不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼管(guan)立式(shi)穿孔機具有各種不(bu)同的(de)結(jie)構,采用(yong)何種結(jie)構取決于其(qi)不(bu)同的(de)用(yong)途(tu)。


  若用(yong)于實心坯料穿孔的(de)穿孔機,通常具(ju)有(you)(you)安(an)裝(zhuang)在同一(yi)導向裝(zhuang)置上的(de)兩個活動橫梁,其中一(yi)個橫梁安(an)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)鐓(dui)粗(cu)坯料用(yong)的(de)鐓(dui)粗(cu)桿,也稱為鐓(dui)粗(cu)梁;另一(yi)個活動橫梁上安(an)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)穿孔桿,即稱穿孔梁。兩個橫梁可以同時(shi)或者(zhe)單(dan)獨地工作或移動。


  若采用(yong)擴(kuo)孔(kong)工藝時,沒有(you)鐓粗工序,則可(ke)以簡化穿孔(kong)機(ji)的(de)結構(gou),兩個動梁并為(wei)一個,僅作為(wei)擴(kuo)孔(kong)頭(tou)在(zai)穿孔(kong)筒(tong)中(zhong)的(de)對中(zhong),即具有(you)短行程(cheng)的(de)附加動梁。


  一般最為常用的不銹(xiu)鋼管穿孔機用于分別完成穿孔和擴孔兩個工序。


   穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)按其(qi)結(jie)構形式可(ke)以分(fen)為三類:有一個(ge)(ge)固定穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)筒的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji);有一個(ge)(ge)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)筒的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)和具有多工位的(de)(de)(de)旋轉或移(yi)動(dong)(dong)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)筒座的(de)(de)(de)多穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)筒形式的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)。日本的(de)(de)(de)神(shen)戶(hu)制鋼還安裝了有3個(ge)(ge)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)筒的(de)(de)(de)多穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)筒結(jie)構的(de)(de)(de)穿(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)(ji)。

  圖8-27所示為(wei)立式單筒固定式穿孔機(ji)的結構示意(yi)圖,此(ci)種穿孔機(ji)設備高(gao)度高(gao),裝出料間(jian)隙時間(jian)長(chang),被認(ren)為(wei)是(shi)一種陳(chen)舊的結構。

  近(jin)代也有(you)采用(yong)4工(gong)位雙穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)筒移動式(shi)或旋(xuan)轉式(shi)立(li)式(shi)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)結(jie)(jie)構(圖8-28)。這種結(jie)(jie)構的(de)立(li)式(shi)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji),采用(yong)2個穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)筒交替作業,裝出料和(he)穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)筒內襯的(de)清理(li)都在穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)中心(xin)線之外進行(xing)。因此,不僅使穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)機(ji)的(de)高度降(jiang)低,同(tong)時降(jiang)低了(le)廠房設(she)施的(de)高度,而(er)且也提高了(le)設(she)備的(de)使用(yong)效率。但是,隨(sui)之穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)筒的(de)快速和(he)精確定位及固(gu)定比較困難,搞得不好會影(ying)響穿(chuan)(chuan)孔(kong)后空心(xin)坯壁厚的(de)精度。


 雙穿孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)結構的(de)穿孔(kong)(kong)機,穿孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)具有4個工位(wei),在這些工位(wei)上依次完(wan)成以下工序:把(ba)穿孔(kong)(kong)坯(pi)料(liao)裝入穿孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong),進行坯(pi)料(liao)的(de)鐓粗和(he)穿孔(kong)(kong),從穿孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)中(zhong)頂出空(kong)心坯(pi),進行穿孔(kong)(kong)筒(tong)內襯的(de)清理(li)。


 美國 Lone Star鋼(gang)廠55MN(5500t)臥式鋼(gang)管擠壓(ya)機(ji)相配套的(de)(de)25MN(2500t)立式穿孔機(ji)的(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)性能如下:

 穿孔(kong)(kong)(kong)機配(pei)置有自動控制系統,可用于:(1)管坯的鐓(dui)粗和(he)(he)穿孔(kong)(kong)(kong);(2)帶預鉆(zhan)孔(kong)(kong)(kong)和(he)(he)錐形輔(fu)助孔(kong)(kong)(kong)坯料的擴孔(kong)(kong)(kong)。
