一、基(ji)本情況


  江蘇(su)天(tian)淮鋼管有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司φ508mm(20in)PQF連軋(ya)管機組,是目前(qian)全(quan)球(qiu)最大口(kou)徑的三(san)輥式連軋(ya)管機組,2012年(nian)5月28日熱負荷試車(che)成功(gong)。該機組由中冶京誠工(gong)(gong)程技術有限(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司做工(gong)(gong)廠設(she)計,主(zhu)軋(ya)線設(she)備(bei)由德國梅爾公(gong)(gong)司、意大利(li)因西設(she)計制造,設(she)計能力(li)為年(nian)產(chan)(chan)無縫鋼管50萬(wan)噸。自投產(chan)(chan)半(ban)年(nian)時間里,生產(chan)(chan)Φ377~508mm 規格鋼管共3.8萬(wan)噸,產(chan)(chan)品質量優良(liang)。


二、產品規格和主要品種

2. 主(zhu)要品種(zhong)


管(guan)(guan)(guan)線管(guan)(guan)(guan)、鍋爐用管(guan)(guan)(guan)、氣瓶管(guan)(guan)(guan)、機械管(guan)(guan)(guan)、液(ye)壓支柱管(guan)(guan)(guan),流體輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)、結構管(guan)(guan)(guan)等。


3. 工藝流程


  φ508mm PQF連軋管機組(zu)的(de)工藝布置如(ru)圖6-16所示。

  工(gong)藝流(liu)程(cheng)為:合格管(guan)坯→鋸切(qie)→冷定(ding)(ding)心→環形(xing)爐(lu)加熱→高(gao)壓(ya)水除磷(lin)→穿孔→吹(chui)硼砂→穿芯棒→高(gao)壓(ya)水除鱗→F連軋→脫管(guan)→高(gao)壓(ya)水除鱗→定(ding)(ding)徑→冷卻→定(ding)(ding)尺鋸切(qie)→矯直→吹(chui)吸(xi)灰→探(tan)傷→人工(gong)內外表面檢查(cha)→噴標→收集(ji)入庫(ku)。


  三(san)個(ge)變形主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)由帶(dai)管坯預旋(xuan)轉的(de)錐形輥導板式穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)、5機(ji)(ji)架PQF限(xian)動芯棒連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)、12架單獨傳動的(de)定徑機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)成,三(san)大(da)主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)本體設備(bei)(bei)都由德國MEER公(gong)司設計制(zhi)(zhi)造,主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)設備(bei)(bei)前后臺連(lian)線(xian)設備(bei)(bei)由中冶(ye)京誠工(gong)程技(ji)術有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司設計,天津(jin)賽(sai)瑞機(ji)(ji)器制(zhi)(zhi)造有(you)(you)限(xian)公(gong)司制(zhi)(zhi)造。φ508PQF機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)采(cai)用更為完(wan)善的(de)先進工(gong)藝控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)-CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、嚴格的(de)質(zhi)量控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)-QAS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、物料(liao)跟蹤系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(MTS)以及在線(xian)檢測系(xi)(xi)統(tong)等(deng)工(gong)藝控制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術,從而(er)確保了熱(re)軋(ya)大(da)口(kou)徑無縫鋼管生產的(de)工(gong)藝先進性(xing)及穩定性(xing)。


