1. 紐(niu)扣(kou)電池和電池殼體


一般的干電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)為錳(meng)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)或堿(jian)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),其殼體使(shi)(shi)用(yong)表面處理鋼(gang)材(cai)再經過涂裝即(ji)可,而電(dian)子精(jing)密儀器所使(shi)(shi)用(yong)的紐扣電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)用(yong)材(cai),處于表面處理鋼(gang)板和(he)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)鋼(gang)板的競爭的狀(zhuang)態(tai)。在(zai)紐扣電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)中,有堿(jian)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)、氧(yang)化(hua)銀電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)、二(er)氧(yang)化(hua)錳(meng)鋰電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)和(he)空氣(qi)鋅電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)等各種(zhong)類(lei)型電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。


不銹(xiu)鋼具(ju)(ju)有(you)耐腐蝕性,適合制作電(dian)池殼(ke)體(ti)。但(dan)由于耐腐蝕的(de)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)膜而使(shi)(shi)導電(dian)性惡化(hua)(hua)(hua),因此多使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)鍍鎳的(de)表面(mian)處理(li)鋼(gang)板。不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)亦可以用(yong)(yong)于廉價的(de)玩(wan)具(ju)(ju)類(lei)產品,但(dan)在高性能產品中,則使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)鍍鎳的(de)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)。在電(dian)池種(zhong)類(lei)當中,氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)銀電(dian)池,二氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)錳鋰電(dian)池應用(yong)(yong)較廣(guang)。鍍鎳不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)的(de)代表型鋼(gang)種(zhong)SUS304鍍鎳后,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)者較多。最(zui)近為了降(jiang)低生產成本,轉(zhuan)為使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)鐵素體(ti)系列的(de)SUS430不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)鍍鎳。


 2. 鋰離子電(dian)池殼(ke)體(ti)


 用(yong)(yong)在(zai)(zai)(zai)小(xiao)型(xing)(xing)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)殼(ke)體材料(liao)中(zhong),有(you)表面(mian)處理(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)板、不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)和(he)鋁三方面(mian)的(de)競爭(zheng),在(zai)(zai)(zai)開發初期(qi),因為鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)爆炸危險性(xing)(xing),所(suo)以,對表面(mian)處理(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)板和(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)作為殼(ke)體材料(liao)而(er)展開研(yan)討(tao)論證。因為小(xiao)型(xing)(xing)的(de)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)是長方體,像(xiang)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)完(wan)畢而(er)扔掉(diao)的(de)打(da)火機(ji)(ji)那樣(yang)形狀,雖然使(shi)用(yong)(yong)表面(mian)處理(li)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)板并具(ju)備沖壓成型(xing)(xing)性(xing)(xing)優勢,但(dan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)常溫(wen)下,靈活充分地使(shi)用(yong)(yong)沖壓機(ji)(ji)床(chuang),開發多種工藝方式的(de)沖壓技術(shu),可(ke)以使(shi)用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)進(jin)行超深度拉深工藝,制(zhi)(zhi)造出不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)產品化(hua)的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)殼(ke)體。近來,在(zai)(zai)(zai)數碼(ma)照相機(ji)(ji)和(he)手機(ji)(ji)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),考慮到輕量化(hua),則(ze)鋁殼(ke)體鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)亦產品化(hua)了,在(zai)(zai)(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)材料(liao)制(zhi)(zhi)造技術(shu)中(zhong),東京都(dou)大(da)田區的(de)技術(shu)實(shi)力很強。沖壓行業(ye)人員采用(yong)(yong)超深拉深進(jin)行生產制(zhi)(zhi)造。可(ke)以說鋁和(he)不(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)在(zai)(zai)(zai)鋰(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)殼(ke)體行業(ye)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)(zai)著(zhu)激烈的(de)材料(liao)競爭(zheng)。


 大型鋰離子(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,曾以NEDO為中(zhong)心,聯合電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池生產(chan)廠(chang)家參與,分別開發(fa)了移動型和(he)定置型。圓柱形和(he)長方體(ti)(ti)形的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池殼(ke)體(ti)(ti),使用不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)材料。圓柱形使用激光焊接制造殼(ke)體(ti)(ti),長方體(ti)(ti)形則(ze)采用超深(shen)拉(la)深(shen)工(gong)藝進(jin)(jin)行加工(gong),而盒蓋使用激光焊接進(jin)(jin)行接合。雖然(ran)正處于開發(fa)階段,但已經決定在2010年在主(zhu)力(li)客機波(bo)音789上,裝設(she)這種鋰離子(zi)(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池。所用鋼(gang)(gang)種為SUS304、SUS304L不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang),板厚為0.6-0.8mm,在常溫下利用多(duo)道工(gong)序(xu)沖壓成形。期望在市區內行駛的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)驅動而在郊區是使用汽(qi)油作為燃料進(jin)(jin)行驅動的(de)(de)(de)兩種動力(li)汽(qi)車(che),或電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動汽(qi)車(che)上,作為二次電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,在實(shi)用化(hua)方面取得了顯著進(jin)(jin)展。從鍍層(ceng)鋼(gang)(gang)板到(dao)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)的(de)(de)(de)不銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)重點是加工(gong)性(xing)和(he)耐腐蝕性(xing)。
