美國不銹鋼管廠家成立于1910年,當時共有2套無縫軋管機,由曼氏穿孔機、聯合穿軋機、再加熱爐和精整機組組成。1913年增設張力減徑機,從而在1916~1920年這5年內生產冷拔不銹管坯而獲利甚豐,1920年開始改造,1923年聘用了Foren工程師,1931年接受了Foren建議開始制造并制成21機架軋管機,1932年投人試生產到1933年正式生產運行,1936年又對冷拔車間進行改造,1940年后轉向專業生產無縫不銹鋼管。
福倫(lun)(Foren)軋機(ji)(ji)(ji)是連續軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)發(fa)展過程中的(de)(de)一個重要(yao)的(de)(de)中間軋機(ji)(ji)(ji),是在美(mei)國進行(xing)正式生產的(de)(de)第一臺連續軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji),機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)X形(xing),長芯棒插人(ren)穿(chuan)孔坯與(yu)管(guan)(guan)子一起通過全(quan)部機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia),即將穿(chuan)孔延(yan)伸(shen)成管(guan)(guan)子。福倫(lun)軋管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)共有21個機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia),由(you)可變(bian)速的(de)(de)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)單驅動,按原設計(ji),延(yan)伸(shen)率可高達7。
對連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)的(de)發展來說(shuo),福倫軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)的(de)意義在(zai)于:采用(yong)直流電(dian)機(ji)單(dan)獨傳動以代(dai)替組(zu)傳動,為連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)的(de)進(jin)一步發展奠定了(le)新的(de)基礎,由此連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)進(jin)入(ru)了(le)一個新階段,人(ren)們把福倫軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)稱為第二(er)代(dai)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)。
從連(lian)軋(ya)管機發展(zhan)的(de)全過程來看(kan),福倫軋(ya)機是(shi)美國(guo)的(de)第4臺(tai)連(lian)軋(ya)管機,世界范圍內的(de)第11臺(tai)軋(ya)管機,可(ke)參見表12-1所示。
1. Gary 不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)廠(chang)連軋管(guan)機(ji)組
第(di)二次世界大戰后(hou)(hou),Gary 不(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)無縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)產設備一直(zhi)閑置(zhi)不(bu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。后(hou)(hou)來該廠(chang)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)停產這(zhe)一時機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),對1套軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)改(gai)造(zao),安(an)裝(zhuang)了(le)(le)(le)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),并(bing)(bing)配(pei)以新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)張(zhang)力(li)減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),這(zhe)一新(xin)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組采用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)(le)(le)和(he)Lorain鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)進(jin)(jin)行試驗的(de)(de)(de)相同(tong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)許多新(xin)工藝。在平面布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)上(shang)也(ye)包(bao)括(kuo)了(le)(le)(le)三輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。根據當時的(de)(de)(de)報告(gao),張(zhang)力(li)減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)尚未(wei)以全效率(lv)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),但已表明了(le)(le)(le)它是能以低成(cheng)(cheng)本生(sheng)產質量(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組,配(pei)置(zhi)這(zhe)一機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組或類似(si)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組是生(sheng)產小口徑(jing)熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)無縫(feng)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)最佳工藝。以全效率(lv)運行時,從張(zhang)減(jian)(jian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)出的(de)(de)(de)速度可達549m/min.Gary 廠(chang)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組于(yu)1950年(nian)1月投(tou)產,和(he)三輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)并(bing)(bing)聯布(bu)(bu)置(zhi),生(sheng)產外徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)25~89mm的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),薄壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)度為(wei)(wei)13.7m,厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長(chang)度為(wei)(wei)7.6m,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組中(zhong)所設的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是一般的(de)(de)(de)曼內(nei)斯(si)曼穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),根據所軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)規格的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong),穿(chuan)孔(kong)坯可以送(song)到(dao)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang),也(ye)可以送(song)到(dao)三輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang)進(jin)(jin)行軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制。連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)8機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架,脫棒后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子(zi)經加熱送(song)張(zhang)力(li)減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)減(jian)(jian)徑(jing),張(zhang)力(li)減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)經冷(leng)(leng)床冷(leng)(leng)卻,然后(hou)(hou)用(yong)(yong)(yong)多臺冷(leng)(leng)鋸鋸成(cheng)(cheng)定尺長(chang)度,并(bing)(bing)送(song)去進(jin)(jin)行成(cheng)(cheng)品精整。
