一(yi)、基本情況
江蘇天淮鋼(gang)管有(you)(you)限公司(si)(si)φ508mm(20in)PQF連軋(ya)(ya)管機組(zu),是目前全球最大口(kou)徑的三(san)輥式連軋(ya)(ya)管機組(zu),2012年5月28日熱負荷(he)試車(che)成功。該機組(zu)由中冶京誠工程技術有(you)(you)限公司(si)(si)做工廠設計,主軋(ya)(ya)線設備由德國梅爾公司(si)(si)、意大利因西設計制造,設計能(neng)力為年產無(wu)縫(feng)鋼(gang)管50萬噸。自投產半年時間(jian)里,生產Φ377~508mm 規(gui)格鋼(gang)管共(gong)3.8萬噸,產品(pin)質(zhi)量優良。
二、產(chan)品規格和(he)主要品種

管(guan)線管(guan)、鍋爐用管(guan)、氣(qi)瓶管(guan)、機械管(guan)、液壓支柱管(guan),流體(ti)輸送管(guan)、結構管(guan)等。
3. 工藝流(liu)程
φ508mm PQF連軋管機組(zu)的工藝(yi)布置如圖(tu)6-16所示。
工(gong)藝流程為:合(he)格管坯(pi)→鋸切(qie)→冷(leng)定心→環(huan)形爐加熱→高壓水(shui)除(chu)磷→穿孔→吹硼砂→穿芯棒→高壓水(shui)除(chu)鱗(lin)→F連軋(ya)→脫管→高壓水(shui)除(chu)鱗(lin)→定徑→冷(leng)卻→定尺(chi)鋸切(qie)→矯直→吹吸灰→探(tan)傷→人工(gong)內外表面檢查→噴(pen)標→收集入庫(ku)。
三個變形(xing)主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)由(you)帶管坯(pi)預(yu)旋轉(zhuan)的(de)錐(zhui)形(xing)輥導(dao)板(ban)式穿孔機(ji)(ji)、5機(ji)(ji)架PQF限動芯棒(bang)連軋管機(ji)(ji)、12架單獨傳(chuan)動的(de)定(ding)徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)成,三大主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)本體設(she)(she)備都由(you)德國MEER公(gong)司設(she)(she)計制(zhi)造(zao),主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)設(she)(she)備前后臺(tai)連線(xian)設(she)(she)備由(you)中冶京(jing)誠工(gong)程技術有限公(gong)司設(she)(she)計,天津賽(sai)瑞機(ji)(ji)器制(zhi)造(zao)有限公(gong)司制(zhi)造(zao)。φ508PQF機(ji)(ji)組(zu)采用更為(wei)完善的(de)先(xian)進工(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)-CARTA系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、嚴格(ge)的(de)質量控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)-QAS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、物料(liao)跟(gen)蹤系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(MTS)以及(ji)在線(xian)檢測系(xi)(xi)統(tong)等(deng)工(gong)藝(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,從(cong)而(er)確保了熱軋大口徑(jing)無縫鋼管生產的(de)工(gong)藝(yi)先(xian)進性(xing)及(ji)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)。
四、主要工藝(yi)設備及(ji)性能特點(dian)
1. 環(huan)形加熱爐
環(huan)形爐(lu)由LOI天津公司(si)設計及制(zhi)作,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)降低(di)成本(ben),采用高爐(lu)煤氣和(he)天然(ran)氣混合氣作為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)燃料。從裝料到出(chu)料共分7個加(jia)熱(re)(re)控制(zhi)段(duan)(duan),其(qi)(qi)中第(di)1~2段(duan)(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)預熱(re)(re)段(duan)(duan),第(di)3~5段(duan)(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)段(duan)(duan),第(di)6~7段(duan)(duan)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)均熱(re)(re)段(duan)(duan);其(qi)(qi)中預熱(re)(re)2段(duan)(duan)和(he)加(jia)熱(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)采用高爐(lu)煤氣蓄熱(re)(re)燒嘴(zui),均熱(re)(re)段(duan)(duan)用頂(ding)置的天然(ran)氣平(ping)焰燒嘴(zui)均熱(re)(re),環(huan)形爐(lu)采用全(quan)自動(dong)、先進(jin)、可靠的熱(re)(re)工控制(zhi)系統測量(liang)和(he)控制(zhi)爐(lu)子(zi)的熱(re)(re)工過程,可根據不(bu)同工況準(zhun)確匹配爐(lu)子(zi)供熱(re)(re)量(liang),保(bao)證管坯按最佳的工藝曲線加(jia)熱(re)(re)和(he)保(bao)溫。
環形加(jia)熱爐主(zhu)要參數包括:
中徑(jing):51m;
爐底(di)寬度:5.4m;
最大加熱長度:5.0m;
最大坯重:7620kg;
最大加熱能力:260t/h;
最大裝出料節奏(zou):90p/h。
2. 錐形輥穿(chuan)孔機
該機組采用導板式錐形輥立式穿孔機,在18in PQF機組基礎上,穿孔輥直徑從1500mm增大到1700mm,電機功率從6500kW2臺增加到8200kW×2臺,提高穿孔機的變形能力,減少連軋機的變形負荷;采用導板式主要目的是穿孔機孔型封閉性好、毛管壁厚精度高,減少了導盤傳動系統,減小了牌坊的尺寸,降低了設備投資。