四、主要工藝(yi)設備(bei)及(ji)性能(neng)特點


  1. 環形加熱爐


  環形爐(lu)(lu)(lu)由LOI天津公司設計及(ji)制(zhi)作(zuo),為(wei)降(jiang)低成本,采(cai)用高爐(lu)(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)和天然氣(qi)混合氣(qi)作(zuo)為(wei)燃料。從裝料到出料共(gong)分7個加熱(re)(re)(re)控制(zhi)段(duan),其中第(di)1~2段(duan)為(wei)預熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan),第(di)3~5段(duan)為(wei)加熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan),第(di)6~7段(duan)為(wei)均(jun)(jun)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan);其中預熱(re)(re)(re)2段(duan)和加熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)采(cai)用高爐(lu)(lu)(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)蓄熱(re)(re)(re)燒嘴,均(jun)(jun)熱(re)(re)(re)段(duan)用頂置的天然氣(qi)平焰(yan)燒嘴均(jun)(jun)熱(re)(re)(re),環形爐(lu)(lu)(lu)采(cai)用全(quan)自動、先(xian)進(jin)、可(ke)靠(kao)的熱(re)(re)(re)工(gong)(gong)控制(zhi)系統測(ce)量和控制(zhi)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)子的熱(re)(re)(re)工(gong)(gong)過程,可(ke)根據不(bu)同工(gong)(gong)況準確(que)匹(pi)配爐(lu)(lu)(lu)子供熱(re)(re)(re)量,保證管坯按最佳(jia)的工(gong)(gong)藝曲線加熱(re)(re)(re)和保溫。


 環形加熱(re)爐主要(yao)參數包括(kuo):


   中徑:51m;


   爐(lu)底(di)寬度(du):5.4m;


   最大加熱(re)長(chang)度:5.0m;


   最(zui)大坯(pi)重(zhong):7620kg;


   最大加(jia)熱能(neng)力:260t/h;


   最大裝出料節(jie)奏:90p/h。


 2. 錐形輥穿孔(kong)機


   該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。


  由于本機(ji)組采用的(de)管(guan)坯(pi)直(zhi)徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機(ji)組管(guan)坯(pi)直(zhi)徑大,管(guan)坯(pi)重量(liang)也大,為方便管(guan)坯(pi)咬入,防止前卡(ka)事故,在(zai)前臺(tai)設置(zhi)了管(guan)坯(pi)預旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)裝置(zhi),見圖6-17,大管(guan)坯(pi)在(zai)推鋼(gang)機(ji)推入軋輥(gun)前在(zai)預旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)的(de)驅動下旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)起來,這樣很(hen)大程(cheng)度改善(shan)了咬入條(tiao)件,減少了事故,提高了軋輥(gun)壽命(ming)。

  該穿孔機(ji)后(hou)臺一段(duan)有(you)6組(zu)三輥(gun)定心裝置(zhi),后(hou)臺二(er)段(duan)的(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)采(cai)用(yong)在(zai)線小車(che)上(shang)下料、頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)采(cai)用(yong)內(nei)部(bu)循環(huan)水(shui)冷(leng)加外部(bu)氣霧(wu)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)方(fang)式,當頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)穿廢時隨(sui)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)一起(qi)更換,見圖6-18所示。頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)上(shang)料后(hou)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)可直接循環(huan)到頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工(gong)作段(duan)的(de)(de)內(nei)腔,在(zai)軋制(zhi)(zhi)及間歇不(bu)管頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)在(zai)什么位(wei)置(zhi),都能通過內(nei)部(bu)循環(huan)水(shui)對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)快速冷(leng)卻(que)(que);在(zai)軋制(zhi)(zhi)間歇時頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)回退到基位(wei)后(hou),進入有(you)外部(bu)氣霧(wu)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)箱(xiang)對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)進行外部(bu)冷(leng)卻(que)(que),氣霧(wu)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)箱(xiang)中的(de)(de)15道(dao)水(shui)環(huan)分(fen)4組(zu)控制(zhi)(zhi),從圓周方(fang)向分(fen)別對(dui)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)不(bu)同部(bu)位(wei)分(fen)別控制(zhi)(zhi)時間控制(zhi)(zhi)水(shui)量(liang)來冷(leng)卻(que)(que),從而保證了頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工(gong)作段(duan)良好的(de)(de)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)效果。

  在以前18英(ying)寸PQF機組基礎(chu)上(shang)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)冷卻形式(shi)做了很大改進,見圖6-19(其中,圖6-19為本(ben)機組頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)結(jie)構,圖6-19(b)為原(yuan)18in頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)結(jie)構),頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)由原(yuan)來的實(shi)心體改為空腔(qiang)體,以至于(yu)內部冷卻水能(neng)一直貫通整個頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的內腔(qiang),使頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)的尖端(duan)及工作段能(neng)得到徹底冷卻,從而延長(chang)了頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)壽(shou)命。

