美國不銹鋼管廠家成立于1910年,當時共有2套無縫軋管機,由曼氏穿孔機、聯合穿軋機、再加熱爐和精整機組組成。1913年增設張力減徑機,從而在1916~1920年這5年內生產冷拔不銹管坯而獲利甚豐,1920年開始改造,1923年聘用了Foren工程師,1931年接受了Foren建議開始制造并制成21機架軋管機,1932年投人試生產到1933年正式生產運行,1936年又對冷拔車間進行改造,1940年后轉向專業生產無縫不銹鋼管。
福倫(Foren)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)連續(xu)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)發展(zhan)過程中(zhong)的(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)重要的(de)(de)中(zhong)間軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji),是(shi)在美國進行正式生(sheng)產的(de)(de)第一(yi)臺連續(xu)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji),機(ji)(ji)架(jia)X形(xing),長芯棒插人穿孔(kong)坯與(yu)管(guan)子一(yi)起通過全(quan)部機(ji)(ji)架(jia),即將穿孔(kong)延(yan)伸成管(guan)子。福倫軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)共有21個(ge)機(ji)(ji)架(jia),由(you)可變速的(de)(de)電機(ji)(ji)單驅動,按原(yuan)設計,延(yan)伸率可高(gao)達7。
對連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)來說,福倫軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)的(de)意(yi)義在于:采(cai)用直流(liu)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)單獨傳動以(yi)代替組傳動,為(wei)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)的(de)進一步發(fa)展(zhan)奠定了新(xin)的(de)基(ji)礎,由(you)此連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)進入了一個新(xin)階段,人(ren)們(men)把福倫軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)稱(cheng)為(wei)第二代連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管機(ji)(ji)。
從連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機發(fa)展的(de)全過(guo)程來看,福倫(lun)軋(ya)(ya)機是(shi)美國的(de)第4臺(tai)連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機,世界范圍(wei)內的(de)第11臺(tai)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機,可參(can)見表(biao)12-1所示(shi)。

1. Gary 不銹(xiu)鋼管廠連軋管機(ji)組
第二次世界大戰后(hou),Gary 不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠的(de)(de)(de)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產(chan)設(she)備(bei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)直閑(xian)置(zhi)(zhi)不用(yong)。后(hou)來該廠利用(yong)停(ting)產(chan)這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)(yi)時(shi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),對1套軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)進(jin)行了(le)改造,安裝了(le)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),并(bing)配(pei)以新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)減徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)(yi)新(xin)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)采用(yong)了(le)和Lorain鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)廠進(jin)行試驗的(de)(de)(de)相同(tong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)許多新(xin)工藝(yi)。在平面布置(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)也包括了(le)三輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。根據當時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)報告,張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)減徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)尚未(wei)以全(quan)效率(lv)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),但(dan)已表明了(le)它是能以低(di)成(cheng)本(ben)生產(chan)質(zhi)量好的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu),配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)這(zhe)一(yi)(yi)(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)或類似機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)是生產(chan)小口徑(jing)(jing)熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)最(zui)佳工藝(yi)。以全(quan)效率(lv)運行時(shi),從張(zhang)(zhang)減機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)出的(de)(de)(de)速度(du)可達549m/min.Gary 廠連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)于1950年1月投產(chan),和三輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)并(bing)聯布置(zhi)(zhi),生產(chan)外徑(jing)(jing)為(wei)25~89mm的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長度(du)為(wei)13.7m,厚(hou)壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)長度(du)為(wei)7.6m,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)中所(suo)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)般的(de)(de)(de)曼內(nei)斯曼穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),根據所(suo)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)規格的(de)(de)(de)不同(tong),穿(chuan)孔坯可以送(song)(song)(song)到(dao)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang),也可以送(song)(song)(song)到(dao)三輥(gun)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)上(shang)進(jin)行軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制。連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)8機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架,脫棒后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子經加熱送(song)(song)(song)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)減徑(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)減徑(jing)(jing),張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)減徑(jing)(jing)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)經冷(leng)床冷(leng)卻,然后(hou)用(yong)多臺冷(leng)鋸鋸成(cheng)定尺長度(du),并(bing)送(song)(song)(song)去進(jin)行成(cheng)品精整。