由于本(ben)機(ji)(ji)組采用(yong)的管(guan)坯(pi)直徑(Φ310mm、ф380mm、Φ450mm、φ500mm)比18in機(ji)(ji)組管(guan)坯(pi)直徑大(da)(da),管(guan)坯(pi)重(zhong)量也大(da)(da),為方(fang)便(bian)管(guan)坯(pi)咬(yao)入,防止前卡事(shi)故(gu)(gu),在前臺設置了管(guan)坯(pi)預(yu)旋轉(zhuan)裝置,見圖6-17,大(da)(da)管(guan)坯(pi)在推(tui)鋼機(ji)(ji)推(tui)入軋(ya)輥前在預(yu)旋轉(zhuan)的驅動下旋轉(zhuan)起(qi)來,這樣很大(da)(da)程度改善(shan)了咬(yao)入條件(jian),減(jian)少了事(shi)故(gu)(gu),提高了軋(ya)輥壽命。
該穿(chuan)孔機后臺一段有6組(zu)三(san)輥定心裝置(zhi),后臺二段的(de)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)采(cai)用在(zai)線小車上(shang)下料(liao)、頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)采(cai)用內(nei)部循(xun)環(huan)(huan)(huan)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)加外(wai)部氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)方(fang)式,當(dang)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)穿(chuan)廢時(shi)(shi)隨頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)一起更換(huan),見圖6-18所示。頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)上(shang)料(liao)后冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)水(shui)可直接循(xun)環(huan)(huan)(huan)到(dao)(dao)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工作段的(de)內(nei)腔,在(zai)軋(ya)制(zhi)及間歇不管頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)在(zai)什么位置(zhi),都能通過內(nei)部循(xun)環(huan)(huan)(huan)水(shui)對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)快(kuai)速冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que);在(zai)軋(ya)制(zhi)間歇時(shi)(shi)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)桿(gan)回退到(dao)(dao)基(ji)位后,進入有外(wai)部氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)箱(xiang)對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)進行外(wai)部冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),氣(qi)霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)箱(xiang)中(zhong)的(de)15道水(shui)環(huan)(huan)(huan)分(fen)(fen)4組(zu)控制(zhi),從(cong)圓周方(fang)向分(fen)(fen)別對頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)不同部位分(fen)(fen)別控制(zhi)時(shi)(shi)間控制(zhi)水(shui)量來冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que),從(cong)而(er)保證了(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)工作段良好的(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)(que)效(xiao)果。
在(zai)以前18英寸PQF機(ji)組基礎上頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭冷卻形式做(zuo)了(le)很大改(gai)進,見圖6-19(其中,圖6-19為(wei)(wei)本機(ji)組頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭結構,圖6-19(b)為(wei)(wei)原18in頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭結構),頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭由原來的實心體改(gai)為(wei)(wei)空(kong)腔體,以至于(yu)內(nei)部冷卻水能一(yi)直(zhi)貫通(tong)整個頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭的內(nei)腔,使頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭的尖端及工作(zuo)段能得到徹底冷卻,從而延(yan)長了(le)頂(ding)(ding)(ding)頭壽命(ming)。
本(ben)機組的毛(mao)管橫移(yi)采用可伸縮(suo)的大擺臂移(yi)送到硼砂(sha)工位,吹完硼砂(sha)后由(you)帶擺動撥叉(cha)地面小車將(jiang)毛(mao)管移(yi)送到PQF連(lian)軋機前臺。
穿孔機主要(yao)參數包括(kuo):
最大/最小軋輥直徑:1700mm/1550mm;
最大出口速度:0.8m/s;
最大軋制力(li)矩:3165kN·m;
主電機功率:8200kW×2臺;
主電機最(zui)大轉速(su):354r/min;
氣霧冷卻系統:水壓0.5~0.7MPa;氣壓0.4~0.5MIPa。
3. PQF連軋管機
