一(yi)、基(ji)本情(qing)況
江蘇(su)天淮鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)有限(xian)公司φ508mm(20in)PQF連(lian)軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組(zu),是目前(qian)全球最大口徑的三輥式連(lian)軋管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組(zu),2012年(nian)(nian)5月28日熱(re)負(fu)荷試車成功。該機(ji)(ji)組(zu)由(you)中冶京誠工(gong)程技術有限(xian)公司做工(gong)廠設計(ji),主軋線設備由(you)德(de)國梅爾公司、意大利因西設計(ji)制造,設計(ji)能力為年(nian)(nian)產(chan)無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)50萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun)。自投產(chan)半年(nian)(nian)時間里(li),生產(chan)Φ377~508mm 規(gui)格(ge)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)共(gong)3.8萬(wan)(wan)噸(dun)(dun),產(chan)品質量優良。
二、產品(pin)規(gui)格和主要品(pin)種
1. 產品(pin)規(gui)格
外徑:φ245~508mm;
壁(bi)厚:6.1~60mm;
長度:6~15m。
2. 主要品種
管(guan)線管(guan)、鍋爐用管(guan)、氣瓶管(guan)、機械(xie)管(guan)、液壓支柱(zhu)管(guan),流體輸(shu)送管(guan)、結構管(guan)等。
3. 工藝(yi)流程
φ508mm PQF連軋(ya)管機組的工藝布置如(ru)圖6-16所示。

工藝流程為:合格管(guan)坯→鋸(ju)切→冷定(ding)心→環形爐加熱(re)→高壓水(shui)除(chu)磷(lin)→穿(chuan)孔→吹硼(peng)砂(sha)→穿(chuan)芯(xin)棒→高壓水(shui)除(chu)鱗(lin)→F連(lian)軋→脫(tuo)管(guan)→高壓水(shui)除(chu)鱗(lin)→定(ding)徑→冷卻→定(ding)尺鋸(ju)切→矯直→吹吸灰→探傷→人工內外表面(mian)檢查→噴標→收集入(ru)庫。
三個變形(xing)主機(ji)由帶管坯(pi)預旋(xuan)轉的(de)錐形(xing)輥導(dao)板式(shi)穿孔機(ji)、5機(ji)架(jia)PQF限動(dong)芯棒(bang)連軋管機(ji)、12架(jia)單(dan)獨傳動(dong)的(de)定徑機(ji)組(zu)成,三大(da)主機(ji)本(ben)體設(she)備(bei)都由德國(guo)MEER公(gong)司設(she)計(ji)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),主機(ji)設(she)備(bei)前(qian)后臺連線(xian)設(she)備(bei)由中冶京誠工(gong)程技術有(you)限公(gong)司設(she)計(ji),天津(jin)賽瑞機(ji)器制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)有(you)限公(gong)司制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)。φ508PQF機(ji)組(zu)采用(yong)更為完善的(de)先(xian)進工(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統-CARTA系(xi)(xi)統、嚴格的(de)質量控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統-QAS系(xi)(xi)統、物料(liao)跟蹤系(xi)(xi)統(MTS)以及(ji)在線(xian)檢測系(xi)(xi)統等工(gong)藝(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術,從而確(que)保了熱軋大(da)口徑無(wu)縫鋼管生產的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)先(xian)進性及(ji)穩定性。
四(si)、主要工藝設備及性(xing)能特點(dian)
1. 環形(xing)加熱爐
環(huan)形爐(lu)由(you)LOI天(tian)津公司設(she)計及制作(zuo),為(wei)降低(di)成本,采用(yong)高爐(lu)煤氣(qi)和天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)混合氣(qi)作(zuo)為(wei)燃料(liao)(liao)。從(cong)裝料(liao)(liao)到出料(liao)(liao)共(gong)分7個加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)控(kong)制段,其中第(di)1~2段為(wei)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段,第(di)3~5段為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段,第(di)6~7段為(wei)均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段;其中預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)2段和加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段采用(yong)高爐(lu)煤氣(qi)蓄(xu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)燒嘴,均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)段用(yong)頂置的(de)天(tian)然(ran)氣(qi)平焰燒嘴均熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),環(huan)形爐(lu)采用(yong)全(quan)自動、先進(jin)、可靠的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)工(gong)控(kong)制系統測量和控(kong)制爐(lu)子的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)工(gong)過(guo)程(cheng),可根據不(bu)同工(gong)況準確匹配爐(lu)子供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)量,保證管坯按最佳(jia)的(de)工(gong)藝曲線加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)和保溫(wen)。
