浙江至德鋼業有限公司銷售人員認為,影響不銹鋼管價格的因素除了品牌、材質和生產工藝以外,最重要因素是不銹鋼管(guan)表面處理方法。為進一步改善管道材料特性,對管道內外表面進行處理 般有四種方法:酸洗鈍化(AP)、機械拋光(MP)、光亮退火(BA)和電解拋光(EP)處理工藝。試驗資料和實踐都證明,通過表面處理后,管道材料的粗糙度減小,表面吸附性減弱。那么AP、MP、BP、EP級不銹鋼管的區別在哪?
AP(Acid Pickling)酸洗(xi)處(chu)理
不銹鋼的耐腐蝕能力主要來源于其內含的鉻元素與氧氣發生反應后在其表面形成一層致密的防護層。而酸洗的作用就是讓其提前發生這種反應,以提高不銹鋼管的耐腐蝕能力,酸洗過程中會去除管材表面所附著的油污及其他在生產中所沾染的其他物質。管道內外表面較粗糙易有懸浮雜質附著。

MP(Mechanical polishing)機械拋光
拋(pao)光(guang)輪(lun)或(huo)拋(pao)光(guang)帶(dai)借助(zhu)拋(pao)光(guang)劑中的(de)磨(mo)(mo)料對(dui)不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)進行(xing)拋(pao)磨(mo)(mo)加(jia)(jia)工(gong),促使不(bu)銹鋼管(guan)面(mian)達到(dao)平滑(hua)拋(pao)光(guang)效果。其(qi)亮度與效果則取決于加(jia)(jia)工(gong)方(fang)式的(de)種類。另外機械拋(pao)光(guang)后雖較美(mei)觀(guan)但也會(hui)降(jiang)低(di)抗蝕性(xing),所以當用在腐蝕環(huan)境下(xia)需再經(jing)過鈍化處理,且鋼管(guan)表(biao)面(mian)常有拋(pao)光(guang)材料殘(can)留。

BA(Bright Annealing)光(guang)亮退火
不(bu)銹鋼管在(zai)制造過程中(zhong),用于潤滑的(de)油脂(zhi)(zhi)晶粒也會因加工而(er)變形,為了避(bi)免油脂(zhi)(zhi)殘留在(zai)鋼管中(zhong),在(zai)退(tui)(tui)火時利(li)(li)(li)用高溫(wen)以(yi)氫(qing)氣充當爐內氣氛,借由氫(qing)氣與(yu)鋼管表(biao)面的(de)碳氧(yang)結合燃(ran)燒,進(jin)一步清(qing)潔鋼管的(de)表(biao)面產生亮(liang)(liang)面效果(guo),這種(zhong)利(li)(li)(li)用純氫(qing)氣退(tui)(tui)火加熱并快速冷卻,以(yi)亮(liang)(liang)化光(guang)(guang)面的(de)方(fang)式叫光(guang)(guang)輝退(tui)(tui)火。雖然(ran)利(li)(li)(li)用此(ci)種(zhong)方(fang)式來(lai)亮(liang)(liang)化表(biao)面可保(bao)鋼管充分干凈無任(ren)何(he)外來(lai)污染(ran)。但(dan)這種(zhong)表(biao)面的(de)明亮(liang)(liang)度若與(yu)其(qi)他(ta)拋光(guang)(guang)方(fang)式相較機械、化學、電解會有霧面的(de)感(gan)覺。當然(ran)其(qi)效果(guo)也與(yu)氫(qing)氣的(de)含(han)量與(yu)加熱的(de)次數有關(guan)。
During the manufacturing process of the steel pipe,the grease grains used for lubrication will also be deformed due to processing.In order to avoid the grease remaining in the steel pipe,argon gas is used as the furnace atmosphere at high temperature during annealing.Oxygen combined combustion further cleans the surface of the steel pipe to produce a bright surface effect.This kind of annealing and heating with pure argon gas is called bright annealing in the way of brightening the surface.Although using this method to brighten the surface can keep the steel pipe sufficiently clean without any external pollution.However,if the brightness of this surface is mechanical,chemical,or electrolytic compared to other polishing methods,it will feel matte.Of course,the effect is also related to the content of argon gas and the number of heating times.

EP(Electro Polishing)電解光
電解拋(pao)光是利用陽(yang)極處理的(de)方(fang)式(shi),借(jie)由(you)電化學的(de)原理,適當(dang)地(di)調(diao)整電壓、電流、酸液組成、以(yi)及拋(pao)光時(shi)間,不但可(ke)以(yi)使表面達到明亮(liang)、順滑、潔凈(jing)的(de)效果,更(geng)可(ke)以(yi)提升表面的(de)抗腐蝕性(xing),所以(yi)是最(zui)佳的(de)亮(liang)化表面的(de)方(fang)法,當(dang)然(ran)其成本(ben)和技術(shu)也相應(ying)的(de)提高不少。
不(bu)過,因為電解拋光(guang)會(hui)(hui)凸(tu)顯鋼(gang)管(guan)表(biao)面的原始狀態,所以若鋼(gang)管(guan)表(biao)面有嚴重刮(gua)傷、孔洞(dong),或是(shi)(shi)夾渣(zha)、析(xi)出物等,皆可能(neng)造(zao)成(cheng)電解失敗。其與(yu)化學拋光(guang)不(bu)同之處是(shi)(shi),雖然也(ye)是(shi)(shi)在酸(suan)性環境中進行,但(dan)鋼(gang)管(guan)表(biao)面不(bu)但(dan)不(bu)會(hui)(hui)有任何晶界(jie)腐(fu)蝕現象,可經由控制表(biao)面的氧化銘膜層厚(hou)度,使鋼(gang)管(guan)達到的抗(kang)蝕性。
However,because the electrolytic polishing will highlight the original state of the surface of the steel pipe,if the surface of the steel pipe has serious scratches,holes,or slag,precipitates,etc.,it may cause electrolytic failure.
The difference between it and chemical polishing is that although it is also carried out in an acidic environment,the surface of the steel pipe will not have any grain boundary corrosion,and the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe can be achieved by controlling the thickness of the chromium oxide film on the surface.
