二氧化碳液態低溫容器槽車是由外容器和內容器組成。內容器材質為06Cr18Ni11Ti不銹鋼,壁厚16mm。內容器外形尺寸:直徑1600mm,長為5786mm,容積為11m3。除進行外觀目視檢查外,還必須對焊縫進行100%的滲透檢測和100%的射線檢測。內容器還要進行2.88MPa干燥無油壓縮空氣試驗和氦質譜真空檢漏,漏氣率不大于2×10-5Pa·L/s。


  焊(han)(han)接工藝(yi):所有縱(zong)焊(han)(han)縫和環焊(han)(han)縫(除一端頭與筒體環焊(han)(han)縫外)均采用埋弧焊(han)(han),焊(han)(han)機(ji)型號為MZ-1000型,采用直(zhi)流(liu)反極性電源(yuan)。焊(han)(han)絲牌號H08Cr19Ni10Ti,直(zhi)徑為4mm,焊(han)(han)劑為HJ260。


1. 縱(zong)縫埋(mai)弧焊(han)


  鋼(gang)板(ban)放在刨邊機上按圖(tu)(tu)3-72進行坡口加工(gong),待焊(han)鋼(gang)板(ban)放在門(men)式焊(han)接夾具(圖(tu)(tu)3-19)上進行裝(zhuang)配,待焊(han)處清除油污后(hou)進行焊(han)接,焊(han)接參(can)數見表(biao)3-62,焊(han)好第(di)1、2層(ceng)焊(han)縫(feng)后(hou)要進行清根(gen)(gen),先用碳弧氣刨,然后(hou)用風動(dong)砂輪清理打磨出金屬光澤,并(bing)保證清根(gen)(gen)后(hou)凹槽尺寸均勻一致,然后(hou)焊(han)接第(di)3層(ceng)焊(han)縫(feng)。

2. 環(huan)縫埋弧(hu)焊


  環(huan)縫(feng)埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)(han)接包括筒(tong)節與筒(tong)節和筒(tong)節與一端頭(tou)的(de)環(huan)縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)接。將(jiang)焊(han)(han)(han)好的(de)筒(tong)節、封頭(tou)放(fang)在焊(han)(han)(han)接滾輪架(見圖3-18)上進(jin)(jin)行(xing)裝配,用焊(han)(han)(han)條電弧焊(han)(han)(han)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)定位焊(han)(han)(han),在平臺(tai)式焊(han)(han)(han)接操作機上(如(ru)圖3-19)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)環(huan)縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)接,先焊(han)(han)(han)內焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)(第(di)1、2層(ceng))然后按(an)縱(zong)縫(feng)工藝進(jin)(jin)行(xing)清根再(zai)焊(han)(han)(han)第(di)3層(ceng)焊(han)(han)(han)縫(feng),焊(han)(han)(han)接參數可參表3-62。

  上(shang)述縱、環縫焊接完(wan)畢(bi),先進行(xing)(xing)目視檢(jian)查,然后進行(xing)(xing)100%滲(shen)透檢(jian)測,排除焊縫表面缺陷后,再(zai)進行(xing)(xing)100%射線檢(jian)測,焊縫內(nei)部質量應達到設(she)計圖樣要求后才能進行(xing)(xing)下面工序。



3. 另一封頭與筒(tong)體(ti)焊接


  內容(rong)(rong)器是一個密封容(rong)(rong)器(除輸入、輸出液管路外(wai)),沒有人孔(kong)裝(zhuang)置,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接設備(bei)和(he)人員無法進(jin)(jin)入容(rong)(rong)器內操作。采用(yong)的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接工藝如圖(tu)(tu)3-73所示(shi)。內環縫(feng)增加了一個環形墊(dian)圈,材質與內容(rong)(rong)器材質相同,墊(dian)圈厚度(du)為(wei)4mm,寬度(du)為(wei)30mm。先用(yong)鎢極氬(ya)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),保證焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)透(tou)實現單(dan)面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)雙面成形,通(tong)過(guo)100%射線檢測判片合格后,進(jin)(jin)行(xing)第2層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)條電(dian)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),其目(mu)的是提高焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)厚度(du),防(fang)止(zhi)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)時由于熔深過(guo)大(da)而(er)將打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)穿。第3層環形焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)用(yong)埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)完成。各層焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)的焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接參數(shu)見表3-63。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)后將環焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫(feng)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)滲透(tou)檢測和(he)射線檢測合格后再(zai)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)無油干燥氣壓試驗(yan)和(he)氮質譜真空(kong)檢漏。全(quan)部滿足圖(tu)(tu)樣技術性能(neng)要(yao)求后才能(neng)與外(wai)容(rong)(rong)器進(jin)(jin)行(xing)組(zu)裝(zhuang)。