環(huan)形加熱(re)爐主(zhu)要參(can)數包括:
中徑:51m;
爐底寬(kuan)度(du):5.4m;
最大加熱長度:5.0m;
最大坯重:7620kg;
最大加熱(re)能力:260t/h;
最大裝出料節(jie)奏:90p/h。
2. 錐形輥穿孔機
該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。
由于本機組采用的(de)(de)管(guan)坯直(zhi)徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機組管(guan)坯直(zhi)徑大,管(guan)坯重量也(ye)大,為方便管(guan)坯咬入(ru),防止前(qian)卡事故,在前(qian)臺設置(zhi)了(le)管(guan)坯預旋轉(zhuan)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),見圖(tu)6-17,大管(guan)坯在推鋼機推入(ru)軋輥前(qian)在預旋轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)驅動下旋轉(zhuan)起來,這(zhe)樣很大程度改善了(le)咬入(ru)條件,減少了(le)事故,提高(gao)了(le)軋輥壽命。

該穿孔機后(hou)(hou)臺一(yi)段(duan)(duan)有6組(zu)三輥定(ding)心裝(zhuang)置,后(hou)(hou)臺二(er)段(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)采(cai)用在線小車上(shang)下料、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)采(cai)用內(nei)(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)循(xun)(xun)環水(shui)冷(leng)加外(wai)部(bu)(bu)(bu)氣霧冷(leng)卻(que)(que)方式(shi),當頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)穿廢時(shi)隨頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)一(yi)起更換,見圖6-18所示。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)上(shang)料后(hou)(hou)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)可直接(jie)循(xun)(xun)環到頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)工(gong)(gong)作段(duan)(duan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)腔,在軋制及(ji)間歇(xie)不(bu)管(guan)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)在什么位(wei)置,都能通過內(nei)(nei)部(bu)(bu)(bu)循(xun)(xun)環水(shui)對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)快速冷(leng)卻(que)(que);在軋制間歇(xie)時(shi)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)回退到基位(wei)后(hou)(hou),進入有外(wai)部(bu)(bu)(bu)氣霧冷(leng)卻(que)(que)箱對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)進行外(wai)部(bu)(bu)(bu)冷(leng)卻(que)(que),氣霧冷(leng)卻(que)(que)箱中的(de)(de)(de)15道(dao)水(shui)環分4組(zu)控制,從圓周方向分別(bie)對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)不(bu)同部(bu)(bu)(bu)位(wei)分別(bie)控制時(shi)間控制水(shui)量來冷(leng)卻(que)(que),從而保證了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)工(gong)(gong)作段(duan)(duan)良好的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)卻(que)(que)效果。

在以前18英(ying)寸PQF機(ji)組基(ji)礎上(shang)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷卻形式做了很(hen)大(da)改(gai)進(jin),見(jian)圖6-19(其中,圖6-19為(wei)本機(ji)組頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)結構(gou),圖6-19(b)為(wei)原18in頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)結構(gou)),頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)由原來的實(shi)心體改(gai)為(wei)空腔(qiang)體,以至于(yu)內部冷卻水能一直貫通整個(ge)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的內腔(qiang),使頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的尖端及工作段能得到(dao)徹(che)底冷卻,從而延長(chang)了頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)壽命。

本(ben)機組的毛管(guan)(guan)橫移(yi)采用(yong)可伸縮(suo)的大擺臂移(yi)送到硼砂工(gong)位,吹完(wan)硼砂后(hou)由帶擺動撥叉地面小車將毛管(guan)(guan)移(yi)送到PQF連軋機前(qian)臺。
穿孔機主要參數包(bao)括:
最(zui)大/最(zui)小軋輥(gun)直(zhi)徑:1700mm/1550mm;
最大出口速度:0.8m/s;
最(zui)大軋制(zhi)力矩:3165kN·m;
主電機功率:8200kW×2臺;
主(zhu)電機最大轉速:354r/min;
氣(qi)霧冷卻(que)系(xi)統(tong):水壓(ya)0.5~0.7MPa;氣(qi)壓(ya)0.4~0.5MIPa。
3. PQF連(lian)軋管機(ji)
