不銹鋼坯料的端(duan)(duan)面(mian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)設備主要完成兩道工(gong)(gong)序,即平端(duan)(duan)面(mian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和加(jia)工(gong)(gong)潤滑(hua)劑(ji)錐(zhui)形體。采用多(duo)軸加(jia)工(gong)(gong)機(ji)床加(jia)工(gong)(gong)坯料端(duan)(duan)面(mian)的一(yi)個例子是德國的DSM12/1400=2/1型加(jia)工(gong)(gong)機(ji)床,在(zai)此機(ji)床上(shang)可(ke)同時完成端(duan)(duan)面(mian)加(jia)工(gong)(gong)和潤滑(hua)劑(ji)錐(zhui)體的加(jia)工(gong)(gong)。


  不銹鋼(gang)坯(pi)料逐個被送到機床的第一個工位,一方面加工端面,另一方面初步車出錐體;隨后坯料進入第二個工位,進行錐體的精加工。機床可以加工φ140~250mm,長度350~700mm的坯料。


  加工(gong)平端面的表面粗糙度(du)為5μm,平端面與(yu)坯(pi)料軸(zhou)線(xian)(xian)垂(chui)直度(du)的偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)不大于0.2mm,錐體部軸(zhou)線(xian)(xian)與(yu)坯(pi)料軸(zhou)線(xian)(xian)的偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)不超過0.25mm,在端面加工(gong)中(zhong),被車(che)削的金屬層深度(du)為2mm.


  不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao)必須在(zai)前端(duan)(相當于(yu)穿(chuan)孔筒(tong)內襯(chen)的下(xia)端(duan))加(jia)(jia)工成圓角,在(zai)尾端(duan)加(jia)(jia)工成喇叭口(kou)。而用(yong)于(yu)穿(chuan)孔的碳(tan)素鋼(gang)和低合(he)金鋼(gang)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao),只需在(zai)前端(duan)倒(dao)棱即可。機械加(jia)(jia)工后(hou)(hou)的不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao)需要進行脫脂處理。一般采用(yong)3%的堿溶(rong)液(ye),溫度為(wei)60~80℃,噴洗壓力500kPa.堿洗后(hou)(hou)再用(yong)熱(re)水沖洗,然后(hou)(hou)熱(re)風吹(chui)干,防(fang)止在(zai)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)和擠壓過(guo)程中表面滲(shen)碳(tan)。
