浙江金洲管道工業有限公司(si)φ508~1626mm預精焊(han)(han)螺旋縫(feng)埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)鋼管生(sheng)(sheng)產線引進德國SMS MEER集團旗下PWS公司(si)國際先進的預精焊(han)(han)(二步法(fa))螺旋焊(han)(han)管生(sheng)(sheng)產技術和設(she)備(bei),于2015年(nian)1月正(zheng)式投產,年(nian)生(sheng)(sheng)產能力(li)20萬(wan)噸(dun),生(sheng)(sheng)產壁厚6.4mm~25.4mm,最(zui)高生(sheng)(sheng)產鋼級 L690/X100。
金州管道不(bu)銹鋼焊管生產線控制系統基于工業以太網技術,實現分布式自動化控制,是目前世界上裝備最先進、工藝最成熟、自動化程度最高的螺旋焊管生產線之一,在檢測設備方面生產線配備了112通道100%母材超聲波探傷、32通道焊縫超聲波探傷、數字平板X射線實時成像檢測系統、4000t水壓試驗機等。
一(yi)、生產(chan)工藝(yi)流程
金(jin)洲科技管道有限公(gong)司ф1626mm預精焊不銹鋼焊管機組工藝(yi)流(liu)程生產工藝(yi)流(liu)程如圖7-7所(suo)示。
二、主要技術特點
1. 高(gao)速成型(xing)預焊機組(zu)技術
穩(wen)定(ding)的鋼帶工作寬度(du)(du)和穩(wen)定(ding)的遞(di)送狀態是(shi)實(shi)現(xian)穩(wen)定(ding)高速成(cheng)(cheng)型的前提(ti),通過以下各系統的協同工作,使鋼帶以最穩(wen)的狀態進入成(cheng)(cheng)型器,在高精(jing)度(du)(du)模(mo)型化的成(cheng)(cheng)型系統中(zhong)實(shi)現(xian)低應力穩(wen)定(ding)成(cheng)(cheng)型,對外徑、圓度(du)(du)、直(zhi)度(du)(du)實(shi)現(xian)高精(jing)度(du)(du)控制,為(wei)預焊提(ti)供穩(wen)定(ding)的焊接環境。
a. 鋼帶矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)裝置配備(bei)七輥矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)機(ji),矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)高(gao)度由電機(ji)調節(jie),矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)力大小由液壓缸提供,可對每個(ge)矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)輥進行獨立控制,精確調整每個(ge)矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)輥位置的(de)壓力,使出口側鋼帶快速達到理(li)想(xiang)的(de)矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)狀態,其最大矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)力600噸,滿足(zu)大壁厚高(gao)鋼級的(de)高(gao)速矯(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)平(ping)。
b. 剪切對(dui)焊(han)機(ji)配備伊薩等離子切割系(xi)統、板(ban)(ban)頭(tou)尾銑(xian)邊機(ji)、預(yu)焊(han)系(xi)統、雙(shuang)絲(si)自(zi)動埋弧焊(han)系(xi)統,通過(guo)先銑(xian)邊后焊(han)接(jie)的(de)工藝,有效避免(mian)因板(ban)(ban)頭(tou)尾對(dui)接(jie)人(ren)為地產(chan)生鐮(lian)刀彎。采用Y型(xing)(xing)焊(han)接(jie)坡口,配合預(yu)焊(han)+雙(shuang)絲(si)自(zi)動埋弧焊(han)工藝,使得對(dui)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)達到足夠(gou)的(de)熔深和強度(du),確保對(dui)頭(tou)焊(han)縫質量,實(shi)現鋼(gang)帶對(dui)接(jie)接(jie)頭(tou)在(zai)成型(xing)(xing)器快速穩定通過(guo)。
c. 自適應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)配備三(san)組(zu)鋼帶寬(kuan)度(du)(du)自適應銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)。第一、二組(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為(wei)粗銑(xian)(xian)(xian),寬(kuan)度(du)(du)自適應系(xi)統通過實時檢(jian)測鋼帶銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)前后(hou)寬(kuan)度(du)(du),合理地分配每(mei)組(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)切削深度(du)(du),提高(gao)刀片的(de)使用壽命,保(bao)證(zheng)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)質量;第三(san)組(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)為(wei)精銑(xian)(xian)(xian),根據壁厚和焊接(jie)工(gong)藝設定銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)后(hou)工(gong)作寬(kuan)度(du)(du)、坡口角度(du)(du),鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)厚度(du)(du)、鈍邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)位(wei)置,穩定的(de)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)控制為(wei)后(hou)續的(de)焊接(jie)提供有(you)利(li)條件。