本(ben)機(ji)(ji)組PQF連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)為5機(ji)(ji)架的軸向(xiang)換(huan)輥連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)見圖(tu)6-20,優點是隧道式筒形(xing)(xing)牌坊剛度(du)(du)及(ji)強度(du)(du)好(hao),傳(chuan)動布(bu)置(zhi)緊湊,軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)穩定性好(hao)。每(mei)架軋(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)的三個互成120°的軋(ya)(ya)輥安裝在(zai)獨(du)立的軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)單(dan)元一軋(ya)(ya)輥小機(ji)(ji)架內(nei),安裝在(zai)隧道上的伺服液壓小倉,可以對軋(ya)(ya)輥輥縫進行同步調整(zheng)也可以單(dan)獨(du)調整(zheng),即采用(yong)了(le)輥縫自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(HCCS),從而保證了(le)軋(ya)(ya)制(zhi)(zhi)質量(liang),另外,該連(lian)軋(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)生產過程(cheng)中采用(yong)了(le)工(gong)藝過程(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(PSS),實(shi)現了(le)溫度(du)(du)補償、咬(yao)入沖擊控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、錐形(xing)(xing)芯(xin)棒伺服和頭尾削尖(jian)等功能(neng)。
由于(yu)該機組軋制節奏較慢(最快40s/支(zhi)),只(zhi)有在線(xian)穿(chuan)芯(xin)(xin)棒方式,不設預穿(chuan)線(xian),減少(shao)了(le)(le)芯(xin)(xin)棒在線(xian)數(shu)量,減少(shao)了(le)(le)芯(xin)(xin)棒與毛管接觸時間,減少(shao)了(le)(le)毛管的溫降,提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)芯(xin)(xin)棒壽命(ming),節省了(le)(le)設備投(tou)資(zi)。
連軋(ya)機(ji)主要參數包括:

4. 定徑(jing)機
采(cai)用12架(jia)三(san)輥(gun)式定徑機(ji)(ji),見圖(tu)6-21,每架(jia)都有(you)(you)一(yi)臺電(dian)機(ji)(ji)驅動(dong),機(ji)(ji)架(jia)采(cai)用傘齒(chi)輪(lun)內傳動(dong)結構,在機(ji)(ji)架(jia)外(wai)有(you)(you)一(yi)根傳動(dong)軸(zhou)通過聯軸(zhou)器(qi)與12架(jia)組合(he)式的減(jian)速(su)器(qi)相(xiang)連(lian)接,奇偶架(jia)的電(dian)機(ji)(ji)前(qian)后排上下兩層排列,整(zheng)個定徑機(ji)(ji)布置(zhi)緊湊。該機(ji)(ji)組在定徑機(ji)(ji)前(qian)設置(zhi)了高(gao)(gao)壓水除鱗裝置(zhi),提高(gao)(gao)鋼管的外(wai)表(biao)面質(zhi)量,延長軋輥(gun)壽命。
定徑(jing)機(ji)主(zhu)要參數包括:
軋(ya)輥名義直徑:φ1000mm;
機架間距:880mm;
入口鋼管速度:0.8~1.5m/s;
出口鋼管速(su)度:0.85~2.0m/s;
電機功率:350kW×12臺;
電機轉速:200~600/1200r/min。
五、機組工藝控制系統和(he)質(zhi)量保證系統
PQF三輥連(lian)軋管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)組數量的(de)不(bu)斷(duan)增多,使得PQF連(lian)軋管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)工(gong)藝控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)和(he)(he)質(zhi)量保(bao)證(zheng)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)不(bu)斷(duan)提高完善,從而保(bao)證(zheng)了更(geng)好的(de)產品質(zhi)量,更(geng)高的(de)成材率和(he)(he)設(she)備利用(yong)率以及較(jiao)低(di)的(de)工(gong)具消耗(hao)。整(zheng)個機(ji)(ji)組的(de)過程管(guan)(guan)(guan)理系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)包(bao)括通(tong)常所說的(de)MTS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、HCCS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、PSS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)等(deng)(deng)在內的(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)以及QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)兩(liang)大部分(fen)(fen)組成。整(zheng)個熱軋線的(de)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是用(yong)來生產計劃及生產管(guan)(guan)(guan)理的(de)工(gong)藝控制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),由穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)、PQF軋管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)及定徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)三部分(fen)(fen)組成,其中(zhong)PQF軋管(guan)(guan)(guan)CARTA是核心部分(fen)(fen),穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是工(gong)藝參(can)數設(she)定、頂(ding)頭導板(ban)軋輥等(deng)(deng)軋制(zhi)工(gong)具設(she)計等(deng)(deng)內容;張(zhang)減機(ji)(ji)CARTA系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要是孔(kong)型設(she)計、工(gong)藝參(can)數設(she)定等(deng)(deng)內容。QAS系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)是用(yong)于(yu)熱軋線質(zhi)量控制(zhi)的(de)檢測系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。