  本機組的毛管橫移(yi)(yi)采用可(ke)伸(shen)縮的大擺臂移(yi)(yi)送(song)到(dao)硼(peng)砂工位,吹完硼(peng)砂后由帶(dai)擺動撥叉地面小車(che)將毛管移(yi)(yi)送(song)到(dao)PQF連軋機前(qian)臺。


  穿孔機主(zhu)要(yao)參數包括:


   最(zui)大/最(zui)小軋輥直徑:1700mm/1550mm;


   最大(da)出(chu)口(kou)速度:0.8m/s;


   最(zui)大軋制力矩:3165kN·m;


   主(zhu)電機功率:8200kW×2臺;


   主電機最(zui)大(da)轉(zhuan)速(su):354r/min;


   氣霧冷卻系統:水壓(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣壓(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。


 3. PQF連軋管機(ji)


  本機(ji)(ji)組(zu)PQF連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)為(wei)5機(ji)(ji)架(jia)的軸向換(huan)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)見圖(tu)6-20,優點是隧(sui)道(dao)式筒形牌坊剛度及強度好,傳動布置緊湊,軋(ya)(ya)制穩定性好。每架(jia)軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)的三個(ge)互成120°的軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)安(an)裝(zhuang)在獨(du)立的軋(ya)(ya)制單元(yuan)一軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)小(xiao)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)內,安(an)裝(zhuang)在隧(sui)道(dao)上的伺(si)服(fu)液(ye)壓小(xiao)倉,可(ke)以對軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)輥(gun)(gun)(gun)縫進行同步調(diao)整(zheng)也可(ke)以單獨(du)調(diao)整(zheng),即采(cai)用了輥(gun)(gun)(gun)縫自動控(kong)制系(xi)統(HCCS),從而(er)保(bao)證了軋(ya)(ya)制質(zhi)量,另外,該連軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)在生產過程中采(cai)用了工藝過程控(kong)制系(xi)統(PSS),實現了溫(wen)度補償、咬入(ru)沖擊控(kong)制、錐形芯棒伺(si)服(fu)和(he)頭尾削尖等功能。


  由于該機組軋制(zhi)節(jie)(jie)奏較慢(最快40s/支),只(zhi)有在線(xian)穿芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)方式,不(bu)設(she)預穿線(xian),減少(shao)了(le)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)在線(xian)數量,減少(shao)了(le)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)與毛管接觸時(shi)間,減少(shao)了(le)毛管的溫降(jiang),提高(gao)了(le)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)壽命,節(jie)(jie)省了(le)設(she)備投(tou)資。

   電(dian)機(ji)(ji)功率:1~4號(hao)機(ji)(ji)架各3×1000kW,5機(ji)(ji)架為(wei)3×500kW;


   限動力:2900kN;


   限動電機(ji)功率:500kW×6臺(tai);


   限(xian)動最(zui)大前進速度(du):2.5m/s;


   限(xian)動最大返回速度:4.5m/s;


   軋制中限動速度(du):1.5m/s。


 4. 定徑機(ji)


   采(cai)用(yong)(yong)12架三輥式定(ding)(ding)徑(jing)機,見(jian)圖6-21,每(mei)架都(dou)有一臺(tai)電(dian)機驅(qu)動(dong),機架采(cai)用(yong)(yong)傘(san)齒輪(lun)內傳動(dong)結構(gou),在(zai)(zai)機架外有一根傳動(dong)軸(zhou)通(tong)過聯軸(zhou)器(qi)與12架組合(he)式的(de)減(jian)速(su)器(qi)相連接,奇偶(ou)架的(de)電(dian)機前后排上下兩層排列,整個定(ding)(ding)徑(jing)機布(bu)置(zhi)緊湊。該機組在(zai)(zai)定(ding)(ding)徑(jing)機前設置(zhi)了高壓水除鱗(lin)裝置(zhi),提高鋼管的(de)外表面質量(liang),延(yan)長軋輥壽命。

定徑機(ji)主要參數包括:


  軋輥名義(yi)直(zhi)徑(jing):φ1000mm;


  機架間距:880mm;


  入口鋼(gang)管速度:0.8~1.5m/s;