本機(ji)組PQF連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)為5機(ji)架(jia)的軸向換(huan)輥(gun)(gun)連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)見圖6-20,優(you)點(dian)是隧道(dao)式筒(tong)形(xing)牌(pai)坊剛(gang)度(du)及強度(du)好(hao),傳(chuan)動布置緊湊,軋(ya)制(zhi)穩定性好(hao)。每(mei)架(jia)軋(ya)機(ji)的三個互成120°的軋(ya)輥(gun)(gun)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)獨立的軋(ya)制(zhi)單(dan)元一(yi)軋(ya)輥(gun)(gun)小(xiao)機(ji)架(jia)內,安裝(zhuang)在(zai)隧道(dao)上(shang)的伺服液壓小(xiao)倉,可(ke)以(yi)(yi)對軋(ya)輥(gun)(gun)輥(gun)(gun)縫進行同步調(diao)整(zheng)也可(ke)以(yi)(yi)單(dan)獨調(diao)整(zheng),即采用了(le)輥(gun)(gun)縫自動控制(zhi)系(xi)統(HCCS),從而(er)保證(zheng)了(le)軋(ya)制(zhi)質量,另外(wai),該連(lian)軋(ya)管機(ji)在(zai)生產過程中(zhong)采用了(le)工(gong)藝過程控制(zhi)系(xi)統(PSS),實現了(le)溫度(du)補償、咬入沖擊控制(zhi)、錐(zhui)形(xing)芯棒伺服和頭尾削尖等功能。
由于該機組軋制節奏(zou)較慢(man)(最快40s/支(zhi)),只有在(zai)線(xian)穿芯(xin)棒方(fang)式(shi),不設預穿線(xian),減少(shao)了(le)芯(xin)棒在(zai)線(xian)數量,減少(shao)了(le)芯(xin)棒與毛管接觸時間,減少(shao)了(le)毛管的溫降,提高了(le)芯(xin)棒壽命,節省了(le)設備(bei)投資。

連(lian)軋機(ji)主要參數包括:
荒管外徑:ф294mm,φ383mm,φ454mm,φ530mm;
軋輥直徑:φ1060~1130mm;
最大入口速度:1.5m/s;
最大(da)出口速(su)度:4.0m/s;
最大(da)軋制(zhi)力:620kN;
最大軋(ya)制力矩:250kN·m;
電機(ji)功率(lv):1~4號機(ji)架各3×1000kW,5機(ji)架為3×500kW;
限動力:2900kN;
限動電機功率:500kW×6臺;
限動最大前進速(su)度:2.5m/s;
限動(dong)最(zui)大返回速度:4.5m/s;
軋制(zhi)中(zhong)限(xian)動速度:1.5m/s。
4. 定徑機
采用12架(jia)三輥(gun)式定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),見圖6-21,每架(jia)都有一臺電機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)驅(qu)動,機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)采用傘齒輪內(nei)傳動結構,在機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)架(jia)外(wai)(wai)有一根傳動軸通過聯軸器與12架(jia)組合式的(de)減速器相連(lian)接(jie),奇偶架(jia)的(de)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)前后排(pai)上下兩層(ceng)排(pai)列(lie),整(zheng)個定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)布置緊(jin)湊。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組在定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)前設置了高壓水(shui)除鱗裝置,提(ti)高鋼管的(de)外(wai)(wai)表(biao)面(mian)質量(liang),延長軋輥(gun)壽命。

定(ding)徑機主要參(can)數包括:
軋輥名義直(zhi)徑:φ1000mm;
機架間距:880mm;
入口鋼管速度(du):0.8~1.5m/s;
出口鋼管速度:0.85~2.0m/s;
電機(ji)功(gong)率(lv):350kW×12臺;
電機轉(zhuan)速:200~600/1200r/min。
五、機組工藝控制系統和質量保證系統
PQF三輥連軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)數(shu)量(liang)的(de)(de)不斷增(zeng)多(duo),使得(de)PQF連軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控制系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和(he)質量(liang)保證系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)不斷提(ti)高完善,從而保證了(le)更好的(de)(de)產(chan)品質量(liang),更高的(de)(de)成材率(lv)和(he)設備利用率(lv)以(yi)及較低的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具消耗。整個機(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)過程(cheng)管理系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)包括通常(chang)所(suo)說的(de)(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等(deng)(deng)在內的(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)以(yi)及QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)兩大部(bu)分組(zu)(zu)成。整個熱(re)軋(ya)線的(de)(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是(shi)(shi)用來(lai)生(sheng)產(chan)計劃(hua)及生(sheng)產(chan)管理的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)控制系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),由(you)穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、PQF軋(ya)管機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及定徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)三部(bu)分組(zu)(zu)成,其中PQF軋(ya)管CARTA是(shi)(shi)核(he)心部(bu)分,穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)設定、頂頭導板軋(ya)輥等(deng)(deng)軋(ya)制工(gong)(gong)(gong)具設計等(deng)(deng)內容;張減機(ji)(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)(shi)孔型(xing)設計、工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數(shu)設定等(deng)(deng)內容。QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是(shi)(shi)用于熱(re)軋(ya)線質量(liang)控制的(de)(de)檢測系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。