六、在線(xian)檢測質量(liang)保證系統QAS
QAS是一個(ge)在線獨(du)立工(gong)作站,通過對(dui)物料的(de)(de)(de)跟蹤檢測(ce)(ce)(ce),對(dui)數據進行收(shou)集分析和(he)存儲,并將分析的(de)(de)(de)結果及時反饋給CARTA系統以(yi)(yi)(yi)實施對(dui)物料的(de)(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi),保(bao)證(zheng)鋼管(guan)質量(liang)。QAS檢測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)(de)(de)具體內容(rong)包括:管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)稱重以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)坯(pi)(pi)料超重,實現坯(pi)(pi)料跟蹤;環形爐出口(kou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫以(yi)(yi)(yi)優化(hua)管(guan)坯(pi)(pi)加熱,滿(man)足(zu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)及連(lian)軋工(gong)藝要求(qiu),確(que)保(bao)鋼管(guan)質量(liang);穿(chuan)孔(kong)后測(ce)(ce)(ce)長以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)毛管(guan)幾何尺寸,確(que)保(bao)連(lian)軋的(de)(de)(de)咬入及軋制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)穩定;芯棒(bang)潤滑前(qian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫以(yi)(yi)(yi)滿(man)足(zu)芯棒(bang)噴(pen)涂潤滑劑的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)藝要求(qiu),確(que)保(bao)鋼管(guan)內表(biao)面質量(liang)和(he)芯棒(bang)使用(yong)壽命;連(lian)軋人口(kou)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)毛管(guan)溫度確(que)保(bao)軋機(ji)正常(chang)咬入及軋制(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)穩定性;連(lian)軋后測(ce)(ce)(ce)厚測(ce)(ce)(ce)長測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)連(lian)軋出口(kou)荒管(guan)幾何尺寸,確(que)保(bao)荒管(guan)壁厚精度;定徑前(qian)測(ce)(ce)(ce)溫以(yi)(yi)(yi)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)荒管(guan)溫度,確(que)保(bao)定徑軋制(zhi)(zhi)穩定性。
七、機組特點
1. 增(zeng)大管坯直徑,降低穿(chuan)孔的擴徑率,提高毛管的幾何尺寸精(jing)度
與相近機組相比(如表6-11所(suo)示),該(gai)機組增大管(guan)坯直徑(jing)(jing)的(de)意義在(zai)于(yu)(yu):對于(yu)(yu)環形(xing)爐,大口(kou)徑(jing)(jing)厚壁管(guan)生產時降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)(le)(le)坯料的(de)長度(du),設(she)計中(zhong)減少了(le)(le)(le)環形(xing)爐的(de)中(zhong)徑(jing)(jing),在(zai)環形(xing)爐建(jian)設(she)中(zhong)減少了(le)(le)(le)近5%投(tou)資(zi);對于(yu)(yu)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機而言,管(guan)坯外(wai)徑(jing)(jing)增大了(le)(le)(le),但毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)幾(ji)何(he)(he)尺(chi)(chi)寸和同類機組一樣(yang),這樣(yang)毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)擴徑(jing)(jing)率降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)(le)(le)近10%,在(zai)穿(chuan)孔(kong)斜(xie)軋(ya)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),大大降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)了(le)(le)(le)軋(ya)件的(de)橫(heng)向變(bian)形(xing),能很好抑(yi)制穿(chuan)孔(kong)的(de)附加變(bian)形(xing)程(cheng)度(du),提高毛(mao)管(guan)的(de)幾(ji)何(he)(he)尺(chi)(chi)寸精度(du)。

與φ460機(ji)(ji)組相(xiang)比,天淮508機(ji)(ji)組穿(chuan)孔后(hou)臺(tai)二段形(xing)(xing)(xing)式徹底改進(jin),針對(dui)大(da)機(ji)(ji)組節奏(zou)較(jiao)慢(最快40s以上)的特(te)點,為提高設備的運行穩定性(xing),增加(jia)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)上下料(liao)小車,實現頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)的在(zai)線循環,改變了同(tong)類(lei)錐(zhui)形(xing)(xing)(xing)穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)組單(dan)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)在(zai)線自動快換頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)模(mo)式(設備精度(du)要求較(jiao)高),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)和頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