1. 電刷鍍錫目(mu)的(de)物


 15Cr11MoVA不銹鋼(gang)套筒是汽輪(lun)機(ji)組(zu)上的(de)重要(yao)(yao)零件。由于它在高溫、高壓下(xia)長期工作,因而(er)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)它的(de)內(nei)部(bu)(bu)表面(mian)和(he)小孔具(ju)(ju)有高強度(du),高的(de)抗蝕性(xing)和(he)耐磨(mo)性(xing),而(er)外部(bu)(bu)表面(mian)則要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)具(ju)(ju)有良好的(de)可加工性(xing)。為了滿(man)足這些要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),對套筒內(nei)表面(mian)和(he)小孔要(yao)(yao)進行氮(dan)化處(chu)理(li),而(er)對其外部(bu)(bu)表面(mian)應采取(qu)鍍錫防(fang)滲氮(dan)措施。



2. 電刷鍍錫工藝流程(cheng)


  電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)見(jian)表4-42中的 1號電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)液(ye),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)16V,時間(jian)為電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)至(zhi)表面均(jun)勻(yun)潤濕不掛(gua)水(shui)(shui)(shui)珠為止)→水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖洗→活(huo)化(hua)(活(huo)化(hua)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)成(cheng)分硫酸(suan) 80g/L,硫酸(suan)銨110g/L,電(dian)(dian)壓為+12V,反接(jie)(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件接(jie)(jie)正極(ji),鍍筆接(jie)(jie)負極(ji),表面活(huo)化(hua)至(zhi)均(jun)勻(yun)淺灰色(se)后(hou),變電(dian)(dian)壓為-12V,正接(jie)(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件接(jie)(jie)負極(ji),表面活(huo)化(hua)至(zhi)均(jun)勻(yun)較深(shen)灰色(se)為止)→水(shui)(shui)(shui)沖洗→刷鍍錫(xi)[鍍錫(xi)溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)成(cheng)分參見(jian)4.9.12之(3),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)壓 3~7V,溫度室溫,陽極(ji)與工(gong)(gong)件之間(jian)的相對運動速率為15~16m/min,錫(xi)層(ceng)厚度為 6~7μm]→水(shui)(shui)(shui)→中和(用電(dian)(dian)凈(jing)液(ye)無(wu)電(dian)(dian)擦技(ji))→熱水(shui)(shui)(shui)授泡(溫度 50℃熱水(shui)(shui)(shui),時間(jian)5min)→干燥(zao)→氨化(hua)(鍍錫(xi)后(hou)3天內)。
