藥(yao)芯焊(han)絲(si)根(gen)據(ju)其內層填料中有無(wu)造(zao)渣劑,分為藥(yao)粉型(有造(zao)渣劑)焊(han)絲(si)和(he)金屬粉型(無(wu)造(zao)渣劑)焊(han)絲(si)兩(liang)種。


  有造(zao)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)劑的(de)(de)(de)按照渣(zha)(zha)(zha)的(de)(de)(de)堿度(du),可(ke)分為鈦(tai)(tai)型(xing)(xing)(酸性(xing)(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)(zha))、鈣鈦(tai)(tai)型(xing)(xing)(中性(xing)(xing)(xing)或(huo)弱堿性(xing)(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)(zha))和(he)鈣型(xing)(xing)(堿性(xing)(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)(zha))的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)絲。鈦(tai)(tai)型(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)成形美觀,可(ke)進行全位置焊(han)接(jie),電弧穩(wen)定,飛濺很少,焊(han)接(jie)工藝性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)優良,但(dan)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)的(de)(de)(de)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)抗(kang)裂性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)略差(cha)。鈣型(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)抗(kang)裂性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)優良,而焊(han)縫(feng)(feng)(feng)成形和(he)焊(han)接(jie)工藝性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)稍(shao)差(cha)。鈣鈦(tai)(tai)型(xing)(xing)渣(zha)(zha)(zha)系(xi)介于上述兩者之間(jian)。


  無(wu)造(zao)(zao)渣劑藥芯焊(han)(han)絲(si)的(de)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)工藝性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)類似于實(shi)心焊(han)(han)絲(si),其(qi)熔敷效(xiao)率(lv)和(he)抗裂(lie)(lie)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)優于有(you)造(zao)(zao)渣劑藥芯焊(han)(han)絲(si)。無(wu)造(zao)(zao)渣劑藥芯成(cheng)分中大(da)部分是金屬粉,還加入(ru)了特(te)殊的(de)穩弧(hu)劑,能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)保(bao)證焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)時(shi)造(zao)(zao)渣少(shao),效(xiao)率(lv)高(gao)(gao)、飛濺(jian)少(shao)和(he)電弧(hu)穩定等特(te)點。此外(wai),它還具有(you)焊(han)(han)縫擴散氫含(han)量低(di)的(de)特(te)點,能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)提高(gao)(gao)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)頭的(de)抗裂(lie)(lie)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)。據統計(ji),采用無(wu)造(zao)(zao)渣劑藥芯焊(han)(han)絲(si)施焊(han)(han)時(shi),其(qi)造(zao)(zao)渣量只(zhi)有(you)有(you)造(zao)(zao)渣劑焊(han)(han)絲(si)的(de)1/3,所以不需除(chu)渣就可進行(xing)連續多(duo)層(ceng)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(3~4層(ceng)),可大(da)大(da)提高(gao)(gao)焊(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)生產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)。