)通過過盈錐(zhui)面(mian)配合外加(jia)定位銷連接,見圖6-19,并線外裝配作(zuo)業,這樣減少了換規格過程的設備調(diao)整(zheng)時(shi)間(jian),改進(jin)后(hou)還避免生產過程中在(zai)線頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)安裝不上出現無頂(ding)(ding)頭(tou)(tou)軋制工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝事故(gu),節省(sheng)了頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)消耗(hao)和工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝事故(gu)擴大(da)化造成(cheng)的機(ji)(ji)械(xie)故(gu)障,節省(sheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)具費用(yong)同(tong)時(shi)提高了作(zuo)業率。另外,采(cai)(cai)用(yong)頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)更(geng)換小車形(xing)(xing)(xing)式,換孔型(xing)時(shi)提前準備好新孔型(xing)的頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan),10min 內完成(cheng)穿(chuan)孔機(ji)(ji)組的頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)更(geng)換,較(jiao)同(tong)類(lei)型(xing)機(ji)(ji)組穿(chuan)孔孔型(xing)更(geng)換時(shi)換頂(ding)(ding)桿(gan)(gan)(gan)節省(sheng)近90%的時(shi)間(jian)。
3. 改進了(le)穿孔機組頂頭的冷卻方式
天(tian)淮φ508機(ji)組(zu)(zu)穿孔(kong)頂頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式增加了頂頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)并(bing)改(gai)進了外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)方式,該機(ji)組(zu)(zu)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)能直接到達頂頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)腔體內(nei)(nei)(nei)(見圖6-19),設(she)計時增加了內(nei)(nei)(nei)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)壓,由(you)同(tong)類(lei)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)8bar增加到12bar,提高了冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)速率。改(gai)進了外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)形式,在同(tong)類(lei)穿孔(kong)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)頂頭(tou)更換(huan)裝置的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)位置,設(she)計了頂頭(tou)外(wai)(wai)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專用裝置,該裝置采用氣霧冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方式,見圖6-18,并(bing)配套電氣控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統,根(gen)據頂頭(tou)規格和溫度調整噴吹壓力和時間,保證頂頭(tou)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)均勻,避免了軋制(zhi)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高溫頂頭(tou)由(you)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)不(bu)均造成頂頭(tou)開裂報廢。該機(ji)組(zu)(zu)頂頭(tou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)外(wai)(wai)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式,從(cong)近半年(nian)生產統計鍛造頂頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)平均壽命(ming)達到450支(個(ge)別達到900支)以(yi)上,頂頭(tou)平均壽命(ming)是其他同(tong)類(lei)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5倍(bei)以(yi)上。
4. 連(lian)軋短管模式
為(wei)保證大(da)口(kou)徑厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)產,連(lian)軋(ya)機組增加(jia)短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模式,設計(ji)中連(lian)軋(ya)機與脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機間(jian)距為(wei)11.5m,在生(sheng)(sheng)產短(duan)于11.5m大(da)口(kou)徑超厚壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)時(shi),開發連(lian)軋(ya)的(de)(de)短(duan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)模式,在設計(ji)過程(cheng)中考(kao)慮實現最短(duan)8m管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生(sheng)(sheng)產,脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)電機選型時(shi)保證低速(su)(su)(su)性能穩定,依靠限動齒條將連(lian)軋(ya)后管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)送進(jin)脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機,這時(shi)脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機的(de)(de)線速(su)(su)(su)度(du)和限動速(su)(su)(su)度(du)一(yi)致(zhi),咬入后脫(tuo)(tuo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)機升速(su)(su)(su)實現荒管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)和芯(xin)棒(bang)脫(tuo)(tuo)開。