2. Lorain 不銹鋼(gang)管廠連軋管機(ji)組
近代連(lian)續軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展是從1949年美國Lorain不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)廠連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)投(tou)產(chan)開(kai)始的(de)(de)(de)(de),Lorain 廠的(de)(de)(de)(de)連(lian)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)組采(cai)用ф140mm規格的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓(yuan)管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)來生產(chan)ф51~102mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)煤氣管(guan)(guan)、油(you)管(guan)(guan)和鍋爐管(guan)(guan),生產(chan)能力(li)為1.8萬(wan)V月(yue)。管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)經加熱(re)、定(ding)心(xin)后去穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji),穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)由1臺3310kW,225r/min,13800V的(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)步電動機(ji)(ji)傳動,減(jian)速機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)速比為2.25,軋(ya)輥直徑為1070mm,輥身(shen)長(chang)610mm,喂入(ru)角固定(ding)為10°,軋(ya)輥線(xian)速度約5.63m/s.ф146mm 穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)出(chu)口(kou)速度為0.915m/s.穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)過(guo)程(cheng)完(wan)畢后,頂桿從穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)中抽出(chu),隨(sui)即穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)被拔出(chu),滾(gun)到(dao)定(ding)位輥道上(shang)(shang),在(zai)這里穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)被移送到(dao)與連(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)入(ru)口(kou)端相距一定(ding)距離為止(zhi)。此時,穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi)被拔到(dao)穿(chuan)(chuan)芯棒(bang)輥道上(shang)(shang),在(zai)此1根約19.2m長(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)經過(guo)涂油(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)芯棒(bang)插入(ru)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯(pi)(pi),然(ran)(ran)后開(kai)始連(lian)軋(ya)過(guo)程(cheng),芯棒(bang)用低合金鋼制造,每(mei)根芯棒(bang)可用2000~2500次,然(ran)(ran)后重車后再用。
連續軋管(guan)機(ji)為9機(ji)架(jia),機(ji)架(jia)中心距(ju)為1120mm.每個(ge)機(ji)架(jia)裝有兩個(ge)直(zhi)徑為660mm、輥身長228mm的(de)軋輥,總容量為6250kW,由變流機(ji)組供電。
在連續(xu)軋管機(ji)(ji)上,穿(chuan)孔坯在芯(xin)棒上進(jin)行軋制;頭兩個機(ji)(ji)架對穿(chuan)孔坯減(jian)(jian)徑,使其(qi)內表面同芯(xin)棒相(xiang)接觸,在第(di)34機(ji)(ji)架中得(de)到較大的減(jian)(jian)壁(bi)(bi)量;在第(di)5、6機(ji)(ji)架中,管壁(bi)(bi)繼續(xu)減(jian)(jian)薄,但減(jian)(jian)壁(bi)(bi)量微小些;第(di)7、8機(ji)(ji)架是(shi)輾光機(ji)(ji)架;而第(di)9機(ji)(ji)架則將(jiang)橢圓(yuan)形的毛管軋圓(yuan)以便脫棒。
從連(lian)續軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)中軋(ya)(ya)(ya)出(chu)來(lai)以(yi)后,帶芯棒(bang)的(de)鋼管(guan)被橫(heng)移到(dao)脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)機上(shang)。脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)機的(de)輥道是(shi)傳(chuan)動(dong)的(de),它可以(yi)將鋼管(guan)往回(hui)送(song),直到(dao)芯棒(bang)的(de)尾端被脫(tuo)(tuo)棒(bang)機的(de)卡爪卡住(zhu),將芯棒(bang)抽出(chu)來(lai),抽出(chu)來(lai)的(de)芯棒(bang)經(jing)輥道和臺架返回(hui)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機前進行冷卻、涂(tu)油(you)以(yi)便再使用。鋼管(guan)經(jing)再加熱(re)后送(song)到(dao)12架定徑機或12架減徑機,軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制成(cheng)熱(re)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)成(cheng)品(pin)管(guan)。
美(mei)國不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)廠家的張力減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)(wei)二輥(gun)式,12機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia),機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)中(zhong)心距為(wei)(wei)368mm,每(mei)(mei)個機(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)由1臺147kW,850~1700r/min的直流電機(ji)(ji)(ji)傳動(dong),軋輥(gun)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)為(wei)(wei)355mm,輥(gun)身長(chang)度(du)為(wei)(wei)178mm,軋輥(gun)材(cai)質為(wei)(wei)合金(jin)鑄鐵,下輥(gun)不可調。張力減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的出口速(su)度(du)為(wei)(wei)3.7~7.4m/s,每(mei)(mei)架(jia)的減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)量為(wei)(wei)10%~12%,減(jian)(jian)壁量可達20%.由于張減(jian)(jian)時可以(yi)(yi)控制壁厚,所以(yi)(yi)用一種(zhong)直徑(jing)(jing)(jing)的管(guan)子就可以(yi)(yi)得到多(duo)種(zhong)尺寸的成品不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan),減(jian)(jian)徑(jing)(jing)(jing)后(hou)鋼管(guan)外徑(jing)(jing)(jing)范(fan)圍為(wei)(wei)50.8~76.2mm,最(zui)大長(chang)度(du)可達43.3m。
