馬氏體(ti)低溫(wen)用(yong)鋼(gang)主(zhu)要是指制(zhi)造、運(yun)輸及(ji)儲存液化(hua)氣體(ti)的(de)機械設備(bei)、超導設備(bei)、核聚變反應設備(bei)等所用(yong)的(de)超高強度(du)(du)、超低溫(wen)材料。這里只涉及(ji)常壓(ya)下液化(hua)溫(wen)度(du)(du)在(zai)-103℃以下的(de)常用(yong)氣體(ti)(乙烯:-103℃;天然氣:-165℃;氧(yang):-183℃;空氣:-190℃;氮:-196℃;氫(qing):-253℃;氯:-269℃)及(ji)一些液化(hua)溫(wen)度(du)(du)在(zai)-180--80℃之間(jian)的(de)碳氫(qing)化(hua)合(he)物(如甲烷(wan)、乙烷(wan))等所用(yong)的(de)高合(he)金細晶粒鐵(tie)素體(ti)鋼(gang)。
作為低(di)溫(wen)用鋼,應具(ju)有如(ru)下(xia)(xia)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng):低(di)溫(wen)下(xia)(xia)組織穩(wen)定,不產生相變,以保(bao)持力學性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)及物理性(xing)(xing)較為穩(wen)定;有良好的(de)低(di)溫(wen)韌性(xing)(xing):良好的(de)焊接性(xing)(xing)和(he)加工性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng);有時還有其(qi)他特殊要(yao)求,如(ru)無磁(ci)性(xing)(xing)等。
9%Ni鋼(gang)(gang)是低(di)碳馬氏體型低(di)溫(wen)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang),作為液化(hua)天(tian)然氣(LNG)及液氨用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang),已被(bei)世界各國普遍采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong),其使用(yong)(yong)(yong)溫(wen)度(du)可達-196℃。

鋼(gang)中(zhong)鎳(nie)含(han)量(liang)(liang)對(dui)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)有很大影(ying)響,隨(sui)著鎳(nie)含(han)量(liang)(liang)的(de)提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao),脆性(xing)(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian),溫(wen)度不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)下(xia)降,而(er)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)。鋼(gang)中(zhong)碳(tan)含(han)量(liang)(liang)增大,其韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)下(xia)降,低(di)溫(wen)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)溫(wen)度升高(gao)(gao)(gao),焊接性(xing)(xing)(xing)惡(e)化(hua)。鋼(gang)中(zhong)硅是(shi)重要的(de)脫氧(yang)劑(ji),但又容易形成(cheng)夾雜(za)物而(er)危害韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)。錳可(ke)以(yi)細化(hua)晶(jing)粒,又可(ke)提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)Mn/C比,提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing),降低(di)低(di)溫(wen)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)溫(wen)度。氧(yang)是(shi)降低(di)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing)、提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)低(di)溫(wen)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)溫(wen)度的(de)元素,因此必須控制。磷不(bu)(bu)僅與氧(yang)有類似的(de)作用,即降低(di)韌(ren)性(xing)(xing)(xing),提(ti)(ti)(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)脆性(xing)(xing)(xing)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)溫(wen)度,而(er)且還惡(e)化(hua)焊接性(xing)(xing)(xing),所以(yi)必須嚴格(ge)控制。
