在半球(qiu)形(xing)或(huo)圓頂形(xing)工件沖(chong)(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)成型時(shi),由于坯料(liao)在沖(chong)(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong),金屬的(de)大部分表面(mian)是不與沖(chong)(chong)(chong)模表面(mian)相(xiang)接(jie)觸(chu)的(de),為此應特(te)別注(zhu)意坯料(liao)夾緊(jin)力(li)的(de)大小(xiao)是否合(he)適,以避免在沖(chong)(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)過程(cheng)中(zhong)產生皺折。很明顯,在沖(chong)(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)開始時(shi)只(zhi)有(you)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)頭端部與工件表面(mian)接(jie)觸(chu),而(er)只(zhi)有(you)在沖(chong)(chong)(chong)頭下(xia)降(jiang)至足(zu)夠深時(shi),沖(chong)(chong)(chong)頭的(de)整個表面(mian)才能(neng)夠與工件全部接(jie)觸(chu)。
在成型時(shi),有時(shi)可以(yi)采用(yong)小規格的沖頭先(xian)進行預(yu)成型沖壓(ya),然后(hou)再換用(yong)應(ying)采用(yong)的圓頂(ding)沖頭進行最終(zhong)沖壓(ya)成型,如(ru)圖4-27所示。
在圖4-27所示的(de)(de)真空(kong)瓶(ping)頂(ding)蓋成(cheng)型加工中,關鍵一步是半球形(xing)頂(ding)蓋大(da)端的(de)(de)臺肩(jian)成(cheng)型。這個臺肩(jian)的(de)(de)階梯形(xing)內(nei)徑(jing)必(bi)須(xu)與(yu)真空(kong)瓶(ping)殼(ke)體精確吻(wen)合(he)。頂(ding)蓋小(xiao)端的(de)(de)沖孔也必(bi)須(xu)精確成(cheng)型,以便與(yu)內(nei)容器(qi)的(de)(de)嘴部相配(pei)合(he)。
加工瓶蓋所用的原料是寬為288.925mm、厚為1.067mm的退火06Cr19Ni10(304)型不銹鋼帶。
沖切設備是一臺帶(dai)有彈簧壓力墊的(de)單行程機(ji)械式沖壓機(ji)。從(cong)帶(dai)鋼上沖剪下直(zhi)徑為282.575mm的(de)坯(pi)料(liao)后,所剩余的(de)邊角(jiao)料(liao)每邊寬度僅為3.175mm.
第一次(ci)沖壓(ya)(ya)是在一臺(tai)250噸往復式機械沖壓(ya)(ya)機上完成的(de)(de)(de)(de),所(suo)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖頭直徑(jing)為(wei)82.55mm.所(suo)以,此時(shi)大部(bu)分半(ban)球形(xing)蓋的(de)(de)(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)是處于自(zi)由延(yan)伸狀態,見圖4-27(a)。因此,這就需要精(jing)心控制坯(pi)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)緊力(li),以防止折疊(die)和皺(zhou)折的(de)(de)(de)(de)產生。每批鋼材的(de)(de)(de)(de)坯(pi)料(liao)夾具壓(ya)(ya)力(li),必(bi)須(xu)每次(ci)對其進行精(jing)心調(diao)整(zheng),其變(bian)化(hua)范圍(wei)為(wei)0.562~0.70kg/m㎡.沖模的(de)(de)(de)(de)圓角半(ban)徑(jing)也必(bi)須(xu)嚴(yan)格加(jia)以控制,應為(wei)坯(pi)料(liao)厚(hou)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)5.2倍。第一次(ci)沖壓(ya)(ya)成型出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)半(ban)成品杯形(xing)工件的(de)(de)(de)(de)直徑(jing)為(wei)174.625mm,并帶(dai)有一個(ge)直徑(jing)為(wei)234.95mm的(de)(de)(de)(de)凸(tu)緣。
第二次(ci)沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)也是在250t的往復(fu)式(shi)沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)上完成的。它所使用(yong)(yong)的沖(chong)頭(tou)(tou)形狀(zhuang)與所要求(qiu)的工件內(nei)輪廓相同(tong)。當(dang)沖(chong)頭(tou)(tou)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制行(xing)進到(dao)頂點(dian)時(shi)(半(ban)球形頂蓋(gai)底(di)部(bu)開口處的臺(tai)肩也可(ke)同(tong)時(shi)成型),見圖4-27(b).本(ben)工序采用(yong)(yong)的是直段拉伸(shen)成型,使底(di)部(bu)呈半(ban)圓(yuan)形。臺(tai)階上方的金屬有(you)部(bu)分是用(yong)(yong)第一次(ci)沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)所留的凸緣經再(zai)次(ci)沖(chong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)成型的。
在第三道(dao)工(gong)(gong)序中,進(jin)行(xing)半球形(xing)頂(ding)部沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)工(gong)(gong)序,并在孔(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de)周圍形(xing)成內部拉伸凸(tu)緣。這些工(gong)(gong)作是(shi)在彈簧支撐的(de)(de)沖(chong)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)模上完(wan)成的(de)(de)。在沖(chong)切(qie)坯料時(shi),該沖(chong)模具有足夠的(de)(de)拉力,然后用沖(chong)頭的(de)(de)邊緣部位進(jin)行(xing)再次成型,見圖(tu)4-27(c).最后,沖(chong)壓(ya)成型完(wan)成[見圖(tu)4-27(d)]。工(gong)(gong)件的(de)(de)兩端還需(xu)在車(che)床上進(jin)行(xing)精加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。至此,真空瓶頂(ding)蓋的(de)(de)半球形(xing)成型就(jiu)全部完(wan)成了。