六、在線檢測質量保證系統(tong)QAS
QAS是一(yi)個在線獨立工作站,通過對(dui)(dui)物料(liao)的(de)跟(gen)蹤檢測(ce)(ce)(ce),對(dui)(dui)數據進行收集(ji)分析和存儲,并將分析的(de)結果及(ji)時反饋給CARTA系統以(yi)實施對(dui)(dui)物料(liao)的(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),保(bao)證鋼管(guan)(guan)質(zhi)量(liang)。QAS檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)具體內容(rong)包(bao)括:管(guan)(guan)坯稱(cheng)重以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)坯料(liao)超重,實現坯料(liao)跟(gen)蹤;環形爐出(chu)口測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)以(yi)優(you)化管(guan)(guan)坯加熱,滿足穿(chuan)孔及(ji)連軋(ya)工藝要求(qiu),確保(bao)鋼管(guan)(guan)質(zhi)量(liang);穿(chuan)孔后(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)長以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)毛管(guan)(guan)幾(ji)何尺寸,確保(bao)連軋(ya)的(de)咬入及(ji)軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)穩定;芯棒潤滑前(qian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)以(yi)滿足芯棒噴涂潤滑劑的(de)工藝要求(qiu),確保(bao)鋼管(guan)(guan)內表面質(zhi)量(liang)和芯棒使用壽命;連軋(ya)人口測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)毛管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)確保(bao)軋(ya)機正常咬入及(ji)軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)穩定性;連軋(ya)后(hou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)厚測(ce)(ce)(ce)長測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)連軋(ya)出(chu)口荒管(guan)(guan)幾(ji)何尺寸,確保(bao)荒管(guan)(guan)壁厚精(jing)度(du);定徑前(qian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)以(yi)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)荒管(guan)(guan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du),確保(bao)定徑軋(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)穩定性。
七、機(ji)組特點
1. 增(zeng)大管坯直徑,降低穿孔的擴徑率,提高毛(mao)管的幾何尺(chi)寸(cun)精度
與(yu)相近(jin)機組相比(如表6-11所(suo)示),該(gai)機組增(zeng)大(da)管(guan)坯(pi)直徑的(de)(de)意義(yi)在(zai)于:對于環(huan)形(xing)爐,大(da)口(kou)徑厚壁(bi)管(guan)生產時(shi)降低了(le)坯(pi)料的(de)(de)長度(du),設(she)計中(zhong)減少(shao)(shao)了(le)環(huan)形(xing)爐的(de)(de)中(zhong)徑,在(zai)環(huan)形(xing)爐建設(she)中(zhong)減少(shao)(shao)了(le)近(jin)5%投資;對于穿孔機而言(yan),管(guan)坯(pi)外徑增(zeng)大(da)了(le),但(dan)毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)幾何尺(chi)寸(cun)和同類機組一樣(yang),這樣(yang)毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)擴(kuo)徑率降低了(le)近(jin)10%,在(zai)穿孔斜(xie)軋過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),大(da)大(da)降低了(le)軋件的(de)(de)橫向變形(xing),能很好抑制穿孔的(de)(de)附加變形(xing)程(cheng)度(du),提高(gao)毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)(de)幾何尺(chi)寸(cun)精(jing)度(du)。
2. 穿孔(kong)機采用(yong)新型(xing)的頂桿頂頭連接形式和(he)更換方(fang)式
與φ460機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)相比,天淮508機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)后臺二段形(xing)式(shi)徹底改進,針對大機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)節(jie)(jie)奏較(jiao)慢(man)(最快40s以上(shang))的(de)特點,為(wei)提(ti)高(gao)設(she)備的(de)運行穩(wen)定性,增加(jia)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)上(shang)下料小車(che),實現頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)的(de)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)循環(huan),改變(bian)了(le)(le)同(tong)(tong)類