用管(guan)道(dao)(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送原油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)、成品油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)和(he)液化石油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)氣(qi)的(de)(de)建設(she)工(gong)程(cheng)。一般包括輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)及輔助設(she)施等工(gong)程(cheng)內容。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)系統是(shi)(shi)各類型輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)、管(guan)道(dao)(dao)及有關設(she)施的(de)(de)統稱。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)工(gong)程(cheng)中(zhong)各類工(gong)藝站(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)的(de)(de)統稱。首站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)起(qi)點站(zhan)(zhan)。中(zhong)間站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)首站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間設(she)有的(de)(de)各類站(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)的(de)(de)統稱。分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)沿線,為分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)品至用戶(hu)而設(she)置的(de)(de)站(zhan)(zhan)場(chang)。中(zhong)間加熱站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)首站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間以加熱設(she)施為主的(de)(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)。末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)管(guan)道(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)終點站(zhan)(zhan)。


(1)輸(shu)(shu)油管道工(gong)程(cheng)設(she)計(ji)計(ji)算輸(shu)(shu)油量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)時,年工(gong)作天數(shu)應(ying)按(an)350天計(ji)算。應(ying)按(an)設(she)計(ji)委托書或設(she)計(ji)合同規定的輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)(年輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)、月輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)、日輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang))作為設(she)計(ji)輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)。設(she)計(ji)最(zui)小輸(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)應(ying)符合經濟及安全(quan)輸(shu)(shu)送條件。


(2)輸(shu)(shu)油管(guan)道設計宜采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)密閉輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝。若(ruo)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)其他輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝,應進行技術(shu)(shu)經(jing)(jing)濟論證(zheng),并說(shuo)明其可行性。當管(guan)輸(shu)(shu)多種油品時,宜采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)順序(xu)輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝。若(ruo)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)專(zhuan)管(guan)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝,應進行技術(shu)(shu)經(jing)(jing)濟論證(zheng)。


(3)輸(shu)(shu)油管(guan)道(dao)系統輸(shu)(shu)送(song)工藝(yi)方案應依據設計內壓力、管(guan)道(dao)管(guan)型(xing)及(ji)鋼種等級、管(guan)徑(jing)、壁厚、輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方式、輸(shu)(shu)油站數(shu)、順(shun)序輸(shu)(shu)送(song)油品批次(ci)等,以多個(ge)組合方案進行比(bi)選,確定最佳輸(shu)(shu)油工藝(yi)方案。


(4)管輸原油質量應(ying)符(fu)(fu)合(he)國家(jia)現行標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)SY/T 7513的(de)(de)規(gui)定(ding);管輸液態(tai)液化石油氣的(de)(de)質量應(ying)符(fu)(fu)合(he)現行國家(jia)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)GB 9052.1或GB11174的(de)(de)規(gui)定(ding);管輸其他成品(pin)油質量應(ying)符(fu)(fu)合(he)國家(jia)現行產(chan)品(pin)標(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。


(5)輸(shu)油(you)管道(dao)系統輸(shu)送工(gong)藝總流程圖(tu)應標注(zhu)首(shou)站(zhan)、中間站(zhan)、末(mo)站(zhan)的輸(shu)油(you)量,進出(chu)站(zhan)壓力及油(you)溫等主要工(gong)藝參數。并注(zhu)明(ming)線路截斷閥、大型穿跨越(yue)、各站(zhan)間及里程、高程(注(zhu)明(ming)是否有翻越(yue)點)。


(6)輸油管道(dao)系統輸送工藝設計應包(bao)括水(shui)力和熱(re)力計算,并進行(xing)穩(wen)態和瞬態水(shui)力分析,提出(chu)輸油管道(dao)在密(mi)閉(bi)輸送中瞬變(bian)流動過程(cheng)的控制(zhi)方法。


(7)輸油(you)管道的設計(ji)應(ying)符(fu)合(he)現行國家標(biao)準GB50253的規定(ding),其穿跨(kua)越工程設計(ji)應(ying)符(fu)合(he)國家現行標(biao)準 SY/T 0015.1 SY/T 0015.2的有關規定(ding)。


