用(yong)管道(dao)(dao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送原油(you)(you)(you)(you)、成(cheng)品油(you)(you)(you)(you)和液化石(shi)油(you)(you)(you)(you)氣(qi)的(de)建設(she)工程。一般(ban)包括輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管道(dao)(dao)、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)及輔助設(she)施等工程內容(rong)。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管道(dao)(dao)系統是(shi)各類型輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、管道(dao)(dao)及有關設(she)施的(de)統稱(cheng)。輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管道(dao)(dao)工程中(zhong)各類工藝(yi)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場的(de)統稱(cheng)。首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管道(dao)(dao)的(de)起點(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)設(she)有的(de)各類站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場的(de)統稱(cheng)。分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管道(dao)(dao)沿線,為分輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)品至用(yong)戶而設(she)置的(de)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)場。中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)加熱站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)在輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)首站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)和末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)以加熱設(she)施為主(zhu)的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。末(mo)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)是(shi)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管道(dao)(dao)的(de)終點(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。
(1)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油管道工程(cheng)設(she)(she)計計算(suan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)油量(liang)(liang)時(shi),年(nian)工作天數(shu)應按350天計算(suan)。應按設(she)(she)計委(wei)托書或設(she)(she)計合同規定的輸(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)(年(nian)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)、月(yue)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)、日輸(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang))作為設(she)(she)計輸(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)。設(she)(she)計最小輸(shu)(shu)(shu)量(liang)(liang)應符合經濟及安全(quan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)條件(jian)。
(2)輸(shu)(shu)油管道設計(ji)宜(yi)采用密閉輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。若采用其(qi)他輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi),應進(jin)行(xing)(xing)技術經濟論(lun)證,并說明其(qi)可行(xing)(xing)性。當管輸(shu)(shu)多種油品時,宜(yi)采用順序輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。若采用專管專用輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝(yi)(yi),應進(jin)行(xing)(xing)技術經濟論(lun)證。
(3)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)管(guan)道系統(tong)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送工藝方案應依據設計內壓(ya)力(li)、管(guan)道管(guan)型(xing)及鋼種等級、管(guan)徑、壁(bi)厚、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送方式、輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)站數、順序(xu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)送油(you)品批次等,以多個組(zu)合(he)方案進(jin)行比(bi)選,確(que)定最佳(jia)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)油(you)工藝方案。