  出口鋼管速(su)度:0.85~2.0m/s;


  電機(ji)功率:350kW×12臺;


  電機轉速:200~600/1200r/min。



五、機組工藝控(kong)制系統和質(zhi)量保證(zheng)系統


   PQF三輥(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)組數(shu)量的(de)(de)不斷增多,使得PQF連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)工(gong)藝控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和質量保證系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)不斷提高(gao)完善,從而(er)保證了更好(hao)的(de)(de)產(chan)品質量,更高(gao)的(de)(de)成(cheng)材率(lv)和設(she)備利(li)用(yong)率(lv)以(yi)及較低的(de)(de)工(gong)具(ju)消耗。整(zheng)個機(ji)(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)過程管(guan)(guan)(guan)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)包括(kuo)通常所說的(de)(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等(deng)在(zai)內(nei)的(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)以(yi)及QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)兩大(da)部分(fen)組成(cheng)。整(zheng)個熱軋(ya)(ya)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是(shi)用(yong)來生產(chan)計(ji)劃(hua)及生產(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理的(de)(de)工(gong)藝控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),由穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及定徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)三部分(fen)組成(cheng),其中PQF軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)(guan)(guan)CARTA是(shi)核心部分(fen),穿孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要是(shi)工(gong)藝參數(shu)設(she)定、頂頭(tou)導板軋(ya)(ya)輥(gun)等(deng)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)具(ju)設(she)計(ji)等(deng)內(nei)容;張(zhang)減機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要是(shi)孔型設(she)計(ji)、工(gong)藝參數(shu)設(she)定等(deng)內(nei)容。QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是(shi)用(yong)于熱軋(ya)(ya)線(xian)(xian)質量控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)檢測(ce)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。



六、在線檢測(ce)質量保證系統QAS


   QAS是一個在線獨立(li)工(gong)作站,通過對物料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)跟(gen)蹤檢測(ce)(ce),對數據進行收集(ji)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)和(he)(he)存儲,并將分(fen)(fen)析(xi)的(de)(de)結果及時反饋給CARTA系統(tong)以(yi)實施對物料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),保(bao)證(zheng)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)質量(liang)。QAS檢測(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)具(ju)體內容包括:管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)稱(cheng)重以(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao)超重,實現坯(pi)料(liao)(liao)跟(gen)蹤;環形爐出(chu)口(kou)測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)優化管(guan)(guan)(guan)坯(pi)加熱,滿足(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)及連軋(ya)工(gong)藝要(yao)求(qiu),確(que)(que)保(bao)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)質量(liang);穿(chuan)孔(kong)后測(ce)(ce)長以(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)幾何(he)尺(chi)寸,確(que)(que)保(bao)連軋(ya)的(de)(de)咬入及軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)穩定(ding);芯(xin)棒潤滑前測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)滿足(zu)芯(xin)棒噴涂潤滑劑的(de)(de)工(gong)藝要(yao)求(qiu),確(que)(que)保(bao)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)內表(biao)面質量(liang)和(he)(he)芯(xin)棒使用壽(shou)命;連軋(ya)人(ren)口(kou)測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)確(que)(que)保(bao)軋(ya)機(ji)正常咬入及軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)穩定(ding)性(xing);連軋(ya)后測(ce)(ce)厚測(ce)(ce)長測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)連軋(ya)出(chu)口(kou)荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)幾何(he)尺(chi)寸,確(que)(que)保(bao)荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)壁厚精度(du);定(ding)徑前測(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)以(yi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),確(que)(que)保(bao)定(ding)徑軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)穩定(ding)性(xing)。


