2003年(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)拉開(kai)二(er)(er)次(ci)創(chuang)業的(de)序幕,進入新一(yi)(yi)輪大(da)(da)(da)(da)技改時期,相(xiang)繼建(jian)成了二(er)(er)連軋項(xiang)目、大(da)(da)(da)(da)管(guan)(guan)坯項(xiang)目、套管(guan)(guan)加工生產線等一(yi)(yi)大(da)(da)(da)(da)批管(guan)(guan)國家、省(sheng)市重點工程。2007年(nian),圍繞“十(shi)一(yi)(yi)五”發展規(gui)劃,實施了ф108mm機(ji)組(zu)改造,啟動了特(te)大(da)(da)(da)(da)口(kou)徑軋機(ji)、煉(lian)鐵系統建(jian)設。2000年(nian)至2007年(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)開(kai)發油田用管(guan)(guan)新鋼(gang)種(zhong)35個,擁有自(zi)主知識產權的(de)經(jing)濟(ji)型油氣用管(guan)(guan)HS系列用鋼(gang)種(zhong)6個,自(zi)主開(kai)發的(de)HSM特(te)殊扣申請了專利(li)。
2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)至2018年(nian)(nian)(nian),衡(heng)陽(yang)華(hua)菱不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)廠品(pin)(pin)種結構(gou)調(diao)整向高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)級轉變(bian)、向具(ju)(ju)有(you)自主知識產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)權(quan)(quan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)轉變(bian)邁出堅實步(bu)伐(fa),高(gao)端產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)穩步(bu)增長(chang),拳頭(tou)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)市(shi)場占有(you)率進一步(bu)擴大,新產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)開(kai)發(fa)能(neng)(neng)力(li)不斷提升,成(cheng)為抵御市(shi)場風險、增強創效能(neng)(neng)力(li)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要砝(fa)碼。2008年(nian)(nian)(nian)成(cheng)功開(kai)發(fa)HS80N抗扭(niu)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、HS80-3Cr抗腐蝕(shi)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)級臂架用管(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)7個(ge)新產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。2009年(nian)(nian)(nian)油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)量(liang)進入行(xing)業前三強,成(cheng)功開(kai)發(fa)直連型(xing)小套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-2特(te)殊(shu)扣(kou)、3Cr-13Cr油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、熱采(cai)井(jing)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)7個(ge)新產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。2010年(nian)(nian)(nian)開(kai)發(fa)新產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)6個(ge),具(ju)(ju)有(you)自主知識產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)權(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)HSM特(te)殊(shu)扣(kou)銷(xiao)量(liang)突破2萬(wan)噸,同比增長(chang)100%。2011年(nian)(nian)(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)與中(zhong)國華(hua)電(dian)(dian)集團(tuan)華(hua)電(dian)(dian)重(zhong)工(gong)裝備有(you)限公(gong)(gong)司簽(qian)訂(ding)電(dian)(dian)力(li)“四大管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”第(di)一單,填補了衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)在電(dian)(dian)力(li)“四大管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”市(shi)場業績空白的(de)(de)歷史,打破了中(zhong)國電(dian)(dian)力(li)“四大管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)”長(chang)期依賴進口(kou)的(de)(de)格(ge)局(ju)。2014年(nian)(nian)(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)在高(gao)端油氣用管(guan)(guan)(guan)、壓(ya)力(li)容器用管(guan)(guan)(guan)、機(ji)械(xie)(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用管(guan)(guan)(guan)國產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)化進程中(zhong)“提檔加(jia)速”。其中(zhong),大口(kou)徑(jing)拖車氣瓶(ping)、P91、13Cr、Gr.8、海工(gong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、石油機(ji)械(xie)(xie)用管(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)重(zhong)點品(pin)(pin)種的(de)(de)技術障礙(ai)得以掃除,C110、V150油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)實現穩定生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。2015年(nian)(nian)(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)全面啟動第(di)三輪結構(gou)調(diao)整,部分高(gao)端產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)市(shi)場取得突破,P91高(gao)鍋管(guan)(guan)(guan)、鉆具(ju)(ju)用管(guan)(guan)(guan)銷(xiao)量(liang)大幅增長(chang),L80-13Cr PSL3油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS直連型(xing)油管(guan)(guan)(guan)實現批(pi)量(liang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。HSM-2特(te)殊(shu)扣(kou)批(pi)量(liang)進入中(zhong)海油、江(jiang)漢油田。4145、4147牌(pai)號大口(kou)徑(jing)氣瓶(ping)用管(guan)(guan)(guan)首次出口(kou)美國。C110油套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)大批(pi)量(liang)供貨塔里木、西(xi)北局(ju),石油機(ji)械(xie)(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用管(guan)(guan)(guan)進入斯倫貝謝(xie),V150高(gao)強高(gao)韌套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)進軍(jun)中(zhong)東(dong)中(zhong)亞特(te)殊(shu)市(shi)場。公(gong)(gong)司成(cheng)功開(kai)發(fa)SQ14型(xing)150x150熱軋車軸用無縫方(fang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、壁厚≤30mm的(de)(de)C110高(gao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)級機(ji)械(xie)(xie)加(jia)工(gong)用管(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSM-3特(te)殊(shu)扣(kou)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)、HSTS雙臺肩(jian)螺紋(wen)直連型(xing)油管(guan)(guan)(guan)。范圍:ф(68~219)mmx(4.5~40)mm,年(nian)(nian)(nian)設(she)計能(neng)(neng)力(li)為25萬(wan)噸。
2008-2018年(nian)(nian),衡(heng)陽華菱不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)廠共有29個(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目獲(huo)市級(ji)及以上(shang)科技進步(bu)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),國(guo)家科技進步(bu)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)實(shi)現從無到有,“電弧爐煉(lian)鋼(gang)復合(he)吹煉(lian)技術的研究應用”榮獲(huo)2016年(nian)(nian)度國(guo)家科技進步(bu)二(er)等獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。P91無縫鋼(gang)管(guan)及其制備方法獲(huo)中國(guo)專(zhuan)利(li)(li)優秀(xiu)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),另有5個(ge)(ge)專(zhuan)利(li)(li)在湖(hu)南省、衡(heng)陽市獲(huo)獎(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。國(guo)際專(zhuan)利(li)(li)申(shen)(shen)請實(shi)現突(tu)破,首次實(shi)施PCT專(zhuan)利(li)(li)申(shen)(shen)請2個(ge)(ge)。主(zhu)持制定國(guo)家和行業標(biao)準9個(ge)(ge),其中國(guo)標(biao)5個(ge)(ge)、行標(biao)4個(ge)(ge)。
