1. 紐(niu)扣電(dian)(dian)池和(he)電(dian)(dian)池殼體


一般的(de)(de)干電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)為錳(meng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)或堿電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),其(qi)殼體使用(yong)表面處理(li)鋼材(cai)再(zai)經過涂裝即(ji)可,而電(dian)(dian)(dian)子精密儀(yi)器(qi)所使用(yong)的(de)(de)紐扣(kou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)用(yong)材(cai),處于(yu)表面處理(li)鋼板(ban)和不銹鋼鋼板(ban)的(de)(de)競爭的(de)(de)狀態。在紐扣(kou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)中,有堿電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)、氧化(hua)銀電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)、二氧化(hua)錳(meng)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)和空氣鋅電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)等(deng)各種類型電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。


不銹(xiu)鋼具有耐腐(fu)蝕性(xing),適合制作電(dian)池殼體(ti)。但由于耐腐(fu)蝕的(de)(de)氧化(hua)(hua)膜而(er)使(shi)導電(dian)性(xing)惡(e)化(hua)(hua),因此多(duo)使(shi)用(yong)鍍鎳(nie)的(de)(de)表面處(chu)理(li)鋼(gang)板。不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)亦可以用(yong)于廉價的(de)(de)玩(wan)具類產品(pin),但在高性(xing)能(neng)產品(pin)中(zhong),則使(shi)用(yong)鍍鎳(nie)的(de)(de)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)。在電(dian)池種(zhong)類當中(zhong),氧化(hua)(hua)銀電(dian)池,二氧化(hua)(hua)錳鋰電(dian)池應用(yong)較廣(guang)。鍍鎳(nie)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)的(de)(de)代(dai)表型鋼(gang)種(zhong)SUS304鍍鎳(nie)后,使(shi)用(yong)者(zhe)較多(duo)。最(zui)近為(wei)了降(jiang)低生產成本,轉為(wei)使(shi)用(yong)鐵(tie)素體(ti)系列的(de)(de)SUS430不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)鍍鎳(nie)。


 2. 鋰離子電池殼(ke)體

 大型(xing)鋰離子(zi)電(dian)池,曾以NEDO為(wei)中心(xin),聯合電(dian)池生產廠家參與(yu),分別開(kai)發了(le)移動型(xing)和定置型(xing)。圓柱(zhu)形(xing)和長方(fang)體形(xing)的(de)電(dian)池殼(ke)體,使用(yong)(yong)(yong)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)材料(liao)。圓柱(zhu)形(xing)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)激光焊接(jie)制(zhi)造殼(ke)體,長方(fang)體形(xing)則采用(yong)(yong)(yong)超深拉深工(gong)藝(yi)進(jin)行(xing)加(jia)工(gong),而(er)盒蓋(gai)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)激光焊接(jie)進(jin)行(xing)接(jie)合。雖然正處于開(kai)發階(jie)段,但已經決(jue)定在(zai)(zai)2010年在(zai)(zai)主力客機波音789上(shang),裝設這種鋰離子(zi)電(dian)池。所(suo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)種為(wei)SUS304、SUS304L不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang),板厚為(wei)0.6-0.8mm,在(zai)(zai)常溫下利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)多道工(gong)序(xu)沖(chong)壓成形(xing)。期望在(zai)(zai)市區內行(xing)駛的(de)電(dian)力驅動而(er)在(zai)(zai)郊區是使用(yong)(yong)(yong)汽油作為(wei)燃料(liao)進(jin)行(xing)驅動的(de)兩種動力汽車,或電(dian)動汽車上(shang),作為(wei)二次電(dian)池,在(zai)(zai)實用(yong)(yong)(yong)化方(fang)面取得了(le)顯(xian)著進(jin)展。從鍍層(ceng)鋼(gang)(gang)板到不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)的(de)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)化的(de)重點(dian)是加(jia)工(gong)性和耐腐蝕性。