三(san)組(zu)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)刀盤(pan)在豎直(zhi)方向具(ju)有(you)仿(fang)形(xing)隨動功能,有(you)效地防止由于帶鋼波動引起的(de)坡口不均勻,保(bao)證(zheng)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)部形(xing)狀良好穩定,從而確保(bao)成(cheng)型過程穩定。同時銑(xian)(xian)(xian)邊(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)機(ji)銑(xian)(xian)(xian)削速(su)度(du)(du)在3~10m/min的(de)遞送速(su)度(du)(du)下自動進行自適應動態(tai)調節,滿足高(gao)速(su)預焊的(de)需(xu)求。
d. 鋼(gang)帶(dai)自(zi)動對(dui)(dui)中(zhong)系統(tong)配(pei)備(bei)多組(zu)鋼(gang)帶(dai)自(zi)動對(dui)(dui)中(zhong)裝置(zhi)(zhi),每組(zu)對(dui)(dui)中(zhong)裝置(zhi)(zhi)均配(pei)備(bei)獨立位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)傳感器,實時監測鋼(gang)帶(dai)的位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)信息,系統(tong)自(zi)動判斷鋼(gang)帶(dai)位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)狀態(tai)和變化趨勢,通(tong)過先進的PI閉環控(kong)制算法,實時動態(tai)分配(pei)各組(zu)對(dui)(dui)中(zhong)輥(gun)推力,實現鋼(gang)帶(dai)自(zi)動對(dui)(dui)中(zhong),通(tong)過數據對(dui)(dui)比(bi)自(zi)動分析鋼(gang)帶(dai)鐮(lian)刀彎程度,實時糾偏,保證成型(xing)過程穩定。
e. 主驅動(dong)是整個成型預焊機組(zu)的(de)唯一(yi)動(dong)力,由兩臺210kW交(jiao)流(liu)電機提(ti)供,動(dong)力通過行星齒輪(lun)傳輸到驅動(dong)輥(gun)(gun),最大驅動(dong)扭矩480kN·m,兩輥(gun)(gun)夾送(song)壓(ya)力由液壓(ya)缸提(ti)供,液壓(ya)回路中的(de)蓄能裝置可有效(xiao)吸(xi)收(shou)焊縫通過輥(gun)(gun)子時的(de)壓(ya)力變化,提(ti)供穩定的(de)遞送(song)速度(du)。
f. 高精(jing)度(du)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)機(ji)主要(yao)由(you)三輥(gun)(gun)彎曲系統和外控輥(gun)(gun)系統組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),最大成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)力300t,各(ge)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)梁均(jun)配置(zhi)伺服(fu)電機(ji)和絕對值編碼器,采用PWS先進的成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)算法,通過精(jing)確定(ding)位(wei)各(ge)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)輥(gun)(gun)位(wei)置(zhi),實現高速穩定(ding)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),同時各(ge)位(wei)置(zhi)信息通過PLC儲存,可重復調用,提高成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)效(xiao)率。
g. 數(shu)字(zi)(zi)式預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)系統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)CO2氣(qi)體保(bao)護焊(han)(han)(han)(han),由兩臺1500A數(shu)字(zi)(zi)式焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)電源串聯而成,內置(zhi)(zhi)專家(jia)級(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)數(shu)據庫,根據壁(bi)厚(hou)和(he)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)絲(si)直徑(jing)不同,選擇合(he)適(shi)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)程(cheng)序(xu),程(cheng)序(xu)自(zi)動調用(yong)數(shu)據庫參(can)數(shu),并在焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中對(dui)參(can)數(shu)進行PI閉環控(kong)(kong)制,其控(kong)(kong)制了頻率(lv)達(da)到5kHz,確保(bao)參(can)數(shu)輸(shu)出(chu)穩(wen)定。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)采(cai)用(yong)潛弧式的(de)過(guo)(guo)渡形(xing)式,配(pei)合(he)活性(xing)保(bao)護氣(qi)體,可(ke)在較高(gao)的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)速度(du)下保(bao)持(chi)穩(wen)定的(de)熔深,確保(bao)于焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)強度(du),最高(gao)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)速度(du)達(da)10m/min。預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)系統(tong)配(pei)備(bei)激光自(zi)動跟(gen)蹤(zong)系統(tong)和(he)視(shi)頻監控(kong)(kong)系統(tong),可(ke)對(dui)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)點位置(zhi)(zhi)和(he)預(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫狀(zhuang)態實時監控(kong)(kong),實現自(zi)動化焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)。
