管殼式換(huan)熱器(qi)又稱(cheng)列(lie)管式換(huan)熱器(qi)。是(shi)以封(feng)閉在殼體(ti)中管束的壁面作為傳熱面的間壁式換(huan)熱器(qi)。這種換(huan)熱器(qi)結構(gou)較簡單,操(cao)作可(ke)靠,可(ke)用(yong)各種結構(gou)材料(主要是(shi)金屬材料)制造,能在高(gao)溫(wen)、高(gao)壓下使用(yong),是(shi)目前應用(yong)最(zui)廣的類型。


  管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)殼(ke)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)由殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)、傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)、管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)、折(zhe)流(liu)板(ban)(ban)(擋(dang)板(ban)(ban))和(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱等(deng)部件組成。殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)多為(wei)圓筒形,內部裝有管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)兩(liang)端固(gu)定(ding)在管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)上(shang),而管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)又與(yu)外(wai)殼(ke)連接(jie)在一起(qi)。進行換(huan)熱(re)(re)的冷、熱(re)(re)兩(liang)種(zhong)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti),一種(zhong)在管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內流(liu)動,稱(cheng)為(wei)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti);另一種(zhong)在管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)流(liu)動,稱(cheng)為(wei)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)。為(wei)提高(gao)(gao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外(wai)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)膜(mo)系數,通(tong)常在殼(ke)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內安裝若干擋(dang)板(ban)(ban)。擋(dang)板(ban)(ban)可提高(gao)(gao)殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)速度,迫使流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)按規定(ding)路程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)多次橫向通(tong)過管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu),增強流(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)湍流(liu)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)度。圖7.2(a)為(wei)最(zui)簡單的單殼(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)單管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)。管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)殼(ke)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)按結構特點分為(wei)固(gu)定(ding)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、浮(fu)頭式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、U形管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、填函式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)、雙(shuang)重管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)和(he)雙(shuang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)板(ban)(ban)換(huan)熱(re)(re)器(qi)等(deng),前3種(zhong)應用(yong)比較普遍。

  管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)殼式換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)由許多(duo)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子組(zu)成,管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)構成換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱面。為(wei)了(le)增(zeng)加(jia)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)在(zai)(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外空間的(de)(de)(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)速,以提高換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)殼程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱膜系數(shu)(shu),改善換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)熱情況(kuang),在(zai)(zai)筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)內間隔安裝了(le)許多(duo)折流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)擋板(ban)。換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)殼體(ti)(ti)(ti)和(he)兩側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)上(shang)(shang)(對(dui)于(yu)偶數(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),則(ze)在(zai)(zai)一(yi)(yi)側(ce))開有流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)進出口(kou),有時(shi)還在(zai)(zai)其上(shang)(shang)裝設檢查孔,為(wei)安置儀表用的(de)(de)(de)(de)接(jie)口(kou)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、排(pai)液孔和(he)排(pai)氣孔等。在(zai)(zai)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)中(zhong),一(yi)(yi)種流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)從一(yi)(yi)側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(成為(wei)前管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang))流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)進管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)子里,經(jing)另一(yi)(yi)側(ce)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)(成為(wei)后管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang))流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)出(對(dui)奇數(shu)(shu)單(dan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)),或繞(rao)過管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang),流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)回進口(kou)側(ce)前管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)箱(xiang)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)出(對(dui)偶數(shu)(shu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)),流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)每通過管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)一(yi)(yi)次稱(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)。另一(yi)(yi)種流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)從筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)進出換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)體(ti)(ti)(ti),流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)經(jing)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)束(shu)(shu)外,每通過殼體(ti)(ti)(ti)一(yi)(yi)次稱(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)殼程(cheng)(cheng)。圖7.2(c)所示為(wei)二(er)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)、單(dan)殼程(cheng)(cheng),工程(cheng)(cheng)上(shang)(shang)稱(cheng)為(wei)1-2型(xing)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)(此處1表示殼程(cheng)(cheng)數(shu)(shu),2表示管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)程(cheng)(cheng)數(shu)(shu))。同樣,在(zai)(zai)換(huan)(huan)熱器(qi)筒體(ti)(ti)(ti)內加(jia)縱向擋板(ban)也能得(de)到(dao)多(duo)殼程(cheng)(cheng)結構,見圖7.2(b)。
