1. 電刷(shua)鍍錫目的物


 15Cr11MoVA不銹(xiu)鋼套(tao)筒(tong)是汽輪機組上的重要(yao)零件。由于(yu)它(ta)在高溫(wen)、高壓下長期工作,因而要(yao)求它(ta)的內部表(biao)面(mian)和小孔具有(you)高強度,高的抗蝕性和耐磨性,而外部表(biao)面(mian)則要(yao)求具有(you)良好的可加工性。為了(le)滿(man)足這(zhe)些要(yao)求,對套(tao)筒(tong)內表(biao)面(mian)和小孔要(yao)進(jin)行氮(dan)化處理,而對其(qi)外部表(biao)面(mian)應(ying)采(cai)取(qu)鍍錫防(fang)滲氮(dan)措施。



2. 電(dian)刷鍍錫工藝流(liu)程


  電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)溶(rong)液見表4-42中(zhong)的(de) 1號(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)液,工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)16V,時(shi)間(jian)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)至(zhi)表面(mian)均(jun)勻潤(run)濕(shi)不掛水珠(zhu)為止)→水沖洗→活(huo)(huo)化(hua)(活(huo)(huo)化(hua)溶(rong)液成(cheng)分硫酸 80g/L,硫酸銨110g/L,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為+12V,反接(jie),即(ji)工件(jian)接(jie)正極(ji)(ji),鍍(du)筆接(jie)負(fu)極(ji)(ji),表面(mian)活(huo)(huo)化(hua)至(zhi)均(jun)勻淺灰(hui)色后(hou),變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為-12V,正接(jie),即(ji)工件(jian)接(jie)負(fu)極(ji)(ji),表面(mian)活(huo)(huo)化(hua)至(zhi)均(jun)勻較(jiao)深(shen)灰(hui)色為止)→水沖洗→刷鍍(du)錫(xi)[鍍(du)錫(xi)溶(rong)液成(cheng)分參(can)見4.9.12之(3),工作(zuo)(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya) 3~7V,溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度室(shi)溫(wen)(wen)(wen),陽極(ji)(ji)與工件(jian)之間(jian)的(de)相對運動速(su)率為15~16m/min,錫(xi)層(ceng)厚度為 6~7μm]→水→中(zhong)和(用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)液無(wu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)擦技(ji))→熱水授泡(溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度 50℃熱水,時(shi)間(jian)5min)→干燥→氨(an)化(hua)(鍍(du)錫(xi)后(hou)3天(tian)內)。
