據(ju)悉,寶鋼德盛不銹鋼技術中心全自動(dong)快分系(xi)統自2021年4月陸續開始設備進廠安裝調試(shi)以來,克服各(ge)種困難完成(cheng)了自動(dong)化系(xi)統集成(cheng)工作,經過(guo)各(ge)子系(xi)統的單獨(du)運(yun)行考(kao)核(he),已(yi)于2022年3月底開始上線(xian)試(shi)運(yun)行。
該(gai)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要由全自動(dong)風動(dong)送樣(yang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、制(zhi)樣(yang)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、分析(xi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、數據(ju)傳(chuan)輸系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)配套(tao)單元及軟件(jian)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)等(deng)組(zu)成(cheng)。整套(tao)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)采(cai)用全自動(dong)運行模式,對接4臺直讀光(guang)譜儀和(he)2臺熒光(guang)分析(xi)儀。從樣(yang)品(pin)登記進入(ru)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)后,系(xi)統(tong)(tong)自動(dong)完(wan)成(cheng)樣(yang)品(pin)傳(chuan)送,傳(chuan)送至實驗室收(shou)發柜后樣(yang)盒自動(dong)開蓋進而完(wan)成(cheng)制(zhi)樣(yang)、判斷、分析(xi)、存檔、數據(ju)管理和(he)上傳(chuan)等(deng)功能,全程實現自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)、無(wu)人化(hua)(hua)。
該系統主要承(cheng)擔煉(lian)鋼東區(qu)、高(gao)爐(lu)生產過程中(zhong)樣品的快速分(fen)(fen)析(xi)任(ren)務,由上(shang)海立潤機電設(she)備(bei)有限公司制(zhi)(zhi)造和(he)集成(cheng),其中(zhong),關鍵分(fen)(fen)析(xi)設(she)備(bei)采用賽默飛世(shi)爾的ARL8860直讀(du)光(guang)(guang)譜(pu)儀(yi)和(he)ARL9900熒光(guang)(guang)分(fen)(fen)析(xi)儀(yi),并配套(tao)專用的SMS3500控制(zhi)(zhi)系統,保證分(fen)(fen)析(xi)精度。
系統包括十五套風動(dong)(dong)送(song)(song)樣(yang)(yang)(yang),管道(dao)總長達7200米,實(shi)現4#高爐、AOD、VOD、BOF、LF、CC等多工位(wei)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品直送(song)(song)實(shi)驗(yan)室,完全取代人工送(song)(song)樣(yang)(yang)(yang);樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品到(dao)站后自動(dong)(dong)接(jie)樣(yang)(yang)(yang),試樣(yang)(yang)(yang)炮彈開蓋,樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品冷卻后經(jing)皮(pi)帶傳送(song)(song)至3500系統,3500機械手將樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品傳送(song)(song)至相應的制樣(yang)(yang)(yang)及分析設備,自動(dong)(dong)識別(bie)樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品加工效果,實(shi)現標(biao)(biao)準選(xuan)點激發動(dong)(dong)作(zuo),保(bao)證(zheng)分析條件一致(zhi)性,提高分析精度;樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品分析數據經(jing)Lims實(shi)驗(yan)室數據管理系統返回至委托單元,同(tong)時樣(yang)(yang)(yang)品經(jing)皮(pi)帶傳送(song)(song)至激光自動(dong)(dong)打標(biao)(biao)存檔單元。
系統上線試運行后,已陸續完成Q195、Q235、410不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)、430不銹鋼、304不銹(xiu)鋼等多鋼種的日常分析任務,分析人員只需在主控臺上查看,無需手動接樣、制樣、分析,工作強度大幅度下降;技術團隊目前集中精力跟蹤自動化運行,期望在滿足國家標準規定分析精度的基礎上,力爭與太鋼的分析精度相當,分析時間碳鋼≤180s、不銹鋼≤210s,自動化可開動率≥99.5%,更好的服務生產現場。