(4)管輸原油質(zhi)量(liang)應(ying)符合(he)(he)國家(jia)(jia)現行標準(zhun)SY/T 7513的(de)規定;管輸液態液化(hua)石油氣的(de)質(zhi)量(liang)應(ying)符合(he)(he)現行國家(jia)(jia)標準(zhun)GB 9052.1或(huo)GB11174的(de)規定;管輸其他成品油質(zhi)量(liang)應(ying)符合(he)(he)國家(jia)(jia)現行產(chan)品標準(zhun)。
(5)輸油(you)管道系統輸送工藝總流程圖應標(biao)注(zhu)首(shou)站(zhan)、中(zhong)間站(zhan)、末(mo)站(zhan)的輸油(you)量,進出站(zhan)壓力及油(you)溫(wen)等主要工藝參(can)數。并(bing)注(zhu)明線(xian)路截斷閥、大(da)型穿跨越、各站(zhan)間及里程、高程(注(zhu)明是否有翻越點(dian))。
(6)輸油管道系(xi)統(tong)輸送(song)工藝設計(ji)應包括(kuo)水力和熱力計(ji)算,并進行(xing)穩態和瞬態水力分(fen)析,提出(chu)輸油管道在密閉輸送(song)中瞬變流動過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)控制方法。
(7)輸(shu)油管道(dao)的(de)(de)設計(ji)(ji)應符(fu)合(he)現(xian)行(xing)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)標準GB50253的(de)(de)規定,其(qi)穿跨越(yue)工程設計(ji)(ji)應符(fu)合(he)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)現(xian)行(xing)標準 SY/T 0015.1 SY/T 0015.2的(de)(de)有關規定。
(8)原油(you)(you)管道(dao)(dao)、成品油(you)(you)管道(dao)(dao)和液(ye)態液(ye)化石油(you)(you)氣(LPG)管道(dao)(dao)系統輸送工藝的計(ji)算(suan)及(ji)成品.油(you)(you)順序輸送混油(you)(you)段長度計(ji)算(suan)應按現行國家標準GB 50253有(you)關規定(ding)計(ji)算(suan)。埋地的原油輸送管(guan)道(dao)的沿(yan)線溫降應按現行國家標(biao)準GB 50253有關(guan)規定計算(suan)。
(9)原油管(guan)道輸(shu)送要求:
根據被輸送原油的物理化(hua)(hua)學性(xing)質及(ji)其流變性(xing),通(tong)過(guo)優化(hua)(hua)比選,選擇最佳輸送方式;
加(jia)熱輸(shu)送的埋地原(yuan)油(you)管道,優選加(jia)熱溫度;管道是否需保(bao)溫,進行管道保(bao)溫與不(bu)保(bao)溫的技術經(jing)濟比較,確定(ding)合(he)理方案(an)。
(10)成(cheng)品油管道(dao)輸送(song)要求:
按設計(ji)委(wei)托(tuo)書或設計(ji)合同(tong)規定的成品油(you)輸(shu)量(liang)、品種與各品種的比例,以及分輸(shu)、輸(shu)入數量(liang),進行成品油(you)管道系(xi)統輸(shu)送工藝設計(ji);
輸送(song)多(duo)品種(zhong)成(cheng)品油(you)時,宜采用(yong)單管(guan)順序輸送(song)。油(you)品批量輸送(song)的排(pai)列順序,將油(you)品性質相(xiang)近的緊(jin)鄰排(pai)列;
成(cheng)品油順序輸送(song)管道,在輸油站(zhan)間不宜(yi)設置副管;
在順(shun)序輸送(song)高黏(nian)度(du)成品(pin)油(如重油)時宜使(shi)用隔(ge)離裝置(zhi);
多品種成品油順(shun)序輸(shu)送(song)管道,采用(yong)連續輸(shu)送(song)方式;當采用(yong)間歇輸(shu)送(song)時,應采取措施以減少混油量;
采(cai)用旁(pang)接(jie)油罐輸(shu)送(song)(song)工藝(yi),當多種油品順序輸(shu)送(song)(song)混油界面通過泵站時,應(ying)切換(huan)成(cheng)泵到(dao)泵輸(shu)送(song)(song)工藝(yi);
根據油罐區的建設和營運費(fei)(fei)用(yong)與混油貶值造成的費(fei)(fei)用(yong)損失(shi)兩(liang)個方(fang)面進行綜合比較后(hou),確定(ding)最佳循環次數。
(11)液態液化石油氣(LPG)管道輸送要求:
按設計(ji)委(wei)托書或設計(ji)合同規定的(de)液態液化石(shi)油(you)氣輸(shu)(shu)量、組分與各組分的(de)比例(li),進行液態液化石(shi)油(you)氣管道系(xi)統輸(shu)(shu)送工(gong)藝設計(ji);
液(ye)態液(ye)化石(shi)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)在(zai)管道中輸送(song)時,沿線(xian)任何一點的壓力(li)都必須高于輸送(song)溫度下液(ye)化石(shi)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)的飽和(he)蒸氣(qi)(qi)壓。沿線(xian)各中間站(zhan)的進站(zhan)壓力(li)應(ying)比(bi)同溫度下液(ye)化石(shi)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)的飽和(he)蒸氣(qi)(qi)壓力(li)高1.0MPa,末站(zhan)進儲罐前的壓力(li)應(ying)比(bi)同溫度下液(ye)化石(shi)油(you)氣(qi)(qi)的飽和(he)蒸氣(qi)(qi)壓力(li)高0.5MPa。
液態液化石油氣在管道內(nei)的平均流速,應經技術經濟比較后確定,但要注(zhu)意因(yin)管內(nei)摩阻升溫(wen)而需(xu)另行(xing)冷卻的能耗(hao),可(ke)取0.8~1.4m/s,但最(zui)大不應超過3m/s。
