浙江至德鋼業有限公司銷售人員認為,影響不銹鋼管價格的因素除了品牌、材質和生產工藝以外,最重要因素是不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)表面處理方法。為進一步改善管道材料特性,對管道內外表面進行處理 般有四種方法:酸洗鈍化(AP)、機械拋光(MP)、光亮退火(BA)和電解拋光(EP)處理工藝。試驗資料和實踐都證明,通過表面處理后,管道材料的粗糙度減小,表面吸附性減弱。那么AP、MP、BP、EP級不銹鋼管的區別在哪?
AP(Acid Pickling)酸洗處理
不(bu)銹鋼(gang)的耐腐蝕能力主要來源于其內含的鉻元素與氧氣發生反應后在其表面形成一層致密的防護層。而酸洗的作用就是讓其提前發生這種反應,以提高不銹鋼管的耐腐蝕能力,酸洗(xi)過程中會去除管材表面所附著的油污及其他在生產中所沾染的其他物質。管道內外表面較粗糙易有懸浮雜質附著。
MP(Mechanical polishing)機械拋光
拋(pao)光輪(lun)或拋(pao)光帶借助拋(pao)光劑中的(de)磨料(liao)對不(bu)銹鋼管表(biao)(biao)面進行拋(pao)磨加工(gong),促使(shi)不(bu)銹鋼管面達(da)到(dao)平滑(hua)拋(pao)光效果。其亮度與效果則取(qu)決(jue)于加工(gong)方式的(de)種類(lei)。另外機械拋(pao)光后雖(sui)較(jiao)美(mei)觀但也會(hui)降低抗蝕(shi)性,所以當(dang)用在腐蝕(shi)環境下(xia)需再(zai)經(jing)過(guo)鈍化處理,且鋼管表(biao)(biao)面常有拋(pao)光材料(liao)殘留。

BA(Bright Annealing)光亮退(tui)火
不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)制(zhi)造(zao)過程(cheng)中,用(yong)于潤滑的油脂晶(jing)粒也(ye)(ye)會(hui)因加工而變形,為了避免(mian)油脂殘留在(zai)鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)中,在(zai)退(tui)火時利用(yong)高(gao)溫(wen)以氫(qing)氣(qi)充當爐內(nei)氣(qi)氛,借由氫(qing)氣(qi)與鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)表(biao)面的碳氧結(jie)合(he)燃燒(shao),進一步(bu)清潔鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的表(biao)面產生亮面效(xiao)果,這(zhe)種(zhong)利用(yong)純氫(qing)氣(qi)退(tui)火加熱(re)并快速冷(leng)卻(que),以亮化(hua)光(guang)面的方式叫光(guang)輝退(tui)火。雖然(ran)利用(yong)此種(zhong)方式來(lai)亮化(hua)表(biao)面可(ke)保鋼(gang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)充分干凈(jing)無任何外來(lai)污染。但這(zhe)種(zhong)表(biao)面的明亮度若與其他拋光(guang)方式相較(jiao)機械(xie)、化(hua)學、電解會(hui)有霧面的感覺。當然(ran)其效(xiao)果也(ye)(ye)與氫(qing)氣(qi)的含量與加熱(re)的次數有關。
During the manufacturing process of the steel pipe,the grease grains used for lubrication will also be deformed due to processing.In order to avoid the grease remaining in the steel pipe,argon gas is used as the furnace atmosphere at high temperature during annealing.Oxygen combined combustion further cleans the surface of the steel pipe to produce a bright surface effect.This kind of annealing and heating with pure argon gas is called bright annealing in the way of brightening the surface.Although using this method to brighten the surface can keep the steel pipe sufficiently clean without any external pollution.However,if the brightness of this surface is mechanical,chemical,or electrolytic compared to other polishing methods,it will feel matte.Of course,the effect is also related to the content of argon gas and the number of heating times.
EP(Electro Polishing)電解光
電(dian)解拋光(guang)是利用陽極(ji)處(chu)理(li)的方式,借(jie)由電(dian)化(hua)學的原(yuan)理(li),適(shi)當(dang)地調整電(dian)壓、電(dian)流、酸(suan)液組成、以(yi)及拋光(guang)時間,不但可以(yi)使(shi)表面(mian)達到明亮、順滑、潔凈(jing)的效果(guo),更可以(yi)提(ti)升表面(mian)的抗(kang)腐蝕性,所以(yi)是最(zui)佳的亮化(hua)表面(mian)的方法(fa),當(dang)然其(qi)成本和技術(shu)也相應(ying)的提(ti)高不少。
不(bu)過,因為(wei)電(dian)解拋(pao)光(guang)(guang)會凸顯鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)表面(mian)的原始(shi)狀態,所(suo)以若鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)表面(mian)有嚴重刮傷、孔洞,或是(shi)(shi)夾渣、析(xi)出物等,皆可(ke)能造成電(dian)解失敗(bai)。其與化學拋(pao)光(guang)(guang)不(bu)同之處(chu)是(shi)(shi),雖然也是(shi)(shi)在酸性(xing)環(huan)境中進行(xing),但鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)表面(mian)不(bu)但不(bu)會有任(ren)何(he)晶界腐(fu)蝕(shi)現(xian)象,可(ke)經由控制表面(mian)的氧(yang)化銘膜(mo)層厚度,使鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)達到(dao)的抗(kang)蝕(shi)性(xing)。
However,because the electrolytic polishing will highlight the original state of the surface of the steel pipe,if the surface of the steel pipe has serious scratches,holes,or slag,precipitates,etc.,it may cause electrolytic failure.
The difference between it and chemical polishing is that although it is also carried out in an acidic environment,the surface of the steel pipe will not have any grain boundary corrosion,and the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe can be achieved by controlling the thickness of the chromium oxide film on the surface.