錐形(xing)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)單頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)在(zai)線(xian)(xian)自動快換(huan)(huan)頂(ding)頭(tou)模式(shi)(設(she)備精度要求(qiu)較(jiao)高(gao)),采(cai)用(yong)頂(ding)頭(tou)和(he)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)通過(guo)過(guo)盈錐面(mian)配(pei)合外加(jia)定位銷連接(jie),見圖6-19,并(bing)線(xian)(xian)外裝配(pei)作業(ye),這(zhe)樣減(jian)少了(le)(le)換(huan)(huan)規格過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)設(she)備調整時(shi)(shi)間,改進后還避免(mian)生產過(guo)程(cheng)中在(zai)線(xian)(xian)頂(ding)頭(tou)安(an)裝不上(shang)出現無頂(ding)頭(tou)軋制工藝(yi)事故,節(jie)(jie)省(sheng)(sheng)了(le)(le)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)消(xiao)耗(hao)和(he)工藝(yi)事故擴大化造成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械故障,節(jie)(jie)省(sheng)(sheng)工具費用(yong)同(tong)(tong)時(shi)(shi)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)作業(ye)率。另外,采(cai)用(yong)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更(geng)換(huan)(huan)小車(che)形(xing)式(shi),換(huan)(huan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型(xing)時(shi)(shi)提(ti)前準備好新孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型(xing)的(de)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan),10min 內完成(cheng)(cheng)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)的(de)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)更(geng)換(huan)(huan),較(jiao)同(tong)(tong)類型(xing)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)型(xing)更(geng)換(huan)(huan)時(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)頂(ding)桿(gan)(gan)節(jie)(jie)省(sheng)(sheng)近90%的(de)時(shi)(shi)間。
3. 改進了穿孔機(ji)組頂頭的冷卻方式
天淮(huai)φ508機(ji)組(zu)穿孔頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的冷(leng)(leng)卻方(fang)式(shi)增加了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的內水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)并(bing)改(gai)進了外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)方(fang)式(shi),該機(ji)組(zu)冷(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)能(neng)直(zhi)接到(dao)達頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的腔體內(見(jian)圖(tu)6-19),設(she)計時(shi)增加了內水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的水(shui)(shui)壓,由同類(lei)機(ji)組(zu)的8bar增加到(dao)12bar,提高(gao)了冷(leng)(leng)卻速率。改(gai)進了外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的形(xing)式(shi),在同類(lei)穿孔機(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)更換裝置(zhi)的位置(zhi),設(she)計了頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)外(wai)冷(leng)(leng)的專用(yong)裝置(zhi),該裝置(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)氣(qi)(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)卻方(fang)式(shi),見(jian)圖(tu)6-18,并(bing)配套電氣(qi)(qi)控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong),根據(ju)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)規格和溫度調整噴吹壓力(li)和時(shi)間,保證頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)冷(leng)(leng)卻均勻,避(bi)免了軋制(zhi)后的高(gao)溫頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)由冷(leng)(leng)卻不均造(zao)成頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)開裂報(bao)廢。該機(ji)組(zu)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)內外(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)的方(fang)式(shi),從近(jin)半(ban)年生產統(tong)計鍛造(zao)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)的平均壽(shou)命(ming)達到(dao)450支(zhi)(個(ge)別達到(dao)900支(zhi))以上,頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)平均壽(shou)命(ming)是其他同類(lei)機(ji)組(zu)的1.5倍以上。