2. 雙(shuang)環噴(pen)水(shui)式等離子環切機
配備雙(shuang)環(huan)噴水(shui)式等離(li)子(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割機。其(qi)雙(shuang)環(huan)即夾(jia)(jia)(jia)持環(huan)和切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割環(huan),夾(jia)(jia)(jia)持環(huan)包含3組抱夾(jia)(jia)(jia)裝置(zhi),同(tong)時環(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)機具(ju)備長度(du)(du)測量系(xi)統(tong)(tong),控制精度(du)(du)達到(dao)1mm,當鋼(gang)管(guan)長度(du)(du)達到(dao)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割所(suo)設定的長度(du)(du)時,夾(jia)(jia)(jia)持環(huan)夾(jia)(jia)(jia)緊鋼(gang)管(guan),使切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割系(xi)統(tong)(tong)與(yu)不銹鋼(gang)焊管(guan)以同(tong)樣的速度(du)(du)前(qian)進(jin),隨后切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割環(huan)實施環(huan)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)作業。雙(shuang)環(huan)等離(li)子(zi)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割系(xi)統(tong)(tong)使切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割系(xi)統(tong)(tong)與(yu)鋼(gang)管(guan)形成一(yi)個相對速度(du)(du)為0的狀態,提供穩定的切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割環(huan)境,使得(de)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)口更加(jia)整齊(qi);其(qi)噴水(shui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)一(yi)方面對等離(li)子(zi)弧進(jin)行(xing)收弧聚能,使切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割能量更加(jia)集(ji)中,提高切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割效(xiao)率,另一(yi)方面對切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割周圍進(jin)行(xing)冷卻,減少(shao)切(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)(qie)割熱影響(xiang)區,保(bao)證管(guan)端母材性能。
3. 精焊機(ji)(FWM)
配(pei)備3條(tiao)精(jing)焊(han)線(xian),每(mei)條(tiao)精(jing)焊(han)線(xian)配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)內焊(han)三絲和外(wai)焊(han)雙絲的(de)(de)焊(han)接(jie)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),內焊(han)和外(wai)焊(han)均配(pei)置(zhi)(zhi)獨(du)立(li)的(de)(de)焊(han)縫(feng)激光(guang)自動(dong)跟(gen)蹤(zong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、視頻監視系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、焊(han)槍高(gao)度跟(gen)蹤(zong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、焊(han)接(jie)參(can)數(shu)控制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)等,通過(guo)各結(jie)構聯動(dong),實現自動(dong)的(de)(de)、實時(shi)的(de)(de)焊(han)頭位(wei)置(zhi)(zhi)調(diao)節和校正,確保每(mei)一條(tiao)焊(han)縫(feng)的(de)(de)焊(han)接(jie)質(zhi)量(liang),同時(shi)每(mei)支不(bu)銹鋼焊(han)管的(de)(de)焊(han)接(jie)參(can)數(shu)實時(shi)曲線(xian)可獨(du)立(li)存檔、回(hui)放,通過(guo)參(can)數(shu)曲線(xian)可提(ti)前發現焊(han)縫(feng)存在的(de)(de)隱患點,以進(jin)行針對性(xing)檢測。
4. PWS數字焊接系統