2. Lorain 不銹鋼管廠連軋(ya)管機(ji)組
近代連續軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)技術的(de)(de)(de)發展是從1949年美(mei)國Lorain不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠(chang)連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)投產(chan)開始(shi)的(de)(de)(de),Lorain 廠(chang)的(de)(de)(de)連管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組采用(yong)ф140mm規格的(de)(de)(de)圓管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)來生產(chan)ф51~102mm的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)煤氣管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、油管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和鍋爐管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),生產(chan)能(neng)力為(wei)(wei)(wei)1.8萬V月(yue)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)經加熱、定心后去(qu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji),穿(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)由1臺(tai)3310kW,225r/min,13800V的(de)(de)(de)同步電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)傳動(dong),減速機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)速比為(wei)(wei)(wei)2.25,軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)直徑(jing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)1070mm,輥(gun)(gun)身長(chang)610mm,喂入角固定為(wei)(wei)(wei)10°,軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)線(xian)速度(du)約5.63m/s.ф146mm 穿(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)出口速度(du)為(wei)(wei)(wei)0.915m/s.穿(chuan)孔(kong)過程(cheng)完(wan)畢后,頂桿從穿(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)中(zhong)抽(chou)出,隨即穿(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)被(bei)拔出,滾到定位(wei)輥(gun)(gun)道(dao)上,在這里穿(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)被(bei)移送到與(yu)連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)入口端相距(ju)一定距(ju)離為(wei)(wei)(wei)止。此時,穿(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi)被(bei)拔到穿(chuan)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)輥(gun)(gun)道(dao)上,在此1根約19.2m長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)經過涂油的(de)(de)(de)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)插入穿(chuan)孔(kong)坯(pi)(pi)(pi),然(ran)后開始(shi)連軋(ya)(ya)過程(cheng),芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)用(yong)低(di)合金鋼制造,每根芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)可用(yong)2000~2500次,然(ran)后重車后再用(yong)。
連(lian)續軋(ya)管機為9機架(jia),機架(jia)中心距(ju)為1120mm.每個機架(jia)裝有兩個直徑為660mm、輥(gun)身長228mm的軋(ya)輥(gun),總容量為6250kW,由變流機組供電。
在(zai)連續軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)上,穿(chuan)孔坯在(zai)芯(xin)棒上進行軋(ya)(ya)制;頭兩個(ge)機(ji)架(jia)對穿(chuan)孔坯減徑(jing),使其內表面同芯(xin)棒相接觸(chu),在(zai)第(di)34機(ji)架(jia)中得到(dao)較大的減壁量(liang);在(zai)第(di)5、6機(ji)架(jia)中,管壁繼續減薄(bo),但減壁量(liang)微小些(xie);第(di)7、8機(ji)架(jia)是輾光機(ji)架(jia);而(er)第(di)9機(ji)架(jia)則將橢圓形的毛管軋(ya)(ya)圓以便脫棒。
從連(lian)續軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)軋(ya)中(zhong)軋(ya)出來(lai)以后,帶(dai)芯棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)鋼管(guan)(guan)被橫移到脫棒(bang)(bang)機(ji)上。脫棒(bang)(bang)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)輥道(dao)是傳動的(de)(de)(de),它可以將鋼管(guan)(guan)往回送(song),直到芯棒(bang)(bang)的(de)(de)(de)尾端被脫棒(bang)(bang)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)卡(ka)爪卡(ka)住,將芯棒(bang)(bang)抽(chou)出來(lai),抽(chou)出來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)芯棒(bang)(bang)經(jing)輥道(dao)和臺架返回連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)前進行冷卻、涂油以便再(zai)使用。鋼管(guan)(guan)經(jing)再(zai)加熱(re)后送(song)到12架定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji)或12架減徑(jing)機(ji),軋(ya)制成熱(re)軋(ya)成品(pin)管(guan)(guan)。
美國不(bu)銹鋼管廠家的張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)二輥式,12機(ji)(ji)(ji)架,機(ji)(ji)(ji)架中心距為(wei)368mm,每個機(ji)(ji)(ji)架由(you)(you)1臺147kW,850~1700r/min的直(zhi)流電機(ji)(ji)(ji)傳動(dong),軋(ya)輥直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)為(wei)355mm,輥身長度為(wei)178mm,軋(ya)輥材質為(wei)合(he)金鑄鐵,下輥不(bu)可(ke)(ke)調。張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的出口速度為(wei)3.7~7.4m/s,每架的減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)量為(wei)10%~12%,減(jian)壁量可(ke)(ke)達20%.由(you)(you)于張(zhang)(zhang)減(jian)時(shi)可(ke)(ke)以控制(zhi)壁厚,所以用一(yi)種直(zhi)徑(jing)(jing)的管子(zi)就可(ke)(ke)以得到多種尺寸的成品不(bu)銹鋼管,減(jian)徑(jing)(jing)后鋼管外徑(jing)(jing)范圍(wei)為(wei)50.8~76.2mm,最大長度可(ke)(ke)達43.3m。
