浙江至德鋼業有限公司 Φ57mm×4mm不銹(xiu)鋼管 V形坡口水平固定對接焊焊接參數選用見表4-6。

由于(yu)不銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)內部很難(nan)設置墊板,為保證焊縫(feng)根部質量,可采用可熔(rong)鑲(xiang)(xiang)塊(kuai)。采用可熔(rong)鑲(xiang)(xiang)塊(kuai)時(shi)的坡(po)口(kou)形式及尺寸如(ru)圖(tu)4-13所示。

不銹鋼管(guan)(guan)裝配(pei)留(liu)好預(yu)定(ding)(ding)(ding)間隙后,在(zai)管(guan)(guan)子圓周(zhou)的時鐘位(wei)(wei)置2點和(he)10點兩處(chu)焊(han)(han)接定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(圖4-14(a))或在(zai)時鐘12點處(chu)一(yi)點定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)(圖4-14(b)).定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫長度5~10mm,厚(hou)度3mm左右,定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫要求(qiu)焊(han)(han)透,將成(cheng)為正式(shi)焊(han)(han)縫的一(yi)部分。定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫不允許存在(zai)氣孔、夾(jia)渣、夾(jia)鎢、未(wei)焊(han)(han)透、未(wei)熔合(he)、裂紋等(deng)焊(han)(han)接缺陷,否(fou)則應(ying)把定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫打(da)磨掉,重(zhong)新(xin)定(ding)(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)。

定(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)縫的(de)焊(han)(han)(han)接有兩(liang)種(zhong)手(shou)法:第(di)一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)是用斷續填(tian)(tian)絲(si)法,在(zai)(zai)(zai)管(guan)子的(de)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce)(ce)坡(po)(po)口面(mian)(mian)上(shang)引(yin)弧(hu)(hu),再(zai)把(ba)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)拉(la)至始焊(han)(han)(han)部(bu)(bu)位,焊(han)(han)(han)槍做(zuo)橫(heng)(heng)向擺(bai)(bai)動,待根部(bu)(bu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化出(chu)現熔(rong)(rong)(rong)孔時,在(zai)(zai)(zai)左右側(ce)(ce)(ce)根部(bu)(bu)交替(ti)填(tian)(tian)充(chong)一(yi)(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di),焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)隨著焊(han)(han)(han)槍的(de)擺(bai)(bai)動,斷續地、有節奏地向熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池前沿填(tian)(tian)充(chong),達到(dao)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)長度后(hou),在(zai)(zai)(zai)坡(po)(po)口面(mian)(mian)的(de)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce)(ce)收弧(hu)(hu);第(di)二種(zhong)是用連續填(tian)(tian)絲(si)法,在(zai)(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce)(ce)坡(po)(po)口面(mian)(mian)處引(yin)弧(hu)(hu),然(ran)后(hou)把(ba)電(dian)弧(hu)(hu)拉(la)至始焊(han)(han)(han)部(bu)(bu)位,焊(han)(han)(han)槍做(zuo)橫(heng)(heng)向擺(bai)(bai)動,待引(yin)弧(hu)(hu)處金屬(shu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化時,連續填(tian)(tian)絲(si)進行焊(han)(han)(han)接。焊(han)(han)(han)絲(si)端部(bu)(bu)的(de)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)始終(zhong)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池相連,達到(dao)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)長度后(hou),在(zai)(zai)(zai)坡(po)(po)口面(mian)(mian)的(de)一(yi)(yi)側(ce)(ce)(ce)收弧(hu)(hu)。
焊接不銹鋼(gang)管必須向管內通氬氣,以防止反面合金元素氧化、燒損,降低耐腐蝕性。一種管子焊接的充氬裝置是:在管子的兩端加上端蓋,端蓋上用彈簧鋼絲把端蓋固定在管子的兩端,形成管子內部保護腔。進氣端的端蓋上設一氣閥,與氬氣瓶相連,氬氣從側面充入管內;在出氣端的端蓋上鉆一個直徑2mm的小孔(側面),以便氣體流出。
焊前(qian)必(bi)須提起向(xiang)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼管內通(tong)氬氣(qi),要待(dai)管內空氣(qi)完全排除后(hou)再(zai)焊接(jie)。焊接(jie)過(guo)程中要不(bu)停地向(xiang)管內通(tong)氬氣(qi),焊縫即將封閉時,關斷氬氣(qi)源。
打底焊時,為了保證焊縫(feng)根部(bu)的質(zhi)量,通常采(cai)用內填(tian)絲法焊接,將(jiang)焊絲從(cong)接頭裝(zhuang)配間隙中(zhong)穿入不(bu)銹鋼管內部(bu)填(tian)絲,如圖4-15所(suo)示。焊絲在(zai)一(yi)側坡口(kou)面(mian)上引弧,然后把電弧移(yi)至時鐘6點位置(zhi),待坡口(kou)根部(bu)熔(rong)(rong)化出現(xian)熔(rong)(rong)孔時,左(zuo)右(you)兩側各填(tian)充一(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di),當(dang)這兩滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di)連在(zai)一(yi)起,在(zai)熔(rong)(rong)池前方(fang)出現(xian)熔(rong)(rong)孔,此時隨(sui)即將(jiang)焊絲緊(jin)貼根部(bu)填(tian)充一(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)滴(di),焊槍略做(zuo)橫向擺(bai)動,使焊絲填(tian)充的熔(rong)(rong)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)合(he)在(zai)一(yi)起,成(cheng)為焊縫(feng)。如此往(wang)復循環,成(cheng)為一(yi)條連續的焊縫(feng)。

