1. 電(dian)刷鍍修復目的(de)物(wu)
航空上使(shi)用(yong)的1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼導管,在使(shi)用(yong)過程(cheng)中,表(biao)面(mian)產生劃(hua)傷、壓痕、腐蝕等(deng)損傷,當(dang)缺(que)陷深度在0.05mm以內時,經(jing)電刷鍍技術修(xiu)復后,鍍層(ceng)質(zhi)量完全滿足使(shi)用(yong)要求。
2. 工(gong)藝流程
除油→膠(jiao)帶粘貼→電凈→沖洗→2號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化液活(huo)(huo)(huo)化→沖洗→3號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化液活(huo)(huo)(huo)化→鍍特殊(shu)鎳打底層→沖洗→鍍高堆積堿銅(tong)作尺寸層→沖洗→修(xiu)光→鍍鎳-鎢(wu)-鈷合金(jin)工作層→沖洗→吹(chui)干。
3. 工藝條件
①. 鍍前預處理
用丙酮擦洗待鍍(du)表面及鄰近部(bu)位,用膠帶將鄰近部(bu)位粘貼保(bao)護好(hao),將工件夾持到車床上,在刷鍍(du)過程中(zhong),工件轉動(dong),鍍(du)筆不動(dong),工件和鍍(du)筆之間保(bao)持一定的相對運動(dong)速率。
②. 電凈
電(dian)(dian)凈溶(rong)液(ye)(ye)參見(jian)表4-42 1號(hao)電(dian)(dian)凈液(ye)(ye),工(gong)作電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)12V,電(dian)(dian)極(ji)連(lian)接(jie)是鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)接(jie)正極(ji),工(gong)件(jian)接(jie)負極(ji),鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)與工(gong)件(jian)的相對運動速(su)率9~12m/min.電(dian)(dian)凈時間30秒自(zi)來水(shui)沖洗干凈。
③. 活化(hua)
先用(yong)2號活(huo)(huo)化液活(huo)(huo)化,2號(hao)(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)液成分參見(jian)表(biao)4-43,再用(yong)3號(hao)(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)液活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)。3號(hao)(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)液成分參見(jian)表(biao)4-43.3號(hao)(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)液處理除去(qu)2號(hao)(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)液處理后在不銹鋼表(biao)面上表(biao)現的(de)(de)污物(殘(can)留炭(tan)),污物的(de)(de)存在降(jiang)低了打(da)底層(ceng)與(yu)(yu)基體的(de)(de)結(jie)合力(li),導致鍍(du)層(ceng)起(qi)皮(pi),脫落或(huo)鍍(du)不上。經3號(hao)(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)液活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)后,表(biao)面呈銀灰(hui)色(se),無(wu)(wu)黑斑,無(wu)(wu)掛水(shui)珠現象。工(gong)作電壓2號(hao)(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua) 10V,3號(hao)(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua) 18V, 電極(ji)連接方式(shi)是鍍(du)筆負極(ji),工(gong)件接正極(ji)。鍍(du)筆與(yu)(yu)工(gong)件的(de)(de)相對(dui)運動速率9~18m/min,活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)時間≤30秒,活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)后不必水(shui)洗直接刷鍍(du)。
④. 刷(shua)鍍特(te)殊鎳(nie)打底層
采用(yong)特(te)殊鎳作打底層,鎳層可提高鍍(du)(du)層與不銹鋼基體(ti)的(de)結(jie)合力(li),有利于承受較大的(de)負(fu)荷。特(te)殊鎳刷鍍(du)(du)液(ye)見表44.工(gong)(gong)作電壓10V,電按連接方式是(shi)鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)接正極,工(gong)(gong)件(jian)接負(fu)極;鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)與工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)相(xiang)對運動速率為(wei)9~12/min; 鍍(du)(du)液(ye)補充方式是(shi)鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)浸藍鍍(du)(du)液(ye);刷鍍(du)(du)時(shi)間為(wei)60~120s; 鍍(du)(du)層厚(hou)度為(wei)0.001~0.003m0m,自來(lai)水沖洗干凈。
⑤. 刷鍍厚沉積堿(jian)性(xing)銅作為尺寸(cun)層
厚沉積(ji)堿(jian)性銅具有較高的沉積(ji)速率,可(ke)獲得較厚的鍍(du)(du)(du)層,致密性好(hao),可(ke)填補溝槽。鍍(du)(du)(du)液厚沉積(ji)堿(jian)性銅成分見。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)壓(ya)為12V;電(dian)極連接(jie)方(fang)式是鍍(du)(du)(du)筆(bi)接(jie)正極,工(gong)(gong)件接(jie)負極;鍍(du)(du)(du)筆(bi)與工(gong)(gong)件的相對運動速率為9~18m/min;鍍(du)(du)(du)液補充方(fang)式是鍍(du)(du)(du)筆(bi)浸蘸鍍(du)(du)(du)液。一(yi)次鍍(du)(du)(du)成填平(ping)后,用自來水沖洗干凈。
⑥. 刷鍍鎳-鎢-鈷合金作工(gong)作層(ceng)
采用鎳(nie)-鎢-鈷合金(又稱鎳(nie)-鎢D合金)作工(gong)(gong)作層可提高導(dao)管表面鍍(du)層的耐磨(mo)性。鎳(nie)-鎢-鈷合金電刷鍍(du)液成(cheng)分。工(gong)(gong)作電壓為(wei)12V;電極(ji)連(lian)接方式是(shi)鍍(du)筆(bi)接正極(ji),工(gong)(gong)件(jian)接負極(ji);鍍(du)筆(bi)與工(gong)(gong)件(jian)的相對運動速率為(wei)9~18m/min;刷鍍(du)時間(jian)為(wei)5~10min;鍍(du)層厚度約為(wei)0.01mm.最后用自(zi)來水沖洗干凈,冷風吹干。
