2003年(nian)(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)拉開(kai)(kai)二(er)次(ci)創業的序(xu)幕,進入新一(yi)輪(lun)大技(ji)改時(shi)期,相繼建成了二(er)連軋項目、大管(guan)坯項目、套管(guan)加工生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)線等(deng)一(yi)大批管(guan)國家、省市重點工程。2007年(nian)(nian),圍繞“十一(yi)五”發(fa)展規(gui)劃,實施了ф108mm機組改造,啟動(dong)了特(te)大口(kou)徑軋機、煉(lian)鐵系統建設。2000年(nian)(nian)至2007年(nian)(nian),衡(heng)鋼(gang)(gang)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)油(you)田(tian)用(yong)管(guan)新鋼(gang)(gang)種(zhong)35個(ge),擁有自(zi)主(zhu)知識產(chan)(chan)權的經濟型(xing)油(you)氣用(yong)管(guan)HS系列用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)種(zhong)6個(ge),自(zi)主(zhu)開(kai)(kai)發(fa)的HSM特(te)殊(shu)扣申請了專利。

2008-2018年(nian),衡(heng)陽華菱(ling)不銹鋼管廠共有(you)29個(ge)(ge)項目獲市(shi)(shi)級及以上科(ke)技(ji)(ji)進(jin)步(bu)獎(jiang),國(guo)家科(ke)技(ji)(ji)進(jin)步(bu)獎(jiang)實現從無(wu)到有(you),“電弧(hu)爐煉鋼復合(he)吹煉技(ji)(ji)術(shu)的(de)研究應(ying)用”榮獲2016年(nian)度國(guo)家科(ke)技(ji)(ji)進(jin)步(bu)二(er)等獎(jiang)。P91無(wu)縫鋼管及其制備(bei)方法(fa)獲中國(guo)專利優秀獎(jiang),另有(you)5個(ge)(ge)專利在湖南(nan)省、衡(heng)陽市(shi)(shi)獲獎(jiang)。國(guo)際專利申請(qing)實現突(tu)破,首(shou)次實施PCT專利申請(qing)2個(ge)(ge)。主持制定(ding)國(guo)家和(he)行業標(biao)準9個(ge)(ge),其中國(guo)標(biao)5個(ge)(ge)、行標(biao)4個(ge)(ge)。