七、機(ji)組特點


 1. 增大(da)管坯(pi)直徑,降(jiang)低穿孔的(de)擴徑率,提高毛管的(de)幾何尺寸精度


    與(yu)相近機(ji)組相比(如表6-11所示),該(gai)機(ji)組增大(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)直徑的意義在(zai)于:對于環形(xing)(xing)爐,大(da)(da)口徑厚壁管(guan)(guan)生產時降低了坯(pi)(pi)料的長度,設計中(zhong)減(jian)少了環形(xing)(xing)爐的中(zhong)徑,在(zai)環形(xing)(xing)爐建設中(zhong)減(jian)少了近5%投資;對于穿(chuan)孔機(ji)而言,管(guan)(guan)坯(pi)(pi)外徑增大(da)(da)了,但毛管(guan)(guan)的幾何尺(chi)寸和同類機(ji)組一樣(yang),這(zhe)樣(yang)毛管(guan)(guan)的擴徑率降低了近10%,在(zai)穿(chuan)孔斜軋(ya)過程中(zhong),大(da)(da)大(da)(da)降低了軋(ya)件的橫向變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing),能很好抑(yi)制穿(chuan)孔的附加變(bian)(bian)形(xing)(xing)程度,提高毛管(guan)(guan)的幾何尺(chi)寸精度。


 2. 穿(chuan)孔機采用新型的頂(ding)桿(gan)頂(ding)頭連接形式(shi)和更換方式(shi)


    與φ460機(ji)組(zu)(zu)相比(bi),天淮508機(ji)組(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)后臺(tai)二段(duan)形式(shi)徹(che)底(di)改進(jin),針對(dui)大(da)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)節(jie)(jie)(jie)奏(zou)較(jiao)(jiao)慢(最快40s以上)的(de)(de)(de)特點,為提(ti)高(gao)設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)運行(xing)穩定(ding)性,增加頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)上下(xia)料小車(che),實現頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)的(de)(de)(de)在線循環,改變了同類錐形穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)單頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)在線自動快換頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)模式(shi)(設(she)備精度要(yao)求(qiu)較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)),采用(yong)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)和(he)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)盈錐面配(pei)合外加定(ding)位銷連接,見圖6-19,并線外裝配(pei)作業(ye),這樣(yang)減(jian)少了換規格(ge)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程的(de)(de)(de)設(she)備調(diao)整時(shi)(shi)間,改進(jin)后還(huan)避免(mian)生產(chan)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程中在線頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)安裝不上出現無頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)軋制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)事故,節(jie)(jie)(jie)省了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)消耗和(he)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)事故擴大(da)化造成的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)械故障(zhang),節(jie)(jie)(jie)省工(gong)(gong)具費用(yong)同時(shi)(shi)提(ti)高(gao)了作業(ye)率。另外,采用(yong)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)更換小車(che)形式(shi),換孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型時(shi)(shi)提(ti)前準備好新孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),10min 內(nei)完成穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)更換,較(jiao)(jiao)同類型機(ji)組(zu)(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型更換時(shi)(shi)換頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)節(jie)(jie)(jie)省近90%的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間。


 3. 改(gai)進了穿(chuan)孔機組頂頭的(de)冷卻方式


    天(tian)淮φ508機(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿孔(kong)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻方式(shi)(shi)增加(jia)了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)并(bing)改(gai)進了外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)方式(shi)(shi),該機(ji)(ji)組(zu)冷(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)能(neng)直接到(dao)達(da)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)腔體內(nei)(見(jian)圖6-19),設計(ji)(ji)時增加(jia)了內(nei)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓,由同(tong)(tong)類(lei)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)8bar增加(jia)到(dao)12bar,提(ti)高(gao)了冷(leng)(leng)卻速率。改(gai)進了外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi),在同(tong)(tong)類(lei)穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭更換裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi),設計(ji)(ji)了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭外(wai)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)裝置(zhi),該裝置(zhi)采用(yong)(yong)氣霧冷(leng)(leng)卻方式(shi)(shi),見(jian)圖6-18,并(bing)配套電氣控制(zhi)(zhi)系統,根據頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭規(gui)格和溫(wen)度調整噴(pen)吹壓力和時間,保證頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭冷(leng)(leng)卻均(jun)勻,避免了軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭由冷(leng)(leng)卻不均(jun)造成(cheng)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭開裂報廢。該機(ji)(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭內(nei)外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方式(shi)(shi),從近(jin)半年(nian)生產(chan)統計(ji)(ji)鍛造頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)均(jun)壽(shou)命(ming)達(da)到(dao)450支(個別達(da)到(dao)900支)以上(shang),頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭平(ping)均(jun)壽(shou)命(ming)是其他(ta)同(tong)(tong)類(lei)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5倍以上(shang)。


