1. 電刷鍍修復目的物
航(hang)空上使用的1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼導管(guan),在使用過程中(zhong),表面產生劃(hua)傷、壓痕(hen)、腐(fu)蝕(shi)等損(sun)傷,當缺陷深度(du)在0.05mm以內時,經電(dian)刷(shua)鍍技術修復后,鍍層質量完全(quan)滿足(zu)使用要求。
2. 工藝流程
除油(you)→膠帶粘貼→電凈→沖(chong)(chong)洗→2號活化(hua)液活化(hua)→沖(chong)(chong)洗→3號活化(hua)液活化(hua)→鍍特(te)殊鎳打底層→沖(chong)(chong)洗→鍍高堆積(ji)堿銅作尺寸層→沖(chong)(chong)洗→修光→鍍鎳-鎢-鈷(gu)合(he)金工作層→沖(chong)(chong)洗→吹干。
3. 工(gong)藝條件(jian)
①. 鍍前預處理
用(yong)丙(bing)酮擦洗待鍍(du)(du)表面及鄰近部位,用(yong)膠帶將(jiang)鄰近部位粘貼(tie)保護好,將(jiang)工(gong)件夾持到車床上,在(zai)刷鍍(du)(du)過程中(zhong),工(gong)件轉動(dong),鍍(du)(du)筆不動(dong),工(gong)件和(he)鍍(du)(du)筆之間保持一定的(de)相(xiang)對(dui)運動(dong)速率。
②. 電凈
電(dian)(dian)凈溶(rong)液參見表4-42 1號電(dian)(dian)凈液,工作電(dian)(dian)壓12V,電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)連接是鍍筆接正極(ji)(ji),工件(jian)接負(fu)極(ji)(ji),鍍筆與工件(jian)的(de)相對運動速率(lv)9~12m/min.電(dian)(dian)凈時間30秒自(zi)來水沖洗干凈。

③. 活化
先用2號活化液活化,2號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)成分參見表(biao)(biao)(biao)4-43,再用3號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)。3號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)成分參見表(biao)(biao)(biao)4-43.3號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)處理除去2號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)處理后在不(bu)(bu)銹鋼表(biao)(biao)(biao)面上表(biao)(biao)(biao)現的(de)污物(wu)(殘留炭),污物(wu)的(de)存在降低了打底層(ceng)與(yu)基體的(de)結(jie)合力,導(dao)致鍍層(ceng)起皮,脫落(luo)或鍍不(bu)(bu)上。經(jing)3號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)后,表(biao)(biao)(biao)面呈(cheng)銀灰色,無(wu)黑斑,無(wu)掛水珠現象。工(gong)作電(dian)壓2號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua) 10V,3號(hao)活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua) 18V, 電(dian)極連(lian)接(jie)方式是(shi)鍍筆(bi)負極,工(gong)件接(jie)正極。鍍筆(bi)與(yu)工(gong)件的(de)相對(dui)運動速率9~18m/min,活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)時間≤30秒,活(huo)(huo)(huo)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)后不(bu)(bu)必水洗直接(jie)刷(shua)鍍。

④. 刷鍍特殊鎳打底層
采用特殊鎳作打底層(ceng),鎳層(ceng)可提高(gao)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)層(ceng)與不銹鋼(gang)基體的結合力,有利于承受(shou)較(jiao)大的負(fu)荷(he)。特殊鎳刷(shua)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)液(ye)見表44.工作電壓(ya)10V,電按連接(jie)方式是鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)筆接(jie)正(zheng)極(ji),工件接(jie)負(fu)極(ji);鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)筆與工件的相對(dui)運動速率為9~12/min; 鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)液(ye)補(bu)充方式是鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)筆浸藍鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)液(ye);刷(shua)鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)時間(jian)為60~120s; 鍍(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)層(ceng)厚(hou)度為0.001~0.003m0m,自來水(shui)沖(chong)洗干凈。
⑤. 刷鍍厚沉積堿性銅(tong)作為尺寸層
厚(hou)(hou)沉(chen)積(ji)堿性銅具有較高的沉(chen)積(ji)速(su)率(lv),可(ke)獲得(de)較厚(hou)(hou)的鍍(du)(du)層,致(zhi)密性好,可(ke)填(tian)(tian)補溝槽。鍍(du)(du)液(ye)厚(hou)(hou)沉(chen)積(ji)堿性銅成分見。工作電壓(ya)為12V;電極(ji)(ji)(ji)連接(jie)(jie)方式是鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)接(jie)(jie)正極(ji)(ji)(ji),工件接(jie)(jie)負極(ji)(ji)(ji);鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)與工件的相對運動速(su)率(lv)為9~18m/min;鍍(du)(du)液(ye)補充方式是鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)浸蘸鍍(du)(du)液(ye)。一次鍍(du)(du)成填(tian)(tian)平后,用自來水沖洗干凈。
⑥. 刷鍍鎳-鎢-鈷(gu)合金(jin)作工作層(ceng)
采用鎳(nie)-鎢-鈷合金(又稱鎳(nie)-鎢D合金)作工(gong)(gong)(gong)作層可提高導(dao)管表面鍍(du)(du)層的耐磨性。鎳(nie)-鎢-鈷合金電刷鍍(du)(du)液(ye)成分。工(gong)(gong)(gong)作電壓為(wei)12V;電極(ji)(ji)連(lian)接方式是鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)接正極(ji)(ji),工(gong)(gong)(gong)件接負(fu)極(ji)(ji);鍍(du)(du)筆(bi)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)件的相對運動速率為(wei)9~18m/min;刷鍍(du)(du)時間(jian)為(wei)5~10min;鍍(du)(du)層厚度約為(wei)0.01mm.最后用自來(lai)水沖洗干(gan)凈,冷風吹(chui)干(gan)。
