong)藝(yi)。在平面(mian)布置(zhi)上也(ye)包括了三輥軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。根據(ju)(ju)當時的(de)(de)報告,張(zhang)力減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)尚未以全效率軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),但已表(biao)明了它是能以低成本生(sheng)產(chan)質量好的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子的(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu),配置(zhi)這(zhe)一機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)或類似機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)是生(sheng)產(chan)小口徑(jing)熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)無縫(feng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)最佳工(gong)藝(yi)。以全效率運行(xing)(xing)時,從張(zhang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)出的(de)(de)速度(du)可(ke)(ke)(ke)達549m/min.Gary 廠(chang)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)于1950年1月投(tou)產(chan),和三輥軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)并聯(lian)布置(zhi),生(sheng)產(chan)外徑(jing)為(wei)25~89mm的(de)(de)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)度(du)為(wei)13.7m,厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)度(du)為(wei)7.6m,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)中所設的(de)(de)穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是一般的(de)(de)曼內斯曼穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),根據(ju)(ju)所軋(ya)(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)規格的(de)(de)不同(tong),穿孔(kong)坯可(ke)(ke)(ke)以送到(dao)(dao)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上,也(ye)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以送到(dao)(dao)三輥軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上進行(xing)(xing)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制。連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)8機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架,脫棒后的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子經(jing)加熱送張(zhang)力減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)徑(jing),張(zhang)力減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)徑(jing)后的(de)(de)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)經(jing)冷床冷卻,然后用(yong)(yong)多臺冷鋸(ju)鋸(ju)成定尺長(chang)度(du),并送去進行(xing)(xing)成品精整。


2. Lorain 不銹鋼管(guan)廠連軋(ya)管(guan)機組


 近(jin)代(dai)連(lian)續(xu)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)技術的(de)(de)(de)發展是從(cong)1949年(nian)美(mei)國Lorain不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)(guan)廠(chang)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)投產(chan)開(kai)始的(de)(de)(de),Lorain 廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)組(zu)采用ф140mm規格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)圓管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)來生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)ф51~102mm的(de)(de)(de)水煤氣(qi)管(guan)(guan)、油管(guan)(guan)和鍋爐(lu)管(guan)(guan),生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)能(neng)力(li)為(wei)1.8萬V月。管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)經(jing)加熱(re)、定心后(hou)去穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji),穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)由(you)1臺(tai)3310kW,225r/min,13800V的(de)(de)(de)同步電(dian)動機(ji)傳動,減速機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)速比為(wei)2.25,軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)直徑為(wei)1070mm,輥(gun)身(shen)長610mm,喂入(ru)角固定為(wei)10°,軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輥(gun)線(xian)速度約5.63m/s.ф146mm 穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)出口(kou)速度為(wei)0.915m/s.穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)過程完畢后(hou),頂桿從(cong)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)中(zhong)抽(chou)出,隨即穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)被拔(ba)出,滾到定位輥(gun)道(dao)(dao)上(shang),在這里穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)被移(yi)送到與連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)入(ru)口(kou)端相距(ju)一(yi)定距(ju)離為(wei)止(zhi)。此時,穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)被拔(ba)到穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)芯棒(bang)輥(gun)道(dao)(dao)上(shang),在此1根(gen)約19.2m長的(de)(de)(de)經(jing)過涂油的(de)(de)(de)芯棒(bang)插(cha)入(ru)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi),然(ran)后(hou)開(kai)始連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程,芯棒(bang)用低合金鋼制造,每根(gen)芯棒(bang)可用2000~2500次,然(ran)后(hou)重車后(hou)再(zai)用。


 連(lian)續軋(ya)管機(ji)為9機(ji)架,機(ji)架中心距為1120mm.每個機(ji)架裝有兩個直徑為660mm、輥身(shen)長228mm的軋(ya)輥,總(zong)容量(liang)為6250kW,由變流(liu)機(ji)組供電。


 在(zai)連續軋管機(ji)(ji)上,穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)在(zai)芯棒(bang)上進(jin)行軋制;頭兩個機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)對穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)減(jian)徑,使其(qi)內(nei)表面同芯棒(bang)相接(jie)觸,在(zai)第34機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)中得到較大的(de)減(jian)壁(bi)(bi)量;在(zai)第5、6機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)中,管壁(bi)(bi)繼續減(jian)薄,但減(jian)壁(bi)(bi)量微小些;第7、8機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)是輾光機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia);而第9機(ji)(ji)架(jia)(jia)則將橢(tuo)圓(yuan)(yuan)形的(de)毛管軋圓(yuan)(yuan)以便脫棒(bang)。


 從連續軋管(guan)(guan)軋中(zhong)軋出(chu)來以后,帶芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)的鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)被橫移到(dao)(dao)脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)上。脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的輥道(dao)是(shi)傳動的,它可以將(jiang)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)往回送,直到(dao)(dao)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)的尾端(duan)被脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的卡爪卡住,將(jiang)芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)抽(chou)出(chu)來,抽(chou)出(chu)來的芯(xin)棒(bang)(bang)(bang)經輥道(dao)和臺架返回連軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)前進(jin)行(xing)冷卻(que)、涂(tu)油(you)以便再使用。鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)經再加熱(re)后送到(dao)(dao)12架定徑機(ji)(ji)(ji)或12架減徑機(ji)(ji)(ji),軋制(zhi)成熱(re)軋成品管(guan)(guan)。


  美(mei)國不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管廠家的張力(li)減徑(jing)(jing)機為(wei)(wei)二輥(gun)式,12機架(jia)(jia),機架(jia)(jia)中(zhong)心距為(wei)(wei)368mm,每個機架(jia)(jia)由(you)1臺147kW,850~1700r/min的直流(liu)電機傳(chuan)動,軋輥(gun)直徑(jing)(jing)為(wei)(wei)355mm,輥(gun)身長(chang)度為(wei)(wei)178mm,軋輥(gun)材質(zhi)為(wei)(wei)合(he)金鑄鐵,下(xia)輥(gun)不可(ke)調。張力(li)減徑(jing)(jing)機的出口速度為(wei)(wei)3.7~7.4m/s,每架(jia)(jia)的減徑(jing)(jing)量為(wei)(wei)10%~12%,減壁(bi)量可(ke)達(da)20%.由(you)于(yu)張減時可(ke)以控(kong)制壁(bi)厚,所以用一種(zhong)直徑(jing)(jing)的管子就可(ke)以得到多種(zhong)尺寸的成品不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管,減徑(jing)(jing)后鋼(gang)管外徑(jing)(jing)范圍(wei)為(wei)(wei)50.8~76.2mm,最大(da)長(chang)度可(ke)達(da)43.3m。