 4. 連軋短管模(mo)式


    為保證大(da)口徑厚(hou)壁管(guan)的(de)生產(chan),連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機組增加短(duan)(duan)管(guan)模式,設計(ji)中連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機與脫管(guan)機間距為11.5m,在生產(chan)短(duan)(duan)于11.5m大(da)口徑超厚(hou)壁管(guan)時,開發連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)的(de)短(duan)(duan)管(guan)模式,在設計(ji)過程中考慮實(shi)現(xian)最短(duan)(duan)8m管(guan)生產(chan),脫管(guan)電機選型時保證低速性能穩定,依靠限(xian)動(dong)(dong)齒條將(jiang)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)后(hou)管(guan)送(song)進脫管(guan)機,這時脫管(guan)機的(de)線速度(du)和(he)限(xian)動(dong)(dong)速度(du)一致(zhi),咬入后(hou)脫管(guan)機升(sheng)速實(shi)現(xian)荒(huang)管(guan)和(he)芯棒脫開。


 5. 為保證大(da)口徑薄壁管(guan)表面(mian)質量,移送(song)設備創新結構,做到輕拿輕放


    為保(bao)證(zheng)大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)(kou)(kou)徑薄壁管(guan)(guan)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面質量(liang),防止(zhi)鋼管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)移(yi)(yi)(yi)送過程(cheng)出(chu)現嗑傷及(ji)(ji)劃痕現象,本機(ji)(ji)組的毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)橫移(yi)(yi)(yi)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)及(ji)(ji)脫管(guan)(guan)后(hou)橫移(yi)(yi)(yi)鏈撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)都進(jin)行(xing)改進(jin)創新。在(zai)(zai)ф460mm機(ji)(ji)組中,毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)從三輥(gun)定心由(you)一個撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)鉤撥(bo)(bo)出(chu)由(you)另一個撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)鉤接(jie)料(liao)(liao)放(fang)到(dao)(dao)(dao)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)托輥(gun)上(shang)吹(chui)硼(peng)砂,見(jian)圖6-22(a),吹(chui)完(wan)硼(peng)砂后(hou)由(you)高架小(xiao)車移(yi)(yi)(yi)送到(dao)(dao)(dao)帶高度調整的受料(liao)(liao)鞍(an)座上(shang),毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)滾(gun)落(luo)(luo)到(dao)(dao)(dao)鞍(an)座輥(gun)道上(shang)進(jin)而由(you)連(lian)軋(ya)前臺的回(hui)轉(zhuan)臂取走(zou);防止(zhi)大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)(kou)(kou)徑薄壁管(guan)(guan)(特別是徑壁大(da)(da)(da)于48)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)滾(gun)動(dong)(dong)中出(chu)現的嗑傷和(he)劃痕,天淮(huai)ф508mm機(ji)(ji)組在(zai)(zai)此進(jin)行(xing)了改進(jin)創新,見(jian)圖6-22(b),三輥(gun)定心出(chu)來的毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)由(you)可伸縮(suo)的大(da)(da)(da)擺臂移(yi)(yi)(yi)送到(dao)(dao)(dao)硼(peng)砂工位,吹(chui)完(wan)硼(peng)砂后(hou)由(you)地面小(xiao)車的撥(bo)(bo)叉(cha)將(jiang)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)取走(zou),小(xiao)車到(dao)(dao)(dao)行(xing)程(cheng)后(hou),小(xiao)車上(shang)的撥(bo)(bo)叉(cha)將(jiang)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)移(yi)(yi)(yi)到(dao)(dao)(dao)垂直升降的放(fang)料(liao)(liao)叉(cha),小(xiao)車回(hui)退,然后(hou)由(you)連(lian)軋(ya)前臺的回(hui)轉(zhuan)臂取走(zou)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)管(guan)(guan)的三次接(jie)力傳遞中都避免了在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)叉(cha)及(ji)(ji)鞍(an)座臺架上(shang)的滾(gun)動(dong)(dong)沖擊,都是輕(qing)拿輕(qing)放(fang),避免了嗑傷和(he)劃痕,提高了表(biao)(biao)(biao)面質量(liang)。另外,本機(ji)(ji)組在(zai)(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)后(hou)橫移(yi)(yi)(yi)鏈冷床(chuang)(chuang)入(ru)(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)采用了撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)防護機(ji)(ji)構(gou),見(jian)圖6-23,當鏈床(chuang)(chuang)的撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂抬起過程(cheng)中附(fu)帶在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂上(shang)的防護板也(ye)隨之升起以保(bao)護鋼管(guan)(guan)防止(zhi)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)盤(pan)上(shang)嗑傷,當撥(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂落(luo)(luo)下時反向連(lian)桿機(ji)(ji)構(gou)使防護板也(ye)落(luo)(luo)下,將(jiang)鋼管(guan)(guan)慢(man)慢(man)放(fang)下,從而避免了在(zai)(zai)以前18in機(ji)(ji)組上(shang)薄臂管(guan)(guan)總在(zai)(zai)小(xiao)冷床(chuang)(chuang)入(ru)(ru)口(kou)(kou)(kou)嗑傷的后(hou)果(guo)。在(zai)(zai)天淮(huai)φ508mm機(ji)(ji)組中,類(lei)似以上(shang)保(bao)護措施及(ji)(ji)結構(gou)應用較多,進(jin)一步提高了大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)(kou)(kou)徑薄壁管(guan)(guan)的表(biao)(biao)(biao)面質量(liang)。