4. 連軋(ya)短管模式
為(wei)保(bao)證大(da)口徑厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的生產(chan),連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)組增加短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模式,設(she)計中(zhong)連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)與脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)間距為(wei)11.5m,在(zai)生產(chan)短(duan)于11.5m大(da)口徑超厚壁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時,開(kai)發連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)的短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模式,在(zai)設(she)計過程中(zhong)考(kao)慮實現最短(duan)8m管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產(chan),脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電機(ji)選型時保(bao)證低速性(xing)能(neng)穩定(ding),依靠限動齒條將連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)后管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)送(song)進脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji),這(zhe)時脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)的線速度和(he)限動速度一(yi)致(zhi),咬入(ru)后脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)升速實現荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)芯棒脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)開(kai)。
5. 為(wei)保證大(da)口徑薄壁管(guan)表(biao)面質量,移送設備創新結構,做到輕拿輕放
為保證大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄壁管(guan)(guan)表面(mian)(mian)質量(liang)(liang),防止(zhi)(zhi)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)移(yi)送(song)過(guo)程出(chu)(chu)現(xian)嗑(ke)傷(shang)(shang)及劃(hua)痕現(xian)象,本(ben)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)橫移(yi)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)及脫管(guan)(guan)后(hou)(hou)橫移(yi)鏈(lian)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)都(dou)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)創(chuang)新。在(zai)ф460mm機(ji)組(zu)中(zhong),毛管(guan)(guan)從(cong)(cong)三輥(gun)定(ding)心由(you)(you)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)鉤撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)出(chu)(chu)由(you)(you)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)鉤接料(liao)(liao)放(fang)到(dao)旋轉托輥(gun)上(shang)(shang)(shang)吹(chui)硼(peng)砂(sha),見圖(tu)(tu)6-22(a),吹(chui)完(wan)硼(peng)砂(sha)后(hou)(hou)由(you)(you)高(gao)架小(xiao)(xiao)車移(yi)送(song)到(dao)帶高(gao)度調整的(de)(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)鞍(an)座(zuo)上(shang)(shang)(shang),毛管(guan)(guan)滾(gun)落到(dao)鞍(an)座(zuo)輥(gun)道上(shang)(shang)(shang)進(jin)(jin)而由(you)(you)連(lian)軋前臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)(hui)轉臂(bei)取走(zou);防止(zhi)(zhi)大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄壁管(guan)(guan)(特(te)別是徑壁大(da)(da)(da)于48)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)滾(gun)動中(zhong)出(chu)(chu)現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)嗑(ke)傷(shang)(shang)和劃(hua)痕,天淮ф508mm機(ji)組(zu)在(zai)此進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)創(chuang)新,見圖(tu)(tu)6-22(b),三輥(gun)定(ding)心出(chu)(chu)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)由(you)(you)可伸縮的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)(da)擺(bai)臂(bei)移(yi)送(song)到(dao)硼(peng)砂(sha)工位,吹(chui)完(wan)硼(peng)砂(sha)后(hou)(hou)由(you)(you)地面(mian)(mian)小(xiao)(xiao)車的(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉將毛管(guan)(guan)取走(zou),小(xiao)(xiao)車到(dao)行(xing)程后(hou