一(yi)、爆破(po)片概述
爆破(po)片(pian)的(de)作用(yong)是(shi)在設備或(huo)管道壓(ya)力突然升高(gao)尚未引起爆炸前(qian),由于爆破(po)片(pian)兩側壓(ya)力差達到預(yu)定溫度下(xia)的(de)預(yu)定值時,即先行破(po)裂,排出設備或(huo)管道內的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)介質。因此爆破(po)片(pian)是(shi)防止設備或(huo)管道破(po)裂的(de)一種安(an)全(quan)泄(xie)放(fang)裝置(zhi)。爆破(po)片(pian)安(an)全(quan)裝置(zhi)具有結構簡單、靈敏、準確、無(wu)泄(xie)漏、泄(xie)放(fang)能力強等優點(dian)。能夠在黏稠、高(gao)溫、低溫、腐蝕的(de)環(huan)境下(xia)可靠地工作,還(huan)是(shi)超高(gao)壓(ya)容器的(de)理想安(an)全(quan)裝置(zhi)。

二、爆破片的分類
按(an)照結(jie)構型(xing)式(shi)來(lai)(lai)分(fen)類,爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)主要(yao)有(you)(you)三種,即(ji)平板(ban)(ban)型(xing)、正拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)和反拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)。平板(ban)(ban)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)綜合性(xing)能較差,主要(yao)用(yong)于低壓(ya)(ya)和超(chao)低壓(ya)(ya)工況(kuang),尤其(qi)(qi)是(shi)大型(xing)料(liao)倉。正拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)和反拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)場合較多。對于傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)正拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),其(qi)(qi)工作(zuo)原理是(shi)利用(yong)材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)拉伸強(qiang)度(du)來(lai)(lai)控制爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)拱(gong)(gong)出(chu)方向(xiang)(xiang)與壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)作(zuo)用(yong)方向(xiang)(xiang)一致。在(zai)使用(yong)中(zhong)發現(xian),所(suo)有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)正拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)都存在(zai)相(xiang)同的(de)(de)(de)局限(xian):爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)時(shi),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)碎片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)會進入(ru)泄放管道;由于爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心厚度(du)被有(you)(you)意減(jian)弱(ruo),易于因疲(pi)勞(lao)而提前爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po);操作(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)不能超(chao)過(guo)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)最小爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)65%,由此導致了反拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)出(chu)現(xian)。這種爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)利用(yong)材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)壓(ya)(ya)強(qiang)度(du)來(lai)(lai)控制其(qi)(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li),較之傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)正拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian),其(qi)(qi)具有(you)(you)抗(kang)疲(pi)勞(lao)性(xing)能優良、爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)時(shi)不產生(sheng)碎片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)且操作(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)可達其(qi)(qi)最小爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)90%以上的(de)(de)(de)優點(dian)。細分(fen)之下,反拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)(pian)(pian)包括反拱(gong)(gong)刻槽(cao)型(xing)、反拱(gong)(gong)腭(e)齒型(xing)以及反拱(gong)(gong)刀(dao)架型(xing)等。
三、爆破片的(de)特點
爆(bao)破片與安全(quan)閥(fa)比較,具有結構簡單、靈敏(min)、可靠、經濟、無泄漏、適用性強(qiang)等優越性,但也有其(qi)局限性,其(qi)特點如下:
(1)密封性能好,在設備正常工作壓力下能保持(chi)嚴密不(bu)漏。
(2)泄(xie)壓(ya)反應迅速(su),爆(bao)破片(pian)的動(dong)作一般在2~10ms內完(wan)成,而安全閥(fa)則因為機(ji)械滯后作用(yong),全部動(dong)作時(shi)間要高1~2個(ge)數(shu)量級。
(3)對黏稠性或(huo)粉末狀(zhuang)污(wu)物不(bu)敏感(gan)。即(ji)使氣體中含有一定量(liang)的污(wu)物也不(bu)致影響它的正常動(dong)作,不(bu)像(xiang)安全閥那樣,容易黏結(jie)或(huo)堵(du)塞。
(4)爆(bao)破元件(膜(mo)片)動作后(hou)不(bu)能復位,不(bu)但設備內介質全(quan)部流失,設備也得中止(zhi)運行。
(5)動作(zuo)壓力(li)(li)不太穩定,爆破片的爆破壓力(li)(li)允許偏差(cha)一(yi)般都比安全閥的穩定壓力(li)(li)允許偏差(cha)大一(yi)些(xie)。
(6)爆破片的使用壽(shou)命較短,常因疲(pi)勞而早期失效(xiao)。
四、爆破片的適用場所
(1)獨立(li)的(de)壓(ya)力(li)容器和(he)/或壓(ya)力(li)管道系統設(she)有安全閥、爆破片裝置或這二(er)者的(de)組合裝置。
(2)滿足下(xia)列(lie)情況之一應優先選用爆破片:
①. 壓力有可(ke)能迅速(su)上升的;
②. 泄(xie)放介質含有顆粒、易沉(chen)淀、易結晶、易聚合和介質黏度較大;
③. 泄(xie)放介質有(you)強腐蝕性,使用安全閥時其價值(zhi)很高;
④. 工(gong)藝介質十分昂貴或有劇(ju)毒,在工(gong)作(zuo)過程中不允許有任何泄(xie)漏,應(ying)與安全閥串聯使用;
⑤. 工作壓(ya)力很低或很高(gao)時,選用安全(quan)閥則其(qi)制造比較困難(nan);
⑥. 當使用(yong)溫度較低而影(ying)響(xiang)安全閥工作特(te)性時(shi);
⑦. 需要較大泄放面積。
(3)對于一(yi)次(ci)性(xing)使用的管路系統(如開車吹掃的管路放空(kong)系統),爆(bao)破片的破裂不影響操(cao)作和生產(chan)的場合(he),設置爆(bao)破片。
(4)為減少(shao)爆破片破裂后(hou)的工藝介質的損失,可與安(an)全(quan)閥串聯使用。
(5)作為壓力容器的附加安全(quan)設施,可與安全(quan)閥(fa)并聯使用(yong),例如爆(bao)破(po)片僅用(yong)于火(huo)災(zai)情(qing)況下的超壓泄放。
(6)為增加異常工況(如火災等)下的泄放面積,爆破片可并聯使(shi)用。
(7)爆破片(pian)不適用于經常超壓和溫度(du)波動很大的場合。
五、爆破片選用程序
(1)確定被(bei)保護設(she)備或壓力管道(dao)系統是否需要設(she)置爆破片。
(2)根據工藝介(jie)質和操作(zuo)條件確(que)定爆破(po)片的(de)形式(shi)及材料(liao)。
(3)根據被保護管道系統的最(zui)高壓(ya)力(li)及選(xuan)用的爆(bao)(bao)破片(pian)形式,按標準(zhun)規范確定爆(bao)(bao)破片(pian)的最(zui)小標定爆(bao)(bao)破壓(ya)力(li),設計(ji)爆(bao)(bao)破壓(ya)力(li)。
(4)根據工藝條件(jian)、物理參數計算爆破(po)片的安全泄放量,選(xuan)定(ding)爆破(po)片的泄放面積和泄放口徑。
(5)填寫(xie)爆破片(pian)裝置(zhi)規格書,提供給材料采購專業,作為訂(ding)貨的(de)技(ji)術條(tiao)件。