5. 為保證大口徑薄壁管表(biao)面質量,移送設備創新(xin)結構,做到輕拿(na)輕放
為保證大口(kou)徑(jing)薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)表(biao)面(mian)質量(liang)(liang),防(fang)(fang)(fang)止(zhi)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)移(yi)(yi)(yi)送(song)過程(cheng)出現(xian)嗑(ke)傷(shang)及(ji)(ji)劃痕(hen)現(xian)象,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)(yi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構及(ji)(ji)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)后橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)(yi)鏈撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構都(dou)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)創新。在(zai)(zai)ф460mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組中,毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)從三(san)輥(gun)定(ding)心由(you)一個撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)出由(you)另一個撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)鉤(gou)接料(liao)(liao)放到旋轉托輥(gun)上(shang)吹硼(peng)砂,見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)6-22(a),吹完硼(peng)砂后由(you)高(gao)架小(xiao)(xiao)車移(yi)(yi)(yi)送(song)到帶高(gao)度調整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)受料(liao)(liao)鞍座上(shang),毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)滾(gun)落到鞍座輥(gun)道上(shang)進(jin)(jin)而(er)由(you)連軋(ya)前(qian)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回轉臂取(qu)(qu)(qu)走(zou);防(fang)(fang)(fang)止(zhi)大口(kou)徑(jing)薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(特(te)別是(shi)徑(jing)壁(bi)大于48)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)滾(gun)動中出現(xian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)嗑(ke)傷(shang)和劃痕(hen),天淮ф508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組在(zai)(zai)此進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)改(gai)進(jin)(jin)創新,見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)6-22(b),三(san)輥(gun)定(ding)心出來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)由(you)可伸縮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大擺臂移(yi)(yi)(yi)送(song)到硼(peng)砂工位,吹完硼(peng)砂后由(you)地(di)面(mian)小(xiao)(xiao)車的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉將(jiang)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)取(qu)(qu)(qu)走(zou),小(xiao)(xiao)車到行(xing)程(cheng)后,小(xiao)(xiao)車上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉將(jiang)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)移(yi)(yi)(yi)到垂直升降的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)放料(liao)(liao)叉,小(xiao)(xiao)車回退,然后由(you)連軋(ya)前(qian)臺的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)回轉臂取(qu)(qu)(qu)走(zou)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)毛管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)三(san)次接力傳遞中都(dou)避免了(le)(le)(le)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)叉及(ji)(ji)鞍座臺架上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滾(gun)動沖(chong)擊,都(dou)是(shi)輕拿輕放,避免了(le)(le)(le)嗑(ke)傷(shang)和劃痕(hen),提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)表(biao)面(mian)質量(liang)(liang)。