預焊(han)(han)(han)和(he)精焊(han)(han)(han)工(gong)藝(yi)均(jun)配備了PWS數字焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)系統,即(ji)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)電源和(he)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)均(jun)通過(guo)微處理(li)器(qi)控制(zhi),從起弧(hu)到整個焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng),微處理(li)器(qi)均(jun)以5kHz的(de)頻率對焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)進行(xing)(xing)分(fen)析(xi)和(he)優化。焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)工(gong)藝(yi)過(guo)程(cheng)采取(qu)極高(gao)的(de)頻率不斷(duan)進行(xing)(xing)分(fen)析(xi)和(he)優化,實現了對整個焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)實時精確的(de)PI閉環控制(zhi),其直接(jie)效果使得(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)過(guo)程(cheng)十分(fen)穩定,減少了焊(han)(han)(han)縫缺(que)陷(xian)和(he)管端焊(han)(han)(han)接(jie)缺(que)陷(xian)。
5. 112通(tong)道在線鋼管超聲波檢測系統(tong)
生產線(xian)配備112通道在線(xian)鋼(gang)管(guan)超(chao)聲(sheng)波檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)系(xi)(xi)統,采用(yong)8×30mm雙晶組合探(tan)(tan)頭(tou),共25組,100通道,探(tan)(tan)頭(tou)固定梳狀掃查(cha)方(fang)式對(dui)鋼(gang)板(ban)100%探(tan)(tan)傷(shang),用(yong)于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)平行于(yu)軋制方(fang)向線(xian)性(xing)缺陷(xian)。同時鋼(gang)板(ban)兩邊200mm范圍(wei)內各(ge)有(you)5個(ge)橫(heng)波探(tan)(tan)頭(tou),用(yong)于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)鋼(gang)板(ban)邊緣(yuan)與(yu)軋制方(fang)向平行的缺陷(xian)。鋼(gang)板(ban)兩側各(ge)15mm范圍(wei)內各(ge)有(you)1個(ge)橫(heng)波探(tan)(tan)頭(tou),用(yong)于(yu)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)鋼(gang)板(ban)邊緣(yuan)與(yu)軋制方(fang)向垂直(zhi)的缺陷(xian)。設(she)備具有(you)聲(sheng)、光報警系(xi)(xi)統,缺陷(xian)自動(dong)噴標(biao)系(xi)(xi)統,以及各(ge)通道的耦(ou)合監視系(xi)(xi)統,缺陷(xian)檢(jian)(jian)出率100%。
6. 32通(tong)道焊縫(feng)超聲(sheng)波檢測系統
生產線配備32通(tong)道(dao)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)超(chao)聲波檢測系(xi)統,具有24個(ge)探傷(shang)通(tong)道(dao)和(he)8個(ge)耦合(he)監(jian)視(shi)通(tong)道(dao),采用雙探架(jia)設計,配備激光(guang)圖像自動跟蹤系(xi)統,確(que)保檢測過程穩(wen)定性。布局探頭有X型和(he)串列型,可檢測焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)內(nei)縱(zong)向(xiang)(xiang)、橫向(xiang)(xiang)、斜向(xiang)(xiang)、焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)中間缺陷以及(ji)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)兩側50mm范圍內(nei)的熱(re)影(ying)響區分層缺陷。
7. X射(she)線實時成像檢測系(xi)統
生(sheng)產線配備(bei)數字(zi)平板(ban)X射線實時成(cheng)像檢(jian)測(ce)系(xi)統(tong),采用美國珀金埃(ai)爾(er)默(mo)公司(si)的(de)8in非晶數字(zi)平板(ban)系(xi)統(tong)XRD 0822 AP,空間分辨率優于3.0p/mm,具有全焊縫實時存圖及(ji)回(hui)放功能,檢(jian)測(ce)靜態靈敏(min)度1.0%~1.5%,動態靈敏(min)度2.2%~2.5%。
8. 自(zi)動化鋼(gang)管(guan)輸送控制系統
輸送系統由輸送輥道(dao)、橫移(yi)小(xiao)車、存管(guan)(guan)臺架(jia)(jia)構成,輸送輥道(dao)每4個(ge)為一組(zu),存管(guan)(guan)臺架(jia)(jia)采用V形臺架(jia)(jia),每組(zu)輥道(dao)、橫移(yi)小(xiao)車和每個(ge)V形臺架(jia)(jia)均(jun)配(pei)置傳感(gan)器(qi),用于檢測(ce)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)位置,鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)自(zi)動化輸送控(kong)制系統由中央控(kong)制室(shi)進行監控(kong),并(bing)自(zi)動選擇最(zui)優(you)程序(xu)實(shi)現整(zheng)個(ge)車間鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)的運輸和存放(fang),提(ti)高車間作業效(xiao)率。
9. ERP信(xin)息化(hua)管(guan)理系統
