一、裝置(zhi)簡介


  醋酸是重(zhong)要(yao)的有機化工(gong)(gong)原料之一,廣泛用于合(he)成纖維、涂料、醫藥(yao)、農(nong)藥(yao)、食(shi)品添加劑(ji)、染(ran)織(zhi)等工(gong)(gong)業,是國(guo)民經濟(ji)的一個重(zhong)要(yao)組成部(bu)分(fen)。醋酸生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的方法(fa)(fa)有乙醛(quan)氧化法(fa)(fa)(乙醇和乙烯法(fa)(fa))、乙烷和甲(jia)烷氧化法(fa)(fa)以(yi)及(ji)(ji)甲(jia)醇羰(tang)基(ji)(ji)合(he)成法(fa)(fa)等。生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)不(bu)同(tong),操作條件及(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)介質的組成和腐蝕性也(ye)(ye)不(bu)同(tong),對設備和管道材料的要(yao)求也(ye)(ye)不(bu)同(tong)。甲(jia)醇低(di)壓(ya)羰(tang)基(ji)(ji)合(he)成醋酸工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)流程簡單,產(chan)(chan)能大(da),產(chan)(chan)品質量(liang)高,是目前最先進的醋酸生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi),也(ye)(ye)是國(guo)內外(wai)醋酸生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的主流工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)。羰(tang)基(ji)(ji)合(he)成醋酸的工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)介質腐蝕性強,對設備管道材料有特殊的要(yao)求。



二(er)、典型羰基合成醋酸工(gong)藝流(liu)程


  甲醇(chun)低壓羰基(ji)合成醋酸(suan)技術由美國Monsanto公(gong)司實現工業化,其工藝流程示意圖如圖2.36所示。

  甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)低(di)壓(ya)羰基合成醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)生(sheng)產工(gong)藝大致可分(fen)(fen)(fen)為反(fan)應(ying)(ying)、精制、輕組分(fen)(fen)(fen)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)、催(cui)(cui)化劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)制備與(yu)再(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)等(deng)(deng)工(gong)序。甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)由甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間儲槽經(jing)(jing)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)加料泵送(song)至甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)加熱器(qi)進入(ru)(ru)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)釜。精制一(yi)氧(yang)化碳(tan)以一(yi)定壓(ya)力及(ji)(ji)一(yi)定流量(liang)由反(fan)應(ying)(ying)釜底(di)部(bu)(bu)(bu)進入(ru)(ru)釜內(nei)(nei)(nei)分(fen)(fen)(fen)配管(guan)。在攪(jiao)拌器(qi)作用(yong)下,CO在溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)擴散(san)溶(rong)(rong)解(jie)。在催(cui)(cui)化劑(ji)(ji)(ji)、碘(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)(wan)促進劑(ji)(ji)(ji)及(ji)(ji)碘(dian)(dian)化氫(qing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)下,CO與(yu)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)在反(fan)應(ying)(ying)釜內(nei)(nei)(nei)生(sheng)成醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)。經(jing)(jing)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)釜冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻后進人冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)液(ye)(ye)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離器(qi)。含有(you)大量(liang)碘(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)(wan)、醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)、醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)酯(zhi)等(deng)(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)液(ye)(ye)送(song)回(hui)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)釜,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣體(ti)(ti)進人高(gao)壓(ya)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)(ta),用(yong)貧液(ye)(ye)(醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan))吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)氣體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)碘(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)(wan),吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)了(le)碘(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)(wan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)富液(ye)(ye)從(cong)高(gao)壓(ya)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)底(di)部(bu)(bu)(bu)排出進入(ru)(ru)再(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)進行再(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)。吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)尾(wei)氣去火炬系統。反(fan)應(ying)(ying)釜內(nei)(nei)(nei)生(sheng)成的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)及(ji)(ji)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)液(ye)(ye)在閃蒸(zheng)罐內(nei)(nei)(nei)閃蒸(zheng)后形(xing)成氣液(ye)(ye)兩相(xiang)(xiang)。液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)經(jing)(jing)催(cui)(cui)化劑(ji)(ji)(ji)循(xun)環泵送(song)回(hui)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)釜。含有(you)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)、碘(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)(wan)、碘(dian)(dian)化氫(qing)、水(shui)及(ji)(ji)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)酯(zhi)等(deng)(deng)組分(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)氣相(xiang)(xiang)去初(chu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)進行提純。來自閃蒸(zheng)罐氣相(xiang)(xiang)物料中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)碘(dian)(dian)化氫(qing)以及(ji)(ji)夾帶的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)少(shao)量(liang)催(cui)(cui)化劑(ji)(ji)(ji),在初(chu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)底(di)部(bu)(bu)(bu)靠位差(cha)返回(hui)閃蒸(zheng)罐。初(chu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)蒸(zheng)餾得(de)到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)粗醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)由塔(ta)(ta)(ta)側(ce)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)取(qu)出,送(song)至脫水(shui)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)。脫水(shui)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)氣相(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)初(chu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)氣相(xiang)(xiang)一(yi)道送(song)至低(di)壓(ya)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)(ta),回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)碘(dian)(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)(wan)后尾(wei)氣去火炬系統,液(ye)(ye)體(ti)(ti)送(song)再(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)塔(ta)(ta)(ta),成品醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan)由成品塔(ta)(ta)(ta)側(ce)部(bu)(bu)(bu)取(qu)出,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻后送(song)成品中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間儲槽。含丙(bing)酸(suan)(suan)以及(ji)(ji)金屬碘(dian)(dian)化物的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)沸點的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)(ye)由塔(ta)(ta)(ta)底(di)部(bu)(bu)(bu)送(song)往汽提塔(ta)(ta)(ta)系統,以回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)(suan),塔(ta)(ta)(ta)底(di)重組分(fen)(fen)(fen)進一(yi)步處(chu)理回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)。再(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)再(zai)(zai)(zai)生(sheng)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)貧液(ye)(ye)用(yong)循(xun)環水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻后,一(yi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)送(song)往高(gao)壓(ya)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)作吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)劑(ji)(ji)(ji);另一(yi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)送(song)往低(di)壓(ya)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)(ta)作吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),循(xun)環使用(yong)。



三、醋(cu)酸裝置的配管(guan)設計


  主要是(shi)對塔、罐、泵、反應器等設備的配管(guan)設計。