)(hou),小(xiao)(xiao)車上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉將毛管(guan)(guan)移(yi)到(dao)垂(chui)直升降的(de)(de)(de)(de)放(fang)料(liao)(liao)叉,小(xiao)(xiao)車回(hui)(hui)退,然后(hou)(hou)由(you)(you)連(lian)軋前臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)(hui)轉臂(bei)取走(zou)毛管(guan)(guan),在(zai)毛管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)三次接力傳(chuan)遞中(zhong)都(dou)避(bi)免了(le)(le)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉及鞍(an)座(zuo)臺架上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)滾(gun)動沖擊,都(dou)是輕拿輕放(fang),避(bi)免了(le)(le)嗑(ke)傷(shang)(shang)和劃(hua)痕,提高(gao)了(le)(le)表面(mian)(mian)質量(liang)(liang)。另(ling)(ling)外,本(ben)機(ji)組(zu)在(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)機(ji)后(hou)(hou)橫移(yi)鏈(lian)冷(leng)床(chuang)入(ru)口(kou)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)采用了(le)(le)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)防護(hu)(hu)機(ji)構(gou)(gou),見圖(tu)(tu)6-23,當鏈(lian)床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)抬(tai)起過(guo)程中(zhong)附帶在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)防護(hu)(hu)板也隨之升起以(yi)保護(hu)(hu)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)防止(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)盤(pan)上(shang)(shang)(shang)嗑(ke)傷(shang)(shang),當撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂(bei)落下(xia)時(shi)反向連(lian)桿機(ji)構(gou)(gou)使防護(hu)(hu)板也落下(xia),將鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)慢慢放(fang)下(xia),從(cong)(cong)而避(bi)免了(le)(le)在(zai)以(yi)前18in機(ji)組(zu)上(shang)(shang)(shang)薄臂(bei)管(guan)(guan)總(zong)在(zai)小(xiao)(xiao)冷(leng)床(chuang)入(ru)口(kou)嗑(ke)傷(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)后(hou)(hou)果。在(zai)天淮φ508mm機(ji)組(zu)中(zhong),類似以(yi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)保護(hu)(hu)措施及結(jie)構(gou)(gou)應用較多(duo),進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步提高(gao)了(le)(le)大(da)(da)(da)口(kou)徑薄壁管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)質量(liang)(liang)。


八、結論
Φ508mmPQF機組是當今世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最大的熱連軋管生產機組,擁(yong)有(you)了(le)世(shi)界(jie)上(shang)最先(xian)進的工藝設計和過(guo)程(cheng)控制水平,同(tong)時(shi)設計過(guo)程(cheng)中對(dui)同(tong)類機組的不足之處和薄弱環節進行了(le)重大改進,創(chuang)新了(le)5項技術:
1. 在吸收以(yi)往的(de)MPM和(he)PQF機(ji)組經驗的(de)基礎上,采用8200kW大功率(lv)穿孔機(ji)加(jia)大了穿孔機(ji)的(de)變形(xing)量,減(jian)小(xiao)了后續工(gong)序變形(xing),穿孔機(ji)的(de)延伸系數最大能夠達(da)到4.7。并(bing)設計減(jian)小(xiao)了穿孔毛管(guan)與連軋(ya)芯棒之間的(de)間隙,因此更有利于生(sheng)產薄(bo)壁(bi)管(guan)和(he)高合金管(guan),已(yi)成功生(sheng)產的(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼管(guan)徑壁(bi)比達(da)到56。同時最大限度(du)地消(xiao)除了PQF軋(ya)機(ji)的(de)內壁(bi)傷問題,提高了鋼管(guan)壁(bi)厚(hou)精度(du)和(he)均勻度(du)。表6-12及(ji)圖6-24為φ508mm機(ji)組生(sheng)產的(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼管(guan)取樣情況:A~H為沿(yan)鋼管(guan)同一斷面(mian)測得的(de)8個(ge)壁(bi)厚(hou)數據。由圖表可知鋼管(guan)各斷面(mian)的(de)壁(bi)厚(hou)偏差(cha)率(lv)都在±8%以(yi)內。

2. 穿孔機(ji)組采用新型(xing)的頂桿(gan)和頂頭連接(jie)和更換方式,保證設備運行(xing)穩定,減少了事故,提(ti)高(gao)了作業率,降低了頂桿(gan)費用。
3. 穿(chuan)孔機組頂頭(tou)增加了內水冷并設計外水冷裝置,保證頂頭(tou)冷卻均勻,提(ti)高了頂頭(tou)冷卻效果,頂頭(tou)壽命提(ti)高近50%,為同類機組提(ti)供了改(gai)進技術。
4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大(da)口(kou)徑厚壁管(guan)的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。
5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口(kou)徑薄壁管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