八、結(jie)論


Φ508mmPQF機(ji)組是當今(jin)世界(jie)上最大(da)的熱連(lian)軋管生產機(ji)組,擁有了(le)(le)世界(jie)上最先進的工藝設(she)(she)計和過程控制(zhi)水平,同時設(she)(she)計過程中對同類機(ji)組的不足之處(chu)和薄(bo)弱環節進行了(le)(le)重大(da)改進,創(chuang)新了(le)(le)5項技術:


  1. 在吸(xi)收以(yi)往的MPM和(he)(he)PQF機(ji)(ji)組經驗的基礎上,采用(yong)8200kW大(da)功(gong)率穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)加大(da)了穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)的變形量,減小(xiao)了后續(xu)工序變形,穿(chuan)(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)的延伸系數最大(da)能夠達到(dao)4.7。并設(she)計減小(xiao)了穿(chuan)(chuan)孔毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)與(yu)連軋(ya)芯棒(bang)之間的間隙,因(yin)此更有利于生(sheng)產薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)(he)高(gao)合(he)金管(guan)(guan)(guan),已成(cheng)功(gong)生(sheng)產的φ508mmx9.5mm鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)徑壁(bi)比達到(dao)56。同時(shi)最大(da)限度(du)地消除了PQF軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)的內壁(bi)傷問(wen)題,提高(gao)了鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)壁(bi)厚(hou)精度(du)和(he)(he)均勻度(du)。表6-12及圖6-24為(wei)φ508mm機(ji)(ji)組生(sheng)產的φ508mmx12.5mm鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)取樣情況:A~H為(wei)沿鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)同一斷面測得的8個壁(bi)厚(hou)數據。由(you)圖表可知鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)各斷面的壁(bi)厚(hou)偏差率都在±8%以(yi)內。

  2. 穿孔機組(zu)采用(yong)(yong)新型(xing)的頂桿和頂頭連接和更換(huan)方式,保證設備運行(xing)穩定,減(jian)少了(le)(le)事故,提高(gao)了(le)(le)作業(ye)率,降低(di)了(le)(le)頂桿費用(yong)(yong)。


  3. 穿孔(kong)機組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)頭增加了(le)內水冷(leng)(leng)并設計外水冷(leng)(leng)裝置,保證頂(ding)(ding)頭冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)均勻(yun),提高了(le)頂(ding)(ding)頭冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)效果,頂(ding)(ding)頭壽(shou)命提高近50%,為同(tong)類機組(zu)提供了(le)改進技術。


  4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑(jing)厚(hou)壁管的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。


  5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口徑薄壁管(guan)移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