另外,本機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組在(zai)(zai)脫管(guan)(guan)(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)后橫(heng)移(yi)(yi)(yi)鏈冷床(chuang)入(ru)口(kou)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)采用了(le)(le)(le)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構,見(jian)圖(tu)(tu)6-23,當鏈床(chuang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂抬起過程(cheng)中附帶在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)板(ban)也隨之升起以保護(hu)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)防(fang)(fang)(fang)止(zhi)在(zai)(zai)撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)盤上(shang)嗑(ke)傷(shang),當撥(bo)(bo)(bo)(bo)料(liao)(liao)臂落下時反向連桿機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構使防(fang)(fang)(fang)護(hu)板(ban)也落下,將(jiang)鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)慢慢放下,從而(er)避免了(le)(le)(le)在(zai)(zai)以前(qian)18in機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組上(shang)薄臂管(guan)(guan)(guan)總在(zai)(zai)小(xiao)(xiao)冷床(chuang)入(ru)口(kou)嗑(ke)傷(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)后果。在(zai)(zai)天淮φ508mm機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)組中,類似以上(shang)保護(hu)措施及(ji)(ji)結構應用較多,進(jin)(jin)一步提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)大口(kou)徑(jing)薄壁(bi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)質量(liang)(liang)。
八、結論(lun)
Φ508mmPQF機(ji)組是當今世界上(shang)最大(da)的(de)熱連軋管生產機(ji)組,擁有(you)了(le)世界上(shang)最先進(jin)的(de)工(gong)藝設計和(he)過(guo)(guo)程控制水平(ping),同(tong)(tong)時設計過(guo)(guo)程中對同(tong)(tong)類機(ji)組的(de)不足(zu)之處和(he)薄(bo)弱環節進(jin)行(xing)了(le)重大(da)改進(jin),創新了(le)5項技術(shu):
1. 在吸收以往的(de)MPM和PQF機組經(jing)驗的(de)基礎上,采用8200kW大(da)功率(lv)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機加大(da)了(le)穿(chuan)孔(kong)機的(de)變形(xing)量,減(jian)小了(le)后續工(gong)序變形(xing),穿(chuan)孔(kong)機的(de)延伸(shen)系數最(zui)大(da)能(neng)夠(gou)達到(dao)4.7。并(bing)設計減(jian)小了(le)穿(chuan)孔(kong)毛(mao)管(guan)(guan)與連(lian)軋芯棒(bang)之(zhi)間的(de)間隙,因(yin)此更有利于(yu)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)薄壁管(guan)(guan)和高合金管(guan)(guan),已成功生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的(de)φ508mmx9.5mm鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)徑壁比(bi)達到(dao)56。同時最(zui)大(da)限度(du)地消除了(le)PQF軋機的(de)內(nei)壁傷問題,提高了(le)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)壁厚精度(du)和均勻度(du)。表6-12及圖6-24為φ508mm機組生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的(de)φ508mmx12.5mm鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)取樣(yang)情況:A~H為沿鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)同一斷面測得(de)的(de)8個(ge)壁厚數據。由圖表可知鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)各(ge)斷面的(de)壁厚偏差率(lv)都在±8%以內(nei)。
2. 穿(chuan)孔(kong)機組(zu)采(cai)用新型的頂桿和頂頭連接(jie)和更換方式,保證設備運行穩定,減少了(le)(le)事故(gu),提高了(le)(le)作業率(lv),降低了(le)(le)頂桿費(fei)用。
3. 穿孔機(ji)(ji)組頂頭(tou)增加了(le)內水(shui)冷(leng)并設(she)計外水(shui)冷(leng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),保(bao)證頂頭(tou)冷(leng)卻均勻,提(ti)高了(le)頂頭(tou)冷(leng)卻效果,頂頭(tou)壽(shou)命(ming)提(ti)高近50%,為同類機(ji)(ji)組提(ti)供(gong)了(le)改(gai)進技術。
4. 連軋機組開發了短管模式,實現8m以上的大口徑厚壁管的生產,擴大了該機組生產的產品大綱。
5. 設計開發了輕拿輕放的鋼管移送機構,避免了大口徑薄(bo)壁管移送過程出現磕碰和劃傷,提高了薄壁管產品的一次合格率。
