某工程建設在嚴寒地區,如常溫流體工藝流體、氮氣、工廠空氣等所有管道必須選用低(di)溫鋼(gang)嗎?其實嚴寒地區管道可以不選用低溫鋼,應主要基于低溫低應力工況的設計原則。


  GB/T 20801《壓力管(guan)道(dao)規范 工業(ye)管(guan)道(dao)》將同時滿足(zu)下列三個條件的工況(kuang)定義為低溫(wen)低應力工況(kuang):


   ①. 低(di)溫下(xia)的最大(da)工(gong)作壓(ya)力(li)不大(da)于常溫下(xia)最大(da)允許(xu)工(gong)作壓(ya)力(li)的30%;


   ②. 管道由壓力、重量及位移產生的軸向(拉)應力總(zong)和不大于10%材料(liao)標準規定最小抗拉強度值;


   ③. 僅限于GC2級管道(dao),且最低設計(ji)溫度(du)不低于-101℃。


  低溫(wen)(wen)低應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)工(gong)況下管(guan)(guan)道或(huo)(huo)其(qi)管(guan)(guan)道元件(jian)的設計溫(wen)(wen)度雖然(ran)低于或(huo)(huo)等(deng)于規范(fan)(fan)規定的材料(liao)低溫(wen)(wen)界限,但其(qi)總體應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)小(xiao)(xiao)于或(huo)(huo)等(deng)于規定的低應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)水平(ping),此時管(guan)(guan)道不(bu)會發(fa)生(sheng)脆性(xing)斷裂。復雜管(guan)(guan)道布置應(ying)(ying)(ying)經(jing)過詳細應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)分(fen)析以保證管(guan)(guan)道軸向應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)小(xiao)(xiao)于10%材料(liao)最小(xiao)(xiao)抗拉強度。低溫(wen)(wen)低應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)工(gong)況是GC2管(guan)(guan)道免(mian)除沖擊試驗的條件(jian)之一,最大應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)滿(man)足規范(fan)(fan)要求的低應(ying)(ying)(ying)力(li)水平(ping),不(bu)適用于GC1級和(he)劇烈循環工(gong)況。


  實際(ji)上,基于低(di)(di)溫(wen)低(di)(di)應(ying)力(li)工(gong)(gong)況的原則(ze),正(zheng)常投(tou)運時(shi)(shi)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)溫(wen)度很(hen)難達到環境(jing)低(di)(di)溫(wen)。在工(gong)(gong)廠停運時(shi)(shi),管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)溫(wen)度可能達到環境(jing)低(di)(di)溫(wen),但是管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)內壓往往已(yi)經泄去,管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)(dao)綜合應(ying)力(li)難以接近抗(kang)拉強(qiang)度。
