浙江至德鋼業有限公司銷售人員認為,影響不銹鋼管價格的因素除了品牌、材質和生產工藝以外,最重要因素是不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)管表面處理方法。為進一步改善管道材料特性,對管道內外表面進行處理 般有四種方法:酸洗鈍化(AP)、機械拋光(MP)、光亮退火(BA)和電解拋光(EP)處理工藝。試驗資料和實踐都證明,通過表面處理后,管道材料的粗糙度減小,表面吸附性減弱。那么AP、MP、BP、EP級不銹鋼管的區別在哪?



AP(Acid Pickling)酸洗處(chu)理


  不(bu)銹鋼的耐腐蝕能力主要來源于其內含的鉻元素與氧氣發生反應后在其表面形成一層致密的防護層。而酸洗的作用就是讓其提前發生這種反應,以提高不銹鋼管的耐腐蝕能力,酸(suan)洗(xi)過程中會去除管材表面所附著的油污及其他在生產中所沾染的其他物質。管道內外表面較粗糙易有懸浮雜質附著。

MP(Mechanical polishing)機械(xie)拋光


  拋(pao)光輪或(huo)拋(pao)光帶借助拋(pao)光劑中的磨料(liao)對不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)表面進行拋(pao)磨加工,促(cu)使不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)面達到平滑拋(pao)光效果。其亮(liang)度與效果則取(qu)決(jue)于加工方(fang)式的種類。另外(wai)機械拋(pao)光后雖較美觀(guan)但也會降低抗蝕(shi)性,所(suo)以(yi)當用在腐蝕(shi)環境下需再(zai)經過鈍化處理,且鋼管(guan)表面常(chang)有(you)拋(pao)光材料(liao)殘留。

BA(Bright Annealing)光亮退火


  不銹鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)制造過程中,用于潤(run)滑的(de)(de)油(you)脂(zhi)晶粒(li)也(ye)會(hui)因(yin)加工(gong)而變形,為了避免油(you)脂(zhi)殘留在(zai)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)中,在(zai)退(tui)火時利用高(gao)溫(wen)以氫(qing)(qing)氣充當(dang)爐內氣氛(fen),借由氫(qing)(qing)氣與(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)碳(tan)氧結合燃燒,進一步(bu)清潔鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)產生亮(liang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)效果,這種(zhong)(zhong)利用純氫(qing)(qing)氣退(tui)火加熱并快速冷卻,以亮(liang)化光面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)方式(shi)叫光輝退(tui)火。雖然利用此種(zhong)(zhong)方式(shi)來(lai)亮(liang)化表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)可保鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)(guan)充分(fen)干凈無(wu)任何外來(lai)污染(ran)。但這種(zhong)(zhong)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)明(ming)亮(liang)度若(ruo)與(yu)其他拋光方式(shi)相較機(ji)械、化學(xue)、電解會(hui)有霧面(mian)(mian)(mian)的(de)(de)感(gan)覺。當(dang)然其效果也(ye)與(yu)氫(qing)(qing)氣的(de)(de)含量與(yu)加熱的(de)(de)次數(shu)有關。


  During the manufacturing process of the steel pipe,the grease grains used for lubrication will also be deformed due to processing.In order to avoid the grease remaining in the steel pipe,argon gas is used as the furnace atmosphere at high temperature during annealing.Oxygen combined combustion further cleans the surface of the steel pipe to produce a bright surface effect.This kind of annealing and heating with pure argon gas is called bright annealing in the way of brightening the surface.Although using this method to brighten the surface can keep the steel pipe sufficiently clean without any external pollution.However,if the brightness of this surface is mechanical,chemical,or electrolytic compared to other polishing methods,it will feel matte.Of course,the effect is also related to the content of argon gas and the number of heating times.

EP(Electro Polishing)電解光


 電解拋光是利(li)用陽極處理的(de)方(fang)式,借由(you)電化學的(de)原理,適當(dang)地調(diao)整(zheng)電壓、電流、酸液組成(cheng)、以(yi)(yi)及拋光時間,不但可以(yi)(yi)使表面(mian)達到明(ming)亮(liang)、順滑(hua)、潔(jie)凈的(de)效果,更(geng)可以(yi)(yi)提(ti)升表面(mian)的(de)抗腐蝕性,所以(yi)(yi)是最(zui)佳(jia)的(de)亮(liang)化表面(mian)的(de)方(fang)法,當(dang)然(ran)其(qi)成(cheng)本和技術也相應的(de)提(ti)高不少。


 不(bu)過,因為電(dian)解(jie)拋(pao)光(guang)會凸(tu)顯鋼管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)原始狀態,所以若鋼管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)有嚴(yan)重刮傷(shang)、孔洞,或是夾渣、析出(chu)物(wu)等,皆可能造成電(dian)解(jie)失敗。其(qi)與化學(xue)拋(pao)光(guang)不(bu)同之處(chu)是,雖(sui)然也是在酸(suan)性環(huan)境中(zhong)進行(xing),但鋼管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)不(bu)但不(bu)會有任何晶界腐蝕現象,可經由控制表(biao)面(mian)的(de)(de)氧化銘(ming)膜層厚度(du),使鋼管(guan)達到的(de)(de)抗蝕性。


 However,because the electrolytic polishing will highlight the original state of the surface of the steel pipe,if the surface of the steel pipe has serious scratches,holes,or slag,precipitates,etc.,it may cause electrolytic failure.


 The difference between it and chemical polishing is that although it is also carried out in an acidic environment,the surface of the steel pipe will not have any grain boundary corrosion,and the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe can be achieved by controlling the thickness of the chromium oxide film on the surface.