(8)原油(you)管道、成品油(you)管道和液態液化石油(you)氣(LPG)管道系統輸(shu)送(song)工藝的計算及成品.油(you)順序輸(shu)送(song)混油(you)段長度計算應(ying)按現行(xing)國家標準GB 50253有(you)關規定計算。埋地(di)的原(yuan)油(you)輸送(song)管道(dao)的沿線溫降應(ying)按現行(xing)國家(jia)標準GB 50253有關規定計算。


(9)原(yuan)油(you)管(guan)道輸送要求:


      根據被輸(shu)送(song)(song)原油(you)的物理(li)化學性質及其流(liu)變性,通過優(you)化比選,選擇最佳輸(shu)送(song)(song)方式(shi);


      加(jia)熱(re)輸送的埋地原油管道,優選加(jia)熱(re)溫(wen)度;管道是否需保(bao)溫(wen),進行(xing)管道保(bao)溫(wen)與不(bu)保(bao)溫(wen)的技術經濟比較,確定(ding)合理(li)方案。


(10)成品(pin)油管道輸送要求:


      按設計委托(tuo)書或設計合同規定(ding)的成(cheng)品(pin)(pin)油輸量、品(pin)(pin)種與各品(pin)(pin)種的比例,以(yi)及分輸、輸入數量,進(jin)行(xing)成(cheng)品(pin)(pin)油管道(dao)系統輸送工藝(yi)設計;


      輸送(song)多品(pin)種成品(pin)油時,宜采用(yong)單(dan)管(guan)順序(xu)輸送(song)。油品(pin)批(pi)量輸送(song)的排列順序(xu),將(jiang)油品(pin)性(xing)質相近的緊鄰排列;


      成品油順序輸(shu)(shu)送管道,在輸(shu)(shu)油站間不(bu)宜設置副管;


      在(zai)順序輸送高(gao)黏(nian)度成品油(you)(如重油(you))時宜使用隔離裝置;


      多(duo)品種成品油順序輸(shu)(shu)送(song)管道,采(cai)用(yong)連續輸(shu)(shu)送(song)方式;當采(cai)用(yong)間歇輸(shu)(shu)送(song)時,應采(cai)取措施以減少混(hun)油量;


      采用旁(pang)接油(you)罐(guan)輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi),當多種油(you)品(pin)順序輸(shu)送混油(you)界面通過泵站(zhan)時,應切換(huan)成泵到泵輸(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi);


      根據油罐區的建設和(he)營運費(fei)(fei)用(yong)與(yu)混油貶值造成的費(fei)(fei)用(yong)損失(shi)兩(liang)個(ge)方面進(jin)行(xing)綜合比較后(hou),確定最(zui)佳循環次(ci)數。


(11)液態液化(hua)石油(you)氣(LPG)管道輸送要(yao)求:


      按設計(ji)委托書或設計(ji)合同規定的液(ye)態液(ye)化(hua)(hua)石油(you)氣輸量、組(zu)分與各組(zu)分的比例,進行液(ye)態液(ye)化(hua)(hua)石油(you)氣管道系統輸送工藝設計(ji);


      液(ye)(ye)(ye)態液(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)石油氣(qi)在管道中(zhong)輸送(song)時,沿線(xian)任何一點(dian)的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)都必須高(gao)(gao)于輸送(song)溫度下(xia)液(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)石油氣(qi)的(de)(de)飽和(he)蒸氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)。沿線(xian)各中(zhong)間站的(de)(de)進(jin)站壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)應比同溫度下(xia)液(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)石油氣(qi)的(de)(de)飽和(he)蒸氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)高(gao)(gao)1.0MPa,末站進(jin)儲罐(guan)前的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)應比同溫度下(xia)液(ye)(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)石油氣(qi)的(de)(de)飽和(he)蒸氣(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)高(gao)(gao)0.5MPa。


      液態液化石油氣在(zai)管(guan)道(dao)內(nei)的平(ping)均流速,應經(jing)技術經(jing)濟比(bi)較后確(que)定,但要(yao)注意(yi)因(yin)管(guan)內(nei)摩阻升溫(wen)而(er)需另行冷卻(que)的能(neng)耗,可取0.8~1.4m/s,但最大不(bu)應超過3m/s。