仰焊部位的操作如圖(tu)4-16所(suo)示。

為了避免在仰焊(han)部位焊(han)縫反面產(chan)生內(nei)凹,焊(han)絲(si)要緊貼熔合(he)處的(de)根部,使焊(han)絲(si)直(zhi)接送入管子內(nei)壁(bi)。
立焊(han)部位的操作如圖(tu)4-17所示。
此(ci)時焊槍和焊絲沿著(zhu)管壁逐漸往上移動(dong),焊絲端部只要(yao)填充到熔合根部即可。
焊(han)至爬坡焊(han)部(bu)位時(shi),由于管(guan)子溫度已經很高(gao),因此,應將焊(han)絲端部(bu)稍微離開熔合根部(bu),以免反面焊(han)縫產生(sheng)焊(han)瘤。
焊(han)(han)至距定(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫根(gen)部(bu)3~5mm時,為了保(bao)證接頭焊(han)(han)透,焊(han)(han)槍應(ying)畫個圈(quan),把定(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫根(gen)部(bu)熔化,但(dan)不填焊(han)(han)絲(si),施(shi)焊(han)(han)10mm左右在一(yi)側坡口面收弧。
管子后半圈(quan)的操作與前(qian)半圈(quan)相同。
蓋面(mian)焊(han)(han)(han)的操(cao)作是在打(da)底(di)焊(han)(han)(han)道(dao)上引弧后,于時(shi)鐘6點(dian)位(wei)(wei)置開始起(qi)焊(han)(han)(han),焊(han)(han)(han)槍做月牙形(xing)或鋸(ju)齒形(xing)擺動(dong),將坡口(kou)邊緣(yuan)打(da)底(di)焊(han)(han)(han)道(dao)表面(mian)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化,形(xing)成熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池。焊(han)(han)(han)絲與焊(han)(han)(han)槍同步擺動(dong),在坡口(kou)兩(liang)側稍作停頓,各稍加(jia)一滴熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴,保證熔(rong)(rong)(rong)合良好。在仰焊(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)每次(ci)填充的金屬(shu)要(yao)適當少些,以免(mian)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)敷(fu)金屬(shu)下墜。立焊(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)操(cao)作時(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)槍的擺動(dong)頻率(lv)要(yao)適當加(jia)快(kuai),以防熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化金屬(shu)下淌。平焊(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)操(cao)作時(shi),每次(ci)填充的金屬(shu)要(yao)多些,以防平焊(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)縫不飽滿。
收弧時采用電流衰減法收弧。蓋面焊縫封閉后,要繼續向前施焊10mm左右,并逐漸減少焊絲的填充量,以免收弧部位產生弧坑裂紋和縮孔,并且氬氣流的冷卻作用有助于防止產生晶間(jian)腐蝕。