ERP系統包括制造數據管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、計劃排產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)調度(du)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、庫存管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、質(zhi)(zhi)量管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、工藝過(guo)程管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、采購管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、成(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程控(kong)制、質(zhi)(zhi)量數據集成(cheng)分(fen)析。實現從訂(ding)單(dan)下達(da)到產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)完成(cheng)的(de)整個(ge)(ge)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)過(guo)程的(de)優化管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li),改善各個(ge)(ge)環節的(de)銜(xian)接效率,對生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)進(jin)度(du)、產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量數據實時反饋(kui),從而(er)保障產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)質(zhi)(zhi)量和工廠及(ji)時交貨能力。
10. 機器人自(zi)動噴標系統
生產線配(pei)備(bei)機器人(ren)自動噴標(biao)系(xi)統,實現生產過(guo)程鋼管信息的自動讀取和收集(ji),中控匯總鋼管的過(guo)程狀態信息,同時產品標(biao)識(shi)更加美觀(guan)、規范、準確。通過(guo)機器換(huan)人(ren),降低工人(ren)勞動強度。

自2015年投產以來,金洲管道以預精焊生產線為依托,成立了能源(yuan)管道研(yan)(yan)究所,焊接實(shi)驗室等研(yan)(yan)發部門,整合公司優質資源(yuan),通過(guo)自主創新(xin)和(he)產學研(yan)(yan)等方(fang)式,加快預精焊工藝技術消(xiao)化(hua)吸(xi)收(shou)再創新(xin),先后(hou)試制(zhi)進行了(le)(le)φ1219mmx16.3mm、X90M,φ1219mmx22mm、X80M,ф1219m219mmx25.425.4mm、Q345B,φ508mmx6.4mm,X65M等(deng)規格,參與了(le)(le)新粵浙管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)φ1219x18.4,X80M管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)的單爐試制(zhi),在高鋼(gang)級(ji)大壁厚(hou)的螺旋不(bu)銹鋼(gang)焊管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)藝上積(ji)累一定的經驗。針對預焊飛濺(jian)、精焊質量(liang)、生產(chan)效(xiao)率等(deng)重點難點問題,進行了(le)(le)專項(xiang)技(ji)術攻關(guan),通(tong)過多項(xiang)科研(yan)成果的應(ying)用,金洲管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)預精焊工(gong)(gong)藝技(ji)術水平達到國內領(ling)先水平。產(chan)品廣泛用于(yu)石油(you)、天(tian)然氣(qi)(qi)(qi)輸送、海底管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)、城(cheng)市管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網以(yi)及大型鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)樁管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)領(ling)域。先后(hou)承接了(le)(le)惠(hui)州海底管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)項(xiang)目、金麗溫省級(ji)天(tian)然氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、海南(nan)環島管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、江陰燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、馬來西(xi)亞管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網項(xiang)目、文萊管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)項(xiang)目、伊(yi)朗管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)線(xian)(xian)項(xiang)目,以(yi)及港華(hua)(hua)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)、中燃(ran)(ran)燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)、華(hua)(hua)潤燃(ran)(ran)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)等(deng)各大城(cheng)市管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)網工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。
